This was my first service and Marcus was very professional and courteous. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it and then reiterated it after he was finished with the treatment.
Company sends new sales people out into the community without them getting their Transient Merchant Business License. These people are required to be finger printed and have background check. They also need to be trained to respect no soliciting signs. As the company's lack of training is putting these people at risk for being charged with criminal trespass as well as being fined for not having their license. Why would you want to do business with a company who operates this way? Tried to call to speak with someone on this but they don't answer their phone.
Thomas & Dakota did a great job spraying our home this month, very friendly and spent quite a bit of time making sure it was done right, thank you!
The sales person lied to me & told me I could cancel service at any time. That’s why I agreed to give EcoShield a try. When I called to cancel the service, I was told I signed a one year contract & would be charged a $250 early cancellation fee. Poor, poor business practice of manipulation. Run, run, run from this company!👎

EcoShield: I am writing to formally leave a review, and complain about a highly unprofessional encounter with two of your salespeople at my home on January 23, 2026.<br><br>Despite a visible sign requesting that visitors not ring the doorbell due to my remote work schedule, your employees were captured on camera laughing before intentionally ringing the bell. This caused an immediate disruption to my meeting as my dogs began barking. When I went outside to address the situation, the employees refused to let me speak and ignored my statement that I was working and not interested in their services.<br><br>When I asked them to leave my property, they refused, laughed at me, and threatened to block my driveway. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also constitutes trespassing and harassment. I previously called your office to report this incident, but I have not received a response.<br><br>I expect this matter to be addressed immediately. Your staff requires urgent training regarding customer service, professional conduct, and the laws governing door-to-door sales.<br><br>I look forward to hearing how you intend to resolve this.<br>I had to leave a 1-star rating to post this review.
Armando Gonzales came and did our service, he was really nice and knowledgeable. Made sure to explain the service he was going to do, answered all my questions. He was quick and work was very clean!

If you enjoy being gaslit by people you pay to kill bugs, EcoShield is the company for you. I spent years as a "valued customer," which apparently is EcoShield speak for "someone we can ignore until we want $150."<br>After my work schedule changed, I asked for a service time that didn't involve me being physically present in two places at once. They told me "No," and only when I said I would need to cancel their services moving forward did I receive a “Okay, we’ll make an exception as you are a “valued customer”. Of course, they showed up an hour early to an empty house and locked property. They performed a "partial service" and then when I called they claimed they could never have met my schedule in the first place.<br>Trying to cancel was like trying to leave a cult, only with more hold music. They eventually "sent me to collections" for a service they failed to perform. If you value your sanity, your time, or your credit score, stay far away.
They don't provide services on weekends, sales person are not transparent with the package pricing etc. Services is very limited availability.
Knocked on my door with three reps twice in one day. I have a no soliciting sign up. Very weird to have so many reps. Felt intimidating. Also… read the sign. NO SOLICITING!<br><br>EDIT TO ADD after response from owner: I should NOT have to be added to a do not contact list... as I have a NO SOLICITING sign hanging above my doorbell that your salesmen rang...
Idk much about this company, however FOUR of their door to door salesmen, GROWN MEN, came to my house & pounded on my door relentlessly until my 14yr old daughter finally answered the door. They told her they NEEDED to speak to her mother right away. She politely told them that I was busy and could not come to the door. They continued to TELL her that had to speak to me, that it was very important, etc.They demanded that she go and get her mother right away even though she repeatedly told them that I could not come to the door at this time and to please go away. They would not give up. Finally she ended up just shutting the door in their face. They stayed on my front porch for an additional 5-10 minutes. Then they KNOCKED AGAIN! By this time my 14yr old had gone to her room and they kept on knocking and k coming and knocking. So (even though she is not allowed to answer the door..) they just kept knocking so my 13yr old special needs daughter opened the door and they began all over again demanding they speak to her mother. They would not go away or give up. They were very aggressive and very rude & betrayed both of my teenage daughters, even though they were told multiple times to go away and leave us alone. I also have a 5yr old and a 7yr old at home, & these 4 men began talking to my younger children AS WELL!!! Telling them to go get their mommy right away. Asking what was I doing, & who else was home right now, just way too many questions to be asking small children!! I have the ENTIRE exchange recorded on my ring doorbell. I happened to be getting ready in my bathroom at the time of this exchange and was in the shower so I was not made aware of any of this until after they FINALLY left. This is horrible, unacceptable and unprofessional behavior to say the least!! DO BETTER!!
Brian is fantastic. He checks in before starting to make sure any concerns are addressed and stays attentive to potential issues throughout the job. His communication and attention to detail are refreshing. Highly recommend!
Warning! Their permits is EXPIRED since 2021! They had 5 people going through our neighborhood and tried to sell services in our community. When googling their services as somewhere to work for their sales side has several cases against them and this explains the group of young individuals that sadly in today's market is being taken advantage of. We have a no soliciting notice posted in the whole community ad well. We told them of their actions and told them to leave and took pictures of their multiple vehicles that seem to be personal vehicles (clearly this company that can not affored vehicles for their employees and show how bad pay it is to work for), this looks poorly on the companys operations. We started a complaint against this company via multiple sources and finally found legal evidence. When we contacted the police we got a hold of the permit officer and EcoShield had their permits NOT RENEWED SINCE 2021. Due to this expiration the police has started a case against the company as of today 1-29-26. I would suggest no one to use this company due to potential issues with any other permits and even insurance. Its different city to city but if a company can not afford vehicles to employees and pay permits of operations then what does it look like for anyone to use their services. I look forward to this case. (City Permit expired for Mesa)
When you have employees ignore No Soliciting and Barking Dog signs and refuse to take a REPEATED "I'm not interested" for an answer, it turns my opinion from "maybe I might use them in the future" to "I'd rather burn down my house than give you guys a single cent". I'm frankly appalled this is how you attempt to drum up business.
Matthew was very personable and polite. He asked if I saw any problems that needed to be addressed, ants. He explained in detail what the service would entail. After completing the service, Matthew reiterated what he had done. He also told me if I saw anything that needed further attention, to call. I'm very pleased with my initial service.
Dakota, very pleasant and knowledgeable in his work, asked what areas needed to be checked and all so while checking the rats traps I mentioned the movement of rats in the attic hear them running around in the back area and especially in the from living room scratching at the drywall in the ceiling.this are needs checking for enough insulation. Dakota said he would me to this to the office.he did an excellent job spraying and dusting.you have a amazing employee in your company. Thank you

