I have a very clear no soliciting sign. This sign was completely disregarded. I was in the middle of nap time with my kids and my doorbell was rung despite my no soliciting sign right next to it. My baby was woken up, nap was disrupted, and when I answered and told him no and how much he interrupted, he continued to try to talk to me about pest control.
Pete was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a thorough job and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He is a great conversationalist and I enjoyed his time in my home. I highly recommend White Knight Pest Control.
I rarely add reviews, but I think this is something for everyone to keep in mind.<br><br>We decided to try White Knight because one of our neighbors recommended them. The first visit was pretty good, but the next few people that showed would brush a couple windows in our house and leave within just a few minutes. (Yes, I was watching them from my window to be sure).<br><br>Money got tight so I called their support line several times and received no answer. Left several voicemails with no call back. They kept sending technicians and I told about 3 that I had requested a cancellation in my voicemails and over e-mail.<br><br>It was not until the last one came by when they told me there was a special way that you had to cancel and that it was "confusing" on how to do it.<br><br>Fast forward to today, I am now getting texts from a Debt Collector to pay off the rest of my annual contract that I had no idea I was signing up for.<br><br>Worst experience ever. Do not use them!

Do not get locked into a contract with this service. There are so many hidden fees, and it felt impossible to get out. We still had mosquito issues all summer, and when the contract ended, we still had to pay an additional $297. Super frustrating!

James was an excellent technician! He took his time and really explained what he would do to get rid of our ant problem. He was courteous, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I don’t want any one else but James to service my home.
When Kaleb came to the door to announce his presence on our property, I pointed out to him that the square black rat trap and the flat green trap needed re,-baiting and also the green trap was open, could he fix it. After he left, I went to check the trap but they were both gone! He took them with him. We need those traps for the rats 🐀 we are battling getting in our card, under the hood! Please send him back, and bring our traps back, please!

I dislike writing a negative review of a company, but I knew better than to get involved with this one. I knew that when the guy came to my door it was going to be something that I didn't want to get involved in. Long story short, the guy didn't tell me that there was a contract involved, and that there was a monthly payment for their services. I thought I was signing for the one service. Then when I tried to let them know that I didn't want their service after one day of receiving the service, they charged me $200.00. Fyi, this is a contract! And the office staff is nasty, and I was too.

I signed up for a quarterly pest control service, which I understood to mean one service every three months for a fixed price. In practice, the company scheduled services more frequently, about every two months, without clearly explaining that this would still count as “quarterly” service.<br><br>When I later tried to cancel, they claimed I had already received all my quarterly services and charged me for remaining months. This led to hours of back-and-forth calls. They eventually reduced the charge, but only after significant pressure.<br><br>The issue is not that services were not provided. The issue is misleading advertising and unclear billing practices. If a service is effectively bi-monthly, it should be advertised that way. Customers should not be surprised with charges when they try to cancel.<br><br>I recommend reading the contract very carefully and asking detailed questions about service frequency before signing.
White Knight Pest Control has been with me for many years. Their service is top notch. They promptly handle any concerns and take care of any pest issues during their inspection.<br><br>Today our home was inspected by Marcus who greeted me and asked if there were any issues. When the job was completed he came to the door to let me know what was done.
I'm staying in a boarding home and the landlord had to do a replay two days ago, and now still see roaches crawling in my kitchen. I'm glad my landlord cancel her contract with there services. They are not good at all, because there quality is so bad.
Communication was top tier. Gave me a well advanced notice of his scheduled arrival. Also communicated very well about my initial termite inspection results
No reflection on James st all- but we are EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with White Knoght right now. TWICE NOW- the tech didn’t bother to show after texting to set appt/ didn't bother to call or text - just dudnt show /<br>VERY POOR SERVICE AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

