Austin was very professional. I was never told that I had roaches. B ecause of Austin & his work ethics, I purchased the rat treatment. He explained everything he was going to do. After completion he explained the follow up procedures. I was told what I should do to help with the problems. Austin made sure to keep me informed with the process. I want to request Austin as my monthly technician. Austin was very through. Before I met Austin, I was going to cancel my contract with Ridd, knowing I would not get a refund as I contracted for a year. Thank you for Austin

RIDD knocked on my door yesterday annd I signed up for a special and came out today to start exterminating my fire ants. Brett was my tech and he was very informative and went over everything he planned on doing. Asked where my issues were and before he left told me everything he did. So far very happy and great communication every step of the way.

When I got a text of the day of arrival I simply text back and said no areas cancel the technician still showed up at my house and treated outside I had told him to cancel for that day now I have a charge for $130 that I told him to cancel

I scheduled another round of pest control after noticing a few water bugs in my bathroom, and this morning TECH GARY came out to complete the service. From the moment he arrived, he was extremely reassuring and took the time to ask questions so he could fully understand the areas of concern in my home. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing, including why he was using certain materials to address the root cause of the issue.<br><br>Gary went above and beyond by also identifying that I have a mole problem in my front yard. He explained what was happening, offered clear guidance on how to resolve it, and even helped me start a new service to address the moles. I truly appreciate his patience, professionalism, and the care he took in servicing my new home. Highly recommend!

Austin did a great job. He was very thorough and polite. I felt he took the extra time to spray and inspect the inside and outside of my home.

If you’re going to send a sales person to a house to gain business, it may be in your best interest to tell them not to ride their Segway through my lawn…

Sales person rang my doorbell despite a no soliciting sign and woke my child. Rode their hoverboard through my grass and would not speak to me through my doorbell at all. I will make it a point to tell everyone I know to avoid this deeply unethical company.

If you're still going to have door-to-door sales people, please ensure they can read and comprehend a "no soliciting" sign. Sales guy also rang the doorbell so many times that it woke our sleeping baby and then rode his hoverboard through our grass, despite the driveway being clear (I have footage). Extraordinarily unprofessional behavior, will be sure to not recommend Ridd Pest Control to everyone I can.

KJ did a fabulous job at our recent service. He added a rodent box since one of the dogs decided to bring me a mouse present the other day. Very professional and personable.

Austin was my technician! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure to do a thorough job, spraying every corner, treating the yard and taking care of a few ant hills. Before he left, he made sure to let me know to wait an hour or so before letting my dogs outside. Always outstanding service. Brett did a wonderful job. I couldn't get my old dog to come in. He still serviced my whole yard. He even unblocked the gate to get in.

Worst company to deal with. You’re better off doing it yourself. Multiple times they showed up and only did the front yard. They were supposed to clean the spider webs and only did it once. They didn’t show up at all a few times. I emailed them with several complaints. Canceled my contract and they sent it to collections.

Kenyatta did an awesome job on our recent visit from Ridd. He was extremely friendly and helpful and answered several of the questions we had. All of the techs have been very nice and professional and Kenyatta was definitely no exception in the great service we're used to from Ridd

I moved into a rental not knowing that there was a BAD roach infestation, by 2 weeks we started to see them grow rapidly it was terrible. I had ridd come out and set up I Believe the yearly plan and by the second month, we were seeing basically no bugs and by the 3rd they are completely gone. The technicians and the online support staff have been outstanding, super responsive and very helpful. They have not failed to come out to one appointment or update me when I had any questions. I’d definitely recommend!!!!

Always happy with my Ridd techs but shout out to Austin who completed my service then text to let me know he was sure to close the gates and to let me know there was a package on my porch! Super customer service!

Alonza did a terrific job taking down a hornets nest that was in a tree 20 feet high. He was on time on a Saturday, worked safely and removed all debris from the property. A true professional. Will use RIDD Pest Control in the future.

I got home from work and found the technician had left both my fence gates open to my backyard. This CAN NOT happen again. I'm so thankful I saw this before letting my dog out!

