Daniel at Bug Master is the sweetest most competent exterminator in the world! He’s been treating our house for three years. I love the fact that I get the same person every time. He explains things very well and addresses all my specific bug issues. I’ve been so very happy with their service. I would highly recommend.

This company is so sweet and only hire the sweetest and most considerate people. Daniel was my first exterminator and he was so polite and respectful. Explaining everything he was going to do and reassured me that if there are any problems just let the company know. Shawn was my second exterminator and he was just beyond sweet and respectful. I will definitely be using them again in the future if I ever need them.

I scheduled with another company, over the course of three days received poor service. I called The Bug Master on the day of my scheduled service with the other company (for cockroaches in our walls), Lilly was kind and listened to our needs, gave us guidance, and reached out to her active tech in the field who was able to fit us in same day. Cody came, was knowledgable, shared continuous low chemical options for us and addressed all of our concerns. ALL of this was possible still before the original appointment was going to arrive. I cannot thank the team at Bug Master enough.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐<br>After seeing a Bug Master ad on Facebook, I decided to try them after using Terminix for years. The manager explained their rodent program, which places bait outside the home so rodents don’t die in the walls. Traps were set in October, and since then I haven’t seen a single mouse or rat. The program works, and I’m very satisfied with the results.<br>Thanks, Shawn!

I’ve had big master for a year and they’ve been great! Timely, available, good at educating Dos/Don’ts to avoid future pests. Chandler came out to help with some mice we have under our deck, and he was super knowledgeable and helpful!! He gave great suggestions and had wonderful insight into how the pests could get worse in the future, but what Bugmaster would do to prevent it. They even have warranties!

My Service Technician Adam was amazing. Every time Adam came to my home he was professional, positive, very knowledgeable, and understanding to my concerns and always was willing to give informative feedback as to who I could contact to handle things that Bug Master didn’t handle. The initial inspection was a bit pricey, but my service tech Adam I could not have asked for a better person to handle the task.

I cannot say enough about how amazing Jvon from the bugmaster was on a service call today for rodents under the floor of my motorhome. He was so informative, respectful, and genuinely concerned with our new mice/rat issue and took us step by step on how to get rid of them. Called the Bug Master got on the phone with a real person without having to push 10 buttons. They were able to schedule the next day which was nice (kids wanted to be outdoors, but we're scared of the wasps). Jose called 15 minutes before arriving and was very courteous. He took care of all that we asked for and provided services outside and inside our home. Give Jose a phat raise!

Let me just say, these people were absolutely amazing! Topper and J'Von especially had outstanding customer service and provided the most understanding, polite, and hardworking experience my family has ever encountered from any business.<br><br>They are the pinnacle of performance in this industry and set a standard that all business should follow. Not only was the issue resolved but they also took measures for preventing this occurrence from happening again. Miguel arrived on time, inspected attic and outside for openings that needed to be sealed. He explained clearly what was needed to eliminate rodents from attic and what the cost would be. Will return within a few days to seal openings and set traps.

Jvon explained our problem very thoroughly and how we should proceed to control the rat problem. He is professional and personable. We are feeling hopeful this problem can be fixed.

Very impressed with The Bug Master and staff.<br>Two weeks ago I had an inspection and treatment of all bugs. Since this was for a new tenant in rental property I wanted a complete job. They came back out after two weeks to make sure everything was still clean and “no bugs allowed.”<br>The Bug Master has been knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them.

I really appreciate the personal attention of this follow-up visit. We had an incursion of carpenter ants at the interface between on outside wood structure and an ivy-covered wall, and Cody attended to it with precision and care. Did a great job they did find a raccoon up in the attic after I put a access door in. We'll have to see if smell dissipates more. But one good thing they don't quit until they find something. Art arrived promptly and started spraying the outside. He came in and did a very thorough job of spraying behind window treatments and furniture, after I had moved them. He inspected all areas and did a good job. Afterwards he brushed down spiderwebs outside and wasp nests. I was very pleased with his work and friendliness. Definitely recommend them!

Frank did a great job on my termite treatment warranty inspection. He was very thorough and explained exactly what he was looking for and, in some situations feeling for, during the inspection. He also had good advice about other insects I have been encountering.<br>He is the best inspector I have had come by in the 10 plus years I have had the warranty.

Not very pleased with the first treatment as the guy who was pretty old didn’t really care what he was doing as he nonchalantly walked around my house, tripping over rocks and not really caring where the spray went. Probably won’t fully fulfill my contract with these people unless they step it up next time.
