They’ve always done right by me. I don’t ever see bugs in my business.
Would give zero stars if I could. Had an inspector come out and told me "well, that looks like a termite". I responded with "looks like, or is?" and he didn't know. He could not identify any of the bugs that were around my home. I asked why he didn't even suggest a ground treatment and all he said was "We can't help you." Please use XOut, they are professional, quick and incredibly helpful.
This is the worst company I've ever worked with. I asked them to help me with my ant problem. Jesse the inspector upsold me on getting termite treatment instead, saying it would deal with the ants. Now the ants are STILL THERE and my warranty doesn't cover that because according to them I got treated for termites, not ants. Great, now I'm out nearly 3 thousand dollars and I still have the original problem I called them for. Not to mention I had one specific instruction that the technicians just didn't follow. Oops, they forgot. Took them all day for my two-bedroom house and they didn't even do the job properly. If you try to call the local branch you get redirected to a call center who is helpless to do anything. It's impossible to reach the people that actually did the job. I'm charging this whole treatment back on my credit card and warning everybody to stay away from this awful service
I had an unexpectedly disappointing customer service experience with Orkin, despite being a loyal customer for over a year with regular service. I recently called about a cicada killer issue, and the technician who came to my home told me it could be treated right then and there. He specifically said it was no problem, and that I could call back if I needed follow-up treatment. At no point did he mention it was a specialized or extra-cost service outside of my usual coverage. When I called to request that follow-up, I was surprised to be told it would cost $300 because it was considered a specialty service. I explained what the technician had told me and was told someone would speak with the branch manager and call me back. By late afternoon, I still hadn’t heard back, so I followed up myself. The person I spoke to said the technician would be “disciplined,” but reiterated the $300 cost with no flexibility or ownership of the situation. I reiterated that I was told something completely different during the visit. Even if there had been a mistake, I believe a company should honor what their representative promised, especially when it's clearly a service miscommunication on their end. Instead, there was no effort to make things right - just a hard line and indifference. I was told a branch manager would follow up. When she did call—while I happened to be on the phone with a local pest control company offering better service and pricing—her tone was curt and unapologetic. Again, there was zero effort to resolve the issue, take accountability, or retain my business. So, I canceled my Orkin service and signed on with the local company, who offered more comprehensive coverage, including treatment for cicada killers, all for a lower cost than Orkin. I’m extremely disappointed by how this was handled. Retaining a customer is always cheaper than acquiring a new one—and in this case, Orkin had every opportunity to make things right but chose not to
I paid for an initial extermination service for an infestation of rats, fleas, and roaches. I planned on paying monthly for them to come out every other month for maintenance treatments. The guy came to our house and put out some sticky pads for the rats with bait on them. He didn’t treat for fleas at all and sprayed only a little bit for roaches. Since then I’ve called and they said “he didn’t see the flea service on the ticket” but I know that’s a lie because I talked to him for a while about what we’d need done and specifically where the pests are bad in our house. I have seen 0 dead roaches, the fleas are worse than ever, and there have been only two dead rats. I’ve tried getting my money back but they won’t unless they can come out and try to fix it. Well, I’m moving soon and they still insist I can’t get the money back without coming out first. And they argued “well there were two dead rats so it must’ve worked.” They SUCK. Go with someone else for your services.
The office tried to double charge me. I asked for mouse raccoon. Tech they sent bug guy then they tell him. The inspector will be out today for me. Then that was cancelled on my phone no call or anyting I have been calling to talk to somebody they just set voicemail

Orkin overcharged me for work that wasn't even performed and then ghosted me for 6 weeks while I'm trying to get it resolved. Finally ended up doing a credit card chargeback. When people ask me for a recommendation I say, "not Orkin."
We have been long time Orkin customers in houston. We recently moved here. Two weeks ago Gabriel a service tech showed up to do our monthly service. He was staring the outside when my husband told him to come inside because it was raining he said he didn’t have product to come inside. So we called back for return service and the manager in the office told me that a regular service call back did not include inside and outside? They could only do one service. He rescheduled Gabriel for Friday. The guy called in sick and i called and I asked for them to please send us a responsible technician. Our tech in Houston took such pride in his work.
