Trying to contact them since last week, unable to get in touch with them. Update - I emailed and they never responded or calls us back . Very disappointing and bad service.

This was my first experience with spray foam. My sales guy Kyle showed up on time, explained the entire process, delivered the quote as promised, answered all my questions and even quickly responded to my questions after the quote was received. The installation crew showed up on time as well. The crew was very young which made me a little nervous but that nervousness turned out to be a waist of my energy! They went to work, measuring the depths of the foam as spraying started, cleaned up well after spraying was completed. I am well pleased! The only issue I had was with the office. I needed to verify that I had done everything correct when I approved the estimate on line, and reach out to get a date for installation. That did take some time, however, in fairness it was over spring break!! I would not hesitate to recommend Koala or to use them again in the future!

This company deserves more than a five star!! Kyle came out and went to my attic and saw where my issue was. I had three young gentleman come out today.Britt, Gage and Dalton. They explained to me what they were going to be doing on the complete west side of my home. I have had issues with my humidifier it would run, and then the water would seep on the sides of my wall. I put Kiltz on the wall after it dried, and then I’d have to repaint. They put new baffles on the west side of my home and they explained everything step-by-step.what they were going to do. You talk about having Security within your soul this company will give that to you!! and the price was really reasonable. They also added the insulation in where the insulation had either blown down or fallen. I’m not an installation person. I’m a hairstylist. But I’m telling you they went above and beyond to get me fixed. And when they left, you couldn’t even tell they were here. They cleaned up any insulation that was left on my garage floor.l, I didn’t even have to go out there and take a broom. Thank you again Koala insulation company for doing a fantastic job.

Cold playroom over the garage. Koala diagnosed our issue fully, using a thermal camera. Roofing contractors just wanted to add more blown in insulation to an area that had plenty. The issue required foam sealant at critical areas where cold air was penetrating the attic space and finding its way into the conditioned space. Upon completion, the temperature in that room rose 7 degrees, equal to the thermostat and held. It was below 10 degrees outside the day they did the work. Here’s the kicker…the cost for what they did was less than the two roofing contractors I got estimates from, which would have been a waste of money! If the company giving you an estimate ONLY offers blown-in insulation and DOESN’T use a thermal camera to diagnose your issue…you have little chance of resolving your issue and not wasting your money! Just call Koala and save the hassle!!

Technician Dalton did a superb job and left no trace of his presence. His friendly demeanor was exceptional. My only word of caution is about Koala's offer of financing through Wisetack. Wisetack asked for my login credentials---userid and password--to my bank. Needless to say, I did not provide that information! We just paid Koala in full from the invoice.

Koala was great to work with on our most recent project. Our home is 131 years old and we had no idea if insulation was already present in the exterior walls, but we knew we needed additional insulation in the attic. They were very knowledgeable, respectful, and detailed every step of the way.

I sought out a company to add 8-10" Of blown in Insulation to my Attic. Kyle, the tech who did my estimate was very friendly and did not try to upsale me. Once agreed on what I needed and I approved the estimate, they were out within the next week to get my install done. Overall it took them roughly 2-3 hours. It was done expertly and timely, and they even made sure to clean up any mess they made. Could not recommend Koala more!

Koala Insulation did a fantastic job on my project. The job was to install insulation in a bonus room above garage. They scheduled the work right away, showed up promptly, and completed the project. The price was also very reasonable and competitive. I highly recommend their services.

I'm doing a major kitchen remodel which involved removing and replacing several can lights in different locations. The attic space above the kitchen had several inches of blown in insulation which needed to be removed. After researching and reading reviews I decided to call koala insulation since they were also located in Carmel. I called and spoke with Cathy and set up an appointment for that day. Kyle came out and gave me an estimate for removing and replacing the insulation which seemed reasonable and they could start the next day. They asked if they could start later in the day which was okay with me and worked till about 7pm but couldn't quite get done. They went ahead and cleaned up my garage better than is was even though I told them they didn't need to since they were coming back the next day. It was 90 out that day and was really hot in the attic but they worked at it with no complaints. Came back the next day and finished up the job to my complete satisfaction. They also kept me informed with text messages when they would arrive so I didn't have to wait around home for them. Will call them back to install insulation when I am done with kitchen. I usually don't write reviews but was impressed with their work ethic and desire to do a good job. Would highly recommend.

