Dealing with rodents is a very stressful situation. We did consults with a few companies and decided to go with Terminix. They have been great. Kevin Derning is our main technician and he is knowledgeable, professional and very detail oriented. All good so far.
We’ve gotten our house sealed through terminix so that we don’t get rodents or other animals in the attic. It’s a three part process and they’ve completed 2 of them thus far. They are a super friendly and knowledgeable team! I can trust the work will get done and done right.

Terminix has always provided outstanding termite control and pest extermination. This visit turned into a scheduling / communication disaster! The assigned technician was originally supposed to come on 10/24/2025 between 3-5 pm. When he failed to arrive, I contacted Terminix customer service and was placed on hold for 35 minutes. During this extended period, I checked the Terminix website and found that the technician was now scheduled for 10/25/2025 at 3-5 pm. The customer service representative verified this with the technician. Additional text messaging with the technician verified the new appointment was valid. Incident has been reported and escalated to determine root cause.
Mike was here to do our annual termite inspection. He found no termite issues.but , he went above and beyond the call of his termite inspection. Mike noticed water leaking from my A/C drain pipe running down the outside wall. Thanks to Mike, I was able to call the A/C people to fix the problem Mike saved me a big repair bill by being alert even beyond his normal field of duty! THANK YOU, sir. J.C.

I called Terminix they were able to come the same day I called for a consultation, which was free that’s a bonus and we set up a plan for my house to have pest control for a year 3 days later they came a did there job Lamont was very polite and professional talk to you through the whole process
We have had termites for a few years Even after they came and sprayed I still saw ants and spiders. The last two times we had Joe Garcia and he is amazing. He cares and listens to what you are saying. After he sprayed the next day I saw dead spiders and ants and the big flying roaches dead around the house. I will never have anyone but Joe service my house

Have never dealt with a company with such poor communication skills! Would not recommend at all. Canceled our service, after having to reschedule multiple times due to the service men.
Chris from Terminix came out to treat our home for seasonal pests. He has treated my house before and both times he was extremely thorough, answered all of our questions, and was one of the nicest guys I have met (even with my kids talking his ear off and asking him all sorts of bug questions 🤣). I gave a 5 because Oscar, the second Tech did an excellent job. Oscar saved the day. Was very knowledgeable and had the proper equipment.
I was having gutter like problems and began the process by looking for companies to solve it. I remembered that Terminix did work of removing pest animal and check side issues. They came out promptly and on time and accessed the problem. Service was done in one day service was superior and I’m pleased.
The techs are great and address any issue that comes up. I requested a 10 minute warning (because I have dogs) but got one more like 1 minute prior. I don't blame the tech, it may just be the notification system.
Luna was great with the inspection. Inspection on Thursday, extermination on Friday. Michael the technician did a super job. Termites are going away!

Had a bedbug problem. Called them and they came out that very week to get everything set up. When I had an issue a supervisor actually personally came out to address the issue, which is a huge deal these days. I appreciate everything they did. They were helpful and respectful the entire time.

Between my regular quarterly service I had some ant mounds pop up in my yard after several days of rain(I thought they were fire ants) Terminix came out the next week and treated the mounds and they turned out to be acrobat ants! I can now get back to gardening in that area.
Chris does such a great job! I appreciate the text reminders about his visit as well as the notification I receive when he is on his way. Chris always checks in with me to see what, if any, problems I've been experiencing around the house. He's always so friendly, upbeat and professional. I appreciate the text message I receive when he's finished with information about anything out of the ordinary that he's found. The service I receive is excellent and the price is reasonable. Now: I finally had an exterminator come out to my apartment for an emergency treatment for my ant issues. The exterminator, Vince, was absolutely fantastic! He was prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough in treating my ant problem—taking the time to explain everything and making sure the issue was being fully addressed. His attention to detail and genuine care for solving the problem really stood out. I couldn’t be more grateful for his help. Originially: I had a frustrating experience trying to get help with an ant problem—despite scheduling an appointment and completing paperwork, no one showed up, and I received conflicting information with no follow-up. After being charged for a service that never happened and repeatedly requesting a manager call me (with no response), I was initially left extremely disappointed in the company’s customer service.
I stayed in a hotel last weekend and I have what look like bites on me. I am suspecting bed bugs but have no way of knowing on my own, so I need a professional to help look. I scheduled an appointment online with Terminix on Thursday afternoon. The appointment was supposed to be for today, Saturday July 5, between 8 AM and 10 AM. I received a confirmation email when I scheduled the appointment on Thursday. I was ready for someone to come to my house between 8 and 10. No one had showed up nor had I received any contact so I called Terminix around 9:15 AM. I spoke to someone who said he will message the inspector to call me. About 25 minutes passed and I still did not receive a call. I called Terminix again and spoke to another representative. She was more helpful and tried calling the inspector. She was unable to reach the inspector. I asked if I could reschedule ASAP and the soonest she could get me in is Monday 8-10. I would like to know why this is acceptable. I didn't cancel my appointment and no one contacted me to tell me my appointment was cancelled. Apparently Terminix doesn't offer same day appointments, so I cannot get this inspection done today, despite a failure on their end and me having scheduled 2 days in advance. Even if Terminix offers great services, I would not reschedule with them due to the incredibly poor communication and subpar customer service. The rescheduling policy should offer exceptions when Terminix is in the fault and pretty much ghosted me on an appointment I was on the edge of my seat for since Thursday afternoon. I can't describe how frustrating this has been. Screw you guys, honestly.
Terrible customer service. I had an appointment scheduled for my interior pest control yesterday, July 3 between 8 and 10. No show. 😡 I called and they said it was rescheduled for July 7th. Never notified me of the reschedule. First red flag. Then I call to confirm the 7th, it's now been moved to the 8th, never notified me. 2nd red flag. They don't value the clients time, instead take advantage that whatever time THEY decide to reschedule works for THEM, not the client 3rd red flag. I canceled.
Kyle has been my bug guy for a couple months. He does a great job (currently zero bugs in the house) and he is kind, respectful and courteous. No complaints here!
The service my mother had worked for a few months it kept the critters at bay. They sprayed while my family moved out due to a flood in the home. Once they moved back in we could see that the problem wasn’t completely solved. I’ve been reaching out since they moved back home and also sending messages to the tech since you must go through a call center now. The customer service is horrible. I would like to speak with someone that could help me with getting this resolved.
Thomas arrived and alerted me that he was here. Spoke to me about what he would be doing today and offered a free service from Terminix to have someone come out and look through a crawl space to make sure no animals were living under the house. Thomas was a very pleasant young man!

