Great company to deal with! They really care about doing a good job. I felt like they really wanted to educate me and inform me of the right decision. Not just what padded there wallets. I recommend them 100%.

I have had many contractors on my current project and Cool Insulation is at the top of my list. I hired a budget spray foam crew first and that was a mistake. The Cool crew was very respectful and most of all were proud of their quality of work. They had top notch equipment and skill to match. The foam off-gassed quickly as it should, unlike the previous contractor whose foam took months to off-gas.

On a new home, they missed a great deal of the penetrations and all of the bottom plates were missing a seal. These are standard operations of insulating a new home. We wanted them to use alternative products, that take the same amount of time (and I paid for the product), around the windows. They got about half. Overall, it was a poor job. Plus, they charged us extra because the product was different. They also charged double on a different home at about the same time without explanation. I paid a worker and we (both my worker and I) spent a day fixing their mistakes. I get that sometimes they hire bad apples. It happens. But they immediately demanded that we pay double price for this bad service or else they would place liens on the properties. Those homes have new people living in them now and I don't want them to be pulled into this. I definitely could have argued this but it would have cost me my time. Instead, we ultimately decided to pay the double bill for bad service to save ourselves time and to not have any chance of the new home owners being pulled into this. I have no idea why they didn't even try to work with us and earn our future business, which is a lot. THIS IS A NOT A BILLING DISPUTE. THE BILLING JUST MADE AN ALREADY BAD SITUATION WORSE. THIS IS MUCH MORE ABOUT QUALITY. LOOK AT THE PICTURES.

Very nice fellas unloading me. Way to much equipment and vehicles and trailers in the road of where I need to get to unload. Rocky area too.

Cool Insulation impressed me, I usually have to wait for service men to come and install, but Cool Insulation gave me a time to install and were right on time. They also made sure I was completely happy with the results and very professional. Refreshing to see this kind of customer service and attention to detail.
