Worked with this company for a couple of years. One of their techs, Nick is one of the best around. He is friendly and thorough and really listens to what needs to be treated. He will go in the crawlspace or in the attic and really anywhere that pests are likely to be. Really appreciate him and trust him. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Ryan did a stellar job. He installed roof line drip edge and routinely checked traps and asked if everything was completed to satisfaction. I recommend.

Smart Solutions is the best! We had a rodent problem in our attic. Jay and his team came out the next day and assessed the situation. Quoted us a fair price and went to work that day. They got rid of the rodents and sealed up every entry way and we are now rodent free. They also do our pest control and are on time and friendly. If you are looking for the best look no further!

Tanner does excellent work. I was home during the week when he came by. I came to the door and he was was very nice and friendly.

I think they do a good job, but I’m a bit disappointed about how they treat prior customers. We paid over $6,000 a couple years ago for a full exclusion. Now, we see some issues, and when I called this morning, we have to pay $289 just for an inspection. Seems like if we paid that much money, they should stand by their work for a longer period of time. I feel a bit frustrated that when it came time to do the work, they were all over me, and I paid a lot of money. But on follow up, they acted like there was no prior relationship.

Had birds invade my chimney. Ryan came down, explained to my what pest had entered my chimney, told me what the process was and suggested that I get a chimney cap installed. Took a few months, but the birds are gone and the chimney is now secure from unwanted visitors.

Nicholas is the best. He is attentive, on time, nice, and definitely keeps the bugs away.

I have been using Smart Solutions since 2020 when I had a significant Rodent problem. It took plenty of time and effort but Jay and his team got the job done. Now with their monthly maintenance no Rats, no bugs and no mosquitoes. Tanner shows up when he says he will let’s me know they services to be performed and all is well.

I have used pest control on several homes over a period of 3 decades. I have never experienced the level of service and expertise that Smart Solutions has provided. They spend time putting out effective treatments and vary between seasons and known problems associated with time of year. They even go around house and knock down spider webs and wasps nest! Great people! Great service!
