Cingo is my go-to both personally and professionally for wildlife, pest, termite, and mosquito control. Cingo put a wildlife exclusion on our home and also handles pest control, termite and mosquitos treatment. Any time we have a need between treatments (it is an old house with lots of mature landscaping), they promptly come out and handle things for us. Stewart and his team truly go above and beyond. I am also a Realtor and Cingo is one of the top three vendors I find myself calling when Buyers are under contract or even Sellers proactively getting their home ready to sell. Previous company treated the inside of the house to kill bugs that were in the house. Cingo treats the outside to kill bugs before they get in.

I used Cingo for my home inspection. The inspection report did not find any basement water issues or foundational issues. Upon moving into my new house, we identified foundational issues and water damage to our basement causing us to incur significant costs that could have been avoided with a competent inspector. I do not recommend Cingo for anyone's home inspection as they have done an absolutely terrible job.

Stewart cloud helped facilitate our visit and John Nichols was our actual technician. Both gentleman seemed very knowledgeable and honest. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family for future pest needs!

I'm already under paid contract for termite warranty but, I was looking for a new Pest control plan with hopes of switching termite warranty next year. The website leads you to believe you can purchase Pest prevention service without termite warranty service as each is priced separately and buyer is instructed to choose the plan they need. When I called to purchase I was told that you can't purchase a prevention plan without the termite warranty plan. Very misleading!

I did not use this business. The buyer that is buying my house did. No notification to my agent that a device was being left. They stated they would be by my house to pick up their equipment on a certain day after 3. At 5:15 we get message stating their tech was 45 minutes out. Yes, technically 5:15 is after 3 that was not the expectation left with "after 3" . Be respectful of other people and their time.

This inspection company was prompt and thorough, answered all my questions, and kept me informed throughout the process. Would highly recommend them to others!

Tech showed up on time in a clean, logo'd truck, was super thorough, and I got itemized receipts by email with exactly what was done and by whom. They even sent a postcard a few days ahead of time with a picture of who was coming and the date/time!!!! Home run.

Just had my first visit and have to say I'm extremely impressed- our technician Robert was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough- he was at our home for several hours. He addressed the areas that we were concerned about but also identified other areas of possible concern- he cleaned and inspected every window and door frame as well. As it was going to rain that evening, he stated that he could come back in a few days if any of the treatments didn't take. Overall, looking forward to a long relationship with Cingo.

I am a new bee keeper & Cingo has been amazing to work with to protect the bees. I have been so impressed and I am not even a client!! My neighbors use them to spray for mosquitos and when I called them to inquire if they use a pollinator friendly product they said no, however took they took my call and caring for my bees seriously. They met and researched to learn of a bee friendly product that they are now using!!! In addition to working with me & my neighbors to find a product that works for us both, they have also set up a system of communication that works for all of us. The thoughtfulness and kindness of the owner, Jason and Robert, the man who carefully sprays the yard, as well as my neighbors in working with me has made a huge difference in creating a new practice that is better for the bees, the community and for me as a new bee keeper!! Cingo struck me as an impressive, personable, and devoted company when I first spoke with Jason, and they have proven to be exactly that. Robert came out for the first treatment, and he was informative, helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgable about what he was doing. I had a blast getting to know him as he went around the house and explained the different ways in which Cingo could help me. Furthermore, I had a conflict come up on the day of service and Robert was perfectly willing to work around my schedule and come when it was convenient for me. Russell was great! He arrived on time, he was very professional and thorough. He took his time to inspect each area of the house and then afterwards he explained the primary areas to focus on and why they may be important to me as the buyer. The report was received in the timeframe he provided (that evening) and was also very detailed so that the seller knew exactly what needed to be repaired or updated. I've had Cingo at two different houses. They've been amazing at both. We recently had an issue with squirrels in the attic. Their team came out, filled all the potential holes that they could have come in with and used a humane trap to exclude them from our attic if any were left. We use them for Mosquito Treatment, Bugs, Termite and Critters. I have the same representative at my house every time so they get to know my family and my property. I highly recommend them!
