ABI did a great job adding blown-in insulation to my attic. I’m very happy with the results!

I was taking care of getting an attic insulated for a friend who is selling a house and not in town. I am in the construction business but don't usually insulate and don't have time. I scheduled 4 quotes and Grant the owner was the most knowledgeable, professional and gave me the confidence to recommend him to my friend. Not only that, his prices were so much lower, I was able to suggest a couple needed options the others didn't even have or think of and still be well below the others. It is up to her to decide to proceed at this point but if she does I will update after the work is completed.

ABI was on time for the job. The guys were very professional. Their insulation installation work was outstanding!

The scheduling and work was done well enough as agreed, however, for a company that is supposed to be in the energy improvement business, their relationship and knowledge of the rebate process with Georgia Power is exceedingly poor at best. I've spent far too much time exactly following the written instructions that Atlanta’s Best Insulation provided, only for them to admit that the instructions are wrong. Drake alleges that this is the first time this ever has ever happened where their company name does not show up as an approved provider with Georgia Power. That doesn’t compute with the reality that their instructions that they provided are flat out wrong. Now they want me to call Georgia Power in order to resolve it after over an hour of messing with it back abd forth with Atlanta’s Best Inzulation. They disrespect your time. This is anything but a seamless transaction wasting a significant amount of my time in something that should have been routine for them as an energy improvement company doing insulation and air sealing. If Georgia Power rebates are an important consideration ($250 on mine), i would seek out another more experienced company personally. I don’t need or recommend the aggravation of a non-seamless transaction.

Atlanta's Best Insulation is the first contractor I've ever used that showed up when they promised, took extreme care when removing my attic insulation, then replacing it, and made sure there was no mess. They took extra steps to ensure there would be little disruption. The crew worked efficiently, and was done ahead of schedule. They treated my property with respect, and constantly made sure things were being completed to my satisfaction. The estimation process was accurate and fair, and the entire crew was friendly. They even provided me with details to get a rebate from the power company and federal tax credit. I would highly recommend this company.

I had Atlanta’s Best Insulation take care of an unusual insulation issue I had at my house. This project had to be coordinated with a roofing company. I am very impressed with how Grant conceptualized the problem, and offered a few solutions for me to consider. His communication was top-notch and most importantly the work was expertly executed. It’s becoming increasingly difficult these days finding expert contractors that practice ethically and actually care about doing the very best job possible. I believe this company puts their customers first with an old fashioned approach to customer care and craftsmanship. Our older home (built 1955) had been struggling with keeping a consistent temperature. We knew we needed insulation work because our home inspector noted it before we closed. However, we had no idea where to start, and assumed the pricing would be astronomical. ABI came to our rescue. From the very beginning the quote process was smooth, courteous, and professional. As other reviewers have noted, we were provided a sort of 'menu' of options and allowed to determine what solution fit our needs and budget with expert guidance along the way. Install was similarly smooth. The crew was incredibly professional, and did a fantastic job of getting everything taken care of in a timely manner. This is the first time our house has held temperature consistently in probably the whole five years we've owned it! I would happily recommend the folks at Atlanta's Best Insulation. Super professional- Adrian and Jay came in and worked quickly and cleanly and were very accommodating with working around our shared driveway with our neighbor. Very happy with the work! They even show you how to file for your rebate.

I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks prior to the installation date. The appointment was confirmed to be 2pm. On the day of installation, they arrived 3 hours earlier and told me if I can’t do it earlier, I’ll have to reschedule for different day. Since I took a day off just for this installation and don’t have any vacation days left, I had to re-arrange my plan for the day to do the installation earlier. Very disorganized company.

Great work on our project, highly recommend! Adrian and crew were very polite, professional, informative of the work they were doing, respectful of house and good cleanup, and friendly. New blown-in and batt insulation, attic stairs and whole house fan boxes, and removal of old insulation. We're totally satisfied.

Great job. I highly recommend this company. While shopping around I received several quotes from several different companies. However, after speaking with Grant my gut told me to go with Atlanta’s best insulation. He was very knowledgeable about the issue I was having and he guided me to correct solution. The installers arrived on time and were friendly and professional. I spot checked their work and could tell did a good job. I also collected before and after metrics. On the day before the install, my upstairs HVAC unit ran for 3.5 hours. On the day of my morning install, with nearly identical outdoor temperatures when compared to the previous day, my unit only ran for 15 minutes!!!!!!! My home feels much more comfortable & the energy savings will make this investment pay for itself in no time. Thank you Grant & the folks at Atlanta’s best.

