Awesome insulation installation service! I have an old hill country home that was hot upstairs. They installed radiant barrier and blew in 12 inches of fiberglass insulation. Bring on the heat!? And The install crew were very helpful and worked quickly. Will definitely use these guys again.

We selected HeatBusters because of their exceptional reviews. What we discovered is that their reviews did not even do them justice. They were highly professional, remarkably service oriented, and considerably less expensive than the other two bids that we received for the job. They came to the house several times to answer all of our questions and to design a plan for insulating a large attic, and then even came back after the job was done to make sure that we were satisfied. They even took the time to properly insulate our water pipes after a previous contractor (who replumbed the house through the attic) left the job half done. Their expertise and excellent service make them a very easy company to recommend.

Very knowledgeable, respectful of our home, well prepared, quick, and left everything clean. Cost wise, they’re much more affordable than other service providers and they use quality materials.

Great bunch of guys. They transformed our attic into an alien landscape with new white insulation, a solar powered fan and a shiny silver attic barrier. Took less than a day, no mess and for a very reasonable price.

Insulation blown in and solar powered fan installed. Needed rafter vents to allow soffit vents to work better since prior insulation blocked them. Not caught prior to blowing insulation, so cannot install without having to re-blow insulation.Need to find a way to add an air path from soffit to above insulation now from the soffit opening.

Really happy with the work we had completed by HeatBusters. They removed all previous attic insulation, sanitized, and blew in new fiberglass insulation a quick few days. They did great work and were professional, responsive, and reasonably priced. Will definitely be going straight to them with any future energy-saving upgrades

What a great outfit! Good price and even better service. I have been tracking attic vs outside temp, never more than 5 degrees difference. Energy bill is less, house is more comfortable. Awesome company. They've blown attic insulation in our garage walls and garage ceiling that we converted to a teenage playroom for our kids. They've also sprayed foamed our new office building. We own an HVAC company and they are the only insulation company we recommended.

I recently had Heatbusters address the insulation issues with my townhouse. The company was very reliable, prompt, and courteous. They did a wonderful job adding additional insulation to my attic. In addition, they cleaned up whatever mess they created in the process. That’s always a plus. Not every contractor does that anymore. I definitely recommend them for your insulation needs!

Strongly recommend Heat Busters! I had some spotty attic insulation that they got fully covered, in addition to some very tight spaces that other providers told me they couldn’t reach… Heat Busters got it done! I also installed a solar fan vent in my garage to reduce heat in the summer, it was all high quality products and solid install!

It’s amazing what 10 inches can do for the warmth of a home. Can’t wait for summer to see to difference there. Asside from stepping through the drywall in the garage which was fixed mud taped and all I can’t fault the team. Good work. Really great work when up there and looking at what 18 inches is supposed to look like.

I just had the most wonderful experience with Joe from HeatBusters. We had new insulation installed a month and half ago and the company had cut several corners. We were really devastated about this because we had taken a loan out for the project that we just started making payment towards and we thought we were going to have to have the entire work done again and would ultimately have to pay for the work twice. Joe looked at our attic and I learned from him that he did not think we had to do the project all over again. Joe could have advised us otherwise if he wanted to make a profit, but he cared about what happened to us and gave his honest assessment of our attic. I had a great experience and highly recommend this company. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and knowledgeable and the whole experience was positive. After having plumbers out multiple times last Summer because my attic got so hot there wasn’t enough oxygen to keep my hot water heater pilot lit, I was looking at radiant barrier vs adding a solar attic fan. After the first quotes from other companies I was sure I could only afford one option, but HeatBusters came to the rescue with a quote much more in line with what I expected. I was able to get ducts sealed, radiant barrier installed with extra insulation blown in throughout the attic, and they installed a solar attic fan. My AC guy was in the attic recently and was sure the HeatBuster work would make a big difference for me this Summer. He noticed that one vent had a small gap. Even though it was a couple of months after the job I called and HeatBusters came out the next day to address this small issue. As an example of the quality of their work, I’m having my roof replaced now and the roofer was shocked that they managed to install the solar fan so cleanly because my shingles are so old and brittle. I called today to ask a question about the work they did and Austin was so pleasant and helpful. They treated me the same as when they were trying to earn my business, which says a lot about their integrity. Do yourself a favor and at least get a quote from HeatBusters!