Austin did such a great job getting rid of our pesty spiders and bugs! He sprayed really good all around the perimeter of the house and he even came inside and sprayed where I asked him to. Then he went the extra mile and knocked down all of the webs! Thank you Austin with RIDD Pest Control!

Did a good job spraying the perimeter. I responded to the text I received from Michael. I asked for sticky traps to be left on the porch so that I could set those out myself when I came home. He did not respond to my text. Nor did he leave the traps.

Brian was absolutely amazing! he answered any and all questions very thoroughly and explained everything he was doing and what to expect until his next visit. definitely would like for him to be the one who continues our services.

Mr. Davis was polite and professional. He patiently responded to my questions. I am very satisfied with this check up. I am especially appreciative that he eliminated the beginnings of a wasp nest in my open carport!

I am highly disappointed with this company and their service, I didnt get the service I asked for upfront and when I called to speak to a representative about it they said they could add it on (which I was already supposed to have initially) and then they had the audacity to say it would be an extra fee, WHEN I asked about canceling the plan because the services I am receiving is not what I asked for the rep told me I would be charged regardless and didn't even try to help me with what I needed and wanted. If I could give a half of a star or no star at all trust me That's what I would have done.

My wife asked me to give a big kudos to Michael who Performed the normal pest control service. He took the time to clean around the exterior getting rid of all the Yarrow spider webs which none of the other exterminators have done. And did a really great job. ThNjs Michael..

Isaac was amazing. He provided excellent service inside and outside my home. Very polite, friendly with the kids, and professional. Double checked I was satisfied before leaving.

The service is great! Gary did a great job on my home, they are easy to work with and makes a huge difference!

Alonza was great! He treated my yard and home throughly to prevent bugs and garden snakes from moving into my warm basement for the winter. Lol. Also, Alonza arrived for my appointment just minutes after I discovered carpenter ants in my outside shed. I was panicking, but he patiently explained how to deal with the problem in an efficient and affordable manner then did the work to stop them. Thanks!!

They’re supposed to show up every other month for services but I never hear anything and I have to call them to make an appointment for them to come out.<br>Sometimes they show up<br>Sometimes they don’t and then they send a text the next day “sorry for any inconvenience” and then when they do show up after trying to figure out times because my husband and I work for a living and aren’t home during the day they sometimes show up when we aren’t home so the outside of the house take pictures and leave and then I have to start the process all over the next time. It’s a headache for me but they make sure their payment comes out every single month.

What a wonderful experience with Aaron! He listened to everything I needed to address and the areas I was having issues with! What a truly amazing person he is!! Very polite and respectful and your company has a wonderful asset with him being a part of it. 😊

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! this company has been out to spray at my house 6 times within the last 5 months and I'm still seeing bugs. Horrible communication and techs say they are doing services that are not performed at the time of the service call. Reps in the office never has a clue about what's going on and will not cancel contract after showing proof the bugs still are present to the manager.

Window was between 1-5. I explicitly said not to be before 4 and was told that wasn’t a problem by scheduler. He never called to say on his way. Just showed up, sprayed part of the front of the house and left. Only giving 3 stars because I’m told it will be re done correctly on Wednesday.

Ridd Pest Control failed to provide the services I contracted them for. A key part of the agreement was the removal of all spider webs from our home during each visit. Despite reminding them every time, this task was consistently neglected. This specific service was a major selling point presented by their representative at the time of signup.<br>Although they eventually offered a discounted rate, my concern was never about the money — it was about the lack of follow-through on their promised services. Additionally, their technicians routinely arrived hours late for scheduled appointments.<br>Now, they are charging me a cancellation fee, despite not fulfilling the terms of our agreement. This fee is unjustified, as they did not deliver the services I paid for.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough - David is an excellent technician! He cleared out the spiders’ webs, nests, and eggs. He also took time to answer my questions. We can even use our back door now! Lol. Thank you David!

David has done a fantastic and detailed job each time he has came out. Always friendly and very helpful with my tons of questions.

We were treated for roaches and bugs. Very pleased with our exterminator Brett Lewis. Very professional, personnel, and listened to my concerns. His objective was to solve all issues. I was very pleased with his work!!

David was awesome. Having the hornet’s nest removed was so much easier than I anticipated. David showed up, bagged up the nest and fought off a few hornets while doing it. Appreciate the quick response and great overall experience.

