Revamp replaced the roof on a home we purchased. They have been super responsive with addressing any concerns/problems we have had in a timely manner. I can not recommend them enough.

The crew and service team were very professional both in communication and installation. They had to start later than planned due to thunderstorms and once they did get started they brought in an extra installer to ensure everything was completed on time. After several weeks with the new gutters I only wished we had done it earlier. Definitely worth the investment. Would definitely recommend Revamp for others to use.

I went with Revamp for my full roof replacement. I'm so happy with their efficient and clean work. iQ at Revamp took such great care of my project. He communicated daily, answered my questions and went above and beyond to help me deal with the damages caused by my leaking roof. The price for the project was competitive with other contractors I spoke with, but Revamp could start sooner than the others. I'm very glad I went with Revamp.

Roger is very responsive and patient to explain all the steps. The price he gave was also reasonable. His team is professional and did a good job redoing my entire roof and replaced damaged plywood, new roof looks very nice. They also did cleanup everyday after work. Overall I'm pretty happy with their service.

If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. This company just literally finished my new roof and I have to say they did a fabulous job. The color and quality is exactly what I was going for. The guys showed up on time, tarp everything, and went to work. Any questions they answered. I hired REVAMP to replace 19 windows on a property that had custom sized windows (because it was an older property). REVAMP special ordered the windows, and replaced all 19 in a single day. Two months later a tree fell on the property and one window was damaged. I called REVAMP to order a replacement window (assuming I would have to pay for the new window and the install), and they special ordered the new window and told me it was covered by their warranty! So the replacement window and the install was at no cost to me! They are very professional and responsive. I will be using REVAMPs services again, and again!

Great to deal with. We got new siding, gutters and roof. Roof was done in a day. Siding, trim and gutters took 3 days. No issues. They did an excellent job with clean up and took great care to not damage. Very satisfied and would highly recommend this company.

From the beginning to the end, Revamp did a fantastic job for us. The sales person, was great to work with. He followed up quickly whenever I had questions before the installation. He also made sure that our security system wiring would be handled easily so that I did not have to contact a separate electrician to deal with that. On installation day, iQ was excellent!! REVAMP replaced my entire roof and all windows. They worked with the insurance company and submitted quality proof and details and they insurance company approved the replacement of my entire roof. REVAMP work was completed quickly and efficiently. They even discovered boards that were rotted through. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

We had Revamp put insulation in our 1952 home and also had them replace all the windows in the house. This company is so reliable and professional. You can't make a mistake if you hire Revamp. They get 5 stars for every part of both projects we had them do.

My advice would be to avoid this contractor. Nelson seems like the way to go if you want a straight shooting company. I scheduled an appointment with this company to come review a property as I needed an estimate early in order to release a contractor as soon as the keys were turned over. Was told it wasn't a problem that it hadn't been closed on yet and they'd be there. Fast forward to the day before the appointment and the person who is supposed to be giving me the estimate gave me a call. Was clearly trying to get me to push my appointment time to a later time in the day or getting me to reschedule - which I could not do. Day of the appointment - I got a call 40 minutes before the appointment to say they are not coming out and that they don't just give out free estimates to people like me because I can still back out of the sale. Not a good way to do business.

I had my whole house resided and I simply not be more happy with Revamp. They were able to start the project within a couple of weeks and everything about the experience was fantastic. They were prompt, thorough, communicated very well, and the quality of the work is outstanding! There were no "surprises" resulting in more work and expenses - which is saying something for a house built In the 40's. Simply stated, all of my expectations were exceeded. I would 100% recommend Revamp! Oh, and my house looks beautiful!!

During this window shortage, I had such a hard time getting window quotes or follow ups from companies. Revamp worked quickly and always followed up with me when I reached out. I was able to negotiate the price down to where I was comfortable and when the windows came in, the installers worked quickly and professionally to get them installed with little disturbance.

Received quote of $2500 to do some exterior work on home. Approved the work, before they started the owner called to say the price has changed to $6000. I contacted Elliott to let him know what had happened, said he would check with owner, never heard back from him.I told the owner and Elliott, this was no way to run a business.

Our house was damaged in a storm, the power line was snatched by a falling large tree branch and ripped the siding and wall on our house. We interviewed several companies and we decided on Revamp. Everyone was professional and helpful. The crew that did the repair was great.

I had gutters installed all around my house. They took down the old gutters and installed 6" gutters and down spouts in the front and back of my house. My house is 2 stories and they completed the entire job within 2 hours. One word to describe those guys, "Impressive".

I had Windows installed on February 19,2021 and February 20,2021. Revamp was very professional. From top to bottom they made sure I was happy . At the end of each day they wanted to know if needed to know anything, was I happy with what I saw so far and the clean up at the end was 10 ⭐️s. The insulation team arrived early and did a great job insulating the attic. They worked from dawn to dusk. The company called the next day to make sure the job was done satisfactorily I will use them again.