EDIT: there is now an internal investigation going on due to us being severely overcharged and misinformed on “packages” that current leadership state do not exist. The sales rep who came to sell us on these “packages” is no longer with the company. We wanted a second opinion after the first company did not do a thorough investigation of our issues (termites eating the base of my couch - the first company said get rid of the couch, problem solved - nope.) We called Orkin and luckily they were educated and thorough and helpful. We scheduled the service quickly for subterranean termites that most likely existed in the field before our new build was built, and because the land wasn’t treated by the builder, within two years they found their way to my couch. Still a little weirded out on whether or not the treatment will work - but I’m hoping for reassurance and follow up from Orkin so that my fears are put to rest.
Always on time, professional, and courteous. Haven't had any issues with wasps, ants, or bugs in the house since I hired Orkin. Would recommend to anyone who wants to a pest free life at home.
Great Service Peter did an awesome job. He said he was retiring in October and I am hoping we get some who is as good as him and the same person every time.
Phillip was friendly and prompt for our initial treatment. He took the time to explain everything and provided great suggestions on ways to help keep the pests out. Time shall tell if the treatments are effective but we he made us feel confident his treatment are the right path forward.
Very satisfied with my service today. Philip who is new and just moved here did an exponential job. He went above and beyond my expectations. He even brought my trash cans from curve back, and really inspected my property for concerns. Found wasp nest i didn't know where there. Satisfied customer.
I was notified they were on the way and they let me know when they arrived before they knocked on my door. Charles took the time to explain everything he was going to do. Once he was done, discussed his findings and what he did. Very professional and kind.
Zach was our tech he was right on time. Very polite, explained what he was going to do. He effectively took care spraying the house for ants. He the did the perimeter of the house. Came back to tell me he would be back for a follow up next month. He also explained no charge for in between to come out if we see anything that needs to be taken care of. Nice job.
Our technician did a thorough job. He was courteous, respectful and professional. Office staff was very helpful and really appreciate the notification of when the technician will arrive. We are a long time customer and would recommend this office.
I have the same technician every time and he does a wonderful and thorough job. Nathan listens to all concerns and addresses them as needed. In the past I have had several other technicians at a prior residence and have never had a bad experience.
Hector Soto with Orkin was very helpful informative and friendly. I do believe he should be commended for his amazing work ethic! All around a great person to represent your company!
Charles Crawford the service technician is a hard worker who is knowledgeable and very thorough servicing our property. He knows his business and we would highly recommend Orkin and Charles. The service that Charles gives is definitely 10 stars.
Hector did a fabulous job representing Orkin today. He was polite, professional and most importantly, KNOWLEDGEABLE! He is management material and a very hard worker. Orkin was able to come by our house on a Saturday because of a rat problem in our attic. After they investigated things they set up a 10 day and 4 visit game plan to fix the issue. They have been incredibly professional and first class handling all aspects of the problem.
This may just be a local issue and not an Orkin wide issue but I called the office to not get an answer is a message was left for a call back the following morning regarding the upcoming service with also details about my request (coming later during scheduled window). Not only was a call back never made, the technician arrived before the given window which was the opposite of the request. The core service is great but listening and responding to customers does not appear to be the priority.
I've used Orkin since we moved back to Austin in 2020. The gentleman assigned to my house, Charles, is great. Charles is professional, and willing to handle any issues we're having at our house. He walks us through what he's doing and the expected outcome. So glad he is assigned to our account. A couple of months ago, I was approached by an Orkin competitor who's service is a little cheaper, I said, no. Our experience with Orkin has been great and we're staying put.
Oscar has been our Service Tech for 5+ years. He has always been exceptionally professional, courteous, respectful of our property and responsive to our questions/concerns. Orkin has consistently been diligent in making sure that Oscar is available for our seasonal pest control appointments!
