Mark charged us an exorbitant amount of money for mold remediation, installing dehumidifiers incorrectly, causing them to break and leak, responding to me that “he had done enough” he did enough alright, installed one dehumidifier with Mia-threaded drain hose so it leaked out the water it was collecting, installed the other with the wrong sized hose, too small, so it caused it to shut down..,,<br><br>Worst customer service and lazy attitude!

This company is truly wonderful. Mark Clymore will go above and beyond to make sure he finds and removes all mold. He was very mindful of the fact we have two small children, and removed our mold in a way that was safe for our family. I couldn’t recommend him enough. Clymore Mold Solutions is a great company to hire if you have water damage. Mold Solutions were quick to assess the water damage at my house. Within days, they were able to clear the mold from my home and remove the affected construction materials. Mark, the owner, was extremely knowledgable and worked hard to identify the source of the water damage when it wasn't evident and offered solutions to help fix it even though it wasn't a part of his contracted duties. We recently hired Mark to help us address a black mold issue in our new home's crawlspace. There are many good things I could say about his professionalism. However, what we appreciated most was his transparency in regard to pricing. He was also very good about detailing specific aspects of his work, and gave us many important tips for preventing mold in the future. I have already recommended him to others in my circle. He took our crawlspace from "haunted cavern" to very clean and well-insulated against rodents. He will be my first call for any future mold issues.

We found mold in a crawlspace of ann older rental home. Mark’s quote for the work was far lower than any others and we were confident from the start that he knew what he was doing. He was on time, communicated his plan and schedule, and stuck to his quote. He did a great job. It was so nice to deal directly with the business owner and support a local provider. I don’t ever want to find mold again but we’ll call Mark and Clymore Mold Solutions if we do.

Claymore was super helpful in providing information to help me contain mold that was growing in the basement of my home.Unfortunately he was going out of town or I would have hired him immediately!

We used Mark and Clymore Mold Solutions for mold remediation in our crawl space. I received three quotes for the work and knew from the get-go that Mark was the best. Before he even came to inspect, Mark requested pictures and started asking questions to begin sleuthing. Mark made 2 trips to the property before being awarded the job. I had another contractor charge me $75 just to come and inspect. Both of the other contractors were able to start within a couple of days. Mark was a couple weeks out, which is the sign of a great contractor! Mark was knowledgeable, thorough, and sent pictures of the process throughout the job. Mark installed a French drain and performed total encapsulation of our crawlspace. He also installed a dehumidifier to combat any additional moisture from causing issues down the road. His prompt communication, expertise and quality of work were evident throughout the remediation process. Mark came out to inspect the mold around a bathroom ceiling fan in our basement. He cut out the ceiling to inspect the cavity and around it. He did not see any further signs of mold growing elsewhere. He seemed very determined to find the issue though which I appreciated. Although a small and insignificant issue, he took all the necessary steps to ensure the space was properly remedied from containment, disposal and prevention. He even replaced our broken fan and reattached a hanging AC register. He treated and painted the ceiling to prevent future problems. I appreciated how thorough he was down to clean up as I have very high expectations which he met. I would 100% use Clymore Mold Solutions in the future.

We used Clymore Mold Solutions to treat mold in a bedroom, kitchen and crawl space, and encapsulate the crawl space. They did a fantastic job and I can't recommend them enough. We received several assessments of the work needed, which typically included ripping out cabinets and countertops in our kitchen. The Clymore team was able to cut around these fixtures and remove all drywall and insulation while keeping our kitchen intact. I cannot thank Mark and his crew more for their hard and professional work to make my home mold free. After the accident, my insurance company sent a mold remediation company and worked at my property for about two weeks, instead of making things better, they did a horrible job and let the mold spread the entire house. Facing the mess, Mark and his team did everything they could to treat the tough mold in the house and successfully pass the air test.
