We have been with Local Choice Pest Control for a few years now, and I have been very pleasantly surprised by their overall elevated service. Jacob Hayes, one of their technicians, still treats us and our property like we're not just another number on another street, which is truly wonderful. Over the years, I've thrown some curveball situations at them, and they've always taken great care to listen and provide real solutions. 10/10 would recommend.

Sage the technician knew exactly how to rid the premises of the rodents and located their entries into the walls of the house where he placed the electronic traps. What a relief! I had tried everything everyone suggested to rid or keep the rodents away but the rodents were way too smart. I called Local Pest as a last resort and so happy I did. I highly recommend them for any pests!

Recently took care of rodent problem I back yard. Sage doesn't use poison. Instead traps that kill the rodent instantly.<br>Everything Sage does is environmentally safe . He's very knowledgeable on desert trees and bushes and is always there to answer any questions.<br>We recommend his services 100%!

Local Choice goes above and beyond in the service department. All employees are knowledgeable and do a very thorough job. There are amazing to work with. I have used their mosquito service, termite service, insect service, packrat, service, and snake removal. Also, their prices are very fair.

Local Choice did an amazing job to control/destroy a wasp nest I had on my property. Within 2 days they were out and sprayed the infested area and then came back the next day and sealed all of the entries and caulked where needed. They also sprayed a few other areas on my back patio where wasps have been trying to nest. I'm petrified of bees/wasps so they definitely put the calm back into me using my yard. And, this is the only company I use for weed control as well. Their pricing is super competitive and they always come out and retreat areas if needed. They're reliable and trustworthy and so easy to work with. I won't use anyone else for my weed or pest control services!

I never use Pest Control companies, as I avoid chemicals however an ant issue was never ending. I called a few companies and knew I found the right one on talking with Sage. One treatment, and they were gone and no smells etc.and nearly 4 weeks later still no ants, I also appreciate he really minimized indoor treatment due to my sensitivity to chemicals. Desert pack rats can also be an issue where I live, and they have an innovative non-poison service which I wish I'd found years ago. I've found this company to be reliable, responsive, very friendly and highly recommend.

Nick comes and handles the pests on our property. We haven’t seen any pests since Nick started coming.<br><br>We have many trees on our property, some new some very old. They also look for termite activity every time they are here. I like how they text me when they are on the way. Sage is so knowledgeable. He also repaired my irrigation system. He will also fertilize the plants correctly and make sure my timer is set for the correct watering. I love how one company can do so much and the prices are so reasonable.

Great service.... had an issue with rats living in and destroying AC and pool heater equipment. Previous attempts using a generic company with lightly trained associates were a waste. Sage lives in the area and continually checks and services traps. Also preventative steps to ensure rats cannot enter our systems is available through him.

I recently sold my home in Fountain Hills, AZ. During the inspection process, it was discovered that I had a serious R-A-T problem in my attic. I needed to get this problem rectified quickly so that we could proceed with the sale.<br><br>I promptly scheduled three companies to inspect and give me estimates. One of the companies that I scheduled was requested by the prospective buyer of my home, so I thought that I would likely choose that company. However, hands down, I was most impressed with Sage. He clearly explained (verbally and in writing) what he found and what would be needed to completely correct the situation and the estimated cost in so doing, which I thought was fair.<br><br>I was really under the gun to get this resolved quickly, so I scheduled Sage to start imediately.
