After being given a price from a visual inspection I was hung up on because I requested a cost breakdown and report. Not sure that it was intentional, I called back and was aggressively told there was nothing more to discuss because I received an inspection and price, they didn't want my job, and if there was an issue we could meet face to face. Understood. I said thanks and hung up. Received 3 back to back calls before blocking the number.

Angel and Franklin were so professional and really worked diligently to find and eliminate all the mold.

Best service ever!!! My crawlspace looks amazing now. No more musty smell, no bugs. They put in a dehumidifer and showed me how to keep it running. Really nice ppl too.

It’s very important to have a list of vendors who are qualified to perform different services for your clients. In this case, my clients were in need of a home deep germicide fogging treatment. Well, I thought about Pure Home. They treated a Home last year for one of my clients for mold. They did an exceptional job, and I knew that they would do the same thing in this case. They were able to get us scheduled quickly and were out to perform the service the very next day. They even emailed pictures as well as videos of them performing the service. We have owned our home for nearly 30 years and in that time have hired many contractors to complete various projects around the house and have had issues with just about every one of them until we hired Pure Home for our kitchen remodel!! The three people we dealt with the most (Troy, Marvin and Richard) were truly exceptional as was the entire work crew! Each night, we received a call from a live voice in their Customer Service department letting us know what time the workers would be showing up the next day and they always arrived on time! The quality of the work and products was exceptional and they responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had during the process. They even happily worked with us as we made a couple of changes along the way!! You could tell that each and every worker was knowledgeable in the tasks they were performing and very friendly as well!! We certainly made the right choice in hiring Pure Home and will DEFINITELY use them again for any future projects!! Don't fall for their sales pitch. Hired Pure Home for my kitchen remodel. Pure Home's lack of communication throughout the process caused much unneeded stress & costs for me & they ultimately refused to do some final touchup work to make the project a success. I now have to hire a different professional to fix the work they left behind. I was promised outstanding communication & the project manager maybe came out 6 times & instead entrusted his workers, none of whom could speak good English, to do all the work making communication a challenge. Upon signing the agreement, Pure Homes agreed to throw in an installation for a hood over my stove. But once they started work, they stated they were unable to do this and the salesman literally told me, "I was trying to get your business when I said that." After asking for a credit, Pure Homes quickly stated they in fact could do the install and they did so but WTH? One of the big problems was our new kitchen island they replaced. Upon the start of the buildout of the island, I had texted my concern that it looked too big. They never responded & I went out of town for 2 days. Upon coming home, the island was completely built & was clearly too big as it intruded into the aisle between the dining room and kitchen door. I was then shown their construction plans which clearly indicated the island would be too big. Problem is, I was not shown these plans before the island was constructed. Had I been, this would not have been an issue. Funny when I asked why I wasn't shown the plans, I was told, "because it often opens a can of worms when we show plans to customers." They also used the excuse that they had sent me images of what my new kitchen would look like but these images were taken from 1 spot facing the island & you clearly cannot tell. Lastly, I think any so called "kitchen expert designer" would realize a kitchen island should not protrude outside the cabinet/countertop space of the kitchen. So in order to shorten the Island I was forced to pay $1512 additional. When I texted them 4 reasons why they should take responsibility they never responded and failed to show up to work the next day. Upon texting them again, they stated they would resume work once I decided if I wanted to pay the $1512. No apologies, no accepting of any responsibility whatsoever, no offer to negotiate the price. Rather, they made me feel like a jerk for daring to call them out on their negligence. There continued to be frustrating moments with me and the on call supervisor who often gave one word or snarky text responses which clearly indicated he wasn't happy with me or my concerns. After a majority of the work was complete, I brought to their attention an area of about 7"x4" on the floor next to the kitchen island which was from the old floor (covered by the last kitchen island they removed) before we remodeled the floor. They stated that "the floor would need to be sanded. Since additional prep work is required, we will not be fixing the floor." See images I included with this review. In addition, there is an area on the island between the countertop and wood panel below which needs touchups but I was told it needed some calk and paint and since it wasn't that noticeable anyway, they refused to touch that up too. Lastly, about 4 weeks after the remodel, I notice the microwave oven which they moved to a different circuit, now shuts down the circuit power if I attempt to use another appliance like a toaster. Pure Homes has been hammering me to give them a 5 star review but they need to practice better customer service and fulfill promises. Had they finished those last 2 tasks, I would have been leaning to a 3-4 star review. A 5 star review goes to excellent service above and beyond and they were not close to achieving this. You can't tell me they didn't make a pretty profit on this job! So maybe finish the job folks! Update: had a handyman service give me an estimate on the unfinished work by Pure Hone. Will cost me $650. Haven't had an electrician out yet but I'm sure that will cost me.

