Jared Monroe performed a complete on-site inspection of my insulation needs prior to Epic Spray Foam’s proposal being emailed to me in a timely manner. On the day of the work being accomplished, the technicians provided coverings to protect my floors and cleaned up afterwards to a before as-new condition. Further, the technicians discussed and showed me their completed efforts to ensure all my needs were fulfilled. These folk's work proceeded on-time, to standard and at cost. Yes, I recommend these folks and would again have them perform any of my insulation needs.

Epic Spray Foam was professional every step of the way, and they did exactly what they said they would do! They removed all of the old insulation in our attic, sanitized, and installed spray foam. Wow what a difference!! Our attic went from being 130+ degrees in the summer to ~78 degrees!! These guys are awesome. Had them do my house at the start of July. I had a measuring device installed on my breakers prior to the insulation install to measure my old vs new kWh per day electricity usage. Since the insulation install, my daily energy consumption has gone down by greater than a quarter (20-21 kWh down to about 14-15kwh, sometimes as low as 11). Humidity on my top floor also dropped by 10%. Out of all energy saving methods I’ve attempted (new windows, tankless water heater, etc) this was the greatest return on investment.

Our home has one walk-in section of attic with the remainder being accessible by a hatch in the ceiling. Regarding the walk-in section, it birders an upstairs bedroom and the air handler for the upstairs resides in that attic space. The temperature would regularly hit triple digits in there which increased the strain on the air conditioner. The system struggled to maintain the temp set on the thermostat. After spray foam, the temp inside that space is within 5 to 8 degrees of the room temp and the room temp is exactly whst is programmed on the thermostat. I HIGHLY recommend Epic!

Epic completed my spray foam job this week. When Epic quoted me they seemed markedly more knowledgeable and squared away than local companies. On top of that their price was better. The results didn’t disappoint either. The install team was just as thoughtful and professional as the sales team. They took great care to protect my home and gave me numerous updates. This is my first time using Epic Spray foam and I am so glad I chose them. I waited 25 years to build my dream home and decided to be the contractor/builder myself! Throughout the process, I interviewed 3-5 contractors for each position and when I met with Justin, I know he was the representative I wanted to work with. I walked me through everything I needed to know and continued to follow up with me every step of the way. His crew was amazing and was able to set up the foam to make it easy for the sheet rock contractors to work seamlessly. Their price was better than the others and I did not have to wait for them to fit me into their schedule. My electric bill is lower that the house I moved out of that is half of the square footage of my new home. I am 100% happy with them and they followed through with everything and cleaned up their mess like a pro with no evidence left behind for me to clean up.

Justin owner of Epic Foam is a Veteran owned and operated company. Justin and his team his team did an outstanding job at my nephews home. They are highly knowledgeable and pay attention to every detail. This was not a company that sent out a technician, but who brought a team to do the work right. Justin explained the difference between closed and open cell insulation and the rest is history. His crew came out next day, on time and ready to work! They even assisted my nephew in moving a few pieces of furniture! Justin made great recommendations, and left us feeling good about the quality of the job and outstanding workmanship. Justin also served in the Army having impeccable character and integrity.! I have used on a few projects and are very pleased with them all!

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but as a home owner who has spray insulated several buildings and homes i had to write this one. Epic spray foam is above and beyond the best and let me say why. Technicians! Epic’s installers are the BEST trained i have seen yet. You can have serious problems if spray insulation isn’t mixed and sprayed correctly. Epic’s installers had almost NO overspray anywhere and layed down a perfectly uniform application. This alone was enough to keep my business in the future but Jared’s quote was lower than 3 other quotes i received. Wow, what a difference the spray foam insulation makes. Our HVAC is not working as hard and we are already seeing lower utility bills. The crew was great; the lead explained the process and they answered any questions we had. Our neighbor across the street was so impressed that she had EPIC do her attic space.

Epic Spray Foam was a great company to work with. They came out in the fall of 2023 and provided a quote. There was absolutely no pressure to make a sale. I emailed Justin 15 months later to let him know that we wanted to move forward. I mentioned that I knew our quote was old and I fully expected a price change. There was NO price change. The day of the installation was flawless. They left my garage better than they found it. The installers were professional, approachable and were willing to answer any additional questions about what the process was going to be. I checked with another spray foam company and their price was 30 percent higher than Epic Spray Foam. I highly recommend them.