The tech Korby Jennings called a day before the visit and mentioned i am going to be his first stop at 8 and if thats ok. Told him i will be dropping my daughter at 8 so if he can come around 9 since i want inside of my house done as well. At first he said no i don't have many options and he is letting me know i am his first stop so then i replied if i dont have a choice then why calling me and asked if thats ok with me. Then he said he will come around 8:30 do outside and by the time i am home he will work on inside. Was back home around 8:30 didn’t see him working outside and found his card at my front door that orkin was here. I am glad I am not their customer anymore. Thanks Orkin!
Oscar was very helpful and patient! And a very friendly technician. However, they did not send an Orkin inspector to come out first, as promised and agreed by our scheduled appointment. So I will be needing to call Customer Services to remedy that.
I love my Orkin man! Hector is amazing! Friendly, professional, on time and he goes above and beyond. I wish other businesses ran as well as Orkin does. The world would be a better place ❤️
Orkin is great. I've had them for about 8 years and I've never had any insects in the house after the 1st visit. There were a couple of times where I couldn't afford the treatment and they gave it to me for free. I'll never switch, and will continue to have them service my house for the rest of my life.
This was my first time using Orkin and so far from the telephone rep to the tech that came to my home everything had been very professional. Hopefully the service will be worth the money and keep the insects down in the yard and around the house.
The gentlemen who helped me were very knowledgeable and professional. We had them treat my house for carpenter ants and I found them to be honest about what needed to be done. My worry was that it was termites and I had convinced myself it was. To be honest they could have told me it was termites and I would have believed them . So, like I said k appreciate their honesty.
I originally started my service with Orkin for wasps outside but we had a few run in’s with scorpions inside our home and being from New York this was very scary for myself especially having a 3 year old son! Orkin has been great and patient with me! We’ve had the same service man come every month (Peter) and he is a doll!!! He is so friendly, sweet, and knowledgeable! He answers all my questions every time and I love seeing him for a good chat! Every time he shows up I always feel at ease in my home! Orkin was super professional and punctual which I appreciate! I called Saturday afternoon and they kindly explained the potential options and advised the best way to solve my german roach problem. We were able to discuss pricing and set up an appointment — a service provider was at my residence Monday afternoon. The service was quick and efficient. It also helped that my exterminator was sweet to my cat and the products they use are pet friendly.

The inspectors that came out were wonderful. Put us at ease, we’re kind to put animals and reviewed all plans with us at our kitchen table. They were knowledgeable and thorough. Eddie and Nate handled the house work. They were efficient, courteous and kind. Orkin stands out with their professionalism and empathy. The North Austin, Round Rock and Hutto team was very quick and responsive.
The people that come out to the house to actually do the spraying and everything are great. They are always super friendly with my children and always give me advice on how to keep the insects away between services always remind me that I can call anytime between services. Calling customer service is always quick and easy. No long wait times. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with is super polite.
I have been using Orkin for over two years consistently and have never seen a bug sense. Hector has been assigned to our house since we joined and could not be more pleased with his attention to detail when serving our home. He ensures my baby, dog, and all outdoor pets (Chickens, turkey, duck, and tortoise) are safe and not at risk when treating our home. Goes the extra mile in wearing shoe covers when it rains and asking questions to adjust treatment as necessary. Would highly recommend Orkin for your pest control needs!
My experience with Orkin was great. I have used multiple companies before going through Orkin and nothing seemed to work. The first day they came out I was amazed . No more roaches. I am so excited and don’t have to worry about roaches again. You want the job done accurately, call Orkin. ❤️
We seldom see any bugs or spiders. We have been roach free since our house was built in 2016. A few months ago someone unknowingly bought in some roaches in their luggage. They started multiplying and we could see them in our digital clock on our stove. We reported it to Orkin and they came out and treated more for roaches. They slowly started disappearing but were still visible inside the clock. They were happy to come out again and re-treat. The second time they came out they said if we were still seeing them in two weeks to call them and they would come back out. Fortunately after that we haven’t seen any since. I highly recommend Orkin.
I have had nothing but a good experience with Orkin. Their technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and extremely hard working. Their approach was well planned and detailed. They were at my house for over two hours and the entire time they seemed committed to resolving the problem.