There needs to be two rows of stars…one to rate Customer Service, the other to rate the Cancellation policy (1 star). I called on a Friday and cancelled my services… or so, I thought. I had to give all my information and reasons for canceling to three different people. I also needed to finalize everything with the last person I talked to who was the young man who sold me the service. At the end of my conversation with him, I thought the appointment was totally canceled. But Saturday and Sunday and Monday morning I received texts as well as emails telling me I still needed to call the company to finalize everything. I responded over the weekendwith emails and texts explaining what I had already gone through to cancel the appointment, and I couldn’t imagine that I still needed to talk to somebody to finalize everything when I was told the service was canceled. It kind of surprised me when I woke up Monday to another email saying I still needed to call the company to finalize everything. They sent me the part of the contract that says if I didn’t cancel before the three days were up, I would be charged a $250 cancellation fee. By the way, this would be charged on the credit card they had to have on file before I signed the contract. I surely didn’t want that to happen, so once again I called the company and talked with a gal named Chelle. She took all my information again and told me she would be in charge of making sure the appointment was canceled, but I still needed to talk again with the young man who sold me the service! He apparently needed to verify that it was really me who was calling to cancel. (you’ve got to be kidding me, right??!?!) This is absolutely ridiculous! Honestly, trying to cancel this appointment has become over the top frustrating and ridiculously hard. Canceling an appointment should never have to be this hard! This has left a very bad taste in my mouth, and for that reason, I would not recommend turning to this company for your extermination needs.
Just wanted to comment on their excellent service - Geneveve was absolutely wonderful to speak with in finalizing my account, and even offered me a helpful suggestion regarding my lost voice with a home remedy. I can no longer afford their services but they were great while I was under contract.
Joseph helped me with my service today and was great! Very friendly and provided a solution to my issue. His suggestion helped me keep my subscription while in the process of moving without a lapse in my services.