Tim called to let me know that he was on his way. He checked in when he arrived and asked if I had any specific issues that needed attention. He performed the service and let me know when he was done. Very professional!
James is very knowledgeable about pest control. He sprayed everywhere I asked he even asked permission before doing anything. He wore protective shoe covers in house he was thorough; in and out he didn’t hang around which I appreciated.
I had service with White Knight, and I do not have complaints about the service they provided. I do have major issues with the cancelation and how it occurred. I called them and stated that I wanted to stop services. At that time, I was between jobs and did not need the extra bill. So, a couple months go by, and I get a phone call that my home has been serviced and I now owe them for that service. I was not notified of the timing of said service, no one was home, and both of my back gates were locked, so if anyone actually came by, they would have only been able to provide a partial spray of my property. Now I am getting collections notices and warnings for a treatment I did not request. Customer Service was incredibly rude when I called to get a resolution. It's less the money and more the principle behind a business charging me for a treatment I never asked for. I would appreciate a resolution from ownership.
Customer service not great and they will nickle and dime you. Their service is contract based so be aware before you agree as you are committing yourself to multiple services and after your service is done it auto renews unless you tell them and if you don’t give a 30-day notice they’ll charge you same service price even if they don’t service the house. Only reason this company gets an extra star instead of 1 is because the technicians have always been great to work with.

Tim was very Professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He explained in detail the service he would be providing , and answered all of my questions while displaying patience and concern. I really wish Tim could be the tech who services my residence going forward!
Tim was prompt and thorough in his work. He went above and beyond to ensure all of our ant mounds were taken care of and every edge and corner of our house covered. He exemplified a good attitude while working which is rare to see these days.

NIghtmare of a company, Tricked me into a full year agreement after being sold on a one time treatment. I immediatley called to cancel and was told that I of course could cancel but the fee was equivelant to the last 11 months of the contract that I was tricked into signing. Never saw a pest control person at my house one time, when I did try to communicate with them to assist with a mice problem, I never got any responses. Not once during the entire 12 month contract did they spray inside my home for pest. After speaking to a representive to not continue my service contract, once it ended, they still continued to charge me.
Mike was great! He gave me as much information as possible, in between me having to respond to the movers. He was even familiar with my home area and their pest issues. This man knows his stuff and great conversationalist as well.
James was excellent! He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the entire area was treated thoroughly. Very professional, friendly, and efficient service. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the care taken to address my concerns. Highly recommend White Knight Pest and James for top-quality service!

Kennedy handled my information verification and explained everything about the contract. Efrain was in charge of the in-home service. He did a professional and dedicated job, explaining every detail of what he was doing, answering questions, and making sure we understood the entire process. He did an excellent job, without a doubt. Do not trust in sales guy, techs are not doing the service, and you have to ask them again to do the service! Wasting time , hardly I closed the agreement with them, there is no any value to do the business with this company, my recommendation don’t go and don’t trust in sales guy!<br>I paid cancellation fee 135$ and I paid 120$ fees for bimonthly service which was done in 5 mins with a very low quality of service.<br>So I preferred to pay 255$ to stop any connection with this company!
Their products doesn't work. fake company just wanted your money. They will show good offer and bind you in contract.Ants Roaches mosquitoes bugs live happily ever after the service only deduction is your money from account.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! LAIRS!!! I initially gave this company a five star review. Because they were so cheap and they were friendly at first. They’re real friendly to you before they get your money and you sign that contract. They are a bare minimum company. I initially got them because I have rats and mice and this company said they would be able to get rid of them no problem. They said the contract was month-to-month and I could cancel at any time With no fees. That’s an absolute lie, and there is a cancellation fee Whenever I initially called to cancel my service because I found someone else who says they can kill the rats because they specialize in that I was not rude. I was just very matter-of-fact. I have been with them for almost a year and I still have rats which is the main reason I called them. A person comes out every couple of months walks around the house spray some stuff in the yard and then leaves. As I said before bare minimum company. When I explain that to the agent, she got upset with me and was rude and told me I couldn’t cancel it only my wife could I immediately handed the phone to my wife and then she said my wife couldn’t cancel it. We had to call back from my wife’s phone number so then I hung up immediately and called back on my wife’s number within 40 seconds was on the phone with someone else explain to them what just happened they sent us over to Retention who was rood to us as well and then informed us we have a $200 cancellation fee when their whole thing was were a month month service and there’s no cancellation fees no big contract. Really what they are as a bunch of liars that are unprofessional and are just collecting your money and doing absolutely nothing.
Absolutely terrible service. I called initially for rat/mice in my house and was reassured that that would not be an issue to be taken care of. I'm almost a year into my contract now and I still have rats. And some of them are huge now because they're growing. It's kind of ridiculous actually. Point being I've called roughly five times over the one year that I've been under their contract to tell them about this and my cries fall on deaf ears. I guy has come on a couple different occasions and sprayed some stuff and walked around the house and that was it. Their services are cheap you get what you pay for. Do not use this company or recommend this company to anybody. When I called their customer service to cancel the service, the first person was rude and didn't like my explanation of why I was canceling the service because they're not actually doing their job and killing the rats. And then they told me they needed to speak to my wife so I put her on the phone and then they said I had to call back from my wife's phone number which I did immediately. And then retention tells us we have to buy out of our contract early which is fine. But the second person was a little snappy and rude too. They probably need a retrain some of their people on customer service and what polite is. Again, all who read this. Don't ever use this service.
This place sucks and being locked in a contract makes it worst. We still have pest issues, I don’t know when they are coming and it causes an issue with them not spraying inside my home or garage. Worst decision ever.<br><br>However, I have requested for Jeremi Perez specifically because he is amazing. If you get Jeremi, your mind and home will be at ease.
Been using White Knight on and off for several years. I have always had prompt responses, friendly service and they are reasonably priced. They are always willing to come out to do “extra” treatments at no cost if the regular service treatments aren’t successful at ridding the pests. I’ve never had pest problems after the first two service treatments. Their staff, that I’ve dealt with, are all friendly, respectful, and professional people. I highly recommend them for pest control needs.

