The gentlemen from Payless Insulation Called to let me know they were on their way and arrived within that time frame that we were given. Upon a arrival they were respectful and professional. They walked us through the steps they were going to be doing to install the insulation and the attic. Any communication that we have had with William or anyone else from Payless have been incredible to work with. William @ Payless insulation inspected my home about possibly needed additional insulation in my attic. He has an excellent work ethic and a lot of integrity. He advised me that what I had was ample. Not only did he not to try to sell me something I did not need at this time, he put me in touch with someone who he said would have a solution for the problem I am experiencing.

William was spot on in identifying insulation issues in both attics that were causing my master bedroom to be a hot/cold zone. The quote was fair, and the crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. They did miss a small gap initially, but when I called Will, he came out to inspect it himself, agreed it needed fixing, and had his crew take care of it the same day. Great service and accountability overall. The master bedroom is much better now and I couldn't be happier!

This company was hired to do a job for my company for an high end client. The job has issues and they refuse to come back out to fix them. The price was agreed upon and no where in the conversation when they got there that it would cost more. MIND YOU BOTH DAD AND SON WERE on the jobsite neither said hey this is more than we discussed. They finished, then blew up my phone for payment and left. Now we want them to come back over and fix the issues and now they refuse to do so stating we owe more than what was agreed upon. If it was more than why leave without full payment? You took the $900 and now in order to fix the issues you want extra? I wouldn't trust a shady company ever again. AND THIS IS A VERIFIED COMPANY ON CONTRACTOR CONNECTIONS

Knowledgeable staff answered our call, provided us with info we needed, and scheduled a quote. Inspection and quote was provided very quickly. Removal and new insulation was scheduled quickly. Upon arrival Tony made sure we knew what to expect, and the crew worked quickly on both days to complete the job on schedule and budget. William and Katherine were a joy to work with as well. Highly recommend!

Payless was the only company even willing to blow insulation into some hard to reach places in my house. They did good fast work and my house was noticeably cooler before they even left.

Payless Insulation is great! Professional staff willing to answer questions, and even made a special trip to the house just to show us their product. We went with their environmentally friendly cotton insulation, made from recycled denim, for under our floor in a pier and beam foundation. The workers were punctual and less intrusive as possible. The insulation is pest control treated and covered with a mesh covering. I highly recommend this company.

I wish I could give these people a MILLION stars! I submitted an online inquiry after business hours. I received a call the very next morning, and by 1:30 that same day they came out to provide a quote. 3 days later, they showed up on time, completed the job quickly but carefully, and in less than 2 hours, in August in Texas, I can ALREADY tell a HUGE difference. This company is one of the most professional companies I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. You will not be disappointed!

Quality meets bargain! Gabriel and his team did an amazing job with the insulation of my detached garage! They completed the blow-in insulation for a 600 sq ft space within half a day and were highly professional throughout the process. I will definitely recommend them.

They came, did the work, kept it clean, were nice and professional, and left. Really just an excellent experience. I had an additional foot or so (depending where in the attic it needed more) of Celbar loosefill blown into the attic. It was a painless two hour job accomplished by professionals. I highly recommend Payless. Thoughtful pros on the job. Price is right.

I called Payless Insulation to provide a quote because my house was built in the 60s and I wasnt sure if the insulation was still up to code or at the right levels. Some of the rooms in my house get a bit warmer than others, and I also wanted to know if all my walls were properly insulated. Gabriel came out to provide a free quote and looked at the attic, my extended rooms, and the storage room and confirmed that everything was up to code and was at the proper level of insulation. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and most importantly honest. He said I didnt need their services but should look into perhaps changing some of the air ducts in the rooms that are warmer than others. I really appreciate that level of honest in any business, but especially when it was clear that I had no idea what I was doing or talking about. Absolutely recommend Payless Insulation for the customer service alone.

I have an old house from the 1950s that we wanted to improve by adding some cellulose insulation in the walls. Tomas came to assess our situation, and was a consummate pro: organized, responsive and respectful. We didn't know which walls had insulation, so he carefully drilled a few holes with my permission behind cable plates or looked around past electrical plates to determine which walls did. We debated drill & fill from outside or inside but ultimately decided from outside since that would be a lot less disturbance for our family (glad we did that). I had lots of questions, and Tomas helped me work through tradeoffs with integrity and sincerity. Also I had a couple calls with the owner, Neil, who was all-business and helped get it scheduled in the midst of many days of heavy rain last June. When their crew came to install, Tomas came by to check on them. The sheetrock cracked during install in one cavity, which they had warned was a risk, but since I was already planning sheetrock repair, I didn't ask them about any remedy. The house is quieter and seems less drafty (this morning it was 28F outside). I'm very happy. I would highly recommend this company.

Payless vacuumed out the old broken down insulation and installed cellulose blown in. I am someone who goes into the attic often to maintain the A.C. and house plumbing/electric etc... and was able to really inspect this job post install and can say the install is AWESOME.

I used these guys back in 2018, and I have been soooo thrilled with the service and quality we got from them. It's like day and night!! When most people froze in the 2021 Winter Storm, we were comfortable (even with our heater off) because they did a great job on the insulation. In the summer we don't sweat like we used to. You have to get good insulation, it will change the way you enjoy true comfort in your home. The bonus part is, it really cuts your electric bill down!! Love Payless Insulation, I highly recommend them!

Payless Insulation did a terrific job at sound proofing my interior walls and insulating my attic to R-38. Neil answered all of my questions, Thomas came out to assess the area and provided me with a competitive quote. The workers were professional, used plastic sheets to minimize debris, and vacuumed prior to leaving. If you're looking for a company that has over 40+ years experience and amazing value this place is it! My home already feels cooler and A/C isn't cycling as often.

Terrific experience with a professional company. After sending a message asking for an estimate, Neil called me the next day to follow up and schedule an estimate. Another person in the office called later in the day to make sure I had been taken care of too! Neil provided a written estimate the same day, and we discussed options for insulating the attic of my small commercial property plus recommendations for and against the different options. An installation was scheduled for a week later, and his crew spent from morning until the afternoon blowing in loose fill, insulating the hot walls, and making sure my office's attic was as insulated as possible given the structure's older design. At the end of the job, he called and made sure I was satisfied with the work of his crew. I would highly recommend this company which was prompt, professional, and completed the task in a very timely manner. I have nothing but kudos for this company as a small business owner -- they take care of the customer!

Great company and people. Been working with Nate for 5 years. My go-to guys. Significant savings by blowing in cellulose fill between floors. (16" above garage to 2nd floor game room). Did not deaden the sound as I hoped but great GREAT GREAT barrier for cold/heat. Need to have them out again to insulate above laundry and mudroom. I also like that I can buy padding direct from them to shove in open walls during bathroom remodeling. They don't jack up the prices either.

I had a serious problem with mothballs in my attic. The fine folks at Payless Insulation scheduled an appointment quickly, came out and removed the insulation, and came back a week later and blew in new insulation. They communicated with me at least once a day during the process, as all of their customer service was excellent. The crews were professional and knowledgable. They fixed my problem, which was a Blessing. In a world where many companies don't seem like they care, this group really does. I would recommend them to anyone!