Fast response times and super nice guys! Jim was quick to respond to my request and Joe was great at giving us estimates on everything. The crew arrived and installed and cleaned up. Nice guys as well! We had them insulate the walls of the garage, radiant barrier and solar fan. From all the reviews and research I did, HeatBusters seemed not only to be the best value, but also the best company and combination of blow-in insulation and radiant barrier to insulate our home both from the blistering Texas summer but also the biting winter cold snaps. Also included a Federal qualified solar powered attic fan. There was an accidental foot through the ceiling of my hot water heater closet and they came out next day and completely repaired the job. No fuss or extra bargaining. They did a great job all around. The guys on the job were all very nice and friendly too.

Needed a solution for our poorly insulated attic. The house is 20 years old, and the original insulation was not doing the job. I checked online and found Heat Busters. I liked the idea of a radiant barrier and a solar powered attic fan. They installed both for me, along with a great deal of blown in insulation. Very happy with the workmanship. I highly recommend.

Highly recommended. I hired the heat busters to install Attic insulation as well as a radiant barrier..... My only complaint was that I didn't do this sooner. Our energy usage immediately dropped to about half of what it was and our home stays cooler much longer. If you still have the builder grade insulation, do yourself a favor and call the heat busters to at least come see what you have. I was surprised at how much we needed to maintain the recommended value.

Great Experience! Everything was thoroughly explained during the walkthrough. We added insulation, installed a radiant barrier and solar fan, and fixed the leaks in my ducts. The team was polite, in and out in a few hours, and cleaned up after themselves. My house was getting over 80 degrees on 100 degree+ days with the AC not turning off and since the install, the AC has been able to get a break while the house stays cool. Definitely worth the investment over increasing the size of my AC unit to combat the heat.

It was an easy and seamless experience working with Heatbusters. The job included adding blown-in insulation, radiant barrier, and solar fan installation. The job had an immediate impact on our home comfort and energy consumption; we saw a 38% drop in energy consumption as soon as the job was done. Day 37 of 100+ temps of summer heat and our 1 yr old AC can't keep up. Heatbusters came out quickly to give us an estimate for adding to our attic insulation then squeezed us in to get the insulation installed a couple days later despite being fully booked. We noticed a big difference immediately, thank you!

After day 1 of the radiant barrier install, I can already attest that it has made a significant difference to the temperature in my attic. I’ve been hitting 130+ degrees everyday all summer. Once the barrier was put on, the highest it went was 110 degrees. That’s over 20 degrees cooler! Before the barrier, it got up to 125 degrees before 1 PM and continue to climb to 130+. After the barrier install, it didn’t get to 110 degrees until 4PM and then it started going down! The ambient temperature was also 105 degrees, so my attic only had a 5 degree difference from the outside temperature. I’ve attached a photo of my attic temp sensor so you can see the dramatic difference. Absolutely worth the investment!

Heatbusters did a great job! In comparison to other quotes, it was reasonably priced and they completed the job quickly. Even when we updated our service day of, they made it work and were very accommodating. Staff was very nice and respectful. Can't wait to feel the difference in our home and e-bill with time!

Heat Busters installed new insulation and the solar shield (or whatever it's called) in our old, 1980's house a few weeks. So far, I think they did a great job. (I'll update this review if this changes.) They are prompt, easy to communicate with via text and email, and they did everything they said they would. Their workers were friendly, too.

Great experience overall. On time for the estimate and the work, whole team was professional and efficient, and they even swept before they left. They added blow-in insulation in my attic and a crawlspace as well as an insulation tent on my attic entry space. The estimator showed up halfway through to see that all items in the bid were being done. All for a fair price, so they get 5 stars across the board.

They are a very professional and efficient company. I used them to spray in installation into my attic. We immediately felt the difference inside the house. While blowing in the installation they found a Crack in our ducting and fixed it at no additional charge. I highly recommend them if you are having trouble controlling the temperature in your house.

Heatbusters added insulation to the attic of an older house we were buying. Other companies gave us a higher bid because the attic was tight, but these guys said it was not a problem. They did a really great job, very efficient, and clean. Its a two story house, and our bills have been great. We highly recommend this company.

HeatBusters installed insulation under my house last spring. The process was absolutely seamless. I actually came down with COVID the day prior to our appointment, and they said not a problem, they could get under the house from outside and I wouldn't need to even leave my bed. Overall great experience.

My little old house was struggling with the brutal summer heat, and a huge part of that was the fact that my attic insulation was super old and not doing its job. Heatbusters came out just a few days after I called and sprayed all new insulation. Within just two days I could already feel a difference in the temperature inside my house. They sent photos of the before/after and it was cool to see the all the new insulation in my attic. The price was SUPER reasonable, communication was on point, and I couldn't be happier.