He was kind, efficient, and very thorough. Scheduling of our project was done swiftly per our request and done by Dalton, who was a delight. We just had Kyle over for him to check our attic. A pest company came over and told us that our attic is infested and quoted an asinine amount to replace the insulation. Kyle told us that there is absolutely no reason for us to replace our current insulation and could the work for half of the initial quote the pest company provided when it is needed to be replaced. He could've been dishonest and misinformed us but he didn't. I much appreciate that. Any further work that we'll have for our house, he'll be the first number I'll dial.

Contracted them to add blown-in cellulose insulation to our very under-insulated attic. They were responsive, affordable, clean, thorough, and friendly to deal with. I docked one star because they agreed to insulate our attic hatch as part of the job. However, the installers didn't have any batting to use on the day of installation and said they would need to come back to finish the job. After a couple of days waiting, I texted with Mike to inquire when they would come back and they came the next day. They apologized for the delay and were quick and clean in finishing the work. I would definitely recommend Koala for any insulation work. More importantly, I HIGHLY recommend adding insulation if you need it. In this current heat wave we're having (June 2024) I'm amazed at the difference we're feeling in the house. Our AC unit isn't running nonstop either, which is great. Thanks for the great work!

Completed a large commercial project for us, where they sprayed over 35 thousand SF of R-38 Closed cell foam insulation to bottom of our roof deck. Came in and completed it in a timely and professional manner. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Although the project took much longer than expected, We are very satisfied with the results. Britt the installer was exceptional in his professionalism, his problem solving resoucefulness, his collaboration with home owners, his work ethic, and attention to detail and follow through.

Starting when rep came out to give us a quote, everyone was very friendly. Received quote right away and they were able to come out within the same week and then when we asked if able to reschedule for the next day, they were very accommodating. The only issue was the ran into our mailbox with their trailer but immediately made it right and took the cost to replace off our final bill

My 2nd floor was much hotter than the 1st floor so I requested several quotes from different companies around indy on adding insulation to my attic. Koala insulation of north Indy gave a very reasonable estimate and suggested installing a solar fan to improve the circulation in the attic. We noticed a huge improvement in the comfort of our home once the insulation was added and the fan! I had to fix some duct work as well and koala insulation was accommodating with me having to reschedule several times. I HIGHLY recommend using them for your insulation services!

I had a good experience getting cellulose insulation installed to add additional insulation to my home. The company is responsive to texts and emails, and they were able to work me in thier schedule during the busy season. The techs were helpful and answered my questions prior to and after installation. They brought proof of insurance with them, which is expected of a good contracting company. Very satisfied.

Britt was professional and cleaned garage floor with shop vac after blowing in insulation. He recommended I keep door to attic closed for a day until dust settles, then leave door ajar for heat to escape. I appreciate he really cared to help me.

We had attic insulation done. The price was really reasonable. I personally spoke with Kyle, Cole, and Mike. They all answered my questions and did a great job explaining the process. Once the job had been completed, baffles were not installed as previously discussed. They took ownership of the oversight and they sent their team back out quickly and had it done. Great response time and great communication.

We used Koala Insulation for blown-in insulation on 3 sides of our house. The part I really appreciated about my experience with Koala was that they were able to do some rescheduling to fit us in on a tight schedule before we were having tile installed. The team was a bit late to arrive due to traffic but they gave us a call to let us know. The team doing the work was courteous, knowledgeable, and hard-working. While they were at the house, we were able to arrange an additional quote for additional work which they were then able to do while they were already there. Pricing was reasonable and I would use them again.

Koala installed cellulose insulation in my attic. I contacted the office about a concern I had with the installation, and never received a reply. Koala was very responsive during the sales process, so I was disappointed when this diligence was not extended to resolving an issue post-service. Would not recommend this business to others for this reason.

Koala insulated my attic. They were quick getting the work done , honest and very polite. They did a great job and were very professional. I’m happy with Koala and recommend them.

We use Koala insulation to incapsulate our crawl space. The quality of the work did not meet my expectation. The joist band only had a light spray of foam insulation applied. When I questioned it, they said that's all they do. Other company quoted 3 inches in the band joist. The floor covering was incomplete. They use my existing plastic covering in some places rather than replace all of it and the tape was not sealed in several places. The space around the support post were not sealed on one side. They came back and fixed the tape and sealed the unsealed areas. If I did not go into the crawl space to inspect the work, which most people do not do, nothing would have been fixed. I would not recommend Koala!

