Corella and Sons just took care of a rental property for me and did a terrific job. Their exterminator tech, William, quickly got the infestation under control and went above and beyond by explaining to my tenants exactly what he found and the process to resolve it. That extra time and communication really put them at ease. I’m very impressed with their professionalism and results and would absolutely recommend them.

Kirk came out to take care of a hornets nest on short notice. I had to get it removed same day so that we could do some tree work the next day — he let me know he was going to delay his less pressing clients and expedite my work since it needed to get done right away. His price was MUCH more competitive than his competitors, and he clearly had the product knowledge and experience to earn my trust and confidence, we also hired him for their quarterly treatments since he was so helpful with the hornets nest.<br><br>I highly recommend him. When I called, it went straight to Kirk, not some third party salesman trying to sell me on a subscription plan or telling me they weren’t able to give a quote over the phone. Kirk quoted me an extremely competitive price, didn’t try to sell me additional products, and only brought up their quarterly service when I asked him about it. The type of guy I want to work with, for sure. We look forward to continuing to use them for all of our pest related needs.

Once again Kirk Corsello and his team come out and saved the day! I have been a customer of Corsello and Sons for over five years, recently I moved into a new home and I had noticed roaches in the kitchen. I called Kirk and he was able to move his schedule around to get to my house the very next morning. We walked through my entire house including the perimeter with Kirk showing me any problem areas that needed to be addressed. Kirk took off the cover of the light switch in my kitchen where the roaches were coming from, put bait traps in there, sprayed my entire upstairs living area, treated my attic with rodent glue boards, sprayed the entire crawl space, exterior of the home, and the garage all while giving me advice on how to keep my home rodent and pest free! Corsello and Sons is the most detailed oriented, professional pest control company I have ever worked with. I called to get an estimate on services on a property and talked to Kirk. We ended up talking for 30 minutes and he taught me a lot of things about methods used and even gave me a list of questions to ask my previous exterminator company to make sure they are charging me a fair price and doing good work. Never negotiated the charges for coming out to check for a quote and sent a bill for $125 just to talk, take video to share with the co-workers, and “get measurements “ in, and out in 1 hour. Must be nice making $125 in an hour. I would switch my field to this and make bank, but I don’t believe in scamming people out their money. Horrible experience. Never again.<br><br>Update 08/31/2024<br>First of all, i never disagreed with your charge if we had aggreed to It, I made that clear when i paid you that $125. My only concern was that you never told me about any charges for a “quote” prior to coming out to my house. Second, I do recall clearing all your payments. And I have proof of that as well. I don’t like taking anyone’s money when i have agreed to paying them that amount. I stand on my comment about you not clearing out the charge with me prior to coming out to the property. After you i actually had another company give me a FREE quote just to make sure I was not wrong in assuming that the quotes are in fact FREE with most companies. If anyone here need help with a FREE quote. I am more than happy to share that info with them for FREE.

Charged me for a service never performed. Asked them not to come back, and they continued to come back and charged. Paid the bill, but cannot be trusted.

I would absolutely recommend this company!!! I put a post on a neighborhood app and several neighbors agreed that this was a great pest control business. I called them regarding a an issue and spoke with Kirk. I advised that I would like to have someone come out immediately. Shortly Jackson called me and advised he could come out within the hour.<br><br>He came out and was super friendly and informative! Just wanted to give an update to my pre-service review below. Our contract with our big-name pest control company ended and Jackson from Corsello stopped by today for our first treatment after the switch! SUCH a nice person. Patient, friendly, and willing to walk us through all of our pest concerns. Spent probably 40 minutes here between spraying and talking pests. He was friendly to my chickens and friendly towards our HVAC guy who happened to come at the same time. He even killed a subterranean yellow jacket nest that I’d forgotten to ask him about (how he noticed it, I’ll never know - these guys are attentive to detail!!!). I knew Corsello would be great, and I have no doubt that the spray itself will do wonders - I just watched a centipede die after hitting the barrier. 1000/10 stars.<br><br>—-<br><br>We currently use a big-name pest control service (not Corsello), and every year, they provide a “complimentary” termite inspection where they check our home and our yard for termite presence. We had no termite activity in our home; however, about 100 feet from our house, the inspector found a bit of activity in a tree stump. They wanted to charge $1900 to remove the stump and treat the area - used scare tactics to try to sell us on it. We decided that we weren’t going to go in that direction (we don’t act on emotion and decided to do our research without a salesman in front of us), but wanted to find a company that would set us up with a termite bond. In the following days, we had a few other big-name companies come over, wasting hours of our time, trying to sell us on a bunch of services that we didn’t want or need. I was a bit exhausted with the entire process and dealing with all of these salespeople… I decided to call a local company, spoke to Kirk, and I’m glad I did.<br><br>Kirk talked us off a ledge. He is by no means a salesman - which was SO refreshing. He validated that all yards in the south likely have termites and educated us on the favorable conditions of termites. We knew we had some of those favorable conditions, so we decided (without being pressured by him) that we would hold off on termite protection for now and would focus our attention on getting some of those favorable conditions in check.<br><br>Anyways, all of that is to say that we didn’t go with Corsello for termites, but, because of the fact that he treated us as people and not as a potential sale (and he was the FIRST PERSON we spoke with who spoke to us as people), we cancelled our existing general pest control contract and decided to go with him.<br><br>I can’t yet tell you about the quality of the general pest control Corsello provides, but I already know that it will be great, as Kirk is an honest person who seems to genuinely care about his customers (and potential customers) as people. I’m excited for his team to get started this summer. Highly, highly recommend Corsello, as Kirk is such a knowledgeable and kind person. I’m excited to support a company that is local and actually cares.