Mia was very friendly and helpful. I needed to confirm I didn’t need to be here for my service coming up. I also needed to change my method of payment and restart automatic payment. She took care of me in a fast and efficient manner. Very pleasant experience.
The customer service representative Rose was very informative, and courteous and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. The process for setting up an account was made simple.
Dakota was great. Took the time to get under, and into, all the nooks and crannies in my backyard. Additionally, my scary, giant dog got out while he was finishing up, and he didn’t bat an eye. While I was scrambling to wrangle my dog back into the house, Dakota calmly completed his job, said a polite “have a nice day”, and made sure he closed the gate on the way out. Considering that the sight of my dog either sends men speed-walking out, or freezes them in their tracks, it was nice to have someone who remained calm, and knew how to dogs/pets.
I spent 2 hours preparing for indoor treatment, washing floors etc. How can you do a 2200 sq ft house + garage in 10 minutes? Very little poison just spotted here and there. No offer of new traps. Your annual contract is not cheap. I have a significant scorpion problem and this just isn’t going to cut it.
As a first-time homeowner, I really enjoyed the peace of mind of not having to worry about pests in and around my house.<br><br>EcoShield is a professional, capable, and knowledgable team. Regular, every-other-month treatments went well and they have regular reminders and options for full inspections, which was already included in the treatment cost. I also had their termite monitoring system ("Shield Termite Program") installed, which seemed cost competitive with a solid warranty.<br><br>Over the last 2.5 years with EcoShield, I had no pest issues at all and it has been worth every penny. Thank you for taking care of me EcoShield!

I called in today to cancel my account with Ecoshield for two reasons; price was too high and technician arriving an hour before agreed upon time for service. I have been disappointed with the bimonthly fee; but today’s fiasco with the service was my last straw.<br><br>Judy, customer care specialist remained calm even when I raised my voice with her regarding the policy on technicians not waiting 20 minutes for a customer when they arrived an hour earlier.<br><br>Judy took care of each of my issues one at a time. In conclusion, I have another appointment for service. I have a lower bimonthly rate. And Judy was able to take care of my issues and apologized multiple times for my inconvenience. She also gave me an explanation as to why the technician arrived earlier than my scheduled time and made a request on my behalf that in the future technicians are to call me 30 mins before they arrived.<br><br>Thank you Judy!

I returned a call from EcoShield, I spoke to Jean. She was very helpful. She asked what my concern was , asked which day would I like to have an inspection from my last treatment from last week. Jean asked if it was okay to put me on a short hold, so she could call the local office near me. I may have been on hold for maybe 1 1/2 minutes maybe less. She was able to get me the inspection this Thursday. Jeanette was helpful, polite, knowledgeable about what to look up on my account, & quickly got me an appointment.
Never resolved tick issue after 5 months. Lazy workers that didn't treat every corner of property. Tried canceling and it got so bad on phone i had to call my bank to deny future charges

Eco Shield is great. Great communication if you need them. The tech Thomas has been out a few times and he is always so kind and knowledgeable. The other techs I have had are great also, but calling out Thomas as a step above.
Always thorough and fast. Ask if we have any issues/concerns and addresses this far. We just did a 1 year contract and don't have complaints

I’ve been extremely happy with EcoShield Pest Solutions for over two years now, and all of their technicians are great. Today, Thomas came out and he was exceptional! We have two small dogs who bark but are not biters or scary/bad in any way, and when he came in the backyard and the dogs ran to him barking, he just put his stuff down and petted them (which is really all that’s ever needed). The dogs started wagging their tails and then loved him. He was also so kind during our conversation and interactions. Really great guy and technician!
I just wanted to share how amazing Kyla was! She was so friendly, kind, and genuinely upbeat — it was refreshing to talk to someone who clearly loves what they do. Her positive attitude completely brightened my day. It’s rare to hang up from a customer service call smiling, but Kyla made that happen!
An EcoShield sales rep told us we had deer mice in our crawl space, with the potential for exposure to hantavirus. He said the crew would install a containment barrier in the corridor so that bags of damaged insulation could be safely removed. We returned to our home midway through clean up and no safety barrier had been put up. The crew had no idea they were supposed to do this. When we complained to a manager, he blamed the crew and minimized the risk and danger. We provided feedback through an internal company review, but got no response. My impression is the company might be fine for low risk pest response, but are clearly out of their league with any other issues. When it matters, EcoShield customer service is abysmal.
Recently completed a bird exclusion service around my home. Everything was great! Armando and his crew were definitely respectful and helpful while they were completing the work!

