Fastest loading I've personally ever experienced not to mention friendly people

Hate doing this but nothing else seems to be grabbing attention. I used to get about all my supplies for my Gutter Company here. Tappered it off because of messed up orders and too much confusion between their warehouse. They basically got rid of everyone and restaffed. Well I let the smoke settle over there and decided to give them another go. Three jobs in a row now wrong materials again. Some of these colors we get are close in comparision so it's essential to get all the right colors matched. Coil would be right but end caps, elbows, ect. different. Or order a certain style gutter hanger and get 2 or 3 boxes of all different style. I can not keep running back and forth replacing with the right materials. They are costing me a small fortune, and looks like going to have to go back to Senox. Man, I like Karl and Johnny. They are great to deal with. Their helper(s) in the warehouse are killing them. Well I got to settle a bill I owe with them and get these materials swapped out again.

Very poor retail customer service. I called on three separate occasions over two different days, and each time left a message requesting a call back for a quote. I wanted a price on 2,000 lbs of cellulose insulation. Each time I called I was told they were assisting other customers and that I’d get a call back—never happened. Call IDI Distributors. They bent over backwards to help.

Great crew. Fast unloading when it’s your turn lol. FCFS facility. Start receiving at 10 but would advise getting here a bit early to get in line.
