Brandon was punctual, knowledgeable, kind and friendly. He arrived promptly, described the process of catching (and releasing) the squirrels that had entered our attic. He went into the attic and confirmed their existence while quickly finding their exterior, entry ways. He caught all the squirrels within a few days and repaired the holes. He also provided advice regarding roof gutters.<br><br>I highly recommend him! He knows his business of rodent removal and it was a pleasure working with him.

Found a dead deer in my yard. Called at 4:35 pm and Brandon promptly returned my call and said he could be at my home in 30 minutes. Brandon removed the deer at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Total Animal Control.

Brandon came out to help our company in the pouring rain, within an hour of me contacting him. He was courteous and so friendly and helpful!

Nobody wants to deal with a raccoon that is terrorizing your backyard! Brandon was informative when we inquired about his service, was able to come out and set a trap. Three days later, raccoon was caught! Brandon was great at communicating with us and tending to the trap as needed. Once it was caught, unharmed, he took it away and let it go out in the wild… somewhere else :)

We had a dead fawn out back due to coyotes, ugh… Called Brandon with TAC Wednesday morning, and he completed the removal later the same day. Excellent service, thanks Brandon!!

We had one of our dogs bring a dead opossum in our house and needed to have it picked up. Timothy answered the first time I called and had it picked up next day. He was efficient, friendly, and very responsive. If you need animal removal I would highly recommend!

Someone must have hit this poor deer with their car and moved it to the sidewalk and out of the road right in front of our church. We had a service coming up the following day so we had to act quickly. I called late in the afternoon after 6pm and was surprised when a real person answered. A Squirrel had made a nest in my chimney and birthed babies there. Brandon successfully removed the babies and mama.He is very personable, was on time, and very thorough with his work. I would highly recommend using this business!

Brandon helped me get out of a tight spot by removing a deer carcass in the creek on my private property within smelling range of my house. One phone call and he was on site the next day. If you are looking for a nuisance wildlife control contractor, your search is over. You would be hard pressed to find a more professional, responsive company than TAC. This is a company that provided a free estimate, explained what they were going to do, and did it when they said they would. TAC conducted a very productive (70+ !!!) turtle remediation program for our HOA at a very reasonable price. You can't go wrong here.

Brandon was a pleasure to help us remove a raccoon family in our attic. I appreciated his thorough communication and work. I chose his company because he works with rescue groups to humanely rehab and relocate animals. He was professional and reliable and I recommend him to others.

There were three birds that started attacking me by swooping down and swatting me with their wings. I called numerous services and no one was able to offer any assistance about what to do. Excellent and quick work, highly recommend. I came across Total Animal Control searching for a solution to voles/mice that were appearing in my garage during the late spring/summer months. I called Total Animal Control and they were able to come to the house the same day and recommend how to seal the access points in the garage for a reasonable price. The work was scheduled for the next day and completed as scheduled. Excellent job!

After finding Bats in my Attic Vent I reached out to Total Animal Control and spoke to Brandon, he immediately set a time the following day communicated perfectly and came out actually earlier than the set arrival time and climbed up into the attic and diagnosed the issue instantly. Gave me an amazing cost effective solution letting me know all options and performed the work within 30 minutes of arrival. He was very informative and professional. Definitely a go to for any pest or animal issues you may have!

Brandon from Total Animal Control was awesome. I had been hearing squeaking for two days in the fan of our bathroom. Brandon walked me through how take the fan out (without causing too much damage lol) and how to remove the housing so we can see up in it. We found the baby starling, managed to remove him and get him to a rehabber. I don't think we would have been able to talk ourselves into removing the vent. I definitely recommend him.

Brandon at Total Animal Control was great! He came out, did an assessment of the squirrel situation in my attic, FOUND baby squirrels! He removed them for rehabilitation, and found the entry points where the squirrels were coming in. Set a one way trap so the could get out but not back in. After all we’re out, he sealed the holes and repaired the damage! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I highly recommend Brandon at TAC for removing and sealing up your house for rodent infestation. Brandon walked the entire house and looked at all the areas where the rats were coming into my crawl space/attic and sealed every entry to include the dryer vent! A previous company didn’t even look at the air vents or other areas where the rats were entering just at the roof line. I’m so thankful I went with my gut and to get a second quote. If you have a problem with rodents make your first call to Brandon . His pricing compared to the first company which wasn’t doing 1/2 of what my house needed was very competitive.

Total Animal Control did a great job with my recent rodent infestation in my crawlspace. They sealed the space and trapped the rodents. The last touch was to replace my vapor barrier and clean/deodorize everything so that it looks brand new. Thank you!