My mom referred me to RIDD as she uses them for her home. I was impressed from the moment I called to inquire about rates and services offered. Easy to schedule an appointment. Brian texted approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival and called when he was a few minutes away. Brian came in and explained everything that he was doing. Brian even took the time to remove spiderwebs and a hornet’s nest I never knew existed. I learned a lot from my appointment. Best pest control rep I’ve worked with in the past ten years. Happy my mom referred them. Brian was amazing and I hope he will continue to service our home.

Lost my job and will not allow me to cancel unless I pay the early cancelation fee up front. I was very unhappy with this company. I did the one year contract and I think that was the worst mistake I made. The first treatment everything was on point. After that it went down hill. They would send automatic message saying you are scheduled for treatment service but don’t give you a time. So it’s like you’re hostage to them to stay home. The tech doesn’t notify you that they are on the way. I had to literally call the company to put in my notes that the tech needs to call me. I don’t know about anyone else but got told that the tech came but you were not home. I was home all day and my cameras didn’t see anyone from Ridd. Be careful with this company because once they get your money, you are not getting it back. My contract was up and was charged an additional month. I call to see why and was told that contract or service don’t automatically cancel. It rolls over to a month to month. I wasn’t told this in the beginning. I tried to get a refund and was told we don’t give refunds even if you don’t get any service. Be careful. I will never use this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Their motto is “Service above all”. I highly disagree.

We have been getting services from RIDD for probably 2- 3 months and one thing I will say is the talented service people like David and his brother are what make this company successful they are truly wanting to help you with your needs, David explained everything before doing it and always made sure I felt satisfied before moving onto the next step. He knocked down a little hornets nest for me and now we can walk out our back door without our head on a swivel. Thanks David!

The Ridd associate Swan was friendly, prompt and very knowledgeable. He did a great job and gave me some good recommendations concerning termites. I am very pleased with the service. Since Ridd's service, I am not getting mosquito bites anymore when I work outside. Thank you for such good service.

We have been so happy with Ridd Pest Control, especially with Aaron! Aaron is an amazing pest control technician! He was patient, kind, and very helpful. He and his team went above and beyond by cleaning up spider webs and treating the whole area so thoroughly. I really appreciated that he even had his partner come in and treat the inside of the house at the last minute (they were both so nice about it too). Sanchez did outstanding, he truly impressed me with how detailed his work was from start to finish, even in this extremely hot weather, he didn’t stop once for a break. That man is a working machine, and on top of that, he was one of the most kind, respectful, and genuine down to earth human beings that I’ve had a conversation with.. in a very long time!! Swan was very thorough. He let me know he was here. I actually seen him do the full job from my living room not even hovering. My 6 year old daughter seen he was sweating and even offered to take him a glass of water which we did. He does a great job.

I can’t speak highly enough about Sanchez! He was friendly, professional and consultative. He had the awareness to give me a call before ringing our doorbell as he noticed that we have a newborn and didn’t want to wake her. On top of that he made some recommendations that really made me feel good about having him service our property. If I could have him as our dedicated technician I would! Ridd has a great team member on their hands and are lucky to have such a professional on their team.

Cordell did an awesome job and was flexible to meet my needs when it came to his arrival with little to no notice. He was very thorough in treating my yard, porches, garage, and inside my home, and he educated us throughout the process. Besides the treatments, he was professional and friendly which was nice to see! Highly recommend!

Ryan came out to service our property for the first time today. He communicated well with me. Informing us when he was heading our way and when he was 15 minutes away. When he arrived, he introduced himself and asked if we had any concerns and went to work. He was very thorough and completed the job in a timely manner. Thank you Ryan.

My first experience that I encountered was very pleasant and knowledgeable experience. They are comparable in pricing to others and offer more for your money.<br>Chandler was very professional and address any concerns I had. He was also very understanding, I have a dog that doesn’t like strangers much and he gave me time to move her around between treating the areas. Chandler rocks, and thank for the positive experience.

Aaron did an outstanding job with our pest control service! He was prompt, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He thoroughly treated our home and made sure we felt confident and comfortable with the process. We noticed results almost immediately. Highly recommend Aaron if you're looking for reliable and effective pest control – definitely a 5-star experience!