First time spray, young guy was very professional and was willing to explain anything, hopefully will continue to be happy with service. It’s been great, no complaints, had to call back out to spray for Ants and they were very nice and came and sprayed again. 3 years later and still doing a great job, very informative. 02-04-2023 Young lady was very communicative, great job! My service was done by TJ he was by far the most thorough and knowledgeable pest control technician that has serviced my home. He took the time to listen to me and answer any questions I had. TJ was so polite! He has exceptional customer service. I appreciated the phone call he gave me before he showed up to my home. By far 6 stars if they were available.
We had Orkin come out and spray multiple times a month for ants (inside) and spiders (outside). Neither issue was resolved. The ants were the most annoying because we do not keep food out. We would wake up to them being all over our kitchen island. Or random places in the house. They said we were only going to be charged every other month and realized they were charging us every month alleging a special payment plan we didn’t agree to. I called to cancel and they said they have to reach out to additional parties for me to cancel. The only good thing were that the people who came to spray were nice. That’s it. I would never recommend orkin. I have home remedies that actually are 100x more effective.
When I first contacted Orkin about our bug problem there were a few hiccups on their part. After I made an appointment they had called me back several times to keep rescheduling. This was somewhat irritating. So I asked for a discount and they told me they could get it down to $63 a month. It sounded worth it to me. finally they came out and started service. Bugs stayed visible and I had to keep making appointments. It was a trend to where I was calling every month because we were still seeing bugs. So I called to cancel. The person I spoke to said I still have a balance of $63 and I disputed that. Apparently they never gave me a discount and said each visit was double but was split in half with an auto pay. 🙄 this was never explained to me and they have sent me a bill with an outstanding balance. Had this been explained to me properly i might not have proceeded to do business with orkin and I suggest no one take on their services. I'll be going to their competition for pest control.
Hector was our tech and he let me know he was on his way and when he was done. He also informed me of additional information that was beneficial for the treatment that he completed on the home. He also suggested getting an inspection so no further issues would happen which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend using this company and requesting Hector as the technician. Thanks Hector!!
Did not like their processes. Would show up at different days to do job. Would come and work 2 to 3 hours leave and come back another day instead of working straight through and finish job. There were some things that had to wait till next day to finish, but I was kept waiting days. The guys on the job were very nice and respectful and did a great job. But if you are in no hurry to have a job completed they are the guys to go to. And they are pricey!
First I get a message that they are on their way then I get a message that they are unable to do my service then I get a message that they are here. All back to back. Then the guy shows up sits in his truck for about three minutes gets out gets his stuff sprays and I have no idea what he sprayed I know he didn’t spray around the house for a fact he went to the back and. By the time I knew it he was driving away all in less then 10 min. The normal guy that comes is always here at the most 30 min. I will not renew my contract with these guys as soon as Oct is done I will look for someone new . I recommend not using Orkin you always have a different person it’s never the same person.
My Orkin rep comes monthly to keep my home “bug free”! He is one of the nicest, most pleasant people I know. He is prompt, quick, thorough yet always has time for a quick hello. I always enjoy seeing him. On a scale of 1~10 - he’s tops!
Tech is friendly and helpful. Scheduling is not great. Day and time gets changed every time we book service for different reasons each time. Price is great and in between service is free. Recommend, but would like to see an improved customer website and improved scheduling. **Update: scheduling still hasn’t improved. Girl on phone (local) is rude at best. Don’t expect them to show up when scheduled or even let you know they won’t be coming out. Probably wouldn’t recommend. Not worth the hassle as price keeps going up and customer service gets worse.
Techs arrived on time. They completed all tasks in a very safe, organized, and timely manner. Robert and Pedro were very knowledgeable, and respectfully answered my questions and concerns. I believe they worked above and beyond the work order that they were given, of which, I very much appreciate. At completion of service, Robert reviewed the tasks completed, and the tasks that would be completed in the follow-up service to come in 3-4 days. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service I received today, and look forward to completion of the project.