Very easy to work with. I needed to reinsulate my basement but I had to do mold remediation and waterproofing beforehand. They were patient with me and then came out and did a superb job. I highly recommend Revamp.

They spray foam insulated my open vaulted ceiling and it turned out great with no issues. Took good care of all my stuff and cleaned up nicely.

Sales Rep is charismatic but not professional. I needed work performed on my roof before I would decide who would be performing the work I sought 3 quotes. I iterated over this when the rep visited my property and before they were to perform measurements. The rep understood and begin to take measurements. About a hour later the rep, said they were done. The rep then began to hold the quote hostage saying I had to sign forms and submit for a credit report to get a quote. Why do I need to sign forms and give consent to a credit check for a quote?! This is very scam-ish to me! I refused to do so and the rep refused to share the quote. Addition, the once happy tone change to aggression because I wouldn’t not sign the papers, to I guess start work. This far from professional in my opinion and I did not/will not be doing business with this company.

The sales person Elliot was great! The reason why I wanted to go through the company. From there on everything went down hill... They schedule me on sat and then I get a call saying they will not be able to come because a employee no showed. The scheduler then Stated that they will call me back Monday to reschedule. Monday comes I do not get a call. Tuesday I call them to reschedule and they proceed to tell me the scheduler will call me back. I did not get a call back. At this point I just feel like they do not want my business and is very unprofessional the communication is awful. I gave 2 stars cause Elliot was awesome everyone else needs to improve

I need to give a shout out to an amazing company here in Atlanta! Revamp LLC is amazing! Recently my wife and I had to replace the windows in our house because many were rotting, poor seals ,etc. We decided to make some quality and visual changes, replacing many of the double hung's with big picture windows so we could let as much natural light and nature in as possible. What a difference it has made in our home. Waking up in the morning and looking out this beautiful window fills me with such peace and gratitude. Q, the owner, has gone above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied, and his crew did an amazing job, and were not only great at what they do, but were mindful and respectful of the fact that we were all in the house as they worked. Furthermore, they really worked with us on price to make sure we found budget that worked for both of us. We cannot recommend this company enough. If you are in the Atlanta area and need any type of window replacement, Revamp is the company to call. I love pausing throughout the day and looking out the window, or glancing over and seeing our two girls just staring up at the clouds, looking at the trees, or birds.

Revamp Windows came to my home to give an estimate on installing front windows and the financing was approved. After the installtion was scheduled I called to get my promotional financing terms because it wasn't included on my agreement, however the owner was a bit disappointed that information was not on my agreement and seemed upset he had to give that information to me. Overall the installers came out on time and installed my windows. They did a superb thorough job. They were professional and provided quality service. After the installation was completed I spoke with the owner and the owner apologized about the conversation we had concerning my financing terms. This turned out to be a positive experience I will never forget. I am a satisfied customer and will be calling Revamp back to install my bathroom windows. A Very Satisfied Customer

Overall satisfied with the product and service I got. It did not come without it’s difficulties though. I wish there was a little bit more upfront honesty about the subcontractors which they definitely use even though we were told they did not. It might have been some issue with Covid-19....not sure In the end, they made it right and I left satisfied. As always, do as much due diligence as you can as a customer.

I was scheduled to get new gutters and replace fascia board. When the installer came, he advised that gutters were not needed, which saved me money. Thanks for the honesty. The job took a bit longer than expected due to the need for them to reschedule, but finished product is fine.

My husband and I wanted to get the blown in insulation for our attic. Dean came to explain the process to us. He was very thorough and answered our questions. I had REVAMP quote a small gutter job other companies would not take on. I was offered a fair price and scheduled to work. There was an issue with the scheduled installation date which caused a delay, to compensate for the inconvenience I was given an addition discount. I didn’t need to be at home for the job, and the gutters look great.

IQ is a great communicator. He understood what I was asking and gave me a pretty detailed idea of his plan and process. This is what you want from a company when doing improvements to the home.

My husband tasked me with finding a company to replace the big palladium window over our front door and REVAMP was the first to respond to my request for estimates. The representative they sent out was wonderful! He explained the estimate and what to expect once I signed the contract. Another rep came out to do the exact measurements and order the window. The installers just left and I am beyond pleased. They did such a beautiful job and the window is so much nicer than the original. I would highly recommend REVAMP if you are in need of new windows. Plus the warranty is incredible.

Had insulation work done by REVAMP LLC yesterday and they did a fantastic job at s great price. The installers came as promised on time. They installed the insulation and left the area as if they were never here, except I now have R-30 of blown in insulation. The sales staff were fair and there was no pressure to get this done.
