Jon came out to inspect the wasp infestation on our property. He treated the wasps right away. The shock was that after two years of home treatment, the wasps are gone! Jon was awesome to work with, efficient and reasonably priced. I now know who I can call for help! Thank you!

Gotta spread the word when I find an honest business. Jon came out to check for termites... I thought I saw a termite tube, he put my mind at ease and said he didn't think that I had any termites. He checked the house and educated me on what to look for in the future. Treating termites is expensive, it's great to find someone that won't recommend work that isn't necessary.

This company is a complete scam, They promised my grandmother a free service since they were being called to come back and treat the same problem they already sprayed for “termites” which was already paid for BTW “ $650 “. After agreeing to this, they changed it not once but twice, going from Free, to $150, to now $250. Bring everything to a grand total of $900 just for a problem they never took care of. The owner is very rude and disrespectful. The termites are still here, eating away at my house. Their service is a joke, and their business practices are downright predatory. Do yourself a favor and find a company that's actually honest and effective!

Updated Aug 2025:<br><br>Bradley did a great job. I had a little mouse issue outside the house and he came out and did his troubleshooting. Also sprayed inside and outside the house to prevent anything else. Highly recommend Az Termite & Pest Services. I've used them at my parent's house as well for termite prevention. They do it all! I highly recommend. They're very reasonable and very responsive.<br><br>Highly recommend Bradley and previously Jon, and the team. They’re reliable, trustworthy and affordable. Bradley and Jon did a thorough inspection and figured out what rodent issue I had on the roof and took care of it on his first visit. Scheduled a follow up to ensure problem was gone. If you are looking for a new pest control company.....this is NOT the one. It's never a good sign when you schedule an appointment and are given a 9-11am time slot and told you will get a call 20 minutes before arrival and you stay home and wait and waste your time only for that company to be a no show and no call. So much for customer service and family run business. I won't be calling you back!

Excellent customer service! We have used this company for 4.5 years and have never had bug or scorpion issues on our half acre lot! They are also incredible with ensuring our puppers are safe with every treatment! We appreciate them so very much!

Jon is the real deal. Have had other companies in the past that ended up spending less than 5 minutes for each monthly service. Did it myself after that. Ran into a problem after living years without any bugs. They started showing up. Jon and his Teammate actually did more than just show up and spray. I hired them to get rid of some mice in my house behind a wall. They were unsuccessful after coming out twice. I told them I would pay for the gas and the time the guy spent, and they charged $250. I doubt they pay that guy $50 an hour. And I still have the pests.

The exterminator did an amazing job and took he took his time to do it right! He was courteous and respectful of our home and very personable. It was obvious during the inspection with the owner and the guy that came out that they knew what they were talking about. They will definitely be our pest control company from now on.

Had done a refi and John sat me down and explained everything to me and talked to me like a human instead of sales guys. He was very personable and the quality of work done was superb! I could not have asked for a better company.

John treated a home we are selling for mice. We had seen 2 different mice on different days inside the house. He sprayed foam in an area where he suspected they came into the house, then set 3 traps with peanut butter. After almost a week, the traps didn't go off, so apparently there weren't any more mice in the house, so he had blocked their access. He also put bait traps outside and underneath, and they had been eating the bait. So I'm sure they will all be gone soon. John was very professional and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend!

They were able to come by and spray for Mosquitos within 48 hours notice and for 25-30% less than most competitors in the area!

We contacted them about the possibility of roof rats in our home. They were prompt, professional and courteous when discussing the services for this issue. We booked an appointment for an inspection, the tech arrived on time and was very knowledgable about roof rat issues. He gave us advice on how to protect our home from rodents and set two traps in the attic. The service included 2 additional visits to check for rodents in our attic. We were pleased with the service and were happy that no rodents were found. We will definately contact them again should there be any addtional issues.

John and his team showed up on time and were very professional. We had a guest staying at our VRBO and when John showed up he explained everything they were going to do and how they were going to get rid of the pigeons. They got to work immediately, finished in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Jon was super thorough in inspecting our property. He answered all of my questions in a way that I could tell he was very knowledgeable. Within a few days we had caught the entire nest of rodents and since we haven’t had any indication that any remain. Very happy with the results!

I noticed a couple of termite tubes and immediately found Arizona Pest Solutions. Valerie was incredibly friendly on the phone, Jon came right out to assess and give me an estimate, and they scheduled a treatment based on my schedule. Everything was friendly, swift, and well managed.<br><br>There is one previous review that indicated bad service. It is completely wrong. Termite treatment is ugly work, and the staff was transparent about expectations, and despite drilling into both the ground and concrete, they cleaned up their work. Don't listen to one unreasonable person.

He explained every process thoroughly and we set the appointment for the necessary treatment. Our previous pest control company wasn’t keeping all the spiders, crickets, and pincher bugs under control! I saw APS driving down the road snapped a pic of the truck and gave them a try. The lady over the phone was very kind and welcoming to speak with along with understanding my needs and having a solution for them, the gentleman came on time and worked around my toddlers and a crew installing a new house ac unit. We’re very happy with the service they provided and are on the monthly plan now A+ service!!!!

My neighbor has a very large citrus tree that attracted roof rats. One of the rats was using my attic as an Air B & B every night. I called John and he came out with a Covid mask and was extremely polite and really was great. He set traps and our little guest is gone. Don't bother calling another company, he is the real deal and a great guy!