When I had the rodent problem, I called Orkin to seal up the rodent entries and clear the Attic. I also mentioned that pest treatment is not required as the "Home Team" is already taking care of that. Over the phone, I received the quote for the rodent service. The representative insisted/compelled me to share the credit card info if I needed the service on the same day. I wasn't comfortable sharing the CC info over the phone, still did as I had less time before my out-of-country vacation. As promised, someone came from Orkin on the same day. I thought he had come to work on the request. To my surprise, he came to give me a higher number quote which was double, compared to the phone quote. I had turned down the offer. I also mentioned that I will call back if there is a change in my decision. When I was out of the country, they scheduled the pest service without my knowledge by sending a text message, which I haven't even asked for, but their representative utilized the credit card info to go beyond my knowledge. On returning, I explained everything to the branch manager, and she was reluctant to understand the situation and didn't have the time to listen to their voice recordings (phone conversation with the representative on the rodent request). Instead, she decided to block me forever in Orkin as I'm working with the bank on disputing the charges. Even though I had tried my best to deal professionally with Orkin, I feel bad that the people prefer to go with their thought process without even analyzing the truth. I learned that I shouldn't share the card or authorize the transaction without performing the requested service. Otherwise, people may do the unwanted/duplicate service and expect us to pay.
Just used them for the first time today. Have been using other pest services and have not been happy. So far they seem great the tech was on time he was extremely patient our home was a little chaotic when he arrived and he was very polite he was very knowledgeable he did what appears to be a great job and we look forward to dealing with orkin and more in the future
Orkin is excellent, always reliable. And if there is ever a problem following service they will come back to address whatever the issue may be. Service this morning was great! The technician was on time, thorough, and friendly. We’ve been an Orkin customer now going on six years and plan to continue being their customer for years to come.
Orkin always gives advance notice of our appointment, and our technician Oscar always arrives within the specified time. He is courteous, thorough and efficient. Whenever we have specific issues he takes care of them quickly. I highly recommend Orkin.
Hector was my tech that came to my home. I let him know what my concerns were and how I had been trying to get rid of the issue. He let me know that Orkin will be taking care of that now. I was relieved. He was very friendly and let me know the process. He inspected my home and went straight to work. I'm so glad I chose this company. Hector was great!
Brent was very knowledgeable, friendly, took the time to explain things to me and was as concerned about the safety and well being of my three dogs as I am. The office people are friendly and I absolutely love this company. After wasting one thousand dollars with Bugmaster, these guys are a shining example of quality customer service. I wish I had called Orkin in the first place!
I always get a reminder the day before and they are always on time and do a great job. I haven’t found a bug in our house in quite a while. I get a little nervous sometimes about using chemicals because I have dogs. We’ve been doing this for years it’s supposed to be OK after it dries for the animals and so far so good .
Our Service Technician, Charlie, is a good dude. He reaches out prior to our appointments which allowed us, on this particular occasion, to set up a more convenient time for all of us. Any of the traps he has set always get refreshed when he comes in, and he’s got all the answers for my concerns when reviewing our needs. Thanks Orkin
We love working with our local Orkin specialist, Oscar. We've had the same provider for over a year now and it's great to have a relationship with the same person. They get to know our house and our property, and we don't even need to ask about seasonal changes or other concerns related to the changes brought on by weather or season — he just knows what to do and what we need. I'm really thankful for the consistency!
Technician was very friendly, he introduced himself and explained what he would be treating as it was our treatment appt. He was thorough with the job he did and and also sprayed in our garage. He made it super convenient by textn us to let us know when he was done this was per our request b/c we work from home & we wouldnt be able to speak with him after he was done. Overall it was a very good experience, he also let us know if we need any addl treatments to call their office as its included with our service and they will get a technician out to provide addl treatments right away.
Excellent service, had my property sprayed and they did a good job. Price is up there but save back a few bucks it's not a free service anyway, with moderate to expensive pricing. I use a premium service so it does cost a little more than average, but its well worth the buck.