What struck me from the beginning was how honest, thorough, and knowledgeable everyone was from Drake on the initial phone call to Grant's in-person visit at my house to look at the job - followed by an estimate - to Adrian and Fernando the two days of the actual installation on the job. They worked hard throughout their arrival to departure each day, they showed they cared above and beyond by pointing out an area of real concern regarding the HVAC unit - they actually provided me with the name of someone who can help on that front - and answered all questions I had - and I know there were many in both a highly satisfactory and sufficient manner. I spent a lot of time looking for a insulation company the last several months to help me with a very specific need and actually struck out once with one I used previously, so finally finding Grant and his team was a huge win. I'm so grateful I used them for this job to bring my house up to code and make it as energy efficient as possible following the installation of a new roof and HVAC unit in 2024! Getting insulation properly done is one of the things I'm most proud of being a homeowner for nearly 18 years in the home I currently reside in!!!

Adrian and the crew kept me informed from start to finish. The guys were careful to avoid damaging walls and floors. Also cleaned up. What was really helpful was to see the before and after photos. Really big difference in what we had before and then after the installation of the insulation. I'm eager to see how this will impact utility costs. Definitely recommend!

Work that had been originally budgeted was cut from the scope because the team didn’t feel it would add value/was not necessary. Result was huge savings. Grant also spent the time to explain the rebates and tax benefits of the work they performed. Couldn’t be any more pleased with this company.

Exactly as all the other reviews say, Van and Ed were professional, courteous, and quick. They worked to cover the 1300 sqft attic space and were able to finish the job in 30 minutes, not leaving any mess. They even used painter's tape to cover all the corners along the path so the ducts wouldn't damage any paint. 👍👍👍 You don't see teams this detailed often these days. Always good to support friendly local family businesses. Would highly recommend.

Grant and his team did a wonderful job. I have had quotes range widely from hvac companies to other generalists. Atlantas best insulation specialty is insulation and it shows. They did a fantastic job. Didn’t over complicate things like other companies and had the job done in less than four hours. ATTIC INSULATION - i want to highly recommend Atlanta's Best Insulation. Grant, the owner, is totally hands on. he was very thorough in his assessment of what i needed and his price was very fair. his team came right on time, Ed, Adrian & Van were great, and Grant was there the entire time. He even took care of some gaps in my crawl space that needed that 'great stuff' type of foam.

To say that I was blown away (pun intended!) is an understatement! Grant came out to our house to give us a quote very quickly and I don’t think I’ve ever met someone as thorough as him when it comes to checking your current insulation set up. We had a few other quotes and those reps took maybe 10 minutes to see what was going on and then gave us a quote. Not Grant. He took his time and found things that no other vendor even had on their radar and, frankly, should have. What was even better was that the quote that was presented had multiple options and was also a “worst case scenario” in case other insulation had to be tossed due to age/damage. Even with that, it was the best price we were quoted! Installation was within a week. The team was here right on time. Adrian and Van were quite methodical and quick. Grant was also here too which was awesome! The team cleaned up super well, I didn’t see a speck of any evidence that they had even been here! We had a ton of insulation added so I’m confident that we will see the benefits this coming summer. One thing I’ll add: while installing, something happened and a crack formed in the ceiling of one of the rooms. Accidents happen! The guys immediately told us, apologized profusely, and said they had already contacted their painter to come in and repair it free of charge. Sure enough, as I sit here, the painter and his team just left. You’d never know the crack had been there and the entire ceiling has been repainted. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend Grant and his team. We got the best price, best customer service, and an added benefit is that they are a local company! We’ve already told our friends about Atlanta’s Best Insulation and that they should use them. They really do live up to the name!

Impeccable work done by this company. I will for sure use them and recommend them to anybody who may need their services. Grant came out, he gave me advice, walked me through the process and was very professional. Same day I received the quote, nobody tried to pressure me which is a plus in my book. I reached out to them again to schedule the work, they came about 4 days later. Ed & Steve were super professional, cleaned after themselves, did a great job. The insulation itself has made a HUGE difference in my how my house feels. It feels more even going from room to room, and I definitely have noticed my heater turning on a lot less.
