I had a very disappointing experience with Ray’s. They came out to inspect my mother’s home and told her she had termites, carpenter ants, and rodents. The quote was $2,000, which was a lot for her since she’s on a fixed income. When she mentioned that, they immediately dropped the price by $500 — which seemed suspicious.<br><br>The next day, Ray’s called to say they were “on the way,” even though she never agreed to the service. When she said she wanted a second opinion, they became very pushy and even angry with her.<br><br>Another pest control company came out afterward and confirmed there were no termites, carpenter ants, or rodents — only some regular ants and a few geckos in the garage. The technician even said he’d love to sell her treatments, but she simply didn’t need them.<br><br>Either Ray’s misdiagnosed the problem or they were trying to take advantage of an elderly woman. Either way, it’s really disappointing and concerning.

I won't think twice about hiring this pest exterminator for my home. I hired them last year. They tackled all the reasonable spots in the house where spiders could come from. They also went into the crawl spaces.