We initially signed up with this company a few years ago, the first couple of visits were fine, the rest have been either unconfirmed, showing up at an unscheduled date/time and unable to complete the exterior AND interior since no one was home, when you need to call for any reason you are forwarded to someone in another country that is less than helpful and extremely difficult to understand. Today I called to reschedule our appointment the representative told me that he is unable to assist me since our account is only under my husbands name. I have never in my life had an issue calling a service business and had an issue with scheduling or rescheduling because the name under our address is solely my husbands.

Had one of your trucks racing to merge ahead of me on the I17 because he wasn’t paying attention. When I honked he didn’t even look and veered off to the middle lane and bailed. He knew he wasn’t paying attention. As a contractor that drives to jobs all the time too it’s frustrating to see others driving like the rest of the poor drivers on the road.<br><br>Then reading the reviews, man, clearly a heavy sales driven company that doesn’t even stand by their service agreements. I wonder how many of the one star reviews you guys have paid to get removed.<br><br>Shouldn’t be allowed. If you offer poor services and have terrible drivers everyone should know, including you so you know how to improve your business.

I started with Ecoshield on 04/2025. It seemed to good to be true and for the price they offered me. I went ahead and gave them a try. One of the worst decisions I could've made. I asked them to call me with an update after every visit because my mother spoke no english. They never gave me a follow up call, not to mention the rodents I asked them to take care of was never resolved. There's still sewer roaches lingering in my house, black widows and desert rats in my back yard where they supposedly sprayed. Each visit the technician would take 5 min or less. I will definitely not be a returning customer nor will I refer anyone over to ecoshield.
Brian V to from EcoShield Pest Solutions performed the by-monthly pest control service at our house on Monday 8-11-2025. He was on time, courteous, respectful to us and did an excellent job. We have used EcoShield Pest Solutions for a number of years now and we haven't had any problems with pests around our house and yard. Very Happy 🤗

⚠️ WARNING: Bait-and-Switch Tactics and Zero Accountability<br><br>My experience with EcoShield Solutions has been one of profound deception and disrespect. This company's sales tactics are dishonest, and their "Customer Care" process is designed only to blame the customer.<br><br>On July 30, 2025, I specifically told their door-to-door sales rep that I only wanted a one-time service and explicitly asked if I would be locked into a contract. He looked me in the eye and personally guaranteed I could cancel at any time. Based solely on that assurance, I signed the agreement.<br><br>This was a blatant lie designed to trap me. When I tried to cancel on September 2nd, I was informed of a $250 early termination fee for a contract I was assured I was not locked into.<br><br>My attempts to resolve this have been a complete waste of time:<br><br>1. I called the Solutions Department (Rene), who deferred to a supervisor.<br>2. I then mailed a physical letter to what Google identified as the corporate office.<br>3. I was finally called back yesterday (Sept 4th) by a Customer Care Center Supervisor, who took zero responsibility.<br><br>He reiterated that I was wrong, it was all my fault for not reading the fine print, and that EcoShield would do absolutely nothing to help or fix the situation. The call confirmed that their bait-and-switch tactic works exactly as intended, and their corporate team stands by the deceptive sales practices of their representatives.<br><br>I have canceled my account and am now demanding a full refund of the $250 fee. Do not trust their door-to-door sales pitch. I highly recommend choosing a company that operates with honesty and respects its customers.<br><br>Completely dissatisfied and disrespected.
I’ve been a customer of Echoshield for many years. The techs are always pretty good but Luseika did a great job treating our ants this time. I’ve always had really good service with the techs.

I have had several different techs come to service my property, and I will only use 1 person, when I schedule my service appointments I ALWAYS request Devlin. He is the ONLY person I want servicing my property and he is the ONLY one who does the job at my property correctly. He is very cautious of how he does it to make sure nothing will make my dogs ill. Which is the most important thing to me besides the bugs being eliminated. Devlin is amazing and does an outstanding job for us. Thank you Devlin for being a caring and outstanding employee!! I hope your employer knows what a great employee they have in you!!!
Tuesday was very helpful with everything I wanted to do. Thomas is the best! Eric was very helpful Eric is the best! He does everything thats needned. Eric did a good job today and always very pleasant. He was very polite and did a good work Eric is always friendly and explains what is being done.

