I recently had Atticare come out to my house last year to remove old insulation and then lay down new insulation along with rodent proofing the attic. A little over a year later Rats were still getting into my Attic and even though my warranty had expired Attic care was nice enough to send out their engineer Kyle to address the issue. Kyle spent several hours at my house today to do a thorough inspection and rodent proofing of any access areas were the rats might be getting into my attic. Kyle also repaired my air ducts the rats were chewing, cleaned up the attic of any droppings and completely sanitized. Very happy with the follow up work Kyle was able to complete today.

Atticare did an outstanding job on our home after the Pasadena fire. Mario Mohan was especially helpful and responsive when he came out to give the estimate. Everything was timely and moved quickly. Work crew was on time and sealed off the work area to keep the house spotless. They vacuumed out the old insulation and rolled in new fiberglass. They finished the job (1800 sq ft) within the day and cleaned up without leaving a trace. The house is so much quieter now and the heater/AC don’t cycle nearly as much as before. Great professional experience from free inspection estimate to project completion! Vince made a visit to address what the current situation was based on our concerns with rodent activity in the attic. He did a detailed inspection of our attic and crawled into spaces that I didn’t even know existed to assess where rodents might possibly be entering from. I learned a lot about rodents from Vince 😅. I received the estimates in a timely manner and he explained the pricing breakout and optional services that I could opt out from, if not interested. The project duration was 2 days, and the team that came to prep the house and do the attic cleaning were professional and made sure to clean up at the end of the day as promised. Called on the recommendation of another firm, who I have great experiences with. This company refused to do the job because "my attic is too small", even though it is a stand up attic. A rare find in Los Angeles. They never wanted to look at any pictures, nor come out and see what I was concerned over. Obviously more interested in money than helping people.

Miguel & Cody's team placed new insulation at my place. They were so excellent: on time, though pouring rain. Professionally covered my floors with plastic, the team wore full head to feet covers, face masks and finished the job earlier than expected. The whole process was very easy, from the initial call to the work being done. The cost was good and it was all done in a day. I would suggest waiting on doing it though until after having your roof redone as they got all the debris and dust that came down into my attic from that process.

I have never posted on service before but felt compelled in this one… The sales rep was very nice and thorough, detailed handout. The crew was clean in setting up and removing debris BUT the lack of attention to details fell VERY FLAT.should be 2.5 stars. BUYER beware, I paid them before they were completed as I had to get back to work - from what I saw and the time cleaning the attic I trusted everything would be done as agreed. I usually would not have done that - so that was bad on my part. Don’t pay until the work meets your satisfaction. They left a LARGE opening under my house so after the attic was clean and sanitized and reinsulated I had approximately 8-9 more rats after they were done - leaving new urine and rat feces. Their on site manager said my bushes were covering the vents that’s how they missed (I guess the customer is always right doesn’t work for this man) I said it wasn’t true as I noticed it afterwards. Plus when they were under the house cleaning up they could have easily noticed the grate was missing. They also didn’t secure all the vents under the house so I asked them to come back which they eventually did leaving me to take more time off work - they weren’t very accommodating to my inconvenience for their lack of follow through. In addition, some work was sloppy, they used foam to fill holes but left it to ooze out looking very ugly - I explained for the money paid everything should look cleaner in appearance. I was hoping I could include photos to back up my claims. FYI their on site manager flatly told me they did not replace the one base door and I assured him they did - it turns out he was wrong. Good luck and I hope your house looks good and is secured from rodents gaining access to your home.

Purchased a large desert ranch house that had not had the attic redone in at least 50 years and had blown insulation and critter mess. The smell was creeping into every room of our house. They were very quick to respond had an estimate next day and they started the work in less than a weeks time. Workers were polite and very CLEAN! As I was preparing for the summer, I found out that I have quite a few rodents and other unexpected guests around my house. So it was Monday morning and I called for help, all the companies around town were not only busy but also too busy to speak on the phone. Not satisfied with their services. Rodent proofing is a joke. No full SATISFACTION guarantee here & they won't honor their "protecting home from rodent damage" We would recommend you hire a company that is honorable. Now we have to pay for a fumigation which is very costly. The picture shows where the rodent(s) entered our home.

