Mitigation was fine but restoration was not; 6 month process to replace 2 rooms of flooring (~800sqft) - delayed due to Servpro not having an available team, not showing up to scheduled appointments, and losing documents when our project manager was replaced (happened monthly it seemed)<br><br>Quoted $25,000 in moving fees alone. Servpro is fine for demo but stay away for remediation! Too much internal turnover

We had significant flooding on a Sunday and reached out to Wayne Wheeler with Servpro. Immediately coordinated his crew to come out and get water out of the floors in several parts of our building. Had his crew come out daily to check on equipment. Wayne stayed on top of everything. Made recommendations daily to ensure we were taken care. We had vip visitors on site and Wayne kept everything as tidy as possible while equipment was in place. We have used Servpro in the past and were taken care of but Wayne really went above and beyond getting us sorted out. Highly recommend giving them a call if you have issues. I cannot speak highly enough about the Recon Team at ServPro. This is going to be a long review. But the TLDR: if you want to experience working with a team that works with you through a difficult time in your life, patiently and kindly, through everything instead of against you these are the right people to hire.<br><br>In February of last year we had a leak under our kitchen sink that caused our entire lower kitchen to be ripped out and our entire downstairs floors to be replaced. After mitigation, I interviewed 5 different reconstruction companies including the one recommended by our insurance company. Out of all 5 companies, ServPro, and specifically Terry, was the only company that worked hand in hand with me through the entire process of writing an estimate and getting our insurance to approve the cost of reconstruction. We had not even hired them yet but Terry worked tirelessly without any complaints to make sure our very unreasonable adjuster gave us the money we needed to complete our reconstruction. Terry was completely transparent through the whole process and made sure we understood everything that was going on. The other 4 highly rated companies refused to either even show us the estimate they wrote until we hired them, or refused to even write an estimate until we hired them. The contrast in experiences was wild. Naturally we hired ServPro solely based on our experience with Terry and his willingness to work with us.<br><br>Our experience after that was consistent with what happened before we hired them. Terry and then Chris, our project manager, worked with us through everything. Along the way, a 2 month project turned into 7 months due to unforeseen hiccups, but never once did we feel like we were fighting with ServPro to get what we needed. Terry and Chris were always on our side and if a mistake was made by their subs, or if their subs did not do the work per our standard they always made sure to correct it and do it right, at no additional expense to us.<br><br>Fast forward 1 year and we called them back to fix some minor things that needed fixing before our 1 year warranty expired, and even that was such a pleasant experience. Chris no longer worked there so we got assigned a new project manager Taylor who was also extremely friendly and kind. We ran into some hiccups with the first subs that were hired at no fault of anybody in particular, but Taylor immediately understood our gripes and assured us he was going to remedy the situation and was sending new subs. Due to scheduling issues our project manager was changed again to TC who was also wonderful. He came with the subs and stayed the entire time they were working to make sure they did the work correctly. Just like our first experience, we ran into some hiccups and a 1/1.5 day project stretched into 1 month, but again, at no point did I feel like we were working against each other, they understood all our issues and made sure that we were perfectly happy at the end.<br><br>In the end, despite things taking longer than planned, the feeling of working together to make things right in our house, and care and compassion that every person at Servpro has showed to us through our entire experience was invaluable during a very difficult time of our lives when everything was turned upside down. Hopefully we don’t need to, but I would not hesitate to hire them again if we ever go through another disaster in our home.

Justen, TC, and their reconstruction team did a fantastic job on my home. When they left, my home was in better shape than it was before the flooding incident. Thank you guys, you were great!

Robert and his team were very thorough getting our water damage dried up asap and didn't bat an eye at the amount of work it took to get the flooring taken up. They were professional and friendly and made every effort to make sure our questions were answered and we were satisfied.

I had a roof leak which caused water on and under my engineered hardwood floors. Servpro came out on a Sunday night and left a humidifier on the affected area. They came back periodically to check the humidity levels under the floor. Each time I received a call from the company telling me when they would be coming. A call was received when they were on their way. Every one was professional.

Servepro has been doing a very good job cleaning gup my food damage. The pac out/moving crew has been amazing. Nina has lead this effort in the field and she has been extremely good at giving direction to her ream in a very organized manor. She has worked very closely with me every step of the way. Nina has taken special care of many very fragile items. It's amazing to watch how closely she directs the team and you can clearly see how the team respects her efforts getting all of the items moved to safe locations. A very special thanks to Nina.

