I have a 30’s bungalow that was rebuilt in 2000. GCS Spray Foam removed old insulation, sprayed in the foam, and cleaned up in half a day from my crawl space. The results I got surpassed my expectations. Within just a couple of days we noticed a marked difference in how my home was cooling and especially how much the A/C was running - and this was in July! Marc and his team were a pleasure to work with from the initial bid through installation. The team arrived early on a very hot morning and sprayed the attic thoroughly. Alex was lead and the team cleaned up and worked efficiently. I don’t know how they persevered in the heat. After the insulation dried, the temperature difference could be felt. We were very diligent in exploring various insulation options and companies. We are pleased with GCS and feel comfortable referring them to others. I am optimistic that our power bill will also reflect the installation with a decreased amount next month.

The attic insulation in the house we bought was 35 years old and was dirty and somewhat packed. After considering other options, we went with spray foam. GCS did an excellent job in communication and execution of the work. Now our attic is much cleaner, usable for storage of some items and much more comfortable in temperature.

Mark and his crew gave me a really great price on my crawl space foam insulation, and after our consultation he recommended 5-6 inches of open cell foam in our attic space. His crew was friendly, experienced, and absolutely pro! They left our home very clean and laid plastic wrap when entering and exiting. We have experienced a drastic change in comfort in our home. Especially upstairs. We are giddy and would highly recommend foam over fiberglass batting insulation. This was probably the finest investment on our home to date!

Marc and his team were great to deal with, and I can tell a noticeable difference throughout my entire house. Our attic was hitting 120 degrees during peak summer, and after Marc spray foamed the attic it won’t break 85, even on a 100 degree day. Marc and his crew also did a great job cleaning up after they were done. Highly recommend!