Pure Home workers came on time as scheduled for mold remediation in my kitchen. They explained exactly what they were going to do & started right away. They cut away all the affected area in the cabinets & located the cause. It was a water drip from the water line for dishwasher. They corrected the problem & rebuilt the cabinet just like new. They then treated the whole house & eliminated the mold problem. My wife & I were very pleased with the completed work.

I was in a hurry because I needed to get mold remediation done prior to getting new flooring installed. The area was sub 10 sq ft. I didn’t know any better and hadn’t been through this situation before but was charged $4100. They didn’t even take the full area of the estimate and when I had a third party testing days later the mold was still there. I questioned why they didn’t leave machines or partition things off and they claimed they had partitioned I just wasn’t down there when they did and that they don’t use machines they just spray and fog. They also wanted to come back out a second time for another $5k plus and take another area of drywall just in case and put everything back together. And the 3rd party testing found it was actually a completely different area that needed taken. When asked by their customer service director about the experience and sharing my experience they “stand by their work”. However, after multiple 3rd party opinions their work was incomplete and didn’t follow industry guidelines. I would suggest anyone looking for a mold remediation to stick to a mold remediation company, not one who also does remodeling and repairs. These guys made a super stressful experience even more stressful and expensive.

My wife was pregnant when we discovered the mold. We were so worried! Pure Home was so kind and helpful and worked with us financially to address the issue without breaking the bank. No one else we would want to do business with than this company both now and in the future. Highly recommend!

What began as a pleasant experience with the salesman quickly spiraled into the worst nightmare I've ever had with home services. The initial agreement was for mold remediation, including insulation replacement and a new vapor barrier in the crawlspace. I assumed they'd remove the old barrier--standard practice--but they laid the new one over it. After multiple assurances from the company that it would still be effective, I reluctantly agreed. I was added to a group chat with no introductions, and had to constantly follow up myself. On day one, the crew removed the old insulation. On day two, they sprayed for mold, installed the vapor barrier, fogged, and added new insulation. But when I inspected the crawlspace, I found over 100 sq ft of exposed dirt and many large gaps in insulation. I sent photos, and Mark agreed it needed fixing. The crew was scheduled to return the next day at 3:00 pm. By 4:22 pm, I hadn't heard anything. I followed up and was told they were "in route." They finally arrived around 5:40 pm and worked until 7:18 pm. I received new photos and was told the job was done. But upon inspecting again, I found there were still insulation gaps. I showed the workers, and that's when things turned violent. Outside my home, one worker picked up a stick and struck another in the face, sparking a fistfight that spilled into the church parking lot across the street. I tried to intervene until I saw one of the men gesturing for payment. MANAGEMENT TOLD THEM I WAS REFUSING TO PAY--completely false. The workers spoke limited English, which made de-escalation even harder. Forced to take control, I called Mark for assistance, and instead of apologizing or calming the situation, he accused me of being "difficult" and fixated on my prior complaints about the vapor barrier. He exaggerated how many times I'd contacted them, bumping the number from 11 to 13. Meanwhile, his crew was still yelling and preparing to fight again. My partner came outside and was dragged into the chaos. Mark then tried to convince her I was the problem, but she had been with me the whole time and knew his claims were false. Eventually, after 15 minutes of trying to calm things down, I got Mark to look at the hard evidence that the job was still not done. He finally admitted the insulation gaps still needed fixing. I inspected the crawlspace for the third time that day and found most gaps had been filled, so I called it done. When attempting to send off the workers, more people--friends or family--showed up and started another fight in the church parking lot, resulting in a black eye for one worker. My partner and I had to break it up yet again! The next morning, we woke up to the sound of someone in our crawlspace. One of the workers had entered our backyard and gone underneath the house without any notice--no call, no text. In conclusion, avoid this company at all costs. Once you sign, they outsource your contract and leave you to deal with the fallout. They don't communicate, fully mismanage, and pit their own workers against you. Read other reviews on Yelp and BBB--this is not an isolated incident. These are wildly unprofessional and dangerous people.

5 Stars – Pure Home Really Came Through! After finding out we had mold from a pipe burst and having the last company totally mess things up, we were honestly pretty discouraged. But Pure Home really came through. The field supervisor walked my wife and I through everything step by step and made us feel comfortable the whole time. We’re usually pretty hard to impress when it comes to this kind of stuff, but they really went above and beyond. They didn’t ask for any money up front which was a huge relief, especially after our last experience. The mold was handled quick and thoroughly, and the kitchen remodel turned out better then we could of imagined. It seriously feels like a dream kitchen now. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. If your looking for someone to do it right and actually care, Pure Home is it.

Terrible...they came out and was supposed to treat my basement for mold. They sprayed one room and said I had 6 months to pay and said the job was complete but it's not complete. So now they are threatening to put a lien on my house for incomplete work and now the mold is spreading.