They set appointments and never show up. The send a text message when they say they completed service but they have not been here. I had an appointment today and no one showed up or called. Also I called to make sure someone was coming and the woman said she could only send an email.? There phone number is for California. Save your money and use someone else
Roy knows his stuff like nobody else! He was able to find out what kind of pest issues we had and what would be our best plan of action to keep them out for good. He knows what he's looking for. Very friendly. Very awesome guy to work with. Give this man a raise! 10/10 Highly recommend Roy with Terminix!

The initial visit with the terminix tech revealed some other concerning issue that my previous pest control company never once mentioned in three years. They found them during the first visit pointed them out and educated us on the possible issues to come from them. A secondary home inspection was set up and Ryan came out! This gentleman was very kind,transparent & truthful he did not try to upsale unnecessary services. He inspected my attic and around the home said he didn’t see and signs of rodents inside the home and there was nothing to worry about at the time. Furthermore he educated me on sign to look for. My previous company would show me false photos (not my attic) and try to sell me services that cost thousands of dollars. Ryan and terminix are a great team and look forward to using them for many years.
We receive great service from Terminex! Kyle does a great job. I really appreciate that Kyle is always our technician (IE it’s not a different person every time). I get a reminder text that he will be coming. He always shows up. He’s super friendly. He always remembers that I don’t want any spray near my vegetable garden. It’s always a positive customer service experience!! Oh, and we don’t have bugs!!

We've been using Terminix for a few years now, and after switching a couple of times in between then to other pest control services you really get a sense for the difference. First and foremost, we rarely see pests in the house, maybe after a storm when they're all looking for a place to lay low afterwards, but most of the time they end up dead anyway. The point of these services is so you never really have a problem, so I'd say they accomplish that well. The icing on the cake is the customer service I receive from our Technician, Jacob. 10/10. He communicates the best of any service technician, always let's us know what the time frame will be, and let's us know when he's close by so we know exactly when he'll be here. This is for the dog people - that is important because we have dogs, and while he's definitely good with them in the house, he's sensitive to the fact they aren't in the backyard when he's doing outside pest control or mosquito service - and ensures he shuts the gate when he's done. It's the small things here, but they matter, because they are part of the family. I will add, it's also the consistency - we've had Jacob for over a year now, and it's nice to not have to go over everything with a new person every so often, make sure they're cool with dogs, etc...I would recommend Terminix over others 100%, and if Jacob isn't in your service area, I'm sure they've got other's that will do just as good for you :).
Ryan was absolutely great. We had him over to review our Termite inspection. I found him to be very knowledgeable about termites, and solutions. I learned that Formosan termites are included in Terminix warranty.(Versus this is not the case with other pest companies). When I renew, I will chose this company in few years. Ryan is great in reaching out over text, and responsive.
Mosquito Chris, as I call him!, always does a great job. He communicates when he will be here and shows up when he says he will. No mosquitoes after he sprays but he always reminds me if I notice them back before the next spraying, to let him know and he’ll come back.
Very pleased with bug treatment for past 3 years... Then had a friend bring over cut flowers from her garden and tiny black ants got into house from vase... Chris (Service Tech) quickly responded for special early treatment. No more bugs! I'm glad as now wife won't burn house down to get rid of them! Yea!

Chris was at our house at the time of his visit appointment. However it was raining extremely hard. He texted me from his truck that he would return when the weather got better. He did return and he said that the inspection didn’t find any evidence of infestation. He was very polite and did a great job.
Excellent experience. Also took the time to explain a few things I can do to in between visits that was valuable information. Hope Vincent can be my regular service provider.

