Installed ceiling insulation. Work was effective preformed. Not sure that energy cost is significantly lower. Went from 12 inches of insulation to 29 inches.

Customer service was lovely. Actual service was different. Worker didn't get clear details so didn't do the correct work. He arrived earlier than expected, so I wasn't home. My son let the fellow start work. I called to have the guy come back. Customer Service came out to inspect the work and agreed that the work I paid for was not completed. The worker came back out and finished the job. All's well that ends well. I'm looking forward to my tax rebate. Customer Service was helpful to see that i got the correct us.gov rebate form, and a proper receipt to submit with it to the tax man. I had attic fluff insulation installed with edges taped.

We were pleased with the installation of additional insulation in our attic and would not hesitate to recommend Energy Armor.

This company has wasted our time three saturdays waiting for their technicians to come out and have they never show up. First time they just never showed the second time the office gave them the wrong address and phone number supposedly, and today I get a confirmation text at 735am which I replied to at 741am confirming for an 8am appointment and then I receive a text at 825am that our service is finished and they never showed up. Do not waste your time with this company. Scam!!!

This company is deceptive in that they claim to be with Xcel and they are trying to sell you insulation! I would never do business with such a deceptive company.

We recently had R60 insulation blown into our attic. They gave us a great deal, but everything is expensive these days so we were pretty worried whether it would be worth it, and we are so happy with the result. We are no longer heating and cooling our whole house to stabilize one room. Tim was wonderful to work with from the initial consultation to purchase. He was very thoughtful and patient and helped us understand our options and where the regulations are moving in terms of both construction and energy source/use. I didn't catch the installers names, but they did a great job. They cleaned up after and let me check out the immediate temperature differential in our attic as well as showed pictures confirming the insulated a previously uninsulated and very hard to reach spot for us. Really, really happy with the team, the insulation, and the experience. Would absolutely recommend.

Update: the owner looked up my number and has been harassing me for a week to change this review. This company knows they’re fraudulent, he even told me “we trained our schedulers to say they are with Xcel” Scam company. They called me to say “they’re with Xcel and offering a free home energy audit” which is really just an excuse to get inside your home to give you a quote. When I went to actually get the work done, I found out they never did an audit at all, and I don’t qualify for a rebate. They flat out refused to give me any paperwork associated with their “audit” when I told them another company was doing the work. Had to pay an someone else to do a legitimate audit just to get the rebate and delayed the whole project - but I would highly recommend Mark at Efficiency Revolution for this service.

Tommy and his team did an excellent job with our roof insulation. The entire process was smooth from start to finish — communication was clear, scheduling was easy, and the work was completed right on time. The team was professional, efficient, and left the site clean after finishing the job.

We had been contemplating the need of updating our attic insulation. Tommy of Energy Armor came out and confirmed what I kind of already knew that we had bear-minim or standard requirement of insulation. Tom answered all my questions and then some. He gave me the best price plus many credits/discounts available including one recognizing my 20 + years of military service. His knowledge of this industry and their products were superior to all others in this field. Instillation was scheduled for the next day, others were week out. The two technician crew was very professional and respectful. The whole procedure took less than two hours and was so quite I hardly knew they were in my home. Energy Armor was what I was looking for great customer service and a sense of let’s get this done for this customer that I find a little lacking in contractors nowadays. Tommy was up front and willing to work with us with a no interest payment plan and had a team out the next day to re-insulate our attic. It was painless and the team was efficient and very polite. I found Energy Armor at the fall home show. They offered me a free home energy audit so reluctantly I took it. Much to my surprise when Tommy came to my home to perform the audit I was totally impressed with him and Energy Armor. First off it was so unbelievable a no pressure situation. He explained everything very well and went over his findings with me. Secondly it was not costly at all for what I felt I was going to receive from them adding insulation to all of my attic spaces. In addition I will be getting a tax break for the service I received as well as less cost in gas bills for the additional insulation that I had them install. Lastly but surely not least they scheduled the project within just a couple of days. On a weekend no less so I didn't have to take off or leave work early. In addition the crew that came in to do the installation was extremely kind and professional and completed the work quickly, professionally efficiently and cleaned up well afterwards. I would absolutely recommend these guys in a heartbeat. Whether your sure or not if you need any additional energy protection I would reach out to them abd have them check it out for you. I scheduled a free energy audit with Mario. He was honest in his appraisal of our house’s windows, doors, and attic insulation. In fact, he said everything was great and there was nothing for him to recommend! He was friendly, polite, and easy to communicate with, letting me know what time he was coming to the house. You can appreciate working with a company that doesn’t try to upsell you when it’s unnecessary.

I engaged Energy Armor to evaluate the insulation needs on my 1954 (year of construction) home. Energy Armor representative Tim was very professional in explaining potential services and I opted for additional attic insulation up to R60 as well as sealing for any potential heat loss leaks. The installation team headed by Che was concientious, on time and completed the task quickly. Highly recommended since they did what they said they would do.