This group of professionals are the best workers I've ever dealt with! I have no issue with the people who did the mold removal work. However, the salesman lied to us. He told us that he would reimburse us half of the costs if we used a certain company to treat our air ducts within a week of our treated attic. We did exactly what he requested, submitted him proof and have still not received our reimbursement. We have texted him directly with no evidence of his word to be truthful. I even had them write it on the completed work order (after they called and confirmed what he said).

Pure Home performed this wonderful transformation from our dated kitchen that was in great need of some TLC. I love the quality of the work and that of the materials: granite countertops, shaker cupboards, LVP flooring, etc. I'm so happy that Troy suggested the window seat that gives me even more storage & that Marvin suggested the drawer microwave as I’d indicated that I hated a cluttered countertop. Met with Mitchell who explained what I needed done before I put my house on the market. He explained everything in detail and got Jeremy and his crew the same day. to start the job. They arrived bright and early the next day and worked all day in a tight crawlspace to finish the job. Remediation, waterproofing, vapor barrier and replaced insulation. I cannot recommend them enough. Definitely 5 star service.

Roy, was very good explaining how the mold problem would be removed and gave us peace of mind. Jeremy, came that very day and took out and replaced the insulation, and treated the mold. I was very pleased with all the work with the cleaning of the duct work. I would defiantly use Pure Home again.

Richard is a hot mess but in a good way. Isaac was very kind and understanding even though we faced some challenges, they tried and succeeded to satisfy their customer. Did a great job!

Let me start off by saying. We were anxious about doing a remodel on our house. We had dealt with other contractors before for various things and definitely got burned with them. The one thing that really stood out for me was the enthusiasm of the people we were working with on this project. From the tile installer who wanted to pick the perfect tiles for the accent wall to the countertop installer who wanted me to be 100 % happy with the end result. I really felt heard throughout the entire process. Though there were times of stress nothing compared to the professionalism and quality of work that Mark and his team did every step of the way. Every concern I had was addressed immediately. The communication was top-notch. I would highly recommend Pure home for your remodel.

Our kitchen remodel turned out great. Pure home did an incredible job. We did a full remodel with removing a wall and replacing all the cabinets and countertops. I contracted Pure Home to remodel my kitchen. I want to take you step by step through the process. The salesman came the same day I called, and he gave me an estimate. He said numerous times that there were discounts that I would be entitled too, there were no discounts. The workers started the work that next week and finished within two weeks. When they took out the old cabinets, they cut the A/C drainage line in two places and tried to repair it with tape instead of repairing it correctly. Their selection of cabinets and other fixtures is extremely limited (make sure you see them before hiring Pure Home). Their prices on anything you may want outside of the original estimate are ridiculous. They wanted over $5,000.00 on putting lights under the cabinets and over $7,900.00 for a tile backsplash and only gave me two choices (I had the backsplash done myself for $1,300.00). Their main installer did good work and seemed to really care about the work he was doing. During the process I was told that after the job was completed, they would come back in two weeks to follow up on any adjustments that needed to be made. There were some cabinets that needed adjustment along with the microwave that they striped out one of the holes that holds it to the cabinet. They said that they would order a new microwave and be out to replace it and adjust the cabinets when it came in, that was 12 weeks ago. Finally, they told me last week that the microwave had been discontinued (I looked it up online and there are several places that have the microwave in stock). Bottom line is that they never returned. I hope this helps anyone deciding to contract with Pure Home.

