We had insulation added and automatic fans installed in our attic. The cost was better than expected and Jason, the Manager, was very professional and great to work with!! His crew arrived on time, got the work completed and left no mess after the work was done. This project was the Best experience we have hadwith any of the renovation work we have ever had. I can't say enough about USA Insulation. My initial job last year on my 1949 home was injectable foam in the walls. This has definitely made a difference in my home. The crew then were very professional and did a great job and cleaned the area after oroject was completed. I knew at that time, I would be doing the attic insulation to complete my insulation needs. Jason came and did a thorough inspection of my attic, wrote out the proposal, provided filled out tax forms for rebates, explained the proposal and process. Gives the best pricing possible pricing and included current specials. From there, Ellie coordinates the job. Provides detailed instructions what is expected of the homeowner, crew and any other required needs during the work as well of the timing of crew. She keeps in communication before, during and after job is complete, and provides reminders. Ryan and his crew came in and did the Insulation extraction on the first day. Very friendly and kept me apprised of the timing during the process. They cleaned the area after extraction was completed. Came out the second day, sealed, sanitized and deodorized the attic, finished installation of solar attic fans. They cleaned the area after completion. It's great to work with a company that truly puts customer service at the top of their priority and you see this at every level of the company.

From bidding with Jason to work coordination with Ellie to the crews that came out for install, working with USA Insulation was seamless. We had injectable wall foam, attic insulation, and crawl space insulation added, and we couldn’t be happier with how things have turned out. We were a little sad that the whole crew doesn’t do more than insulation, because we would engage them for even more services if we could!