I met Energy Armor at the Denver Fall Home Show in August and spoke with Tommy, who offered to conduct an energy audit of my attic insulation. It had been about 15 years since I last upgraded from the builder-grade insulation in my home. Tommy proposed bringing it to an R-60 rating using Owens Corning ProPink L77A insulation. The installation crew was friendly and called to ask if they could arrive early. They showed up at noon and spent just over an hour blowing insulation into my attic. My two-story, 3,000-square-foot home now has well-installed insulation, which I inspected from the access point. The coverage looked excellent. I hope I won’t need insulation again soon, but I’d recommend Energy Armor.

I scheduled a free energy audit, Tim was my auditor and he was friendly knowledgeable and very helpful. He pointed out the areas that would benefit from adding and/or upgrading the insulation and the things that didn't need attention in my duplex and other areas for energy saving which woukd also save me monthly. Tim and Energy Armor tried to work with me on a zero percent payment plan which was great along with the incredible price they were offering. I am unable to have the job done right now but I definitely will be reaching out to Tim and Energy Armor when I can get the job done.

This company came to my house for an energy audit. It was essentially a sales call. I was supposed to receive a $200 rebate on my power bill for this 'audit.' Nothing. Now they won't return my calls, and the main office NEVER picks up the phone. Run, don't walk form this contractor. If I can't trust them to do the first thing they say they are going to do, I'm definitely NOT spending money to let then subcontract out insulation.

They were supposed to show up today, Feb 17, to install. As we say in the restaurant industry, NCNSNJ or No Call No Show No Job. I’ve called & texted and no response at all. Hope they get their sign out of my yard before trash day or that’s where it’s going.

I would avoid this business at all costs. I asked for an estimate on attic insulation at my house so I could compare to other quotes. The sales person was there at about 5pm and was very pushy. He wanted me to make a decision immediately so they could install insulation the very next morning. He wanted almost double what other companies were charging. His estimate consisted of using his calculator to "ballpark" the numbers. He never provided a written estimate and never followed up with one after the fact. This makes me think he gets paid on whatever he charges the customer above/beyond the companies cost so he is incentivized to show up and quote outrageous prices and pressure you into signing. Update: They continue to contact me to try to get me to remove this review. A few weeks after the original review they offered a gift card to remove this. Update part 2: They are desperate to get this review removed. It makes me wonder how many reviews they have had removed by pestering the person that left the review. They claim they use better products but the entire insulation industry uses the products made by 3 main manufacturers. The price they offered was double what we wound up paying elsewhere - no wonder the pushy sales tactics.

It started with me simply trying to get free energy scan and audit and my $200 credit from Xcel Energy, but Tommy is the man!!! Absolutely amazing customer service and customer care this company really treats customers right!! I had a terrible job done just earlier in April of this year to the tune of $3500 and I felt ripped off. My scan came back as bad heat loss through our roof. Tommy at the most fair price and great service came in and fixed all their mistakes and now made us feel whole. We are actually energy efficient now!! Really appreciate Energy Armor.

We used Energy Armor about a week ago for insulation in our two attic spaces. We noticed an improvement almost immediately when walking up our stairs. Our heater is turning on less as the temperature is being maintained, despite recent cold temperatures. Definitely recommend!

We met Tommy a few weeks ago when he knocked on our door offering to schedule a free “energy audit”; my husband scheduled the appointment for later in the week. When Tommy came for the audit he was immediately likable and truly enthusiastic for the product(s) he was representing. After poking his head into our attic space he discovered, and photographed, the existing insulation which had settled greatly over the 25+ years since its installation. After explaining the discounts and tax credits available we decided to move forward with his team. A few days later, Gage and his helper arrived on time and were finished within an hour. They cleaned up after themselves and were gone in a flash, despite having to locate a silenced cell phone, accidentally dropped in the freshly blown in insulation. 🤣 Despite the unusually warm end of November and beginning of December, we have already seen the benefits! We have radiant heat and our boiler has been working a lot less since the installation. I would absolutely do business again with Energy Armor! They were very friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced. Sorry Xcel, you won’t get to pick my pocket this winter!

Based on the positive reviews, it seems Energy Armor might do good work. But my experience of their initial sales attempt was not positive, and I hope to prevent others from making the same time-wasting mistake i did. The salesman Doak from Energy Armor Solutions came to my door and said told me i would get a $200 Xcel rebate for simply having them do a free energy analysis on my home. I told Doak that sounded too simple and there must be more to it, and could he please clarify the mechanics of what I had to do and how/when i would receive the rebate. He said after the free 20-minute analysis by their experienced technician, i would claim the rebate with Xcel and get a credit on my next bill. I made an appt based on this response. Yes, I'm embarrassed to admit I am that gullible, or perhaps in need of a rebate right now. Since I found out the truth from Xcel about the contracted home improvement work i would have to have to pay for before I am eligible to receive the rebate ("up to" $200), I called Energy Armor Solutions to cancel the appointment. Their voice mailbox was full so now I guess I have to tell the tech when they show up.....awkward!! I love the idea of improving the energy efficiency of my home and reduce my energy bills. If the salesman would have been more informed or more honest, then I would have considered this offer for the purpose it was intended to serve, rather than kicking myself for falling for an age-old salesman's tactic.