I just wanted a human<br><br>I’ve paid for monthly service for 3 years. The first time I had a real issue (ants in the yard, a cockroach inside, webs outside), my email was met with an AI auto-reply—and then silence. No one called. No one checked in. I had to call in and insist on speaking with a real person just to get a response.<br><br>I don’t mind technology, but I do expect customer service. If problems pop up, I shouldn’t be talking to a bot and solving it myself. At this point, I’m seriously reconsidering this contract. Future customers: if human follow-through matters to you, take note.
Used to be great and customer service was top notch. Now, after years, they have stopped servicing me while telling me they have.<br><br>From 20 second visits (I have camera logs) to not even attempting to open the gate, I have had enough. I am not sure what you pay for with these guys other than to show up and lie about service.<br><br>Now, they refuse to cancel my account and still plan to bill for a visit that hasn't happened yet and I have the audio call to prove it.<br><br>Stay away. They are useless these days.<br><br>UPDATE:<br>The lady I talked to said you guys had been out for multiple times. The last two "services" your truck was not at my house long enough to spray, and I have been complaining about ands for months to your techs.<br><br>Also, they keep emailing and messaging me even though I have blocked, asked, and not threatening legal action for spamming me.
This company is unacceptable and the young man that signed me up told me there were no contracts nor fees to cancel because it was month to month and now I'm being told there is a fee.<br><br>I now have to Finish out a "contract" for the 4 months and cancel my service. I do not want a call back to speak to anyone since Dominick the "advocacy agent" was argumentative, rude and unprofessional.<br><br>Your termite 'expert' is pushy and is very good at creating urgency by lying about how extensive damage is when it is actually not. Igot a second opinion and see Your prices are double what several other companies in the area are.