We had some ants come into the house one afternoon, and Orkin responded very quickly with an appointment the next morning. The technician called us ahead of time to confirm our appointment, showed up early, and was very efficient and thorough in treating both the inside and outside of our house. He even answered our questions about the pesticides they use and assured us that it wouldn’t hurt our dog. Really great service by a wonderful professional!
Usually, Orkin is good about scheduling & rescheduling. However, my first appt, the server had to leave work unexpectedly so they rescheduled me for another day and time between 4p-6pm. However, this time, the person coming to spray text at 1:30p and said he was at the house? Their scheduling is way off sometimes otherwise a good through company with expensive prices.
Jim is an outstanding representative of Orkin, very professional. He was on time for my appointment, took the time to explain the process, listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Living with pests is so frustrating and I felt assured that he would take care of the problem. I was not disappointed. I would wholeheartedly recommend Orkin and Jim to family and friends.
This will be our 3rd house that Orkin has served. They take care of everything! Professional service and very tech has taken the time to explain the products & methods used. A tad on the pricey side but it’s worth the peace of mind to know that if and when needed they’ll be here.
Hector was great at explaining the origins of my issue and offering the best solution. Courteous and professional, he made the inspection and treatment painless. He even listened while I expressed a future need and offered a solution on the spot. This is service at its best!
Oscar the technician does a great job. Very knowledgeable and polite. Cares about taking care of our pest control and dies a good job. Orkin would get 5 stars if they had shorter arrival time windows and on time within that window 100% of time.
April 2021: repeating what I’ve said for MANY years: Orkin does a great job and I will continue to use them. The techs are nice, fast, and are practicing social distancing. I don’t feel I need to be here to let Orkin inside the house every quarter, the outside treatment keeps my house free of bugs! Reps are always very nice.
We use their general protection service from common pests in our area. We just signed up to try out mosquito service and we are so happy with the service we received! Our guy is amazing and always so informative! They stand behind their service and always assure us that they will make it right if we find anything that should’ve been prevented. I will recommend them 10 times over!!!
Our service technician was great, extremely friendly and respectful. He told me exactly what he was going to be doing and where he would be treating. I would highly recommend Orkin. I have been pleased with their services over the past several years.
I called and it was super easy to set up the initial visit. They said they would be out in about 3-5 hours same day, showed up in about 1.5, which was great for me. My tech was professional, personable, and thorough. He took care of the initial treatments and traps, went over potential points of entry, and recommended deterrents while I waited for my apartment company to fix the issues.
Have been with Orkin for quite awhile and have been extremely satisfied with the experience of using this company. I have also used Orkin for my rental property and have been satisfied with the professionalism the technician has demonstrated throughout the years. Chad came out and did a free inspection. He answered all of my questions. Termites/Rodents are very pricey to treat. He gave me all of my options. When the two men showed up to do the treatment, they were excellent! They thouroughly treated the areas discussed plus some. They discovered the vents in the attic had holes and rodents were getting in. They sealed off all areas of entry at no additional cost. Great service, super professional, and they were very quick getting me scheduled. It took less than 2 days for them to come out. Overall I'm very satisfied.
Love Orkin, we have tried other companies but always end up back with them. Usually don’t have any complaints, our service tech Charles is amazing. He even came on the worst weather day for Texas to do our services which I get terrible but he was here before I could reschedule. Only leaving a 4 star review because one of their techs (other than Charles) came and demanded we pay our overdue balance which we didn’t have and even confirmed when I called their department, that was just unprofessional and unnecessary. If you can request, Charles is the service tech you want to treat your home.
I have been a customer of Orkin over 20 years. They provide quarterly pest control service. Always happy bescause it provides peace of mind and pests stay away. Employees are always helpful and polite. Good value and great service.
The technician came out and promptly serviced our property. He sprayed all around and inside our home. He also planted some traps to take care of some mice I found recently. Good to know service was quick and relatively inexpensive.
I called early in the morning because I discovered a ant problem. I wanted same day service but was expecting to not get it since it was a Friday. To my surprise they were accommodating. The Technician -arrived earlier than the time quoted. He began working on the outside of the house and patiently waited for my arrival. I was very pleased with the service and I recommend them.
