After living here 15 years we finally addressed the attic and wow, what a difference. The crew was incredibly respectful, answered every question, and left zero mess behind. Our HVAC system isn't working nearly as hard now and the temperature balancing between rooms is exactly what we needed. Fair pricing too compared to other companies we contacted.

Best part was how fast they got us scheduled. Called Monday, they were here Wednesday doing attic air sealing and insulation work. David explained everything clearly without talking down to us. The difference in our energy bill showed up immediately - dropped about $75 the first month alone.

After comparing several companies, went with Attic Construction for our energy efficiency upgrade. They sealed ducts, added insulation, and installed a moisture barrier. Transparent pricing, showed up when they said they would, and the results speak for themselves. House is more comfortable and utility bills are noticeably lower. Solid work all around.

Attic Construction Carrollton went above and beyond taking care of our attic. We had rodent issues and they removed and cleaned all the rodent droppings, sucked out the old insulation, sanitized the attic, and sealed the holes on the roof and inside the attic. Then they filled our attic with 17 inches of fresh insulation. I am looking forward to lower electric bills! The guys were very helpful and polite! Highly recommend!

Carlos is awesome!!! After 5 minutes of talking to him, I knew attic construction would be doing my attic insulation. His energy was welcoming and professional. He was knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. As the crew was doing the install, Carlos even helped me with a kitchen light that had not been working for a year. Carlos is the man and Attic construction is the company for attic insulation.

Great work. I was in a pinch as the insulation installer I had hired didn't show up and I had an IECC inspector coming in the afternoon the next day and drywall scheduled to go up two days later. Called this company in a pinch as needed install next day. They were great/friendly and made an emergency service call next day (for fair price as well) and installed all the insulation so my inspection (later that day) and drywall (following day) could all go as scheduled. Work was excellent, crew was great and passed McKinney IECC inspection later that same afternoon. Highly recommend.

We had a serious rodent problem in our attic in Plano, and it was driving us crazy. We could hear scratching at night, and I was worried about potential damage. Attic Construction Dallas came out, did a full inspection, and sealed every possible entry point. They even showed us before-and-after photos so we could see their work. They did a great job removing old insulation and full rodent proofing my attic. I had several attics with hard to get to spaces and they did a great job getting everything done. They also had a very thorough before and after walk through to ensure any damage to drywall or lighting during the process was taken care of by them.

Attis construction team added 17" of blown insulation to my garage attic. This insulation makes the garage a lot more comfortable during the hot summer months in Texas. The original builder did not add insulation in the garage attic.

Leo and Ryan stopped by and inspected my attic and told me the what they would do to make my attic looking new. They gave me a reasonable estimate to remove the old insulation, clean and sanitize the attic. Sealed any potential rodent entries, installed new blown-in and new batt insulation and even installed screens on my vents on top of the roof to prevent rodents from entry. The technicians were polite, friendly, worked hard and told me to ask them if I have any questions/concerns. They did a wonderful job doing everything to my satisfaction. May I add Erin the office lady was very pleasant to talk to. Overall, I highly recommend the company.

I called Attic Construction hoping to get a quote from them, and had 2 more consultations scheduled with other companies after. Once Buck came to do the inspection, he did such a good job at patiently and humbly letting me know that I had 3 inches of old dirty insulation and rodent feces throughout, that I decided to cancel my other scheduled consultations and sign with Attic Construction right away. Leo, who is the owner, also worked with me to make sure I was happy to move forward with the work and because I saw how deeply he cared about his business, I was confident to move forward. They came in and did all of the work in less than a day, the crew worked non-stop, Leo was present working and managing any questions that came up, and Buck who did the initial inspection was also there. If you hire Attic Construction, the people you talk to on day one are the same people who will take care of you until the work is done. Great job! I felt the difference in my air conditioning right away.

Did a great job with my attic

Leo inspected our attic and gave us a clear explanation of what to expect. Cade, Daniel, and Paulo did an excellent job on the day of service. They cleared all the old insulation out, disinfected the whole attic, and put in new, energy-saving insulation. The difference was immediately noticeable. They finished faster than expected, even though they moved all of our stuff out and back in and even disinfected that too! Excellent and efficient service! I would highly recommend these guys for any attic job.