Horrible experience with Pure Home. Do NOT sign their DPA - they’ll say it’s just Direct Payment Authorize but will later try to use it as a contract for services they did not render. (screenshot) Their DPA explicitly states it’s for remediation- mold, biohazards, etc., any type of repair that ensures your home is safe from biohazards and is geared toward emergent situations - our home had already been mitigated. The DPA has no verbiage related to repair, remodel, renovate, etc. and Pure Home is trying to use it as a contract for repair services. At the beginning of the process everything was “yes, no problem.” Later on, everything was a problem. They also use this DPA to employ bullying tactics, get you “locked in”, and then tell you what color vanity you have to select or that you cant change the color of your cabinets even though insurance is paying them to prep, prime, and paint. I inquired about upgrading my floors from carpet to LVP and was quoted 7k+ by Troy who stated their profit margin has to be 47% to make the project worth it. Michael was a wealth of knowledge on insurance/supplement claims but the minute your interest don't align he begins to send passive aggressive messages saying, “make sure you take a good look at the DPA you signed”, “all of our calls are recording”, etc. I signed the DPA myself, although I’m not the owner of the home, nor am I listed on the deed. I asked Michael if he needed me to get my dad (the owner) and he told me it wasn’t necessary. They never met him or got his permission for anything. Verbal or in writing. That should have been my first red flag. Michael knew we intended to reuse our granite but went into our garage and took photos of minuscule damage and even coached me on how to take the photos once the home owners insurance requested more (screenshot). I still did not want to replace the granite. The VP Mark did advise that they could give me a 3.5k credit toward something else for keeping the granite the same as long as I signed something releasing Pure Home from liability pocketing some 5k. For O&P and 47% profit and cost. (screenshot) The home owners insurance paid for new living room floors as they connect to our kitchen. I informed both Michael and Mark, I prefer to go back to the insurance and keep the living room floors the same as you can see them from the front door and it wouldn’t look right to have a different floor from the foyer. Pure Home was not amendable. I’ve continually requested an itemized bill of services rendered to pay within 10 business day as their DPA stipulates. They’re demanding I pay a fee of 7.1k for their negotiations with the home owners insurance. I’ve pointed out their DPA does not mention a fee for exactimate, negotiations, gas to and fro, etc. I eventually started to record every conversation I had with Pure Home - they cannot be trusted. They will sale you a dream and kick you in the behind. In my case, a part of this was due to our mortgage company performing inspections before releasing funds (understandable), but you’re not going to force me to get a white vanity for my 3 small kiddos when my current one is brown. You’re not going to tell me you aren’t going to paint cabinets when you’re being paid to prep, prime, paint, and refinish said cabinets. The little repair work that was completed (sheet rock and prepping for paint in the kitchen) was done incorrectly and will cost more money to have repaired. They moved our electric for the stove down and closed in our vent hood opening. When brought to the project managers attention he said he’ll talk to the workers about it. But no mention of correction. (screenshot) Michael did later send an official contract for services that I did not present to the home owner as I was already leery of Pure Home and requested to part ways a few days prior. My overall thought is Pure Home wants to make a ton of money off the home owners insurance for doing minimal work and providing the customer 0 options. Pure Home cares about lining their pockets NOT about the customer.

Pure Home did a great job with my Bathroom remodel. We had a mold problem and some leaks that they repaired, mitigated and then rebuilt my bathroom. Michael helped a lot with the insurance claim, and Marvin was an awesome general contractor who made sure the work was done perfectly. I booked an appointment for a free estimate for insulation installation in my home for last Friday, 3/22. No one showed up or even called to say they wouldn't be there. I emailed the company and a supervisor called to apologize. He said he would give me a great”deal”. He also said he would call me back Monday, 3/25 to set up a time to come out and give me an estimate. Again, no one called so I emailed the company again. Another supervisor called to apologize and asked when they could come out to give an estimate. I said today would be fine so he said let me check my crews and I’ll call you back. When he called back, he then said there would be a $250 charge to come out. Seriously? What kind of company treats customers this way? So if anyone wants service from Pure Home, be warned about these issues and find someone else.

Ryan Yates and his partner jordan installed new insulation in my attic. The job was done the same day I called Pure Homes and the installers were fantastic. They were clean, nice, made quick work of the job, and went above and beyond where they could. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Outstanding service, quick response, highly professional! I discovered mold underneath my vinyl flooring. Turns out the previous homeowners had the vinyl installed over wood floors with no moisture barrier which resulted in mold throughout the first floor of my home. My neighbor recommended Pure Home for mold remediation. Troy at Pure Home came out the same day and had his team there within a couple of hours! They completed the mold remediation that afternoon, including treating my furnace vents and whole house "fog" treatment. Troy was very kind and patient - he answered all of my questions and concerns. Dealing with a very hot attic and had Pure Home (Rashaan) come and give me a diagnosis of the issue, which was really helpful because I was getting so many conflicting messages on what to do next (spray foam, wall insulation, etc). After walking me through the recommendations, I decided on the solar attic fan and was pleasantly surprised they were available to install next day. Amin and Rashad were on time and super professional, and took the time to explain some of the mechanics of the fan when I asked. I’m happy with the job and love that they had a solar option.

Pure Home recently completed a mold remediation and repair job for me. The team was very responsive and professional. They explained their recommendations for my home’s attic and crawl space insulation right in time before the winter weather came in. I recently used Pure Home to add insulation to my attic. They were quick to respond to my request for a quote (via Angie's List) - and came out the next day to see my attic space and provide a quote. When I let them know I was expecting my first child any day and wanted to get the job completed ASAP, they put me on the schedule for the very next day! Gregory, who provided the quote, was extremely personable - he even got the company's VP on the phone to congratulate me on my baby. The next day, the Pure Home crew arrived on time and helped me to remove and dispose of the junk that was in my attic, which was a HUGE help. They then blew in the new insulation - and were extremely quick and courteous. Ryan, the crew leader, was amazingly nice. Since having the extra insulation put in, my home has been much warmer - and my new baby and I could not be more happy!! I would HIGHLY recommend this company - their pricing is competitive and their people are top notch!
