Stephan and team did a great job at a fair price. I got "insulation 2.0", including old insulation removal, air sealing, new insulation, and radiant barrier. My attic previously would get over 130+ in the summer. Now even on 100 degree days it stays under 110. I just wish I had known about this years ago. :)

Prompt, communicative, and a fantastic value. After playing the game of getting three quotes before committing to a crawlspace insulation solution for our 50's home. I found myself relieved and impressed with how keen Stephan was on tailoring a solution specific to our footprint -- while saving us a lot of money. Stephan highlighted practical outcomes for each insulation path to take (encapsulation vs vapor barrier, etc). Furthermore, not needing to go through a whole pitch for extreme solutions compared to big box insulation companies was a huge relief. Pressure was low, and the quote/consultation process was painless. As for the work itself: It exceeded my expectations. Stephan showed up within a week of scheduling and finished a full cleaning, insulation, and vapor barrier installation in a 1500sqft crawlspace within less than two days. Besides the work looking fantastic. He also took the time to seal minor gaps noticed outside of the original quote and even fixed a leaky pipe in our AC exhaust! This is what ultimately inspired me to write this review. As a homeowner you're taking a chance when hiring a local contractor at a lower price than competitors. But Stephan's work wasn't cheap by any means. It was chock full of value which left me with confidence in calling him again for future projects.

Truly impressed with the whole experience. We found out our attic significantly under insulated and with summer around the corner, we needed a fix fast. Stephan was great—he explained our options without any pressure. What really stood out was him identifying a roof leak (where other roofing companies failed) right before it rained. Pricing felt fair, and the quality of work was solid. Super reliable, easy to work with, would absolutely recommend.

Excellent customer service with adding addition insulation in our attic and patching our roof. We are prepping for the hot summer. We were missing a lot of insulation. Stephan consulted me on how it all works and the outcome. Additionally, he patched a roof leak for us before it rained again. The price was fair and the service was exceptional. These guys are top notch! They're out of Austin and we're contracted for my house by my solar installers. This was a warranty job. I had concerns about a previous roof leak and the possibility of mold spreading in the attic. They stripped out the old batting insulation and gave me a full and honest evaluation. Very knowledgeable on the subject and I am confident we're going to be good. We got new blown in insulation and they even touched up in a section not covered by warranty work scope. If you need insulation guys these are your guys.

Stephan came through in the clutch when I needed some construction debris removed from our crawlspace on short notice. He also installed a vapor barrier and added foam-board insulation. He worked all day to get the job done, and was very fair with his pricing. Will definitely work with him again!

I had a great experience working with Stephan and highly recommend him for insulation jobs! He came out a free assessment and I decided to do all of the recommended attic insulation updates - blow-in insulation on the floor, mastic sealing, radiant barrier, and solar attic fan. Our attic is from the 1980s and now it's fully updated to withstand the heat and reduce wear on our AC unit. He was friendly and professional, had great communication throughout the process, completed the entire job in one day, and his work was high quality.

Hiring Stephan was one of the best decisions we’ve made. Our house was having trouble keeping temperature - during summer the AC barely rests and during the freeze would run all day and not reach 65 degrees. Stephan quickly identified the problem and offered us a simple, effective solution. We ended up hiring him to completely redo our attic insulation, plus air sealing. (For anyone who doesn’t know the importance of air sealing, I recommend watching the Insulation 2.0 video on YouTube.) Stephan’s wasn’t the cheapest quote we got, but it was a very fair price. He won us over with his knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to think creatively. Most importantly, he actually does the work, instead of just a salesperson. He and his team did an awesome job. They were efficient, super polite, and communicated with us every step along the way. Stephan personally QA-ed his crew’s work, and invited us to check it as well. We already feel a difference in temperature and air quality, and can’t wait to put it to test this summer. There were a few other episodes that showed the quality of this team: 1) a crew member, Jordan, fixed our faulty toilet without us asking; 2) another member, Brian, spotted a tiny Terrier dog hiding in our front yard and helped us reunite her with her owner, which is a story of its own… I highly recommend this team and Stephan will be our go-to person for other jobs around the house.

Excellent work! Very knowledgeable and all of the guys are very capable will all sorts of jobs. Came to update insulation, ended up with being a one stop shop adding fans to our bedrooms, and some patch jobs. They were even able to insulate around our skylight.

Stephen and his crew added 16" of insulation to the attic above my garage and supplemented the insulation throughout the house to the same level ... and did an amazing job. Quiet, quick, efficient and they did a fantastic job of cleaning afterwards. I'd recommend them anytime. Great attention to detail.

Great Job removing our old insulation

Stephan and his team were very responsive on a short notice request to help me removing insulation from my attic. His team completed the job in 1/2 the time I expected and did a great job. They made sure when they were done that the work they performed met my expectations. Stephan communicates clearly and effectively and delivers what he promises. I highly recommend them and will be asking them to do additional work on my ongoing house remodel.

I had a terrible mice infestation in my attic, The mice would make a lot of noise and no matter what method I tried to get rid of them, it would NEVER work. I found this company through a friend and it was the BEST decision I made to hire them. They completely cleaned out the infestation in my attic, installed new insulation and new dry walls because the mice had completely destroyed them and mold was starting to build up on the drywall which was stuffing my sinus' and making me sick. And after doing all this in the attic, they sealed up all possible rodent entry points around my house and on the roof. They were very hard-working and so transparent about everything they were doing, very trustworthy people and I can't say this enough times!! Ever since then I haven't had any rodent issues, no noises from my attic and I can breath so much better. This was the best money I have ever spent, this company is PHENOMENAL and I wish everyone would know about them!!!