Brendan has been providing our service for about a year now and we have had no complaints! He is thorough and made sure all our concerns were met. We went from seeing multiple spiders inside every day to seeing no spiders at all. He also took care of several wasp nests outside. Would highly recommend!

I ordered an inspection for the new house to identify potential termite problems. The technician arrived, conducted an investigation, and confirmed my concerns. He found one wall infested with termites. I asked him to estimate the possible damage, but he said he couldn’t do that. Instead, he started pointing out other issues, mentioning that I have kids and trying to scare me with warnings about flying wasps and spiders inside the house. He spent about 10 minutes preparing a proposal and then pressured me to sign a $2,800 contract for a three-month old termite, wasp, and ant treatment. The funny thing is, he expected me to believe him without providing any actual proof of damage. I refused the offer—thankfully—because the price was outrageous. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me, assuming that as a woman and a new homeowner, I’d be easily intimidated.
Robert Givens is the guy you want! Knowledgeable, thorough, and never rushed. He walks around our property with us, and listens and assesses the best steps, and clears it all with us first. He gives advice of things we can do ourselves, and kindly doesn’t destroy our plants while dragging hoses and other things he needs to do. 10/10 would recommend, and really appreciate his professionalism, and the ability to share a laugh together. Vincent P. was our technician today. This young man was very warm and personable, demonstrating both now how, and experience. He installed bait stations in our yard that will terminate any would be termites and or colonies. Although, there are no signs of termites, we are relieved that they won't find a home in our home! I am 77 years old, and unable to do much lifting. I had a number of heavy logs from a dead tree that I cut last summer and Vincent offered to take them to the curb for me...what a gesture. Terminix should be grateful that they have such a kind and knowledgeable employee...give him a raise, time off, and a trip to Disney Land! Thanks, Jim n' Julie Paris!
Technician thoroughly explained my rat issue and that while I could trap on my own, without fixing the outdoor issues, they would continue to return. He gave me payment options to extend the warranty and discussed options with me until I was able to make a decision I felt comfortable with. I did not feel pressured at all. Technician also worked with me on how to safely set traps until I could do it on my own.
Update: thanks for the automated rely. It really shows character. Since I’ve just read other reviews on how this company doesn’t show up as scheduled or promised I will take my concerns to another level. Beware! This happened back in June of 2024 up until end of July! I have since moved and all I can say is I GOT TIME TODAY!! And yes I have receipts as well. I will share a few photos. I just need people to know the level of unprofessionalism and missed appointments they will encountered. Terminex took my money but didn’t provide the service as promised. I had house infested with scorpions. Not just any scorpions most were VENOMOUS! So this was critical and life threatening for me. The huge tarantula looking spiders Raid could handle but not the killer scorpions! The technician came for the first and only visit and was supposed to inspect the entire house but that never happened. Sidenote: He said this was is first day back at work off leave and he looked as if he had been in car accident or fist fight with the devil. I should have known better when he needed to use my water to mix materials. Seriously? He assured me that the outside of the house was all that needed to be checked. After he walked around the outside of the house spraying I explained to him that there was an area inside the home that had more occurrence than others. The master bedroom. He came in and looked but did nothing. I asked him if they could be inside the walls. He said that they can’t be in the walls (that he never inspected) and treatment was only needed outside. What a lie!!! I’m not familiar with scorpions so I trusted this man. I trusted the brand NAME TERMINEX! He also told me that the product Terminex used was useless against baby scorpions. Sir why are you here?! I explained what I was seeing over the phone before Terminex agreed that the problem could be remedied. I even researched the type of scorpion and told them it wasn’t native to central Texas. He didn’t have a clue about the type or any knowledge of insects! If Terminex isn’t teaching that then what’s the point?? Google is FREE! After 2 to 3 weeks passed I started seeing more. ANd MORE! So I called back and told the customer service lady the issue. I explained I needed monthly treatment but I need an inspection to see what I was dealing with! I also requested a call back from the GM because I need a professional!! Never happened. He, she, they or them never called me back! I called back again still no call from the GM but I did get a call from another technician wanting to come. I agreed. Why did I take off work and this joker called and said he couldn’t make it? Mind you there are multiple missed appointments and I have text showing that communication as well. I can’t make this crap up! A joke!! So I get another call days later from a different technician stating she would inspect the home. I told her I need to hear from their GM first because this was unacceptable. Needless to say I never heard back from anyone after that. I’m over here fighting for my life and they are playing games with something they should be well trained to deal with. Go with a local mom and pop or someone that has morals! This company has NO INTEGRITY! You will come out better buying a can of RAID. (Some of the text messages are out of order but you can figure it out) No lies told!!

Technician was great. But when I first called Terminix, I was assured everything was pet safe. That's not really true. I was asked if there was a room I could put my dog in for 45 minutes because the spray needs to dry. I didn't have a place I could put my dog, so the technician couldn't spray some places he said he normally would. To me that's not pet safe
Used this service at my parent's home. Expensive, yet badly done. Didn't diagnose properly nor solve the problems at all! The tech was unable to make a basic determination of rodent incursion. Told them it was a person vs. rats/field mice in their attic! Piss poor work to seal home. Using foam instead of metal. I don't recommend them at all.