I discussed setting up a re -treat of my house due to finding a large web on the deck and a large spider in the bathroom with Max. He quickly set it up and it’s only a few days away due to the holiday weekend. I’m so happy with all the services they offer. This is the first time I’ve ever had to call them back. I’m always very satisfied with any of the techs from Ecoshield, and today’s monthly service was no exception with their tech Jason. He was prompt and worked quickly and quietly while I was on work calls. My home has been free of any pests or rodents, and I love that it’s all non toxic. Thank you!
I paid for pigeon control through ecoshield and I was told they would treat my roof with a type of environmently friendly chemical that would deter the pigeons. The salesman/representative lied. I am out of $1K and the pigeons are crapping even more than before. And as for the pest control service, you have to be home and watch the tech because they will skip areas, not look up and remove spider webs, not replace traps placed in garage - you literally have to watch them and guide them or they will skip treatable areas and I am sure all of their customers are paying almost $200 for each bimonthly service.
I had a frustrating experience with EcoShield and would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy. A salesperson came to my door on 7/1 making big promises, and I signed up for service that same day. One of the main selling points was that they’d return for any pest issues between regular visits—but that turned out to be untrue.<br><br>Shortly after the initial treatment, I discovered a wasp nest. I texted their service line and contacted the original rep, who had told me to call him directly with any issues. His response? They wouldn’t send anyone out for “just one nest.” I had to push back, and he said he’d “see what he could do,” but ultimately, I ended up having to pay someone else to remove it—despite being allergic.<br><br>During the second service, the technician left fly traps on the ground and didn’t close my gate properly. I decided to cancel, but was then told there would be a hefty cancellation fee. The original rep had assured me that the cancellation fee was “easily waivable,” which made the situation even more frustrating.<br><br>There are plenty of pest control companies to choose from. In my experience, EcoShield didn’t deliver on their promises and showed little regard for customer service. I wouldn’t recommend them.<br><br>As Google does not allow you to reply to the Owners comments-<br>While I appreciate the acknowledgment, I want to reiterate that the service I received did not reflect what was promised at the time of sign-up.<br><br>The sales representative who enrolled me assured me that the early termination fee would be “easily waivable” if I was dissatisfied. That, along with the promise of complimentary re-treatments between services, was a major factor in my decision to proceed. Unfortunately, neither commitment was upheld.<br><br>Shortly after the initial treatment, I contacted EcoShield about a wasp nest on my property—something that posed a direct health risk to me as someone who is allergic. I was told that your team “doesn’t roll a truck for just one nest,” and no one was sent. I had to pay another company to safely remove it.<br><br>During the second service, traps were left on the ground and my gate was left open. These are clear lapses in service that fall far short of your advertised 100% service guarantee.<br><br>I have already emailed your customer feedback address and have spoken with your customer service team by phone, but I have yet to receive any resolution. Given that the service was not delivered as advertised, and the contract terms were misrepresented at sign-up, I do not believe I should be responsible for an early termination fee.<br><br>I am requesting once again that the fee be waived, and that this issue be addressed properly.
The local franchise owner was going door-to-door looking for new customers. Seemed like a nice guy, We invited him in and he even drank a beer with us. I told him I was potentially going to sell the house and he said no problem, let us do your first visit and if you need to cancel afterwards, it would not be a problem and there would be no additional fees.<br><br>I ended up canceling after the initial visit and got slapped with a $250.00 cancellation fee, which has gone to collections as I’m trying to dispute it.<br><br>The service was OK, but the business tactics are not. I could understand the additional charge if an extensive service was included in the first visit, but they were here all of 30 minutes and left. That charge was $169.00.<br><br>Dropped my credit score by 20 points. I will be disputing it. Read the fine print before signing up!