This is my second time using Epic after having had a great experience the first time.... This time I received 3 quotes from competitors. Epic's pricing was significantly better... but it was really their customer services and attention to detail that made all the difference! Every staff member that I spoke with throughout the process was knowledgeable and friendly. I'm very pleased with the final results. We had a bonus room sprayed and our main attic. They vacuumed the old cellulose out and it was spotless afterwards!

We had Epic and couple others come out for quotes. Epic had the best price by far. We are own contractors , so our process was slow on our end. Justin with Epic patiently waiting for us to get back to him. He checked in to see how was our progress. New to spray foam, I had so many questions. Justin was always available to answer them. The entire process was smooth. The end result was worth the wait. They did an excellent job. And we’re very polite and clean. Would recommend them. They are a small family company.

I had them replace the insulation in my attic this past fall. The house feels notably more comfortable this winter, and I'm pretty confident next summer's electric bills will be lower. I felt the pricing was very fair. The work was completed a day ahead of schedule, and the results look good. I was particularly impressed with how thoroughly they removed the old insulation. It does take some planning to do this project, as you'll need to be out of your house for a day or two depending on size, but it's worth it. Would definitely use them again if the need arose.

I was fortunate to work with Justin for a minor repair done to my roof. I had already used their service four years ago and had my entire attic spray foamed. I recently had a new roof put on my home and the roofing company accidentally made a hole where an attic fan was placed. I called and spoke with Justin and told him my issue. I sent him some pictures and he was able to stop by and make the repair for FREE. I highly recommend working with this company. I have had 0 issues and the customer service is amazing. 5 STARS!!!

Prior to having installed the Epic Spray Foam I monitored my attic temperature for 4 weeks. Temps were consistently between 121 and 130 degrees during the afternoon hours. MY HVAC units are located in the attic with ducts that run as mush as 60+ feet. I had blown in insulation of 16 inches deep. My house is 21 years old. My AC units ran most of the time during the day. Since having Epic Spray Foam installed the highest temperature in the attic has been 81 degrees. My AC does not run constantly and the house feels comfortable all the time. I haven't had a Ga Power bill yet but suspect a sizable reduction based on how less the AC unit is running. The installation crew exceeded my expectations. John (foreman) was polite, courteous, respectful and explained the process for the day and what our expectations would be. The crew of 5 others were all polite, clean and worked in tandem. They covered the floor areas that they'd be walking on and sealed rooms with clean plastic. When they left at the end of the day you would've never known the house was worked on. By far, this was the best investment I've made in my house since building it 21 years ago. Price was very reasonable and along w/ the Ga. Power rebate and federal tax credit as well as the expected reduction in my utility bill this is a no brainer!

Had a little trepidation as to whether the Epic Spray Foam investment would be a good decision. Without doubt, Justin Davis and his team did a phenomenal job, in record time. When the job was done, my attic and entire upstairs were cleaner than ever before. Most importantly is that the attic area is at least 30° cooler. My wife and I just discussed that if we ever build anything that needs to be climate controlled, before any finishing walls go up Epic Spray Foam will come out and Seal The Deal! From first contact through installation, Justin and his team were quick to respond and professional. Justin's team insulated my basement last summer (2023 - sprayed the walls and Rock Wool in the ceiling). The finished product was so great I had them back out in May to insulate my attic. In a day's time the crew removed my blown in insulation and sprayed my entire roof line. Now my upstairs cooling system works much easier to keep the second floor cool. My attic was only 80 degrees when outside temps neared 100 degrees this week. Fantastic job, Epic Spray Foam!

Epic Spray Foam insulated the underside of an elevated deck on the back of my home that had been enclosed as a sunroom. The difference in heat/cold exchange from the outside was dramatic and immediate. I am happy with the result. Moreover, the installation crew was professional, courteous, and meticulous in the application and the clean-up. They showed respect to the property and my family members, including a six-month-old baby. There was no noxious odor, and the process was done as quickly as the care for my property would allow. The entire experience was top-notch.

Top notch customer service and competitive pricing! I started working with Justin (Epic Spray Foam owner) during the planning phase of my new home build. I’m an engineer, so I had lots of questions for Justin on the most effective (and cost efficient) way to seal my home’s thermal envelope. Justin was very patient with me, and he clearly knows building codes VERY well. He walked me through my options as we discussed the nuances of insulating a roof deck vs. a basement vs. walls, etc. His knowledge helped me decide how I wanted to build various other parts of my house, such as HVAC system selection and basement configuration. We stayed in touch, and several months later his crew actually installed (in ONE day!) my home’s insulation, mostly spray foam but also some fiberglass and rock wool for specific areas. During install, Justin gave me pointers on what to expect from the inspector and offered his support in case there were questions. Lastly, after all that excellent customer service, his prices were still FAR better than his competitors who I solicited quotes from…Epic Spray Foam is the only insulator I will recommend to anyone in Northwest GA.