The Packers, heating and air, and people with construction were wonderful to work with very happy with the Job they all did in our home. We had some difficulties coordinating with the home office on the final work. Out clothes were not taken until we were moving back in found them in the garage and had to find our own cleaning crew in the end. Over all very satisfied.

Nina and her team from Servpro were excellent doing the pack up following our basement flood. They were here for 3 days. Nina documented everything with photos and her team was very careful and considerate during a stressful time. Very pleased.<br><br>Arturo and his demo / mitigation team were also excellent. Very cordial and sensitive to our concerns. His team was very efficient with cuts into the sheet rock and removal of the carpet and padding. Also cleaned up nicely when finished. Again, very pleased.

Arturo came out to my home and inspected the areas of my home that concern me. He called 30 minutes before and arrived on time. His work was thorough and he communicated very well with me what he was doing. I’m very pleased with his assessment.

Antonio Martinez and his team were amazing. They were able to safely move all my furniture around to protect it from any dust or debris that could happen during the removal of the floor. Highly recommend him

I work in a three level retirement facility. A resident had a major water leak on the third level, which damaged re-unit, the unit below it, and an office on the first level. We immediately called ServPro after turning off the water source. By the time, we had vacuumed up the worst of the water ServPro was on site. JT and his team jumped into action immediately, taking hundreds of pictures to document everything and anything. Within an hour they had a couple dozen fans starting the process of drying things out. They returned daily after that to verify the progress. I feel they did an awesome job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Thank you to ServPro for cleaning water out quickly. And to Antonio Martinez came out last min to help with the dryers we’re overloading. Him and the man helping him we’re kind and efficient and so far no more issues. Hopefully we will continue to work well with them as they repair water damage to our home.

We had a leak from our water heater that led to floor damage and the two gentlemen were swift and careful in setting up the equipment and doing everything that was needed for detecting, exposing, cleaning up and preventing further water damage. We have kids and the two thought of them while setting up. They suggested adding child protection around the equipment to prevent the kids from being able to access them. We as parents were so focused on the issue that we didn’t even think to add this type of safety measure, immediately. In all, the two gentlemen were very professional, responsive to any questions asked, flexible when we had concerns, and over all great to work with. We highly recommend this company and hope you are lucky enough to get this specific group of great guys!

SO SLOW!! This is one of the most disorganized companies I've ever used in my entire life. If you call them they won't know who is in charge and what is going on with your job, then proceed to pass your around to a number of different employees who can't answer your questions. They were suggested by State Farm, who has been trying to help me deal with them as well. If you are filing an insurance claim and they are suggested - DO NOT USE SERVPRO. I have been trying to get the floors dried for over a month and a half in my kitchen and they keep rescheduling me. Time is not of the essence for these people. Now they want me to pay 1/2 up front for a job because it's their "policy" since THEY rescheduled me. State Farm is supposed to pay, so how am I responsible for fronting this? I'm not paying for work that is not completed anyways as one of my business policies! - This is THE most UNPROFESSIONAL company you can use. Please do your due diligence before you pick a remediation company. I ended up having to go with someone else.

If you are looking for the best company to pack up your precious belongings look no further then Nina and her team! They were so respectful and polite, friendly and professional!<br>I have many things that belonged to my family that has passed recently and everything I have was treated with respect and packed up neatly where I could get to it! Mike came out at 10:30 that night and initiated the drying process. He and his team returned Saturday morning to continue the necessary work. Have had a wonderful Experience with Jennifer at front office. A team of 3 men were able to arrive the same day, although for my schedule sake they arrived the next. They took measurements and did a 3D model of my home and damage. I appreciated them very much. They also work directly with insurance companies. One thing less to worry about. We had a severe water leak in our kitchen. Serv Pro did our mitigation service as well as removing and reinstalling our kitchen, cabinets, island, and countertops and packing our antiques and collectibles and home furnishings in and out. Everyone from the beginning of mitigation to packing us back in were very professional. There are several people that came to help out to restore our home really stand out. I would like to thank David and Christian who helped out with the mitigation process, and re-paired our drywall in the kitchen and Diego and his team who packed us in and out, were amazing! We had a large tree limb fall through our roof during a storm, and we had water damage throughout. ServPro was very responsive and quick to come out to help mitigate the damage. Bryant and Thomas were delightful to work with! They came in, introduced themselves, assessed the damage and scope of work, told me what they would do, and promptly got to work. They removed all of the damaged flooring and baseboards. They collected all of the damaged materials and packaged them for disposal. They cleaned the affected areas immaculately, and placed fans and dehumidifiers in each room. They even deodorized the house which left a pleasant scent replacing the stagnant water/wet carpet smell.<br>They were patient when answering my questions, and they seemed to enjoy helping people in my situation.<br>They also made sure that no circuits were overloaded by the fans and dehumidifiers placing them strategically in each room. Last Friday afternoon I had a busted water heater. We used Servpro in February of this year when my parents’ condo was flooded. Milton and his team did an amazing job for us. Milton is an excellent and responsive communicator. This was such a huge comfort to me while I dealt with insurance and everything else. Everyone else on the team was so professional, respectful and I felt they were highly motivated to take care of us. It was truly the best experience we had during the whole flood ordeal and I really appreciate all of their hard work!