Could not be happier with their service. Great service not only on the initial treatment but also follow up. Showed up on time and went above and beyond on making sure we were taken care of. Over 30 years of homeownership we had various of the larger companies for services, and I would recommend Corsello & Sons over all of them by a large margin.

Can't say enough good things about Kirk's responsiveness. I needed a quote and possible treatment that same day. I contacted most of the big name pest control companies in Atlanta but Kirk was the only one who was able to make time that same day. And he did provided my quote for a better rate as well! They eventually made their way to our apartment of course. Kirk came and did his magic - although it’s only been two weeks we have only seen one dead roach! Been a customer of another chain based pest control company. I've been paying $95 bi-monthly, had a rat issue, called Kirk and he answered right away. Was out to my property same day! Offered me an incredibly competitive price, so I did my DD and called the other pest control company and as I was about to cancel, they then offered to cut my price in half. That is bad business. I was happy to cancel with them and move to Corsello & Sons, much better service, better knowledge. Thanks Kirk!

I don't think I can say enough about Kirk of Corsello & Sons. I called him this morning because of a suspected rodent issue. He answered the phone on just the first ring and was super knowledgeable of everything he told me. He said he has 21 years of experience, I can definitely tell. Upon coming to my home this afternoon (same day service also a plus) & doing a very thorough inspection, we realized I did indeed a rodent issue, a huge one. Nonetheless, Kirk has been and will continue to be really help to me at my home. I can sleep a little more peacefully tonight knowing Kirk did what he did at my home today. Thanks again Kirk!

Poor workmanship and quality of work. Overcharged for service. Let the house looking a mess from the work that was done. Paid for Exclusion but I did not get it. Left areas unchecked and I had to hire someone else to finish the job. Did not bag debris properly and Trash company will not pick up. Cut off branches and limbs and left them in the yard.

I had just moved into my townhouse apartment back in July 2020. Saturday night (11/21) I found a rat upstairs in my guest bedroom! I am a single female who lives alone and I was TRULY TERRIFIED! I saw Mr. Kirk Corsello's company in the Google search Sunday (11/22) morning. I called Mr. Kirk at about 9:30AM Sunday morning and though, he expressed other people were having the same problem and that he was pretty busy, he still came out to my house by 11:30AM SAME DAY (Sunday)! He coerced the rat out of my guest bedroom from the 2nd story window! (which I actually, physically witness happen) He also showed ALL TYPES of holes within my kitchen and my dining room that I was unaware of where the rodents are actually getting inside. He temporarily patched almost all of the holes for me while I wait for my property management group who needs to do the ACTUAL rodent preventive services.<br>Mr. Kirk is knowledgeable, so quickly responsive, truly feels like he cares about you and your well being and truly gave me a better peace of mind to sleep last night! I would not have been able to stay in my own home if he wouldn't have came out yesterday, on a weekend at that, to help me! I HIGHLY suggest giving him a call!<br>THANK YOU MR. KIRK ! About 2 weeks after moving into our newly purchased home we noticed an awful smell wafting down from our attic. We called Corsello & Sons and they were at the house the next day. They found the dead rat almost immediately, set bait traps around the property the same day, and gave us great advice on ways to prevent any more rodents from entering the house. Their quarterly service is also excellent. Highly recommend them.

For the past year I've continuously have had a tapping sound coming from my wall. I called several companies who did nothing but charge me to come out only to find nothing but still tried to get me to sign up for high priced yearly service. One simple call to Corsello and Sons pest control service and my issue was not only resolved but resolved right over the phone with a detailed description of what my pest was and how to get rid of it. If your in the Atlanta area and you have ANY TYPE of home pest issues please give this guy a call! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I contacted this company based on google reviews after having a roach problem that was not resolved with our national company. He came out the next day and did a very thorough inspection, sprayed everywhere, and even checked out the attic. He gave us a lot of information to help prevent problems and his service was top notch.<br><br>This service costs less than the national company we were using and is way better. I highly recommend Corsello & Sons! They are honest and reasonably priced! They showed up when they said they would. I called 2 other companies and didn't receive a response until 4 days later from one company and I never heard from other company.<br>I called Corsello & Sons because I thought I had a squirrel in my Duct Vent of the overhead microwave in the kitchen. They strategically devised a plan to get the little varmint out... It turns out that it wasn't a squirrel, but a chipmunk! He was alive, well and ran out the door! They will make sure that they will not return. You can't go wrong with their services! They are AMAZING!

I called Mr. Kirk at nearly 4am on 17/08/2020 with a possum in my house, on the kitchen counter. Pregnant and scared as ever, he gave me some sound advice on either trapping it or getting it out. We got to work, set up his maze and successfully trapped him. Within 30 mins. Thank you Mr. Kirk. So much.

Highly highly recommend. We are selling a house and the real estate company had someone come in and do a termite inspection. They told us we had active termites and it was going to cost over $600. So I got a second opinion from Corsello and gave us the truth. We had no active termites thank you Corsello for being an honest company. Not to mention we are closing in less than a week and he came out on a Sunday go get it done for us. Very good and reasonable fair get stuff done company. Again thank you so very much.

Called Kirk today to inquire about my options for my bats living at my house. Didn't cost me a dime and still was able to come up with a solution based just on the knowledge and suggestions Kirk offered me. I will certainly be looking to him when my other pest control contracts expire to switch over to his services. He spent 20 minutes on the phone with me and no cost to talk me through options and suggestion to come up with a solution that is both easy and cost friendly. Corsello & Son Pest Control provided me a clearance letter for the sale of my house. My closing date was moved way up and they changed their daily route schedule to get this done for me...and they had an hour + drive in each direction to get to my property. Corsello & Son Pest Control is a "make it happen" company!