Justin and his team did a fantastic job insulating my roof and attic spaces. Great communication by all. In fact, after I returned home the next day there was something wrong with how my HVAC was working and Justin called me within 5 minutes of texting him late on a Friday night. He then came out and troubleshot the issue ( resetting the control panelboard..simple for him, waaaay over my head) until it worked. Incredible customer service...now I see why they have so many 5 star reviews! As for the product...I could tell an IMMEDIATE difference. Parts of my home were always uncomfortable due to poor insulation and this fixed it completely. I should have done this 10 years ago!!! Invest in your home!

I’m very very pleased with the service provided by Justin and his crew. They were very communicative the days leading up to our service as to what we needed to do/expect after. The day of, they showed up on time and they kept us posted with the progress as they worked. They made sure to tarp the walkways leading to the attic stairs and cover up all our furniture to prevent everything from getting messy. We had old blown in insulation and had it replaced with spray foam and even though it’s only been a couple of days, we’ve already seen drastic improvements in the energy efficiency that it provides. We will 100% be referring these guys to all our friends and family!

Epic Spray foam did a phenomenal job of attic insulation in our house. They took all the loose insulation and cleaned up the attic very well also. The difference in comfort on the second floor is significant and we felt it the very next day. I can already tell that the HVAC system has to work a lot less to keep the 2nd floor warm during the night and cool during the day. The crew that came to my house was very courteous, hardworking and most importantly trustworthy. This is because you have to leave the house during the duration of the work. They were very careful of the house and covered everything pretty good. I would recommend them to everyone.

I recently looked into having my attic encapsulated with open cell spray foam insulation. I had a lot of questions as I considered this project. After a quick search I discovered Epic Spray Foam. After I received my estimate I had more questions, and concerns ,spray foam insulation is not a common form of insulation in my neighborhood. This company removed fiberglass insulation and spray foamed the entire attic. They were very professional and finished sooner than expected. They washed the attic windows, removed all debris and vacuumed the attic, garage and driveway. Their price was very reasonable and we would highly recommend them.

I used Epic to install spray foam to my attic roofline and my second floor storage areas. I was having a hard time keeping temp upstairs in extreme heat and cold. They were professional and thorough from start to finish and they even did the work while we were out of state. Justin was extremely helpful on the front end and the project manager stayed in contact with me on progress throughout the process. He even sent me pictures of the attic space after they cut an access point. The space above my bonus room had zero insulation which was our main issue. First and foremost, my wife and I would hire Epic Spray Foam to do work for us again without question. We had our attic, unfinished loft, and two knee wall spaces encapsulated, and couldn't be happier with the finished results. Our experience began with Justin meeting us at our home. He walked and crawled through all of the spaces that we wanted spray foamed and expressed any issues he saw. He presented the plan for each individual space and made sure we were happy with the options. Justin didn't leave until all of our questions were answered, and had the quote to us a day later. The quote was below what we expected and by far the best price when compared to other quotes we had received. Work started four weeks later, and the crew that showed up couldn't have been more professional. They covered all rooms being accessed with plastic from top to bottom, and communicated to us everything they were doing each day. The work was completed in two days and they even spayed a couple of extra cavities that we didn't expect to be included. I was in an urgent need for getting my ceiling foam spray done as my house project was super delayed due to county regulations. We had a wonderful experience with Epic Spray Foam! The very first meeting was very informative, Justin answered all my questions and assured us that our upstairs cooling problems could be fixed by reducing our attic temperature. We were not able to get our upstairs to cool to the desired temperature in 90+ temp days, and we were thinking we needed a new AC system. After meeting with Justin he felt that instead of a new system what we really needed was a drastically cooler attic so that our existing system could reach the desired temperature. We decided to go with spray foam versus having a new system installed. Once we got our attic cleared of all our stuff, their team came in and vaccumed all the old pink insulation from our attic leaving it absolutely spotless! The following day their crew came in and applied the foam. Their crew was very polite and texted me to let me k ow they were finished and asked if I needed the home locked up and the thermostat reset to a desired temp. We came back home from a weekend get a way to our home completely clean after they left and the upstairs had kept the temperature we left the t-stat set at. Today outside temp is 84 and all morning and afternoon the upstairs has remained at 70 degrees which never happened last summer. On high 80’s and 90’s temp days out upstairs was always several degrees hotter and one or two days 8 degrees hotter than what the t-stat was set at. We would definitely recommend Epic Spray Foam for anyone struggling to keep their attics cooler and their upstairs cooler!