I search the web looking for a quote on my attic insulation. My house was built in the 70's and by looking at the actual area you could tell that it was probably the original insulation in place. The field technician, Tom arrived at the agreed time. After around 20 minutes he was down with pictures (obvious I had been up there, so I was not expecting surprises) and presented me several options to evaluate. To make the story shorter I accepted the quote few days later and made an appointment. On the scheduled date, a crew of 4 arrived very early in the morning. Dis a great setup making sure all was covered. Few hours passed and all was clean, so they showed me pictures of the progress prior to installation. After lunch, the team started the installation of the insulation and by the end of the days the results were amazing. After evaluating the area with the crew lead, Roberto, he gave me additional information on rebates that I could request from the gas company because of the insulation I selected. Want to finish saying thank you to the team that worked at my house, they deserve it: Roberto, Diego, Juan and Enrique thumbs up! If you want to work with your attic, walls or roof look no more, Atticare is your best choice.

We had the insulation replaced and a radiant heat barrier installed in our attic. Pricing was competitive. All the employees we dealt with were friendly, respectful, and professional. Atticare did a great job. Especially since my neighborhood has limited access, they were very careful not to disturb neighbors. I had insulated my attic with 11 inch blown in insulation and under the house with rolled on. They did a great job and finished in one day.

This experience with Atticare was great. It first started off when Tom came out and we discussed what needed to be done in my crawl space. He went underneath the house and took pictures and showed us the results. He also informed us of a leak we didn't know we had. After getting the leak fixed we contacted them to set up the installation of insulation. They were quick to respond and the installation was completed within 3 days. Edgardo and his crew arrived in the early afternoon. Very professional, attentive and good customer service. They also clean up the minor junk we had in the crawl space as well. They completed the job took pictures to show us the work that was completed. When they came in for our final discussion inside our house, they removed their shoes and made sure no mess was left behind. Great experience from the start. Tom was pleasant not pushy in any way. He did a thorough job taking initial pictures and what not. The install crew also great, they worked fast and answered all my questions. The only negative is the unplugged my alarm power unit and covered it with insulation so now i don't know where the plug is but since it's coming out to fix this week hopefully.

Tom arrived on time and had a great attitude. He walked us through the process so we would know what to expect. The team arrived as scheduled few days later, set up and got to work. Other than the noise from the vacuum motor, it went smoothly and they did a terrific job. Everything was cleaned up as it was when they arrived. The sales team was very professional and not overly pushy which was nice. When they gave me the final price, they did not pull the normal "hurry and put a deposit or you lose the price" which was a relief. I needed time to work out the finances and I felt like the company allowed that to happen without harassment. That speaks volumes. Once work started, the guys showed up at the set time and got it done. I didn't interrupt much but went up to see what the new attic looks like before they installed the new insulation. It was VERY clean which was a relief knowing how much rat poop we had for YEARS. It has been a few weeks and we have not heard a single noise from the attic so we are truly rodent free. I feel a lot better knowing we are pumping clean air into the home since we are preparing for a baby. This was very important for us. I am an HVAC automation engineer so I speak from industry experience that the duct work installed is good quality and installed properly. My house cools faster and the AC unit runs for shorter periods of time. This has resulted in a great purchase for us. We had Atticare come to our house a week ago to clean our attic and replace the insulation. Eric and his team were extremely professional and did a great job. While they were working in our attic, some of our recessed lighting LEDs were unintentionally affected, but they took responsibility for what happened and are sending someone to fix the lights/paint that were pushed out/affected. They are great team and I'd highly recommend them if you're looking to clean your attic and replace the insulation.