Heatbusters did a blow-in insulation job for my attic, and the results are totally noticeable! I have literally saved hundreds of dollars this summer, thanks to the insulation job. With moderate AC usage this summer, our bills stayed below $180. Previously, my old tenant was paying upwards of $375. I never knew my attic went so far back! My experience could be the exception but I was tricked by the many 5-Star reviews and wanted to help navigate people away from making the same mistake. I have text/email interactions confirming everything below as accurate. The summary is that if you do work with Heatbusters you should confirm square footage as they over quoted my space by 30%+, broke/lost items then lied about them, fried my HVAC leaving me without air and so on so be warned. I lost a days worth of work which I outlined below and my proposal presented to Jim (owner) was to refund their profit from my job as I felt if I lost a day of wages that Heatbusters should too and for Heatbusters to keep the cost of the materials. He opted to screw over the customer, pocket the profit and say tough luck so my advice is to spend the $500 extra and not work with the cheapest provider. Days Prior- Told to expect HeatBusters between 8am-8:30am 4:52am - Received text letting me know HeatBusters will be there at 10:30am 7am- Received text letting me know HeatBusters is on their way 7:30am- Received call from HeatBusters that mistakes were made and back to the 10:30am 10:15am- Message saying in route 10:30am- Arrived and begun work 10:45am- Argue with me about the square footage to be done as the invoice states 1200 sq ft. but living area. Its connected to our living area and has insulations in the garage so assumed it was the entire house. Heatbusters reevaluated their original estimate and revealed they were planning to overcharge me by 400sq ft so it worked for them to do the garage now. 11:45am- Asked to inspect work and pile in the front and not evenly spread at 18” in multiple locations so asked to honor the work 12:30pm- Asked to review the second attic and pointed out that again the work was not done to 18” where I was explained that it was due to soffit vents which I explained we did not have and to fill 1pm- Asked to review the first and second again which I had issues but gave up due to not being able to get back far enough and fighting with HeatBusters 1:15pm- Heatbusters left 1:30pm- I clean up missed insulation in the bathroom and driveway 3pm- Call Heatbusters and explain my fan is not working for the AC and explained it could not be them or anything they have done. 3:05pm- Call AC companies to try and get people out as the house is 82 degrees and difficult to work 3:30pm- Was told by an AC guy to check to see if it was a switch that got turned off as he serviced the unit 2.5 weeks ago and everything was fine 3:45pm- Use our improper ladder against the walls to get up and scrape the walls trying to solve 5:30pm- Heatbustesr calls and says it may in fact be something they did with blowing a fuse and will send someone out that is an “electrician” 5:50pm- Heatbusters arrives and sees a blown fuse but did not bring the right fuse. Explains that a 5 amp will be fine instead of a 3 amp. Explain I am uncomfortable changing unless he is an electrician which he admits he is not. So I google if you can switch them out and the first results explains It is a definite “NO” and can cause even more damage 6pm- Heatbusters agrees to go out and get a 3 amp switch 6:40pm- AC guy calls saying he has fuses if they guy can’t find them but I call Heatbusters and nobody answers so at a loss of what to do 6:50pm- Heatbusters arrives back to switch out the amp and then lies about losing a screw to put the front of the unit back on and tells me there were only 3 when we have the HVAC serviced every 6 months and had a tech out in July. 7pm- Miss dinner/drinks with friends that had planned for weeks due to dealing with HeatBusters so my day and night were ruined. 7:15pm- Heatbusters leaves 8:30am- Heatbusters calls and gets a tech out to the unit to fix the air that will be off for 24hrs at our house 1pm- iAir tech arrives fixes it promptly and restores air to the home.

We used Heatbusters for 18in of insulation in our attic. They are great communicators, extremely friendly, and it is clear that they are professionals and know what they’re doing. Pricing was also very fair. We had a lot of questions along the way and they were quick to provide comprehensive responses. Will definitely be recommending them to our neighbors, and using them for any future needs.

I needed all the ductwork replaced and new insulation in my attic. Our AC couldn't cool our place to less than 77. These guys were great - after a thorough review I got an honest, fair price, they showed up on time, were polite and respectful, communicated everything, and had the whole project finished (and vacuumed) in about 3 hours. While they were working I could hear the chatter between the workers (5) and it was obvious they knew what they were doing, were paying attention to details, and genuinely cared about the outcome. Barely an hour into the job I could already feel the air cooling down and flowing better. It was awesome. For me this experience was a rare home improvement win where everything clicked into place. Very satisfied. Highly recommend these guys.

