The service was not delivered and I was charged for months. The resolution is for you to refund every penny you charged me. When I reached out to your team, they could not even keep their word. This is why all the communities need to know the scam business you run. I am not upset about the money. I am upset about the lies, deceiving behavior. Ants are gone! After all the diy efforts failed to keep them out of my house with my toddler and pets leaving crumbs, Natran did the trick. Excellent customer service, too!

Great service using non-toxic pest control treatments. The technicians have been easy to work with — good communications. After a lot of rain we needed an extra treatment and Natran sent a tech the day after I called them. Highly recommended!

Had our first treatment for mosquitoes.The technician was great and looking forward to sitting outside! The mosquito treatment was an add on to the pest control treatment that we’ve had for over a year….very satisfied.

Leo goes above and beyond. He is both professional and effective!<br><br>Edit: The original service was very good but we were required to purchase a 12 month subscription with it. They would come with little notice and do a walk around the house and then send a report indicating what additional services (for additional fees) they recommended. There was very little gained from the subscription, and it added considerably to the overall cost of the original service.

Natran Green Pest Control has been A+ from the start. They provided me with extensive information and patiently addressed all of my concerns. Establishing service and scheduling treatment was quick and easy. Our service tech arrived when promised, kept me informed, and answered all my questions. After researching companies offering mosquito treatment, Natran was the only pest control service that offered such an extensive and guaranteed service that is safe for people and pets. Additionally, every person that I have come into contact with has been knowledgable and very customer service oriented. They checked all of the boxes!

****Update AGAIN. All the techs are generally good. But however after using these guys for TWO years paying them every month, getting regular treatments, I found a scorpion on my leg today. Call my “trusty” pest control people, they tell me they can’t get to my house for a WEEK. 7 days till they can come get rid of a dangerous problem. Would not recommend and will be switching pest control companies immediately.

Luke was wonderful. He looked over our property thoroughly and checked in frequently with what he was finding, or rather not finding. He explained the process and was very happy to answer any of our questions. He also noted some suggestions for our property (tree height, grading of backyard, potential problem windows) that were very much appreciated. Michael is great! Way more thorough and informative than any technician I've had from any other company. Took care of sealing entry points and installing traps for rats in the attic; doing full indoor and outdoor inspections and treatments; explaining which pests he encountered and why; and giving advice on additional things I could do for prevention. Natran Pest Control is incredible! We first hired them when a raccoon in our walls resulted in a house full of fleas. Natran got rid of the fleas quickly and Charity taught us a lot about fleas, their life cycle, and how we could support her efforts to get rid of them. Charity and her team did such a great job that we hired them to do an "exclusion" service where they closed off any and all holes where animals (raccoons, mice, rats, etc) could get into the house. Charity and her team are passionate, knowledgeable, and a delight to work with!!!! I wish I could give them more than five stars!

Honestly this company is a life saver. I just bought a new house and somehow through all the packages showing up, clothing moths got into my house. The amount of stress this infestation has caused me is hard to put into words. Since they serviced my house I have found very few remaining. I had my initial service today, and Leo was so friendly and helpful! I received a courtesy call 30 minutes ahead of arrival which was greatly appreciated. The service began promptly upon arrival and was minimally disruptive to my normal routine which was greatly appreciated. So far, I’ve had a great experience and feel a sense of trust with both the support staff in the office (thanks Brisa!) and with Leo, the field technician who performed the service. The team has been very knowledgeable and are happy to answer questions! Love that there is no chemical smell after the service as well.

Excellent and effective service. I chose Natran as I wanted the greenest possible solution to an emerging roach problem I was noticing, despite all my efforts. Jorge was wonderful! Instead of me needing to tell him what I didn’t want or where not to spray, he specifically asked about each area and each pest before we discussed what he would do. I have pollinator gardens and I’m the type that would prefer to use snakes than chemicals for pest control, so having someone who understands that makes me feel comfortable that I found a “middle ground” between constantly fighting bugs inside and using heavy chemicals that go against my principles.

This was a great experience from the initial phone call, through scheduling and finally the in house visit. Everyone involved in the process was professional and courteous. I absolutely recommend. Had a horrible fire ant infestation and after their visit this past weekend we have been ant free.

