Specter Pest Control

This company is a scam just to get money!! First off got serviced beginning in January for gnats and still have gnats!!! Since their stuff did not work I canceled future services and got charged $200!!!! What type of business that charge you money to cancel their services??

Kameron, our technician was very professional and answered all of my questions in detail. He reassured me that our issue will be resolved and that I was in good hands.

Germequa was my technician, very friendly & explained everything to me about what to expect from the process of the service being provided & getting the results I’m looking forward to. Due to specter being licensed, they are able to use products that are not diluted like store brands. Devon was amazing!! He took his time, explained the process and was very intentional about reassuring me that the problem is very minimal. He even took time to speak with my landlord about some DIY fixes that would assist with preventative treatments. Specter is “5 stars” because of their service which is provided by their techs!! The Specter Pest Control Technician (Michael) serviced my home on 1/28/26. Michael was knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. He resolved the small rodent situation that was making me uncomfortable. He advised me of what he would be doing and completed the service in a timely manner. His recommendations and kind demeanor restored my comfort level.

I don’t usually do reviews but I was so impressed, so here it is…..Dakota and Marcus were awesome.l and very professional! Dakota was very knowledgeable about different pest and the termination process. We had a black ant problem throughout the house and since Dakota and Marcus placed the bait traps, we haven’t seen a black ant since! Even tho Marcus was training, he was very nice and professional. Marcus you have a bright future with Dakota as your trainer! I will definitely be keeping Spector as my pest control! Reliable and inexpensive!

we request a bed bug treatment on December 10, the house is an airbnb and was occupied just yesterday and the new guest find bed bugs again! called the company and they told me that there in not warranty on it because the month already past. that mean treatment didn’t work at all. please don’t use them.

Amazing service. The guys that came today were incredibly thorough - to the point where they removed webs and nests all around the property. They were here for a full hour. They were also cheaper than other companies in the area.

Our technician was absolutely amazing. We are having some ant issues and she was able to detect it within 10 minutes of being on our property, very friendly people.

They did great work after I had multiple cases of spiders coming into the house.<br><br>They cleaned the entry way of webs, the corners and siding of the house, swept some of the trees for webs and were easy to schedule and communicate with.<br><br>After they provided their service I barely had any bugs in the house, and the majority of them I found were dead.<br><br>I did have an issue with billing but Averi and Joshua promptly resolved it without any fuss.<br><br>If I am in the need of pest control and still live in their service area I will call them again.

Robin and Zack are great!<br><br>Robin came by first and was thorough! On time and a great guy, is a dog and cat person so he wasn’t afraid of my animals. They also price matched!<br><br>Zack came by a couple months later and helped with an ant problem we’re having. He was great and thorough and even hit my outside patio after mentioning I had a problem there!<br><br>Great company

Great company nice people on the phone service technician Zachary was excellent and he was very nice. He explained everything and he was very thorough about his work. There's no other choice on google for the pest control except wasp hornet. However we had a full spraying for indoor pests.

Great service. Easy to schedule. Friendly and knowledgeable technician. Zack was great.<br>Another technician Germequa (Gee) game out a couple of weeks later for a follow up. She was also friendly and knowledgeable. Removed wasp habitat, checked and replaced trap and added a 2nd for due diligence. They are thorough and don’t show discomfort going into crawl spaces or attics regardless of blown wool or clutter. I recommend this company.

He came in of course, did a fantastic job but also made sure I had tips for the future and ensured I understood what was happening and things to do to prevent the issue. Communicated with a text stating expected arrival time, was prompt and very respectful did an excellent job treating my home. Sent a text confirming a full report of what areas were treated. Technician Joel is very sweet.

I called on yesterday late in the evening because I heard scratching in my wall, I beat on the wall for about 10 minutes and then noticed it stopped. Decided to go outside to see if maybe it was a squirrel, but to my surprise I looked up to see a raccoon on my roof looking down at me, I was horrified ! I immediately knew I had to call someone and that's when I found Spector, I was amazed that they even picked up the phone, the young man was very nice and jolly he really sounded like he love what he does. He sent Robin the technician the very next day and he was just as wonderful, very knowledgeable of his job, really took the time to explain everything to me about how the job would be done, all the way down to the cost if I chose to go along with it. Very impressed at the time he took to explain things to me in such a polite and professional way. Robin was a Angel for me today in my time of fear and I greatly appreciate it !! Zackary from Specter Pest Control was awesome! Super friendly, on time, and really knows his stuff. He walked me through everything he was doing and made sure the problem was completely taken care of. You can tell he actually cares about doing the job right, not just rushing through it. Lane was our technician today who completed our interior and exterior pest treatments. Lane was very professional and kept an eye to detail. We have 2 kids and 2 pets, so not getting it on toys, furniture, and etc. is important to us, even though it is a pet/kid safe product. Overall, an A+ experience. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to come out the next day to treat my Wasp problem. Joel, the technician that came out was beyond nice, and educated me on more then just wasps for my area.

Robin came out and serviced my home. He was very courteous and explained the whole process to me. Since my service I have to not had any problems with ants/ bugs in my kitchen. What a difference?! I would recommend them for service!

Specter Pest Control provided a 10/10 service. We had a mouse enter the home, but thankfully our cat got too it overnight. Dakota was very friendly & helpful with setting rat bait in the crawl space and spraying the entire house to prevent bugs & insects from coming in. Dakota and his partner also got rid of the spider webs and wasps nest surrounding the house. All of this was done within 15 minutes of arriving! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs immediate pest control service. They are very affordable as well.

Our technician, Lane is amazing! He kept us informed of his ETA, is respectful, kind and thorough. Not only did he come prepared with shoe covers, he made sure to intentionally listen to my concerns so he can ensure the best course of treatment was implemented. We started with Specter when we were living in Tennessee and have had them for over 3 1/2 years. Their service has always been great and it's good to know that it is not contingent upon location, but the company has a whole. We love the unlimited reservice and appreciate always being able to get on the schedule fast.

Dakota, my technician, was incredibly punctual and professional. He did a great job of removing all of the spiders’ webs and egg sacs in my backyard. He sprayed the entire home, outside, inside, garage, and walkways to ensure we don’t have any pests (ants and spiders were our problem). I paid for the year up front (bi-monthly services), hence the price range I selected. I’m very happy with my services.

Dakota was great today! He actually was early to my appointment, but came in, explained what he was going to do, and cleared my home of spiders and web within 30 minutes! Great job and very pleasant as he worked!

I called Specter to remove an active hornet’s nest in a nearby tree. Robin, my technician, arrived within 24 hrs of my call & removed it quickly & efficiently, without incident. He was professional & respectful, advised me of his process before he began & checked in with me when the task was complete. I would recommend Specter to any other home owners that need pest control services. I decided to go with Specter because there sales representative, Dominique, who stopped by the house this week offering Specters services. We bought a home in a wooded area and we noticed spiders in the garage. Also, Specter uses all natural based products which I am big advocate for. I only use natural based cleaning products at home and work. Overall I am satisfied with my decision.
