My interactions with Northwest Crawl Space were among the all-time best customer service moments I've ever experienced, and that's after forty years of doing business in general. Their estimate was spot-on accurate, their team lead was friendly and professional, they were not only on time for an 8:00 AM start time but they were EARLY, ensuring that they were actually STARTING at 8:00. Their follow-up services have been excellent, Savannah at their offices has been responsive and detail-oriented, and, it almost goes without saying, the work they did was great--done well, done in a timely manner, and done to my satisfaction. I wholeheartedly endorse this company and its personnel. If all service businesses were this professional, I'd sing their praises, too. Northwest Crawl Space earned this review in spades.

Received a quote for services that wasn't comparable to another contractor. Asked for them to provide a comparative quote after providing them documentation of the line items costed out by the other contractor. We ended up using the other subcontractor for some of the work and revisited the remaining line items with Northwest Crawl Space Services to requote. They raised the prices of the remaining line items from their previous quote to match their minimum job cost of $4,000. Keep that in mind, that their minimum cost likely for any job is $4,000 for them to show up and they are likely unwilling to negotiate on pricing below that number. Edit: Spoke to the owner after the initial review was posted. Very professional response and we were able to work out a compromise that retained the work with them. Issue was primarily a miscommunication but was resolved after conversations with the owner. Work was great though. Very fast and exactly what they quoted!

I’m very happy with my insulation project done by NW crawlspace service. Their quote is competitive and straightforward with no pricing trap. They also support credit card payment with no additional fees! Their schedule is flexible. During the insulation work, the team found two leaking spots from the pipes, and they finished the other areas first and let me get my own plumbers to fix the leakage, then came back to finish the whole project. It all happened within a week! The team is polite and friendly and hard working, they exceeded my expectations. They also work with PSE and can provide great rebate for eligible users. Now my crawlspace has transitioned from a dirty muddy place with rats and mice to a clean and nice one! Plus my energy usage is a lot more efficient.

High quality work, responsive, reasonably priced. We needed a full crawl space remediation and some mold removal in the attic. Matan (co-owner) was knowledgeable not just about rodent prevention but building code requirements. He provided excellent suggestions for some duct work modification and sat down with me after his assessment to walk through a thorough quote (with no pressure to make an immediate decision) . He was also honest about our attic work and didn't try to charge for work that wasn't necessary. We had 5 companies out to quote and NW Crawlspace was the most on top of things and I appreciated that as the owner and not just an estimator Matan knew exactly what the company could/could not do. The quote NW Crawlspace gave was in line or better than others. The office staff was quick to respond to email and the work was scheduled promptly after we agreed to the quote and was completed in 1 long day by a hardworking crew who did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I also really appreciate that Matan came back after the work was done to do a quality check.

Lior and his crawl space crew did a fantastic job installing a full perimeter french drain, sump pump, new insulation, and vapor barrier. They even ran the sump pump drain underground away from the house to help keep water away from the foundation. I would highly recommend their services who need crawl space work done.

10 out of 10, would hire Matan and his crew to assist us again or refer them to a friend. The service was prompt and everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and courteous along the way. And the crawlspace looks great! The joist supports and insulation helped bunches and they even built a really nice replacement crawlspace door for the wonky one we had to tear out, and didn’t upcharge. Definitely a great group to use.

My 1924 farm house needed some attention in the basement crawl space because of rodent intrusion. After some online research and some unsatisfactory experience with a prior well-known company, I finally called upon Northwest Crawl Space. Savanah was so helpful and patient with all of my questions. We scheduled an inspection and Matan provided me a scope of work and estimate right up front. What I appreciated was his straight forward approach to fixing all of the problems and not being a hard sell on services. I was able to pick and choose what my priorities were based on my budget. He also has a great, hard working team on board! I was so impressed with the amount of care and attention to detail that they provided. None of the tasks they did were easy or fun and yet they got in there and tackled each one with tenacity. What I appreciated most was when they reached out to schedule the follow up inspection. Together, we looked over the work and he made sure that all was done to our agreed upon understanding. I would highly recommend Northwest Crawl Space!

The workers were supposed to clean out my crawlspace and perform rodent exclusion. They did a great job. They showed up on time and worked tirelessly for many hours. The pictures they showed of what have been done look wonderful, not to mention a nice new crawlspace door. I do feel very clean after the workers were done with my crawlspace.

Rats had gotten into our heating and cooling ducts in our crawl space and the smell was awful. After the crew left there was no more bad smell and the crawl space has never looked so clean and organized. When we had a concern they came the next day to inspect. They have been easy to work with and friendly, too.

The crew from Northwest Craw Space Services arrived on time, communication was easy, they completely emptied the attic spaces and carefully carried out years of accumulation before they began their work. Areas adjacent to attic access were completely masked with 4 mil plastic, the attic grime was well contained. Old insulation along with rodent damage was removed, the attic was deodorized, and additional ventilation was installed along with new insulation. When the project was complete, the crew did a thorough cleanup. The attic spaces are now well ventilated, clean, free of odor, and insulated. The professionalism of Matan and the crew is impressive. I highly recommend their service.