John the owner is great he showed up to give us a quote for bed bugs and we decided to use them. On the day of the spray one of their techs was running a bit behind and the owner was in the area and him and his partner showed up within 15 min. his partner got started while John gave me a ride to work. 2 weeks later during the follow up John was prompt and friendly as always checked and our place is bed bug free. He treated me and my family with respect and was awesome to deal with a definite recommend and we will use them again Thanks John and Valerie and crew.

The service technicians were very accommodating during this time of pandemic. Their efforts were appreciated. Setting up was easy. I am hopeful that their services are equally effective as to the bugs.

I had an emergency situation and Jon was nice enough to come out on a Saturday. I recommend giving them a call for your pest control needs.

On Tuesday, April 7, in the late afternoon, I made a call to APS for a price quote on a termite treatment out in Tonopah. The lady who answered the phone advised me they indeed service Tonopah, which is clear across the valley from their home base, and provided me with a price range. She advised me she was going to have the owner call me back to discuss further. Within less than an hour, John called back and we had a consult set up for the following morning for him to come out and confirm there were termites in our crawl space under the house.<br><br>John showed up, promptly at 8am the following morning. He was so punctual that he actually had to wait on me, as I am at the mercy of a nursing newborn. He inspected, confirmed, and gave us a more accurate quote. We agreed and set up service for the following week, Tuesday the 14th between 12 and 2. His technician showed up just before 12, confirmed I knew what was being done, completed the treatment, took payment, and left.<br><br>We watch a lot of fixer-upper shows and they always say to get more than one quote, get reviews and word of mouth experiences from more than one source. I did none of those things when scheduling APS to come out and I've got to say, I am not disappointed. Hopefully, we don't need to see them again for a couple of years, but they will definitely be our first call.

Is there no way to move the star system past five!!!! This is a 10 star company, and it begins with Jon. I had not had termite treatment in over 40 years.....can you believe!!! Still no termites, but I felt it was time to get it done. Jon came out and boy, was he great.....crawling around in my dusty attic, digging around by my baseboards and then outside around the concrete foundation. He shot me a price and it was a done deal from there!!!!! lol Now a shout out goes to Dean who did the follow up 'grunt' work.....clean, professional and made me happier than a clam in sea water.

My husband and I have been so happy with our pest control service for our home since we found a “teenager rat” caught in the preventative blockade that barred the youngster from nesting in our attic and causing untold problems. It was a very cold winter day here and he was trying to get warm. We called our service who sprayed our home for scorpions and other critters except they did not remove small animals. We were very happy when Jon said he would remove the caught youngster and dubbed him a “teenager looking for a warm spot.” From that experience, a simple removal was done and we had a new Pest Service, who does an excellent job of keeping our house, garage and surrounding patios and yard pest free with a heavy application of spray outside as well as inside. I had an issue with rodents in my attic and called AZ Pest Solutions. I spoke with John (the owner). He was very professional and explained to me what steps were needed to resolve the issue. He came out and setup traps and bait stations in my yard. Additionally, he had one of his guys come out and cover the roof vents with wire mess. Within a day or so, the rodent was caught and haven’t had any additional problems. John came out to review termite situation and then provided a detailed quote including diagram of what the company would do. We set up an appointment that was convenient for us. Dean came out at appointed time and finished in about 2 hours. After finishing walked around the house with me and explained what he did and what we should expect.

Jon came out the same day I called after finding termite tunnels in my garage. On treatment day he was here right on time and his tech was very professional and courteous. In addition, his price was more reasonable than other companies I contacted. Hopefully I won't be seeing any more termite activity!

I've had 4 other pest control people come out. They wouldn't didn't come on time or they came 3 hours early, etc. Because of this, we couldn't have all the areas treated we needed. However AZ Pest Solutions was great. They came when they said, he was courteous and very thorough. I also felt like I could trust him around my family. The main thing is we have not seen crickets in our lights or coming through our walls anymore. They are very effective. I signed up for a recurring visit schedule from them to ensure we don't have more bugs coming into our home from neighbors or the construction next door.

They reached out right away and was able to come and help us with our bee problem within hours of the call. The pricing was great and they also went over other options, no pressure to choose the most expensive option, which was really nice. I'm allergic to bees so it was very nice to get someone out ASAP.<br>We haven't tried their monthly service as we normally don't have issues with bugs or at least nothing we can't handle ourselves. But if the one time service is any indication of their monthly service I'd recommend them to others.

Found a scorpion in my house over MDW, sent APS a message on Memorial Day thinking I wouldn't get a response until Tuesday but Kelly was quick to respond. I got an appointment scheduled for the next day and their prices beat the other three competitors I was getting quotes from. Confirmed my appointment over the phone with Valerie and paid as well. Valerie was very helpful, friendly and told me Jon would give me a call when he was on his way to my house. Jon called me two hours early letting me know he had some availability earlier if that worked out, which it totally did and helped my work schedule even more! When Jon arrived he explained the whole process, was extremely professional, thorough, and got the job handled in 30mins or less! He was very professional and though termites were found I proceeded with the purchase after consulting with Jon on extent of damage and treatment options. Finding termite trails in your home is a BIG surprise. What do you expect from a termite exterminator -- expert knowledge, thorough termite eradication, reasonable price, professional and on-time completion as estimated -- of course. I was referred to Arizona Pest Solutions with the premise that they are the best in the business for termite extermination. And, John and Cecil delivered as expected.<br><br>Quick response time. The estimate was provided on a Friday, job was completed the following Monday. Very much appreciated that they were careful to place the necessary drill holes for reaching the subterranean termites in locations which are not cosmetically noticeable. Totally pleased with their professional execution from start to finish.