Great service and super easy to deal with. We had insulation added over the garage, which will certainly help mitigate both heat and cold temps from entering our garage. The insulation installed was blown R30 rated and it end up probably being R33, which is even better. Total time to get everything done was less than hour, so it worked out perfectly. Before contacting Heat Busters I went to Home Depot to see about doing it myself, but after looking at pricing and work it would require in my mind Heat Busters was a better option and a heck of a lot easier. Glad I contacted them and would recommend them.

We had a great experience with Heatbusters. They installed insulation in our attic which only had about 2-3 inches of insulation when we bought our house. The free consultation with Joe went smoothly and he even addressed a minor issue with our AC duct in the attic for free. On the day of the installation, they were about an hour late due to their truck breaking down but we were kept in the loop the whole time and they completed the installation quickly. We will definitely use them again for any future insulation needs!

Amazing experience for attic insulation. Joe was great to work with when it came to the quote and was very truthful. We received multiple quotes for attic insulation and after reading the reviews for HeatBusters, it was a no brainer for us to go with them. Contacted Heat Busters to get an estimate for Radiant Barrier installation. Appointment made expediently as was the follow up installation appointment. Work was done in less time than originally predicted and with little to no fuss or complications. In the months following my AC and Heat bills have dropped dramatically as I wanted to wait to see what results came of the summer. While every home differs for me the difference in winter was a +60% drop in billing and +45% drop this Summer. I am ecstatic and looking to improve a few more things with my home energy but this was by far one of the best moves and was a completely satisfying customer service that was provided.

Jim and his crew has some of the best communication of anyone we've worked with! They let us know of any changes in a timely manner and took the time to talk through the various options for us until we settled on a plan that made sense for us. He had a large crew that was all courteous and clearly knew what they were doing so the job was done well & didn't drag on (like so many other parts of our remodel has!) thanks again for a well insulated attic!!

His estimate for my attic insulation work was fair and reasonable and he did not try to up-sell me on services I did not need. His team arrived on schedule and were great to work with. Jim and team put in radiant barrier and blow-in insulation this past week and did a great job. Jim is courteous, professional, and prompt. He went through each part of the estimate, and which he believed were the most pressing. The installation team showed up when expected, left no trash behind, and knocked out the job in a day and a half. Overall the company seems trustworthy and to do quality work. We hired Heat Busters for adding blown in insulation and to insulate our garage door. They were quick to respond, and the job was done efficiently and well done. Excellent work! Jim and his team did an amazing job of getting our home set up with their radiant barrier and insulation. They were friendly, professional, efficient, clean, and detail-oriented with their installation. I'm so happy we connected. Incidentally, we are already seeing some of the benefits with cold weather (and possibly snow) that hit us this weekend. And I know we are ready to hit the summer head-on! $$$! Heat Busters were great to work with. They showed up when they said they would and answered all our numerous questions. They added fiberglass insulation to the attic and also replaced a gable screen that was ripped. We also added soffit vents which our older home did not have. To blow the insulation they had a generator to power the blower (other companies we received bids from wanted to plug in to our home or even our breaker box). Their employees were friendly and got all the work done in about half a day. The price was right and we are glad we hired them for the job.

I gave Heat Busters a call and they were available to give me a quote with in 2 days. It was also nice that the quote was free, I called several other companies and they wanted to charge me a $75 fee for giving me a quote. Heat busters was available with in a couple days after giving me the quote to do the work. Their team was efficient and professional, and they did it excellent job. This was a repair job, and the team did a spectacular job of filling in the gaps left due to some previous damage. We could not be more pleased with their professionalism and performance. We would highly recommend them to anyone that needs attic insulation.

I first met with Jim 5 years ago but wasn't able to follow through with him doing the work at the time. This year he came out to the house again and provided another estimate that was right in line with his original estimate. Everything he said he would do - he did. His crew was respectful and showed up on time almost to the exact minute that they said they would arrive. He and his team were able to put up the radiant barrier and bring the insulation up from 7" to 18" at the same material quality as other contractors but at 1/4 the price. I would definitely use him again. Zero complaints. Before and after.

The Heatbuster crew was great! They were on the job on time, did everything very professionally. Even installed the attic fans despite it being wet and rainy outside. The whole job was done quickly and with no mess. It is 2 months later and I can tell the difference with the attic fans, radiant barrier and insulation. Jim with the Heat Busters is nothing short of amazing! We called him out to our home to help insulate our garage and attic and add window tinting. Jim suggested that with the direction of the sun, insulating the garage door wouldn't actually be a benefit. Yes, he turned down a job as it was not in our best benefit! We had window tint and an attic door tent installed and insulation blown in the attic. These improvements were timely and cost effective. In fact, we saw a decrease in our electric bill!
