Customer service is outstanding

Slow as a snail for unloading a trailer.. there was 2 trucks in front of me 1 in the dock and 1 in front of me, I've been here since 850 am left at 239pm.. hopefully never have to deliver here again

My husband called Hinkle FOUR TIMES, and never received a call back. He left messages with the secretary, and one time he was transferred to a "sales rep", and was promptly disconnected. We were trying to get multiple walls in our home done with insulation and sheet rock, but if this company can't even be bothered to return a phone call, we're taking our business elsewhere. I really don't know how they stay in business. I DO NOT recommend them.

This company is unreliable. I have scheduled an installation 5 times and they still haven't shown up. I've wasted over 20 hours waiting for them to come install blinds. I do not recommend.

Fast unloading. Some street parking overnight during the evening when the cars leave. It’s the last driveway at the end of the cul-de-sac on the right in the last dock. It’s tricky and deceiving. It is not straight back but at a 1:30 angle. Will need to line up with wall on the blind side and use the Rutland 7 parking sign directly in front as a reference. Line it up with the sign directly down the middle and the straight line back along the wall on your right

Pulled in to the grass and said it was ok because it wasn't wet. Broke an irrigation head and left blown insulation all over the yard.

The dockman what quick and a great spirited person. I would run this stop again...

They installed my garage door and in 1 year I already have had problems 3 times, also the technicians here are not very friendly during the warranty process.

I have called several times, emailed and even called other offices with no response. if this is how the don't respond before the job, glad I'm not finding out how bad they are after the job
