Today, Joe from EcoStar Pest Control did a wonderful job at my home for general pest control service. He was professional, punctual, and very friendly throughout the visit.<br>Joe carefully inspected both the inside and outside of the house and made sure every area was properly treated. He explained the treatment process clearly and answered all my questions patiently. He was respectful of our home and worked very neatly.<br>I truly appreciate his attention to detail and dedication to doing the job right. I feel confident that our home is well protected.

I just had the awesome opportunity to meet Lei. He’s the Ecostar Technician who is helping me.<br>We are new to the area and have a new build. With all of that comes new critters especially as the season is changing.<br>Lei is amazing! He is very professional. He called prior to arrival, and then introduced himself upon arrival. He is very courteous and explains everything throughly. He asked if I had questions and if it was okay to proceed.<br>With our rainy weather we have today, he was only able to treat the inside of our home, but we discussed his return to take care of things outside, as soon as the rain is gone and things are a bit more dry.<br>It’s great to have the same person time and time again. I’d love to have Lei be assigned to our home and together we can work to take care of all of our needs when it comes to pest and bug control. I called echostar when I found a dead rodent on my patio and within 1hr they were at my door to get it. Lei was the tech that came out. He had a positive attitude and efficiently cared for the issue and added more food to the trap boxes. I hope he is the tech that continues to service our area in Melissa tx.
