Eric was friendly, polite. We were shown before and after pictures, we were advised on action that needed to be taken , but were not pushed to do the services. Eric completed the duct clean and dryer clean, we also had mold spores which Eric remove and we had a UV light to keep the coils clean, this will prevent us from having them cleaned every couple of month. I am extremely grateful to Air Central USA for coming out to my house and showing me the problem that I was having. A couple of A/C companies came out to check my air-conditioning unit. They didn’t tell me what Eric Meltz found. I had mold because my coils were not draining and was clogged. He cleaned it. and showed me why and how the problem started. I’m 75 years old with allergies and my wife has asthma. It was a lifesaver that they found it cleaned it up and explain how it happened and how to prevent it from happening again. He even went a a step further and put in a UV lamp in as a preventative measure. So thank you so much. I would suggest to anyone that have your unit checked thoroughly would prevent an excessive issue. Thank you so much Air Central and thank you so much Eric. Air Central was the second company we had do an assessment of our air ducts and we trusted them more than their competitor, mainly because Erik patiently explained what was happening with our HVAC system, answered all our questions, showed us photos, and didn't rush us into a decision. The price they quoted was fair (slightly less than the other company) and once we were ready to move forward, they got our cleaning scheduled quickly. Erik also recommended steps to prevent mold and mildew from building up in the ducts again. They did quick work on the cleaning and the before & after photos are impressive. We'd hire Air Central again!

Wow! What a great company! When you call to inquire about services, you will speak to Michael. Michael embodies everything he would want in Customer Service. He got his best technician Eric out to our house with one day notice, even though their schedules were booked through early December. I told him it was an emergency and he went out of his way to get us on the schedule. Erik came out to the house and cleaned our very dirty dryer vent which extends up through the roof. He had to get up on the roof to clean from the top down as well. He did a fantastic job cleaning the Duct, then went the extra mile and connected our new dryer which Home Depot had refused to do since it did not connect to an outside vent. I am over the moon, satisfied with the service we received both on the front and back end, and can’t recommend Air Central Air Duct Cleaning more highly!

Big shout out to Eric. We got a dryer vent cleaning done. I had my own tool that I’ve used a few times over the years, but his professional tools did a way better job. He pulled out more lint from my dryer vent than I would have thought possible considering I had just tried to do it myself and got a lot. I am curious by nature and a relatively new home owner. He explained a lot of things in great detail and even showed me where my vent exhaust port was midway up the wall on the exterior of my house. (I just assumed it went through the roof). I’d say he went above and beyond and couldn’t be happier with his services. Air Central has certainly earned my business.

A genuinely kind and considerate person. On the day of service, I was blown away by the caliber of service provided. Top notch. Hands down. Eric the technician who serviced my home is incredible! Skilled, very knowledgeable, conscientious, caring, and honest. He clearly explained what he was going to assess, and after his assessment, he nicely provided a pictoral representation as I requested. :) I got standard duct and dryer vent cleaning for $70 plus tax (used a current coupon). I tipped 20% in cash to Eric. He deserved more. He humbly accepted the tip with gratitude. Important to note: I had another duct cleaning company from the Austin MSA come here in May/June, and the two men who did assessment said I could not get standard duct cleaning due to significant “issues.” They alluded to high mold but legally they cannot state that. The home is only 5.5-6 yrs old. The servicemen from the other company said standard cleaning not an option. I would need to get cleaning that costs $600s to low 700s and get some blue light which would bring cost up to $800s. It was crazy. My intuition told me, not true. After the earlier experience, I was hesitant to call another company, but I did! And, it was fortuitous that it was Air Central. Eric confirmed my intuition after other company’s visit. Eric was professional, courteous, never criticizing the other company, instead only saying what he knows to be true based on his knowledge and expertise. An honorable company all-around! I scheduled a regular service to do a air condition cleaning/check, Eric and David did a complete check from attic to each return vent. They are patient and explain everything in details. Eric also draw a picture to educate me how does the air condition work, high recommended.

I have Air Central coming out to my house to do cleaning for my 2 AC duct systems for my upstairs and downstairs systems as well as cleaning my dryer vent. The team that came out are Jacob and David. They came and inspected individual AC air intake and then proceeded to use their big vacuum like machine to suck all the dust,debris, pollutants from my 2 AC duct systems. They also did a good job cleaning my dryer vent who had lots of lint as shown below and you can see how clean the dryer vent in the picture below after they cleaned. Both of them are very professional and know what they are doing. If anyone needs such service, you can contact Air Central. They will take good care of you.

Absolutely exceptional service, they offered us more than fair pricing for a cleaning the ducts and also an installation of a UV light. The crew that we had was hard working and very respectful of not only our time but our home. Even though there was an issue with the A/C unit after the cleaning...they did everything they could to solve the issue and had an HVAC tech come out immediately and covered the cost. Some would have just taken the money paid already and ran. I would strongly recommend using their services and plan to use them again in the future if need be.

They sent out Ness Z. to come inspect our chimney, he was fast and efficient and gave a nice report on how everything looked good. I had a couple questions about the other services that Air Central offers and he answered them all and even spotted some issues that might be happening with the duct system and offered to have the office call to come out and get it inspected. We had our air ducts cleaned for $280. This was a 2 man team to clean the vents in a 3 bedroom condo. I love the fact they wore their face masks while they were working. They also wore shoe covers or aka booties while working inside. I have environmental allergies and having this done really helps. I will definitely use them again!

Nessi was really responsive when I was requesting quotes for air duct cleaning and his price was the most reasonable. He's very friendly and was accessible over text. Was able to schedule him on a Saturday on notice, and he was able to clean my dryer vent from the outside since I had a stackable unit upstairs that's not easily accessible. I was very impressed with this company. My AC serviceman told me I needed to consider having my air ducts cleaned; so I called Air Central. The young man who came out was prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional. After checking out the air ducts, he showed me a photo he took, and said that while there was a little dust, dirt, etc. in the ducts, there was not enough to warrant having them cleaned. What service company does that? I will definitely call them when there IS a need.

Air Central was great. I found them on Groupon bc I needed services for the recently purchased house. They worked on the retainers, dryer and the ac in the attic since there was mold inside and outside. Also, I had a renovation on several rooms so there was extra dust in the ventilation system and I was really concerned about the air quality. Jacob walked me through how the service would happen and we agreed on the price. They cleaned everything (including the coil), removed the mold and showed me videos of it. Definitely recommend working with them.