I needed new insulation for my 35 year old house, plus I had a rodent problem in my attic. Guy accessed the situation, and his crew did an incredible job cleaning up the attic, removing old insulation, sanitizing and deodorizing. It was hard work! The three young men were professional, polite and explained the whole process. They also checked for entry points into the attic, including going up on the roof. After a week, Guy came back to make sure there were no more visitors in my attic (there weren’t). The crew came back and installed my new insulation. They did a good job cleaning up too. We found Attic Construction through our next door neighbors. We had a rodent problem in our attic. We had gotten a bid from a national chain who hyped up the fear factor. Guy came out and provided a bid at 2/3 the cost and he didn't sensationalize his presentation to prey on my fears. He also said that toward the back of our house, where one room was always the hottest in the summer and coldest in the winter, only had about 6-inches of insulation. He spent time with us inviting and answering questions. An experienced crew came out to remove the old insulation and close all exterior access points. They set traps and waited a week. Seeing no activity, they came back to blow in new insulation to a depth of 18-inches. We are very thankful and snug now. This is not an easy or inexpensive thing to do, but it was necessary. And bonus: the national chain said they could finance at 18% (even with excellent credit rating). Attic Construction offered 0% for 12 months. Definitely recommend this place - they have integrity and pride in doing a job well done.

Mr. Geva was very professional in his assessment of my attic needs. I appreciated his honesty about his minimum cost for installation and as it is above my budget at this time he still was very pleasant and professional in doing his job.

Be careful, it’s very expensive and the work left much to be desired. Lots of places where the old insulation was not properly and thoroughly removed, not sure if sanitation was done completely, someone fell through my ceiling and that had to be repaired. Given the price that’s quoted for the work, the workmanship does not match the pricing. Work was supposed to be completed over 3 days but second and third day, not much was being done, one of our air ducts was crushed and empty cans of sealant were left back with all the other areas of old insulation. I guess we are some of the first folks to go up and check because they were supposed to do the new insulation too, it might not be caught. Really frustrating for the money we had to spend. Guy was respectful but that’s not enough, the work needs to meet expectations, especially for that high price.

Attic Construction has been amazing! We had rodents in our attic and the insulation also desperately needed removed and replaced. Attic Construction came out, gave us a quote, then were able to get everything done in 3 days of work (there were a few weeks without insulation to ensure our attic “friends” were gone). The result is an attic that is pest free and looks pristine (as far as attics go). There is fluffy pink insulation as far as the eye! Shout out to Guy and the whole crew for doing a fantastic job!

The owner of this business came out and evaluated my goals for insulation. He recommended a solution that did not involve his company at all. He spent time explaining what could and should be expected from various approaches to my problem. He went way beyond what I expected in terms of service. Guy and his team removed my old insulation, cleaned and sealed any cracks with spray foam insulation, and blew in new insulation and were fantastic from the very first phone call to our very last interaction. They provided photos of my attic with its new insulation, cleaned up after themselves, and as soon as Guy knew some spray foam insulation had come through my ceiling and stuck to my bathroom exhaust cover (something I only noticed days later), he came out personally to remove the mess. My house stays so much warmer now, especially in the extreme cold, and I can't wait to see how it does this summer!

I was very pleased with the entire experience with Attic Construction from the initial meeting where I was told about some issues the other two estimate’s companies neglected to find and through out the installation process everything was kept pristine clean & orderly and completed the entire installation on time! These guys were great. They were fairly priced. They were efficient and punctual. They came out and gave a quote at no charge. They answered all questions and gave me quotes doing 2 different R-factors. They sealed all possible leaks around electric boxes, lights... any projections through ceiling to attic, and went on the roof the 'rodent proof' any vents or pipes. They put batts near the attic door so that loose material doesn't fall down when you open the door. Their equipment was relatively quiet, they were professional, and cleaned up completely before they left. I was very happy with the whole process.

Attic Construction is the company you would need to call when you need installation, sanitation in your attic. They are the best enen in this three digit heat. They clean up afterwards. I’m very satisfied with them getting rid of the rottens in my attic. They sealed holes and the whole nine. I recommend they to you if you like to work with trustworthy people. I can really tell after they finished, I had to turn my thermostat up, it got so cold in my house. It made a great difference.

Let me start this by saying I don’t typically leave reviews, not even bad ones. I found this company through Google and set up the first consultation through the Phoenix office since the Dallas branch was so new. We had the best experience with this company. Our attic needed a total restoration due to rodent damage. Guy came out and assessed the situation. He personally spent about 30 minutes in my attic looking at everything and making notes. He presented his findings with videos and pictures, and explained the entire process in great detail. Within a week his crew was at my house to perform the work. In all it took about three or four days to complete the attic clean out, HVAC duct work and sanitation. Let me tell you this is extremely hard work here in Texas, the weather can be quite hot and these guys are up there for long hours all day working hard with a great attitude and professionalism. There were dings and scratches that understandably happened during the rehab of our attic with 5 grown men working up there. Guy immediately following completion of his work arranged for a professional drywall and painting contractor to follow his crew and flawlessly leave my home better than he found it. Guy is working to build his branch of Attic Construction here in the DFW, he’s got a great team working with him. Both my wife and I have nothing but positive things to say about Attic Construction and guy, the owner. Impressive job. Truly a five-star experience.