Atticare was professional in their communication and service. Customer service was a pleasant to deal with. Eduardo and Richard came out and did a thorough inspection at no cost. Once we decided to go with their service, they quickly scheduled an appointment the following week. Jose and his crew came and finished the whole job in one day. They were very meticulous with their work and made sure all holes patched up (rodent proofing). They also covered and taped up the hallway they were going through to prevent any dust and debris from flowing into the other areas of the house. They disposed of all trash accordingly, and even came back to clean up further spots that were missed. I would recommend them!

We had AttiCare LA install new air ducts in our house and things went fine up to the completion of the project. Our problems started after their employee fell and his knee punched a 2 foot sized hole in our ceiling, 07/16/2018 (Sunday). Now, I understand that accidents happen and I wasn't all that upset at the worker, because I understand that accidents do happen. However, we were informed by their worker on the day of the accident, that a company contractor would contact me to schedule repairing the hole in the ceiling by the end of the day. They advised that hole would be repaired within 2 to 3 days. No one called me by the end of the day, and I called the company the next morning and spoke to Eduardo. He advised that a company contractor or handy man would call by the end of the day. However, I didn't receive a call again at the end of the day and I called Eduardo again. He said that someone would call the next morning, and once again, the next morning, no one called. I then filed a complaint on the company website and received a call from Chris. She advised that a contractor would call me by the end of the next day to schedule coming out to fix the damage they caused on my house. Their rep, Jordan, called the next day (Wednesday) to discuss repairing my house. He advised the earliest he can come to even look at my house was Friday, early in the afternoon. I told him that was unacceptable as that was a work day and I was told he could come out within a day or two. He said, he can't do that, and I would have to call the company since he won't come out before at least 10 days later. He said they company would back by the end of the day. I called at the end of the day as no one answered, and spoke to Chris again. She advised that another contractor would call asap by the next day. Guess what happened!!! No one called, and since I was busy, I didn't have a chance to call AttiCare til Friday. I spoke to Chris again, she said that someone would call by the end of the day. Now here we are, the next day (Saturday), and I have no call. I called in to the office and spoke to a Bianca, and she advised that no one would be available to speak to me about the damage that AttiCare caused to my house. I told her, that I need to speak to someone now since we are in Day 7 with no one fixing my house. She said she'll "inform the manager" and he'll call me when he's available. So as of right now, i have a gaping hole in my ceiling and the only repair I have is some peeling painters table and a black plastic trash bag. And I will point out, that all the calls and repair time expectations were created by the company. Every day, they advised someone would call to come fix my house. Every time, they fell through. As a heads up and a public service, they are only helpful up to the point of when they are paid. Once they are paid, kiss any notion of customer service and professionalism goodbye. The most you'll get is a half-hearted, "Maybe I can be out there in 10 days to check it out."

We had a wonderful experience with Atticare. The bidding process was Clear and efficient. There was no upselling just a clear articulation of our options and costs. When the crew came to do the work they quickly evaluated the best way to get it all done efficiently and we’re done including clean-up before the estimated time. They wee quick to identify some touch up painting that needed to be done and made the whole process easy from beginning to end. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Atticare. I received a quote an expedient manner along with a very good explanation of process that takes place. The crew showed up on time and completed the job to my satisfaction. I was shown photos of the attic before and after the work was done. The crew were very polite and courteous. My experience with Atticare was wonderful from the beginning. Dan was very professional and did a thorough inspection of my attic. A few days later Eric and his crew removed all the insulation, ducting and sanitized the attic, then the next day Robert and his crew came and installed all new ducting. Everyone was very polite and professional and they left absolutely no mess. I can sleep much better knowing there is nothing in my attic that shouldn’t be there. I highly recommend this company.