Please do not use this company and save yourself some hassle. I signed their contract, hoping for an okay job to be done just to remove spiders along our home. They came out and missed pretty much all the spiderwebs that I sent photos of for them to get. The reps spend about five minutes going around the house, which is not enough time to really take care and complete the job. Their sales team and managers are impossible to get a hold of. You have to continue calling back and their email process is completely inadequate with no response times and zero responses. Inconsistent and they lack customer service skills. Feels like a scam.
Never had an issue with them. Our tech today, Kevin went above and beyond by pointing out areas that we can work on to help control the wasp issues we are having. Great guy!
I’ve been with white night for probably 8-10 years.<br>I have never seen any bugs in it around my home other than the occasional ants and red ants and you’ve always come out right away at no extra charge. Mike was a constant at my previous home and I have personally requested that he be my tech going forward. Plus he knows my dogs by name💕
This is the worst Company I have ever dealt with! Was emailed saying they have completed my service and no one ever showed up. Called customer service and after being on hold for an hour, I called back and had to explain what happened again. On top of that they acted like it was no big deal and that the technician just serviced the wrong house. They charged me the remainder of the contract and their “discounted price” ended up costing me $540 to get away from this worthless/careless company.
I do not recommend this company at all. I was lied to about sales when I accepted the contract, I was also lied to about cancellation at any time I wanted to. I then called customer service to try to figure things out only to be led down more roads to no success. I was promised a call back from a tech supervisor that never came, so when the next service came I called them back. Got sent to corporate where they said in order to close my account I have to pay an additional $250 with no following services. All they did was give me a one time $25 credit on my account. I handled my own pest problem because they could not. I was also told while speaking with corporate, apparently you have to give them a call back to make sure your year contract is ended once you reach that point, otherwise the services will continue and you will have to pay for them. I do not recommend white knight at all.
Miguel was very professional and made sure all problem areas were taken care of. He informed me if I saw anything else to not hesitate to call and that they would take care of it. I’m very pleased with the services I received.
Maykol , My White Knight Service Tech is amazing. He serviced the property in the rain! That takes dedication! He definitely deserves a huge raise. I barely see any bugs around my property anymore.
Tim came for service today . Thanking God he came at the right time . We moved our patio umbrella for a party . We have not been using it for a while and lots of wasp/hornets came out of it . I have been paying this company for over 5 months. Since then I have seen roaches, spiders, scorpions, and wasp amongst other bugs in my house and outside. My dogs got fleas from the bugs in the yard. When I got the contract I was told my entire property would be sprayed since then one tech told me he can’t spray my yard another can’t spray my sheds then today another said he can’t spray upstairs. Like what am I paying for? They said my whole home and yard would be included now it’s 100 feet from the house and only my bottom unit. Also they say someone will come out if u need in between sprays. Thats true but be prepared to wait a week or two. Then I literally waited for them all day. I had to get someone to pick up my kids from school waiting for them. Called customer service twice for an eta. He never called or texted back. He must’ve been tired coming after 6 pm just to not spray even though I paid my bill .
I'm extremely unhappy with how White Knight Pest Control has treated me as a customer. I fulfilled my entire contract and when I called to cancel they wanted to charge me a $145 fee to cancel my account. When I called in I spoke to a lady from their customer support and she made me have one of the worst experiences from a company I think I've ever had. She was screaming at me, belittling me, and so rude that I had to end the call. It was a call that you would see on a training video of WHAT NOT TO DO.

I have had used this company for years, management changed and things went down hill from there, service people came when they wanted to without any warning or notice, I have dogs, I called talk to the manager in person ask them not to come out without an 12 hour message due to my work schedule and my dogs, and if it rain do not come out well it was all ignored. they kept coming out i sent them away, if i caught them in time. when I asked them to do the inside of my home they never have the proper stuff to do but gave me some glue traps. When i had issues with anthills or wasp i had to wait for 3 days or more not the less than 24 hour as they state. So I finally had it after a heavy storm with more to come on a Saturday never the less, here comes a service guy, my dogs going nuts I wake up from just going to bed, then my dogs go running at him, right then and there I told him him and his company was fired.... I called the office and I am now being charged because the service tech put me in as a reschedule not a fire. I been with this company for 4 yrs. Not an fair or honest company
In 3 years of service I have never had an issue but customer service could be better they don’t schedule with advanced notice properly just send a message saying someone will be there next day people that work need notice but they will treat on Saturdays so that’s a plus
Efrain did a spectacular job on this re-treatment. He was very thorough with his work, asked all the right questions, and gave all the right answers about a recent ant issue I had. Right before he was about to leave, he double checked my gate doors were closed and in doing so found 2 more fire ant mounds! He first treated the area right away THEN let me know! Now that’s A1 service
Do not use these services, it's pretty much a scam. All they do is spray every couple months. If you actually have an active issue with pests don't expect these guys to solve. Canceling the service is also a massive pain due to no documented steps to cancel. Call into their service and no one knows which department handles cancellations. Stay far away.<br><br>-Update on my review, I've attempted to cancel service with this company over the phone twice and multiple times through email and they refuse to cancel my service. DO NOT do business with this company.<br><br>-Update: I was finally able to cancel my service and got an email confirming my cancellation and I would no future charges. Couple days later I get an email saying I owe $41, couple days after that I get a text saying I owe $166. Please for the love of God do not do business with this company. Most dishonest company I have every done business with by far.
Miguel is the best technician that has serviced my home since Kevin. In fact after a few unpleasant exchanges with another tech, I was going to cancel the service. Miguel saved it by his professional demeanor and he actually LISTENED to my concerns. He is always polite. His woIrk is impeccable. Im requesting to ONLY send Miguel. He is definitely an asset to White Knight.

