This place is designed for small box trucks not a semi truck. You have to back up from the Main Street to the door there’s no overnight parking And Don come before 8:am first they are going to clear out all of the box trucks before a semi truck go in there’s no extra room to maneuver.

Absolutely the worst experience. Three wasted weeks of lack of communication, unannounced arrivals and no shows. The estimator/service representative was very professional but was ultimately doomed by lack of support from Division Manager. Good by from 10 year client and want immediate refund of $3k downpayment.

TRUCKERS BEWARE! This place is definitely not meant for 53ft trailer and sleeper!! You have to back in from the street which was the easy part. The hard part was getting into the dock because of the slope plus they want you to slide your tandems all the way back. It can be done but it’s not worth the headache.

scheduled appointment for gutters and they were a no-show. Seems they sub out their work and have no control over their subs. 9 AM appointment, could not get them on the phone until after 12:00 and they had no idea where their 'men' were.

Truckers stay away from this place very tight place to back in from the busy street with sleeper truck almost impossible to straight your truck and trailer plus they want you to move your tandem all the way back which is never going to happen coz there's no enough room, very tight place plus worker is so unprofessional no respect for Truckers at all completely nightmare for semi trucks with sleeper cab 😡😡😡

Was almost hit by one of their trucks today. Thankfuly no one was beside me and i was able to swerve avoiding collision. I wouldn't recommend using these unsafe guys.

Used Valley Insulation for my new home build. Walls, ceilings, attic, the whole thing. They have friendly staff, courteous, quoted competitively, and did a great job with the work. I would definitely use them again on future projects.

Worst company I have ever used to do my spray foam insulation. The installer told me they use a chemical called “BASF” which is a low grade chemical with no fire rating so they are suppose to coat it with a fire rating agent called “Dc315” which they do not do. I do not recommend this company to anyone!! The manager Steve and Ed are rude and unprofessional as well and will not help resolve any issue I have contacted them about. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND FIND A BETTER SPRAY FOAM COMPANY (there’s plenty out there in the metro Atlanta areas)!!!!