Orkin called on Friday and was here on Saturday to do my first service. The technician explained everything quite clearly. He wore a mask throughout our conversations. I was very pleased and highly recommend them.
I am a new customer who just moved into a new house. I called Orkin just after 6:00 am, someone QUICKLY answered, he was extremely kind and helpful, and he even was able to offer times the same day or next day to come out. When the guy came to my house he was RIGHT on time, extremely kind, patient with all my questions, and even killed a wasp that managed its way inside. I couldn’t be more thankful for them and that I get to do this review in hopes that others don’t hesitate on becoming a new Orkin customer!
So pleased- same day appointment, very knowledgeable and friendly consultant - arrived early, very polite and mindful and he was super patient with all our questions. I’m really glad we started an ongoing service - he made me feel very confident about my decision.
The Orkin exterminator was very willing to listen to us and give us advice about the yard. He suggested things we could do in the yard to help minimize the amount of bugs we were getting. Very quick and easy. Experience & service was great.
We are very happy with our Orkin service. Jonathan is great and always gives us a heads up when he is nearby which is helpful since we have a dog. When you hate pest as much as we do, you really appreciate the service they provide. Would certainly recommend to friends and family!
The technician was very responsive to our concerns and had extensive knowledge about bugs, fruit flies, rats, etc. Whatever we asked, he answered with no attempt to hurry us along. In essence he made us feel that as long as Orkin, as a whole, had anything to do with it, our pest problem would be solved. I feel so much better. Money well spent!!!!
I had never hired an exterminator before. My wife had seen enough spiders and ordered me to find one. I tried to find a local company but didn't feel comfortable with what I saw from any of the companies available so I went with a name I recognized and so thankful I did. From the moment I called for a quote until my first treatment was done I knew I made a good decision. They explained in detail everything I could expect either in person, text and or email. Charles arrived at my house at the time expected and I knew he was here because I received a text that he had arrived. I did have many questions and he answered all of them in his explanation of what he would and could do. Charles gave me several options after the explanation and was very respectful of myself, family and home inlight of covid-19. He was very professional and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. Once he was finished he told me things he noticed and took care of and what I could expect before his next visit. The price for me was very reasonable for the amount of work being done. So grateful I chose Orkin.
Orkin is the first pest control service I’ve ever used. I’ve been pretty satisfied with them over the past year. The techs they send out to spray are always on time and very nice. I’ve had to call customer support about a double billing and the woman I spoke to was super nice and took care of the problem immediately. Def recommenced
The team at Orkin is so professional and good at what they do. We originally called for ants inside the house a few months ago. Within a few days the issue cleared up. Ongoing,we signed up for the every other month service. Our technician, Michael is always on time, friendly, and professional. He's so good we haven't seen any more pests or ants. Excellent job! Thanks for keeping our family safe and our house and the surrounding yard (even our septic tank) protected.
Very friendly and thorough. Answered all my questions in detail. Was very patient and honest. Good price and provided really good advice. I would recommend Orkin to others. Was with a previous pest control for about 7 or 8 years and happy I made a change. Plus my technician is going to follow up in about 10 days to ensure all is good and see if I have any concerns or questions. Happy customer 👍
I called Orkin to get rid of mice in the attic. The inspector arrived within the promised two hour window, evaluated the problem, described a solution, and set up a treatment appointment. The technician arrived on time on the scheduled day and began patching all exterior rodent entry points. He then placed glue traps in the attic. Last night was the first night in weeks that I didn't hear mice scurrying around in the attic. Orkin will follow up in two weeks to ensure that the problem has been resolved to our satisfaction. Both the inspector and technician answered all of our questions and were courteous and professional. The price was very reasonable. Five stars and highly recommended.
Friendly and knowledgeable technicians, always on time and do a very thorough job in a timely manner. If any issues arise, they are always willing to come back out to address the situation free of charge. I highly recommend Orkin to anyone with pest control needs.