This is the second service weve had from this company, our first being a great start but we still had a severe problem that needed to be taken care of. On this reservice Miguel was very helpful in helping me understand what is going on with our wasp probelm. Super polite and kind gentleman, i'm thankful he was the one that came out and serviced our yard. He was honest about how to tend to the issue and offered a lot a valuable information. I reccomend his service, and would ask for him specifically, if you are looking for someone who can help you see the big picture and set expectations on how to continue to care and tend to any overwhelming outdoor bug issue. Price is reasonable but the service doesn’t last very long. I need a reservice monthly , but they don’t allow me to schedule more than one. So I have to wait until I start seeing bugs to schedule. And when I talked to Jennifer in customer service, it was completed the circle of frustration. The people that service are nice but the overall experience I can’t recommend.<br><br>You get what you pay for.
Miguel is a fantastic technician who had to come in behind another technician, and I appreciate the timeliness of the service he provided. He was very informative and ensured all bases were covered. If you’re thinking of using their services<br>DO NOT! The customer service also gives you the runaround when the customer is trying to cancel services. On top of all of that they want to charge an extra $400 after you already pay monthly and the contract is over. Better of using the spray sold at Home Depot it works a lot better… SAVE your money guys because it’s not worth it.
Rolon was great!! He sprayed the house inside and out and took care of all of our needs. Very patient was kind of enough to explain to me some of the issues we were having!

I had a contract with them in Southern California.<br><br>Their sales pitch promised appointment notifications a week in advance and flexibility to adjust. In reality, they email you at 5 pm the night before, then show up unannounced the next day - calling the job “done” after spraying outside. A week later, I came home to spider webs everywhere.<br><br>They don’t give an estimated arrival window, so if you want any interior treatment, you basically have to stay home all day.<br><br>I’ve tried three companies, and while none were great, this one was the most expensive: $199 to start, then $178 every two months. Worst value by far.
White Knight did a great job all the way around. Their customer service is stellar and the technician, Dominique, did a fantastic job spraying in and around the house. We used their service when we lived in Burleson, and I’m very glad they texted me to bring me back on board.
They are quickly to take your money. Make sure if you enroll for service to read contract. I cancelled my service after my contract was over and still charged for one service. There excuse was I have to give them 30 days. The service when they came out was not all that either. Most of the time they never had the ingredients for my interior of my home. Shop around because I’ve used other companies that are way better with customer service and all around. I will not recommend or use again.
Maykol serviced my new home and did a wonderful job. He was very thorough and communicative and showed up on time. The experience I’ve had with White Knight has been great so far- the salesman, technician, and front office rep have all shown genuine commitment to ensuring my decision to use them for my new home was the right one for me.