Leo was great in being flexible about how I wanted things done, after he gave me a very clear explanation about how everything worked and we discussed problem areas. Charity and Michael were outstanding technicians! We have had problems with critters in our attic! Charity came out and identified several areas where the critters were accessing our attic and installed a camera ! There were many areas identified where the critters could get access to our attic! Charity presented a plan to us and she and Michael worked tirelessly for two days to fix our problem!<br><br>I cannot say enough about their great work ethic but how willingly they were available to answer questions as they came up! Their confidence and positivity are impressive! They worked not stop with only a short break for lunch both my husband and I highly recommend Natean to resolve critter problems . Sometimes just setting a trap is not the best answer!

Hello. My reason for contacting Nathan Green Pest Control, is I started hearing scratching in my bedroom walls. At first, I thought it was my dogs but they were sound asleep. I started hearing the scratching around the end of November beginning of December 2023. It continued so now I needed to make contact with someone. After speaking with Kate with Nathan Green Pest Control she made me feel alittle bit better. Nathan with Natran Green Pest Control was assigned to come out to my residence for my first initial service. Nathan, nice guy, very thorough, very detail with everything he was going to be doing around my home, especially checking out the attic. We previously had Aaptive and switched to Natran due to cost and poor customer service with Aaptive. (Which we are still dealing with over 6 months later!) Natran has been excellent and I highly recommend them. All of their technicians have been knowledgeable, polite, and hard working. (Jereme, Gitonga, Antwan, Michael, Dustin, and Destinee to name a few.) We had major pest issues and they whipped everything into shape, even coming out on holidays to make sure we were squared away. We had a wonderful first experience with Natran. Upon finding a scorpion in my living room just days prior, I was able to determine a plan best suited for our home’s needs with the help of Kate and schedule an appointment promptly to have treatment. Dustin was our technician and he was communicative and arrived during the specified time. Also very knowledgeable and efficient! We look forward to continuing to trust our home with the outstanding people at Natran.

UPDATE: I’m reducing my rating due to their shady business practices. My husband lost his job suddenly and we found ourselves struggling to make ends meet and to keep a roof over our heads. I notified Natran of this and cancelled future services but there was apparently one service that hadn’t been paid for yet, and I’ve been unable to pay it this far. Natran took a $53 invoice that was 90 days old and tacked $436.93 in late fees onto it before selling it to a debt collector who is now harassing me and my family. I have every intention of paying my balance once we are able to, but I surely am not paying an additional $400. This was for ONE service. I am so disappointed and dismayed by this shady business practice. I was originally so happy with their services.<br><br>Original post: Michael arrived promptly for our appointment. He listened to my concerns, and then conducted an inspection of my home, both inside and out, applying insect bait or insecticide as he went. He then made a couple of recommendations for things that would reduce the incidents of insects (specifically ants and spiders, as those were my primary concern) in and around my home. He was very professional and knowledgeable. In addition to this,<br>One of the main reasons I went with this company is because I have a two year old and several pets in my home and I wanted products used that would not harm them (Should they come into contact with them). The products used by Natran meet that criteria.

They’re nice and doing great jobs. It was my first time doing Termite treatment so I don’t know much but they helped me out about packing all of the stuffs. They will pack for me if those stuffs needs to be in plastic bag. Thank you.

She got us in the next day for our initial consultation.<br><br>Charity came out to do our initial inspection and she was so friendly, thorough and might I say fearless with her method of checking for bugs!😆 She was able to identify our problems and walk me through everything. She got us scheduled for treatment the next day!<br><br>Nathan just did our initial treatment and WOW. I feel completely scammed by my last pest control (I’m looking at you Bulwark) he was thorough and just spent over an hour getting every nook and cranny inside and out and setting traps. He was able to show us everything he did which again with previous companies this didn’t happen.<br><br>Huge plus that they use less toxic chemicals as we have a baby and dogs and this suits out low tox lifestyle! Also to add the prices are very fair!<br><br>Don't bother with any other pest control!

Dustin did a great job! Although it rained earlier he still came and treat the front and back yards and took care of my ant problem. I chose this company due to the fact that they do not use harsh or debilitating chemicals. They use effective botanicals and essential oils which are safe for my family and dog. I had a bad infestation of ants in my kitchen and after a few months, my ant problem vanished. Excellent and extremely thorough technicians. I highly recommend this company.

We have just started service with Natran and are already really impressed. They are upfront about everything - pricing, what to expect, what is expected of the homeowner, etc. It's clear that the team all enjoy working for the company. Michael was thorough and reassuring throughout the initial treatment, even coming out on a day when most of their team was off, and reassuring us that, if we have any issues between treatments, they will come out and address them.