We’re interested in replacing our existing blown in attic insulation. We looked at several companies. Epic Spray foam was very responsive and professional throughout the entire process. Justin of Epic Spray Foam provided exceptional service. He took a lot of time to assess our attic space and talked us through the best option for us. It is very clear he is an expert in spray foam insulation and has a vast knowledge of building science, therefore we trusted his opinion above those of other companies who had previously assessed our attic. They did excellent work and were very efficient. He came back a week later to check the insulation and found an area that was previously missed (due to boards covering a space on the floor - not an error on their end), and he brought back a crew immediately and within an hour everything was complete. Outstanding Service! Justin and his staff are amazing! They recently completed a spray foam application for our basement buildout. Epic Spray Foam is not only professional but they work in the highest level of excellence. Prompt in returning calls and texts, as well as eager to answer any questions to ensure that their customers are knowledgeable and feel at ease with the process. Also, they are extremely patient as well because we needed to cancel our appointment a few times due to unforeseen project delays, etc. Once we received the go ahead to proceed with the spray foam installation Justin worked us in within a couple of days for the service. The installation crew that came to do the project were on time, courteous and extremely thorough taking the time to do a pre-walk through with us. They took care to insure that the job was done just right, and they cleaned up after themselves as though they were never in our home. The spray foam application looks great and we can already tell a difference in our basement because of the application. We HIGHLY recommend Epic Spray foam!

Totally worthy of 5 stars. I got a three different bids, Epic came in as the lowest (tied with another but the other company but the guy felt off for some reason). Epic had great reviews from Cherokee Connect FB page (if you dont use it to get recommendations for contractors, etc., you should. great resource) so we went with them. They got us in on their schedule way faster than expected and turned a two-day job into one day (which was huge since you can't stay in the house when they're insulating). The crew was awesome too. nice guys all around and Justin was great to work with... very knowledgeable and honest. he even comes out after the work is done to inspect the quality of work (which is probably standard but i appreciated it nonetheless). couldn't be happier with the results and looking forward to those lower electric bills!

I had an amazing experience with Epic Spray Foam. Justin is extremely knowledgeable and throughly answered all my questions and concerns. I had my entire attic sprayed and the installation was quick and easy. Justin gave me status updates throughout the process and they were able to remove my old insulation and spray in one day. The temperature difference is incredible; it is currently 25 degrees outside (a late February night in GA) and my attic is the same climate as the rest of the house. I wish I would have hired them years ago!

Justin at Epic Spray Foam did a fantastic job with our crawl space! We were having problems with dampness and mold beginning to grow underneath the house and were looking for a way to prevent further damage. After we tackled the mold, Epic Spray Foam came in and encapsulated our crawl space and installed a dehumidifier to keep under the house nice and dry and tied it in to our drainage line. They installed a light so we can see underneath to change out the water filter. The crawl space looks 1000% better than when we purchased our home and we now feel much more comfortable about going underneath the house to do general maintenance. We feel our home is overall better off with having it encapuslated. Justin is very professional and thorough and goes above and beyond the normal job duties. We highly recommend Epic Spray Foam if you're looking for quality work from a down to earth very, knowledgeable person that can be trusted!

Justin at Epic Spray Foam came out and spray foamed my basement rim joists and exterior basement wall. He and his crew showed up on time and prepped my entire basement to be sprayed. I have been in the spray foam industry since 2011 so I know what to expect. He was there from start up to shut down. Everything went smoothly and I was 100% satisfied with their work. We are really happy with the work Epic Spray Foam did at our home. The owner, Justin, was great about working with our schedule so that we could have the spray foam installed during a time that was convenient for our family. We have a bonus room over our garage that always ran hotter than the rest of our house, but since adding spray foam, the temperature of our bonus room is now consistent with the rest of our home. Our air conditioner no longer has to run all day to keep our home comfortable and if we need to adjust the thermostat, there is a noticeable difference in the amount of time it takes for our home to reach our desired temperature. Overall, we are enjoying a much more comfortable home and significantly lower energy bills... I would highly recommended!
