Apparently they’re not good at their job. I complained to my property manager about a German roach infestation in our building and they notified Orkin. On two separate occasions, Orkin merely sprayed parts of my unit. Well, a day later and the roaches are still roaching. Guess I’ll have to find another place to stay at next year since Orkin can’t eradicate the issue.

We love Orkin because they’ve been coming to our house for years, and their technicians have always been the best. Mr. Terrence Malone has been coming for quite a while now and he is the best. They’re thorough, experts at keeping our house safely bug-free, and committed to doing a great job.

Mr. Corinthius did a great job at our house today checking on our mouse traps, crawl space, bug spray and placing new insect traps. Also, for outside around the house he put down bug granulars for the large roaches. Thanks for treating my house like it is yours. Corinthius is very customer friendly! The pest inspection proceeded without a hitch after Kejune returned. The scheduling problem can be resolved by keeping the service person and Orkin manager in sync.

Provided a thorough explanation about why we are having certain bug issues and offered remedies for the bug issues.<br>- Went beyond responsibilities - e.g., recommending plant water bulbs to prevent overwatering of my plants which will prevent plant fungus gnats.<br>Because of Mr. Crayton, I recommend Orkin!

My termite account of 18 years was silently deleted with no notice, and more than 6 attempts to gain any information from Orkin support, as to why it was deleted, produced no information whatsoever. I always paid on time and after an initial local treatment of a rafter tail and support post, had no termite findings in subsequent annual inspections.<br><br>I valued having the account and the yearly inspections, and am baffled at the complete lack of support, and cancellation of a loyal customer.

Very poor customer service. Repeated attempts to schedule my pest control, lots of excuses (moving, sick, computers down). They kept billing me but never showed up when agreed. Would find another pest control.

The company has provided fast and effective treatment both in and outdoors. The company is responsive, with friendly service providers.

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Orkin due to a consistent lack of communication and follow-through. Despite requesting multiple times that a manager be sent to my property, each time I call to confirm, I’m told there is no record of my request. It seems that nothing I communicate to one representative is ever relayed to the next person I speak with.<br><br>For example, weeks ago when scheduling an appointment, I specifically asked whether the technician would be able to move my dishwasher to spray behind it. I was told this would be discussed with a manager. When I called today to confirm this would be addressed at tomorrow’s appointment, I was told Orkin legally cannot move dishwashers—something that should’ve been clarified from the start.<br><br>Additionally, several of my appointments have been canceled without proper notice, and while I appreciate the reimbursements, the pattern of poor communication and unmet expectations has soured my experience with your company.

It is questionable why Robert and his apprentice kept their appointment to collect vermin from my apartment. They arrived without ANY collecting tools——not even baggies to isolate worms infesting the place rented to me. After their inspection of the infestation at length, I—myself—had to improvise, collect, and isolate eight (8) specimen samples, of different types of worms and pupae, for Robert to take to Orkin, at Green Bay, for analyses. Instead, on his way out the building, Robert alone, stopped at the Building Manager’s office and surrendered all eight (8) specimen samples to her, in exchange for a tiny bribe, which she placed in his right hand. Then neither Orkin at Green Bay nor their national headquaters in Atlanta, Georgia, wanted to hear my complaints—about the goings on demanded by their staff, since Robert not only received his desired tiny inducement, but later all eight (8) pupae and worm specimens, no longer in Orkin at Green Bay’s possession, were deemed to be “lint, fuzz…dead skin cells.” Consequently and obviously, whether at the state level or at their national headquarters, Orkin is not the upstanding company purported to be. I do not recommend Orkin, to anybody, nationwide.