After several months of anxiety and resolution through discernment, I chose NW Crawl Space based on their outstanding and efficient thorough bid estimation process; I felt very comfortable in trusting this work to her care. We bought a home last fall and the inspector found evidence of rodents in our crawl space and attic. Also our insulation was old and not doing much good. We had 3 bids and chose Northwest Crawl Space. Their rates were competitive and they offered an ongoing guarantee of the work for the year, and at a reasonable price for years after. They were quick and clear with making appointments and did the work they said they would do. Very friendly, independent, hard working. Our insulation looks like fresh powder - deep and even! We appreciate their work and how well organized and complete they are!

Matan and his team are outstanding in their work and their professionalism. They completed an outside drainage project in the estimated time and cost. Matan, the owner of the company came out to take care of our needs. He is great. We had both crawlspace and attic work done from rodent proofing, mold remediation and creating crawlspace vents. We had to hit up 3 companies before having Matan doing the work b/c all the other contractors were always acting sleezy to try to over charge us.

Matan came to review my attic i nsulation problem, told me what needed to be done to correct problems & gave me a proposal. He was very professional & answered all my questions and concerns. The workers came a week after and spent the day doing the project , they were very tidy at the house and very good guys! All work was completed very well. Matan came back and did Inspection and found everything to be ok beside of one area that required more attention and he set that to be fixed the same day. I am very happy with the service and will highly recommend.

After having no water issues for 20 years, we came home from vacation last year to find almost two feet of water in our crawl space. The water had soaked the insulation on most of the air ducting, causing them to pull free from the registers and had damaged the foundation footings. In this time when getting on any contractor’s calendar is a challenge, NCSS was able to quickly assess (by the owner, no less!) the situation, quote a price and begin work quickly. Robert’s crew put in drainage and sump pumps, replaced all of the ducting, and replaced 65 footings and structural support beams. All of the work was done quickly and efficiently; there was minimal disruption to our daily lives and the main house entryway that provided them access to the crawl space was completely cleaned each evening before they left. Everyone we worked with at Northwest Crawl Space Services was extremely professional and helpful. I highly recommend this company for any crawl space work.

We live over a natural spring that constantly Floods our crawlspace. I had about 10 bids and NW Crawl was the most comprehensive quote showing detail in the work they would perform. Matan made it easy to understand and was helpful in adding or removing recommended items to the job. He showed me that my floor ducts were leaking and should be insulated, we agreed and since they fixed those our heat usage went way down and we are getting quality heat. The video attached is the finished crawl space with brand new sump pump system and vapor barrier. That clear water glass pictured was from the inside of the sump basin showing how filtered the water was in our previously dirty and gross crawlspace. These guys were great when they installed the system. The job took 8 hours and they were polite and left the house clean. Highly recommend working with these guys.

We hired Northwest Crawl Space as we had known issues with our crawl space since we purchased the house, but put off fixing it until we had a pipe burst. Not only did they come out quickly, crawled into our gross space with no fear, but gave a quote, included removing the water, and worked with us to get the area cleaned up so we could get a plumber to fix the remaining issues and get the final insulation and barriers in. Super pleasure to work with and love their website to view invoices and appointments. Will definitely choose them again!

Hired Northwest Crawl Space services to replace our contractor-quality vapor barrier in our 1600 sq ft crawl space, part of which is steeply sloped. Matan provided several options and allowed us to choose what we wanted with no sales pressure, and was able to schedule our job for the very next day. The work was excellent (completed in one afternoon), with high quality materials, and good cleanup afterwards. The vapor barrier will probably outlast us. Very efficient online request and billing system. Matan and the installation crew were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Excellent company. Matan is a joy to work with and highly knowledgeable. They replaced our crawls space vapor mat, installed new insulation and treated some mold. Matan even took the sample of mold himself and sent it to the lab. And yes, I did receive a copy of the lab results. Their rates are extremely competitive. Highly recommend.

I hired Northwest Crawl Space Services to address some broken ducting and rat activity. I have been extremely pleased with their service. The quote was clear and reasonable, they performed the work quickly and were very clean throughout the process. The owner personally came to inspect the work afterwards to ensure things had been done as expected. Several months later the attic condition is still pristine with no evidence of rats. Highly recommended!

I hired Northwest Crawl Space to deal with rats getting in under the house. They sealed off the entry points, sanitized the vapor barrier and replaced the duct insulation very efficiently. Plus they came back quarterly to go back down and check the traps they left and verify we were rodent free. This is done for a year and a half. I also have a camera in the crawl space to verify the results. I highly recommend this company. They are prompt, dependable, and guarantee their work.

I hired Matan from Northwest Crawl Space Services and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome, we had an older home built in the 1940’s that had a really tough tight attic space and crawl space, the guys showed up on time were respectful and polite and got to work, they remove all the old damp screen, insulation and duct work from the crawl space along with several dead rodents (Urgh) cleaned up every day, then they went to work on the attic and did the same, this took about two days, all the while the guys were cheerful and made the experience way less stressful, then Matan team came in and installed new damp screen, rodent proofed the crawl space and installed new insulation, blew in R49 level insulation in the attic ( everyone else quoted only R35) they were all done in another day and half and cleaned up like they hadn’t been there. Matan’s quote was by far the most competitive and very detailed, which as engineer I appreciated. I would highly recommend Matan and his guys to anyone wanting a Professional job done.

We did some research and ended up going with these gentleman. Was impressed with their knowledge. Had crawlspace cleaned and new insulation installed. Plus they did some rodent proofed work that we definitely needed. Very pleased, work was detailed and professional.