FIVE STAR ALL THE WAY!!!! Very seldom in this day and time do you find companies that give OUTSTANDING service. It started with the inspection from Micheal who educated me on termites, their process of eliminating them, their guarantee of re-inspecting my house after service to insure that everything was done correctly, and what I needed to do to ensure I never have to feel uncomfortable about an infestation again! After their prompt scheduling of my service, someone did a follow-up call with a time frame to come out and get my service done. BEST OF ALL WAS THE SERVICE THAT FOLLOWED!!! Mr. Greg Obenhaus And his partner were AWESOME!!! Very professional, hard workers, and after they finished cleaned up everything. I was VERY SATISFIED and feel a great since of relief after seeing all the work they did and all the areas they treated. Thank You all at ORKIN for having a top notched team of professionals. I will be recommending you all to all of my friends and neighbors.
We love using Orkin as our pest control service. Texas has a lot of different bugs and critters. We use Orkin as a preventative service to keep them outside of the home. Eric is our Orkin Man and we are so thankful for him. He is thoughtful, caring, and very good at his work. He takes the time to listen to any concerns we have and addresses them. We have only had to call once to have them come back out (ants were coming into my kitchen after a heavy rain), and he immediately came back out and fixed the issue. So thankful for our sevice with Orkin. We love being a customer with them!
The team tech they sent out (Jake) was fantastic. He was well informed and cared about my concerns. I can't give 5 stars as we only had the treatment today so I don't know how effective it was yet, but customer service was a 10!
I contacted Orkin after my previous exterminator repeatedly was a no show even though we payed for a yearly service in advance. Orkin arrived on time, did their initial interior and exterior inspection, were professional and friendly and the price was competitive. I booked the first appointment and again they arrived on time, took less than one hour to do both interior and exterior and was professional and friendly. Thank you Orkin for being who you say you are!
My ant problem has been solved with my Orkin subscription where they come every 3 month. All of the technicians have been great, fast, efficient, and friendly. Nathan, my usual tech, is wonderful! My only complaint is the visits are scheduled randomly. They pick a day and I receive and email a week or so ahead of time with the scheduled day without a time frame. If you call the office they tell you a time frame, but it would be nice to get that information up front.
We’ve been using Orkin for several years now and just love them. We live in the country so we have lots of outside bugs trying to come inside and Orkin comes out every other month and saves us without fail. The area Manager has even been to our home to make sure we are getting everything we need. Big company with a small town feel. Excellent service!
The Orkin techs have helped me to keep carpenter ants, spiders, and other pests at bay. The techs get the job done thoroughly and expeditiously. But all is not rosy, because the office needs to get better at scheduling appointments. They'll go ahead and schedule a tech in without contacting me to find out if I will be there. This leads to conversations such as "Hello, this is X from Orkin, I'm at your gate." And my response "Well, I'm in Virginia." On the whole though these mix-ups don't affect me as much as they affect the techs. I am very satisfied with the service.
The office staff and technicians are very courteous. The technicians are extremely thorough, and point out and treat issues that I hadn’t even noticed. The first time Greg came to treat our home, it was a newly completed construction, we had barely moved our boxes and furniture inside, and we had tracked dirt and dust in from the yard that had yet to be landscaped. I was embarrassed that the place was a mess. Greg was professional, courteous and wore shoe protectors despite the messy floor. That respect for me and my home let me know that I had hired the right company.
Great communication when scheduling appointments. Very effective had to have them come back once but they were able to work around my schedule with no problems - No long window times you need to wait for, they will call you when they are 30 minutes out. They are very detailed with their treatment, whenever I had questions they went into great detail to help me understand.
Just had Brandon from Orkin come out and provide our regular service. He was extremely cordial and proper on the phone. He actually sounded excited about the opportunity to help us continue to manage our pest control situation. Once he arrived, we reviewed what needed to be done. He did not hesitate and got right into meeting the needs and expectations that we hoped for. Once he was done he made sure to check in and ask if there was anything that we needed before he left, which of course was awesome. Always look forward to great service, and that is what we got with Brandon.
