Tech was personable and caring when he came out to do his estimate and his installation crew was also. They were diligent and very communicative. Asked for a quote. Paid a $99 "service fee" which consisted of a guy calling me, asking me some numbers and then telling me it would cost $3500. There was no service. Would ask for a refund but probably won't get it.

Dan and Ben were super kind , extremely knowledgeable and friendly! They worked quick and got our Radiant barrier and top off of insulation done quick and perfect. They even cleaned up before they left. I 1000% recommend William Attic Insulation for insulation and radiant barrier. We instantly noticed a different in the hottest room in the house that it started to. 5 stars all the way.

When I asked for a refund they refused and said I could pay them more money if I wanted them to come out and do it right. The difference of service was mind blowing.