While under contract, I had multiple wasp nests around my home that were never addressed, despite the supposed coverage. I ended up having to hire another company to actually solve the problem.<br><br>The situation got even worse when I tried to cancel my service. I was told I would have to pay back the "veteran discount" I received at signup—over $400—if I wanted to leave early. What I thought was a goodwill gesture ended up feeling like a trap to keep me from canceling. It was never explained to me that accepting this discount would make it so difficult and expensive to change my mind later.<br><br>The billing process is confusing at best, and I felt deliberately misled. Multiple times, I was told by the billing department that I only needed "one more service" before my contract would be up. I even pushed for clarity on what that actually meant, and was told the same thing. Only after pressing further did someone finally admit that "one more service" actually meant two more payments, not one. The way they use the word "service" instead of being clear about how many payments are left feels deceptive.<br><br>Each time I called—in June, July, and August—I was told something different. Only in August, after demanding plain answers, did someone finally admit I still owed more payments than previously discussed. Now, I'm stuck paying for a service I don't want, and I feel completely taken advantage of.<br><br>If you're a veteran or just someone looking for honest, straightforward service, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. The "discount" isn't worth the headache, and the lack of transparency has left me feeling deceived and frustrated.

They assured me there were no formal agreements or long-term commitments, but when I attempted to cancel due to unsatisfactory service, I was informed that I was actually in a one-year contract. I was retroactively charged for previously provided “discounts.” The responses they post about valuing transparency seem inconsistent with my experience. I would strongly caution others to thoroughly review all terms and ask for documentation before engaging with this company.
They trap you in a one-year contract for a service that’s just average and pricier than any other competitor. But what’s worse and what they conveniently don’t tell you is that after that year, the contract doesn’t just end. You have to call them to cancel it, or they’ll quietly keep charging you. I only found out after calling that the contract auto-renews indefinitely, and they require a 30-day notice to stop future charges. If you don’t give that notice in time, they go ahead and schedule service without notifying you, and then charge you even if you cancel. According to their so-called policy, once the appointment is scheduled, it’s locked in and they won’t cancel it, and you’re stuck paying for it. There’s zero regard for the customer just a blatant money grab. Absolutely disappointing. Save yourself the headache and stay far away.
❌ I was with them for 3 months I’m not recommending this company to anyone because they are scammers and they have very poor management and they provide very bad service. because of this company my brother got injured by bees. over all what their sells person tells you!!! you only get 10% of that service. I have lots of videos but it’s not gave me an option to upload them so you all can see what happened to my family member because of this stupid company .

However, the last incident truly pushed me over the edge. I dedicated an entire day to waiting for a scheduled appointment, specifically requesting interior spraying while pointing out a black widow nest in our backyard. To my dismay, no one came. When I reached out to customer service for an update, I discovered that the previous representative had mishandled our request, leaving us without any service that day. To add insult to injury, the earliest they could send someone was over a week away.<br><br>Dealing with their services has been nothing short of exasperating. Customer service representatives seem untrained and disorganized, often avoiding questions and unable to provide straightforward answers. This has not only been a waste of my time but also my money. We’re left battling bugs with no help in sight—definitely not worth the stress or expense. When the technicians do show they do the bare minimum. After a year of service, I have found no improvement.<br><br>In short, I recommend looking elsewhere if you value your time and peace of mind.
I started with white night back in 2019. I would buy the service once a year and pay full upfront. Talk to billing person multiple times and made sure that they understood I renew one a year, it was never monthly but. Yearly upon approval for renewal. November 2024 I put the Service on hold. I as I was switching positions. I put the service on hold and did not renew. I told him over and over again no I’m no going to renew on a monthly. I would only renew yearly and I wasn’t ready to do it. They kept sending people and to stop it. Customer Service told me they canceled it but billing kept calling. And again, I explained yearly, not renewable automatically and I wasn’t ready. Now I’m getting billed gone against my credit. Call customer service who said I was monthly which I corrected and told me I owe a bill of $40 now it’s over 200 and I’m at a collection agency. I filed the Better Business Bureau and they sent Stating I accepted. only contract I did was when I first started back in 2019 they were supposed to come out once a year and I paid in advance. I also did multiple referrals. And not only that this bill went from $40 to over 200. For Services they never rendered.
Skylar Williams just came to our house and he was fantastic, super friendly and did a great job. I really appreciate the service he gave! We hope to have him service our house again next time!