I always have a great experience with the technicians---but I have to give a special shout out to, Leo! He did such a thorough job, and really took the time to check corners/crevices/under cabinets and went above and beyond! I appreciate their to ensure the safety and well being for our pets as well. We found Nathan after having terrible experiences with both ABC and Terminex and I am SO glad we did! Their customer service is the most superb I have ever encountered, their product is 100 percent natural and totally safe for kids and pets AND it works!! They were very accommodating with scheduling our first appointment when we had a ton of fire ants inside the house. Follow up, recurring appointments have been great. Nathan was especially helpful and professional this last time.

We used Natran to inspect for pests and seal any areas. Michael was great - he came out and inspected and sealed the areas necessary. We had an overgrown tree that limited his ability to seal a specific area on the roof, so he said to let him know when we trim it and he would come back out to finish it. True to his word he came back out after a few months we were able to trim it back.<br><br>We ended up getting some sort of roof damage due to a hail storm that hit us recently, and a big hole in our roof allowed a pesky little squirrel to live in our attic rent free. In this economy?? Guy needed to pay rent. With Michaels help we were able to humanely evict him.<br><br>Michael came out so quickly, and he followed up several times on the success of the 1 way door to get the squirrel out. The squirrel even knocked it down and got back in, Michael came back next day to reinforce it. We haven’t heard the squirrel in over 2 weeks and it is music to my ears. Natran has been our pest control company for as long as we have lived in our house. They are always professional and on time. They have helped us treat our house for a variety of bugs and rodents and they are always super responsive in sending out a person to get eyes on the problem and solve it. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who has a pest control issue or just to prevent any issues from happening.

I don’t recommend. I have been trying for two weeks now to speak with someone about my service not working and have just given up and asked to cancel. However, I have been waiting TWO weeks for a call back to cancel and have received 0 calls back.<br><br>EDIT: they have been much better at responding and helping take care of the issue. Still does not work for us and we will be canceling our $80 a month subscription<br><br>UPDATE: They promised to cancel our subscription but still wanted to preform two months free of service. However, they did not cancel my membership and they have still been trying to charge me (even more<br>Money than my original subscription). This company has been a nightmare. All I want is my subscription to be canceled!!! I have spoken to the Austin manager who personally told me he would cancel and it’s still not done two months later. I experienced some “critters” in the attic. Unfortunately they started to destroy some things. I found out that my BIG pest control company didn’t cover it as part of the many dollars they get from me. Their quote was crazy- they prompted me to start dropping their services. I was referred to Natran through my AC guy. They came out quickly, wrote up a fair quote and I signed on. The sealed entry points, set traps and took all necessary precautions. They also cleaned up and treated the area. In doing so they saved me. I can’t say enough about how super responsive, reasonable and effective they were. And UNlike the BIG NAMED companies, they do the RIGHT thing for people and the environment.<br>I love this company and the people that work for it.

He explains how and why things work / don't work and works with me to make sure my homes are bug and rodent free. He definitely goes the extra mile when it comes to helping his customers. Especially during what I perceive to be a pest emergency. (Almost everything is a pest emergency for me..yuck!). I have also spoken to customer service to make an additional appointment and their team is so helpful and caring. Last year, the person who came to inspect and give me a quote was very nice and straight forward and I sincerely appreciated that.

Natran Pest control is a great service for insect and pest removal and deterrence. I had a major any problem with them coming in through multiple locations. Natran can out the next day and we noticed immediate results. Ever since, we've used their subscription service and the general insect encounters are very low. We selected them because they are safe for pets and children. Highly recommend them.

Michael was wonderful. He blocked a rodent point of entry and constructed a rodent barrier around my deck and screened porch. Everything was done using hardware cloth, wood, and where appropriate, rocks. He also sprayed and broadcast granuals to treat common household and yard insects. I was literally in the middle of selling my home, and Natran worked with my tight schedule to get as much work done as possible before closing. When Michael encountered some scheduled work that couldn't be done for structural reasons, he wrote a detailed explanation for why the work couldn't be done, that I could give to the buyers.<br><br>I found Michael to be very professional and his work excellent. Michael was really great, he explained the whole process in a way that was really easy to understand and was obviously very knowledgeable about the green products they use. He also let me know any problem areas to look out for. This company puts little sensors in possible high traffic areas so they can see what kinds of bugs are getting in and tailor the service, which I have never had another pest company do. Michael with Natran Green Pest Control is helping us remove a carpenter ant colony that moved into our attic. Scheduling was quick and easy; pricing was transparent. Soon after his first visit, the carpenter ants and all the insects we were seeing around the outside of the house dramatically dropped off. It was a huge relief.