Last night a washing machine repair man accidentally flooded our laundry room and garage. Our insurance company put us in touch with ServPro and Patrick and his team came out within an hour (at 8 pm). They were friendly and helpful, which was really refreshing after a very stressful day. Patrick gave us recommendations that were in our best interest, and the whole process was as painless as it could be. I received communication by phone and email the following day, and texted Patrick that evening with questions. He replied right away and was so helpful! Thank you to the team for coming out after hours and for the excellent service!

Pat and his team were absolutely fabulous. They arrived early, worked quickly and were professional and helpful the entire day. Pat patiently walked me through the steps they were taking, as well as how to ask my insurance for the correct next steps and information. Frank & Gus were amazing! They arrived sooner than expected and were very friendly & professional! Frank was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions promptly! The affected area in my apartment was also left very tidy! We will definitely be recommended Servpro to our friends and family!

John was the point man for the crew that came to our house. He was amazing! Very professional. He explained the process well and took a lot of time to make sure that he found any potential places of water damage so that we would not have issues later. He also made sure that no more had to be torn up than necessary to fix the issue. He coordinated very well with the quality control person of our development. Of any work that he could not take care of himself, he made sure that the development would take care of those items as well. I was very impressed with John and his crew and the work that they did, but also the preparation they took in order to help protect our floors and carpet of our brand new home.

The response and follow up were good and the quality of the crew and work done was top notch. Very professional, well supervised (Jose) and did all the work with great care (IE covering of personal items) and extreme neatness. They were very open to answering all questions and performing special requests. I highly recommend.

I can highly recommend ServPro. They arrived as scheduled. All workers wore masks. All workers wore polo shirts with company logo and had ID. Everyone worked safely, quickly, quietly and carefully. They responded to my questions and requests and they were neat and cleaned up as they worked. Estimate was explained and thorough. I hope I never have water damage again but if I do I will call Servpro immediately.

I had David from North Atlanta Servepro come out to evaluate potential mold in my wall. I had a damp area awhile back and I was concerned. David performed a thorough evaluation and I was relieved to find no mold. He also checked out my bathroom where I was concerned about moisture. He had great technology and explained everything he was doing as he went. The end result, we were fine. David was very courteous and professional. No charge for the evaluation and now my mind has been put to ease. Highly recommend them!

ServPro was out within 1 hour after my service call. All of the crews that came out were super respectful to not only me as a client, but to each other. Even though it’s never a good situation when you need a service like ServePro, our experience has been top of the line. I can’t speak highly enough about the conduct of Levi and Will. They were professional, polite, thorough, courteous with our time and needs while they were working, explained what they were doing and why they were doing it, and were, quite simply, a pleasure to be around. David Rodriguez, the project manager, was top notch during his time here, and the whole organization responded extremely well to our situation. I should have prefaced this review with the fact that I’m not a person who is easily impressed, but this group has been as impressive as they come. Couldn’t recommend them any higher!

I had a pipe burst at 3am in the morning and flood my downstairs. Service was here and started cleanup within 2 hrs. They kept me informed of everything they were doing along the way, they took photos and thermal imagines to show for insurance claim. Not a lot to do on my part, they did everything, plus clean up after cutting out wet drywall and removal of waste.<br>They have already called to make an appointment to come by and check how things are drying out tomorrow.<br>Very professional, I would absolutely use them again!!!

David and the team are amazing! They are all so professional and respectful. The amount of water damage in our home was devastating and they all worked so quickly together while making sure we knew what was happening at all times. I would highly recommend ServePro to anyone who experiences a crisis - whether it's flood or fire. This company spent all week at our home doing damage control. They worked hard and long hours, doing incredibly thorough work and ensuring our home was restored to its natural state. A flood is no fun, but this company really helped keep our spirits high!