I needed to have insulation blown into my attic and I choose this company. From the beginning to the end I found them professional and courteous. They provide before and after pictures and were very efficient. I can recommend them if you are looking to have insulation added to your attic as I did.

Ethics and integrity are a big miss for me. The only reason they have 5 star reviews is they bribe people into leaving a review for $100 gift certificate. High pressure sales, but we didn’t much care as we just wanted it done. I’m very certain we could’ve gotten it cheaper. They seem nice enough, but they are unethical. If you say you are going to do something, do it. Don’t make me message you 10 times and you still not follow through. My suggestion is, go with a company that’s been around for a while and compare prices. Also go look at their reviews at other sites. Half of them are taken down! This company will be out of business before too long.

From the initial meeting with Tommy to analyze heat loss and gain to the installers who arrived and placed the insulation in place, it all happened without a hitch. Tom, the sales person was very helpful with the information needed to make an informed decision about our R60 insulation addition to our attic. The workers who actually installed the insulation were on time, cleaned up after the job, and asked if I wanted to see the difference in the attic with the added insulation. After all discounts, rebates, and tax reductions, the cost was under 50% of quote. We should be able to recoup that money through utility savings in 4-5 years if their estimated utility savings are correct. We look forward to the added comfort and savings.

I am not giving them a low review because of the work that we did get done - it is just not what we wanted and the super salesman Tommy talked us into it - not the problem I am an adult - the problem is he told us if it did not fix our problem they would come out and all we would have to pay for is the supplies to finish the job - I have called numerous times and no one will call me back - got one e-mail two weeks ago stating Tommy would call by 5pm - but I guess Tommy took our almost $6000 and ran with it and I guess the owners just don't care that they duped two disabled veterans.

Tommy came out and gave us a such a greatly deal that not only could we afford it, they came same day and were done in an hour! Very respectful team, clean and efficient work. I had an energy audit performed. Determined that attic insulation was required. Our furnace is no longer struggling to keep the house warm and turning on every 30 minutes.

They missed my first estimate. Rescheduled. Missed my second estimate.. Ended up going with another company because of this. However, management and customer service was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to contact me to apologize for the lost time and inconvenience this caused. Thank you Energy Armor for making it right.

I recently had a burst pipe due to the cold snap that made its way through Colorado shortly before the new year. Part of the repairs required new insulation to be blown in. I called multiple insulation companies, and several things set Energy Armor apart. First, they actually answer their phones. Every other place, during normal business hours, went to voicemail. Second, Energy Armor actually sent a person to the house to look over the issue and give an estimate. Other places just wanted pictures, which was hard to do with the way the walls are laid out. But the Energy Armor tech showed up and put real eyes on it. Third, Energy Armor did the work even though it was a “small” job. Of the few companies that actually returned my calls, most made it seem like it would be annoyance to have to do something so small. Finally, on the day of install, the techs had issues with their van. The manager called and kept me informed every step of the way until the techs were leaving the shop and on their way. The techs, Jackson and Sky, were friendly, punctual, professional, and efficient. They came in, talked me through the process, got the work done in a timely fashion, and cleaned thoroughly before they left. Hopefully I don’t need insulation again anytime soon, but if I do I have Energy Armor’s number..

Energy Armor recently replaced our attic insulation and we could almost immediately notice a difference in the our home's temperature. Tommy was extremely easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I had 2 rooms that either were colder than the rest of the house in the winter and hotter than the rest of the house in the summer. I called Energy Armor to come out and do an inspection. Tommy came out and found that the insulation in the attic was inadequate. Tommy was great to work with; he explained everything, upgraded the insulation I had , was efficient and worked out a reasonable deal. Once Tommy and Jose were done installing the insulation, they showed me before and after pictures, vacuumed and cleaned up everything. It has been two days since the insulation was added and I have already noticed a difference with the temperature in those rooms.

After checking prices with other possible vendors, we selected Energy Armor to blow in insulation into our ceiling in our two-car garage. TLDR: team was professional, but came 4 h late, worked until 11p, kept to quote for significantly larger project than planned, compensated for trouble. House is warm! Guys at Energy Armor were very kind and professional during the installation. We had insulation installed within 48 h of our inquiry at a price that trounced our other quotes with superior insulation product. They kept to their initial quote even when the size of the project ended up being significantly larger than planned. While the start of the project was very delayed due to unforeseen circumstances that day and a mishap caused some blown insulation to cover a closet, they stayed late into the night to make the room spotless and finish everything that same day, and gave further discounts and extra insulation for the inconvenience.