Koala Insulation was fantastic! We had them top off our attic insulation. Both men were gentlemen and took care of the job and our home efficiently and respectfully (especially with our new baby sleeping!) Highly recommend, worth every penny.

I called and scheduled a visit to get an estimate within a few days. Then scheduled the work three days later. Guys came out and insulated my crawl space. Looks like a great job. I especially appreciate their attention to cleaning up. Highly recommend Koala.

We had John apply closed cell foam under the floor of our sunroom to provide better insulation. He was on time, well-organized, polite, and cleaned up nicely after he was done. The service could not have been better and the price was fair. We will definitely use Koala again!

We needed all of the insulation in our attic torn out and replaced after a squirrel got in and decided to "redecorate" for us. Kyle, from Koala Insulation came out and gave us an estimate (he is very friendly and sincere) and then they were able to get the work done within that week. They worked hard and cleaned up nicely when they were finished. Everything was complete in 3 hours. Definitely a thumbs up!

Very prompt and did an excellent job. We had cellulose insulation installed. Only thing "negative" is that there will be dust that escapes from the hose into the room. They did a good job vacuuming up the larger pieces. Would use them again.

After being quoted by Kyle who was prompt and very kind we scheduled Koala to come for an attic clean out as well as install spray foam on the underside of our roof decking. The men were timely in their arrival, very courteous, and were helpful in identifying a roof leak that we were unaware was present. After they had “completed” the insulation removal, however, it was clear that the insulation was, in fact, not fully removed. They also left a pile of roofing nails and other sharp debris in the driveway that, had we not identified ourselves, could have been very costly. We notified Rob (I think) and he stated that they should have done better and that he, himself, would be out the next day. I was very thankful for his honesty and quickness in responding. To their credit, they did arrive timely the following day and removed more insulation, however, even then it was not fully completed. At that point our confidence in their capabilities was shaken. I was able to speak with the owner Mike. When I told him that I was a little nervous about their ability to correctly apply the spray foam and was considering using another company to finish the job he simply replied “that’s fine”. I was left feeling like the owner did not have our best interest in mind after that conversation so we decided to go with a different company. At this point we were without the majority of the insulation in our attic and in need of starting over in a hurry. We paid the next company (Jackson Spray foam — who we highly recommend as he completed the job very well) $750 in order to complete the insulation removal that Koala had still left behind. We also had Jackson Spray Foam install the spray foam and he did a great job (plug for Jackson Spray Foam). We received a bill from Koala for the insulation removal and we notified them of the above issues and stated that we were willing to pay for what was fair for labor and removal but that we were not willing to pay full price considering the inconvenience we were put through. They were somewhat accommodating, however, would not budge below $700. The original charge was $895 for the insulation removal. We felt that it would be fair if we paid for 18 hours of labor at $25 per hour plus $100 for bags of insulation they removed— this would be by estimation $550. They refused to go below $700 and in our desire to be upright we paid $700, however, we believe this was more than we ought to have been charged all things considered. After reading several of the reviews it sounds like people are having a good experience with this company. I think my biggest concern at the end of the day is their knowledge and ability with spray foam insulation. Looks like they have done a great job for some with blown in fiberglass. We would not recommend Koala to any of our friends or family for spray foam based on our experience. Hope this is helpful to some and I’m sure if Koala is determined to improve, it will be helpful for them as well.

John and Wes arrived on time and they were polite, professional, and explained the process of blowing in insulation in our attic space. The entire team was great. I received texts throughout the estimate visit to the installation today, June 16, 2022. The price was reasonable and we know the R48 value will make our home more comfortable in the summer and in the winter. I will recommend Koala Insulation of North Indy to my friends and co-workers.

The guys at Koala were super great to work with! We hired them to air seal and insulate our attic. They were professional and responsive from the estimate all the way through project completion and did a wonderful job. We received estimates from other companies that were, both, more expensive and much less professional. We had a great experience using Koala Insulation in March 2022! We had them blow in fiberglass insulation in our attic, and since they were here there's been a noticeable difference in the comfort of our 2nd floor. Previously different areas of our upstairs would be different temperatures, but after having the insulation blown in the temperature has been much more even through our upstairs. They were fast with coming out to provide a quote, and the crew that came out to do the work was very courteous and professional. Very pleased.