For some reason this review keeps disappearing…but here it is again.<br>I would avoid this place. We signed up for service in April 2025. They came out “treated yard etc” still had problems with ants. Called a few weeks later to cancel. Told them still ants all over yard. Eves of house still had spider webs. They said oh we had you scheduled for follow up next week. We do all new customers this way. I said news to me. No one told me that. They showed up following week. Showed them areas with ants. They sent two techs out to treat. That was on 5-6-25. After they left noticed vehicles in driveway had bug granular all over tops on roof of them, hood and trunk as well. Not sure why they slung that on our cars. I ended up washing them to get off. That was unprofessional. Fast forward. A few weeks after treatment, we still have ants. The areas they “treated” guess what still ants. I was bitten in driveway by ants. There are still ant hills in yard in area treated. School is out and kids were playing on trampoline, that has net around it. Guess what bug treatment granular were coming out from under the pad on the trampoline. Not sure how or why it was full of these. It’s like they instead of spraying yard spray up in air all around and just let it fall wherever. I’ll be calling to cancel today. I’m sure they will say if we can come back out treat areas again for free. At this point the service gets” ridd” of nothing and id rather they didn’t come back to my home to coat my cars and kids trampoline with bug granular. They also charge you a cancellation fee, which is ridiculous for poor service. Guess that’s what these business do now. Lock you in to pay no matter how bad they are. My advice save your money go another route. In the end you’ll be happier you did.

My home was recently serviced by RIDD and I must say it was the best experience 10/10. Chandler(my technician) was really knowledgeable and so friendly. He even gave me advice on how I can help correct the issue between visits. When the job was completed I was very satisfied…. Chandler addressed every concern I had while he was here.

I had a great experience with the pest control service. The technician assigned to us, Sanchez, was excellent. He was very professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing. I really appreciated how thorough he was and how he made sure we understood the process and what to expect afterward. He did a great job, and we feel much more comfortable in our home now. Highly recommend this service—especially if you get Sanchez!

Aaron was Great for our first treatment!! As he was very detailed about what he was going to be doing. Also very concerned about OUR concerns of our home. That is a big plus to us because we are the ones who know the issues the most. Thank you Aaron and Ridd and we will be updating our review in a few days on how well the products work!! Also I can’t say enough great things about the wonderful sales lady Addy! She was very nice and explained everything so great. I was originally a client of Honor Guard for several years , which was fine, but I still would see occasional bugs and I had to consistently stay on top of them and ask them to come back over and over to clean all of the webs etc. from my deck. Cory stopped by my home one day to introduce RIDD’s services and I was honestly tempted to just decline and move on but he was extremely knowledgeable and was able to thoroughly explain the difference between the service that I was getting vs. what his company could offer. He described the treatment plan in detail and continued to follow up to make sure that all of my questions were answered. Chandler, came to treat my home and Cory came back just to make sure that everything was done correctly as he promised. Chandler was also extremely kind and knowledgeable and you could tell that he cared deeply about customer service. He was meticulous and thorough and made sure that he answered every question and tended to every problem area that I pointed out. I would highly recommend Cory and his team to service your pest control needs going forward .

I had a great experience working with Mr. Cory from RIDD. He was extremely professional and took the time to walk me through everything in detail. Not only did he provide a clear breakdown of the services, but he also upgraded my existing pest control plan and saved me money compared to my previous provider. I truly appreciate the transparency and quality of service—highly recommend!

My ridd service tech was Aaron. He really was the best out of this team always made sure I had all the info about the service been rendered.

Salesman came by this summer and I figured what the heck. We had some wasp nests on the eves they said “no problem” after multiple visits and them borrowing my ladder finally go to go. Couple months later noticed another nest and asked the tech about stink bugs in the house. He said he couldn’t do anything about those bugs and it was a problem they had recently seen. When he left the new nest was still there. Tried to cancel and gave them one more shot to get me taken care of. They came by, texted me they had completed the service, lo and behold last nest was still there. Finally fed up enough to call and cancel… they forced me to pay a $249 contract cancellation fee to stop services.