Dave and Atticare saved us!! We had our entire attic replaced with new insulation and air ducts, which are now hung from the rafters granting easier access to all attic areas. My previous situation included blown in insulation on top of rolled insulation and it was a mess. Atticare took care of the entire situation in 1 day including disposing of old asbestos air ducts and insulating some areas that previously did not have insulation. Their prices are so reasonable this is a company that actually cares. Dave made sure we understood what needed to be done by walking us through all the pictures and really taking the time to walk us through everything! I hired Atticare to remove our old insulation and rodent proof our attic. I was very pleased with the whole operation. After installing a new central A/C unit, it was time for insulation in the attic! I first messaged Atticare through Yelp and received a quick response! Dave came to give an estimate and he was completely honest with me throughout the process. Not like other companies, who wanted to charge me extra for their supposedly "rat proof" insulation and wanted install heat shields along with my insulation. The crew who came out were very courteous and handled everything with care. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Eduardo & his crew arrived as promised and promptly went to work taping the downstairs area with plastic sheeting. They worked diligently to remove the old insulation, repairing areas where rodents were entering. After that they sanitized the attic and installed the new insulation & sprayed sanitizer again. The whole process beginning with setting up the appointment, the initial inspection with Jonathan was done very professionally. I have already referred my neighbor to Atticare.

They've done a good job for my attic. The team leader Eduardo is very professional and full of experience. When they just came, they built a "tunnel" inside to Keep dust away from your house. Then the team members worked on their own. Never bother you. It's a hassle free project. Also, they can provide financing in no interest if you are able to repay in 6 months. Very pleased overall. The company assembled a large enough crew to do our attic and sub-floor on the same day and at a price that was very competitive. There were some issues that require a follow-up visit though and the crew disturbed some admittedly old alarm wiring (but the company agreed to deduct the estimated repair from their total). Amber at the office has been very helpful, including on process for obtaining rebate from the Gas company.

Excellent experience. Good value for the cost! Initially Johnathon came out and did a thorough investigation, listened very well regarding what I wanted and came back with solutions and a reasonable quote. Also, I was fortunate enough to get a job date on exactly the date I wanted, this company is busy and providence allowed the job date to be only a few days after the inspection. He explained all that would be done and we set the date. Eduardo and his crew showed up right on time, cordoned off the area within the house with plastic sheeting and set up their (very loud) removal vacuum. The 3 of them proceeded to remove the old, dirty blown in insulation, sanitize the attic, and plug up any access points where rodents may get in and not just the attic, they went along the crawl space as well and plugged up any access points. All in all, it took about 6 hours, they kept everything clean and cleaned up after themselves. At this time, I only had the removal done since I'll be working in the attic but, when that work is done, I will definitely be in touch with them for insulation installation. Excellent service. Timely and exactly what I paid for. If you need your attic cleaned, call Atticare. Highly recommend.

Atticare truly is a great company. I'm real big on customer service and I was blown away by the people who make up this company. We were in need of attic cleaning and insulation. When Eli came to speak with us after inspecting the property he explained the steps that needed to be taken, what each of the steps entailed and what was even better the price quoted was a couple thousand cheaper than a previous quote we had obtained. I really appreciate Eli's honesty, professionalism and here is this person really looking out for us. Eli was in constant communication with us throughout the scope of work. On the day of the job being performed Miguel and his crew were at our home on time and they were extremely careful not to scratch our walls and wood floors. Miguel provided Pictures throughout the day to show me the progress being made. When they left everything was just as they had found it. Lastly, while in my attic one of the boards that were up there had a screw so when the crew stepped on the beam it made a little hole in my ceiling. Well Atticare took care of that too. The handyman that came (Ruben) was absolutely great you can't even tell that the hole was there. If you ever need attic work please try this company first. Great customer service and excellent work. I needed some work done to my attic last min and they were able to accommodate to my request. I randomly found out I had some entry points in my attic for small animals to nest and live (super gross). They came out removed the nest, old insulation, sprayed repellent and installed new insulation all in one day. Everyone was very helpful and they explained the entire process to us step by step.