I had a great experience with Ghost today. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took time to explain the process and answered my questions. His kindness made me feel very comfortable and helped me feel like I've put my trust in the right company.
They came today while I was at work. This is just a few spots in the backyard patio area, haven’t inspected the whole perimeter, and probably won’t to save myself the frustration. This is why I fired green mango and moved to this company with promise of great service. He only did the outside which was totally fine but you’d think the quality of half a job would have been better! I now pay twice as much having left green mango and apparently get the same bad quality of service.

SCAMMERS!!!!<br><br>A representative came to our home and spoke to my husband. My husband told him I would be interested in more information before making a decision. The representative had my husband sign something on the tablet and scheduled him for another consultation with me before we made a decision of getting our home treated. He intentionally scheduled it after 5 days (because that something he had my husband sign was a contact and apparently after 3 days and “service” you can’t cancel the contract any more). The representative let him know they would be coming to speak to me from 6-7pm. I went to run a few errands that day so I could be back by 6pm. At 5:15pm my security camera notified me that someone from the company was there but they went to sit back in the truck (my guess is so they can kill time and say they serviced), our initial thought was he might be waiting for 6pm in hopes we got home since we needed to speak to them before service. At 5:45pm my husband got a text message saying it had been treated and got charged $179. I called the next day to tell them I did not want their services since that was not what we had agreed on, I still needed to talk to them to make my final decision and to let them know that I did not see the person treating my home since I was not home so I wanted my $179 back. They continued to say that it said in their notes that my house was treated and that I could not cancel the contract unless I paid them an extra $200, which supposedly from the words from the representative that came to speak to my husband had told him the initial service was to identify the animals, treat the whole house, inside, front and back yard, every crevice, remove any spider webs etc etc. That it would be $200 for that initial service but because the guy liked my husband soooo much he said he would waive that initial service fee but if we canceled within a year that we had to pay that service fee.. So I canceled the contract but still had to pay the $200 for a service I NEVER received oh but I should be grateful because they let me make $50 payments over the next 4 months! Over the next couple days I came to realize that my husband had received an email saying what parts of my home were treated and it said they treated my front yard and my back yard as well, I have a lock so there’s no way they could of climbed the wall to treat my backyard, so it makes me realize they really didnt treat any areas they just said that so they can charge me and bind the contract! They also said they “removed spider webs and wasp nests” which I never saw any wasps or nests, spiderwebs are still there. Also, I never saw a decrease in insects and or bugs, Im still seeing massive amounts of spiders and ants, which supposedly the first spray was to get rid of the adult bugs and the next spray in 30-45 days was another treatment for the eggs after they hatched. Well, needless to say, I got scammed for $179 + $200 and I still have ALL the pests! Thank you Ecoshield Solutions!
NEVER Would I Ever Recommend, and I definitely will NOT be renewing my service contract. I tried canceling, but they charge to terminate (they say they are not charging to terminate, but trust me... they're charging to terminate). The only issue I hired them for (spiders), has only gotten worst since starting their service... letting them finish out my contract, and calling them back after every visit, but they do not come back for at least 2 weeks (they'll say it's because of the time-frame for the chemicals to work, but at the same time they tell me that they cannot use chemicals for my issue ("can't spray up..."). My next door neighbor is having all of these same issues as well.... can't stand them, and I can't wait for their contract to end; However, I'll be sure to continue publicly posting my grievances until then... and when their service contract ends, my grievances shall remain.
Terrible Company Will LIE and TAKE YOUR $$.<br>Had a Random Guy Knock on our Door and Wouldn't leave us alone for 2 hours until we said Fine we'll try. 1 Month after they Charged our Bank Account twice in 30 days and Now saying we are in a Contract. Our Guy at the door Never Explained this and Therefore I am Telling the truth on Review.<br><br>They sprayed on April 27 and 2 weeks later we have Bugs By the Million running around Outside. Have pictures/video to Prove.<br><br>The only thing that was Positive was their Friendly Techs.<br><br>TERRIBLE SERVICE OTHERWISE. Not accepting No for an answer on them.<br><br>Trying to tell us they are unable to refund. Will not accept it. So here is a review.
Phil was very professional and thorough with his work. He was on time and provided excellent customer service. In addition to my monthly service he helped me with a frog I had at my front doorstep. He helped me capture it so I could set it free. Went above and beyond to help out. Thanks again, Phil.
