Julien from Critter Control spent a lot of time with me today at our initial consultation, was very thorough and knowledgeable and answered my questions so that I could best understand the process. It was a pod experience that inspired sufficient confidence to become a client. Grateful for his dedication to his profession and customers.

Julien is very knowledgeable. He took his time to explain our animal problem thoroughly. He made sure we were comfortable with the process as well as answering all of our questions. I know our home is well taken care of.

We have not paid for services but very informative of how the process works and how to take care of any problems. Employee was transparent with verbal pricing and what is included in the price. Edit: Updated to 2 stars. We have ask for quotes via email to finalize our decision on three different occasions and have not received anything (citing Ipad issues). We will be looking elsewhere.

Dustin came in and did an inspection on our home. Very knowledgeable professional. He was very thorough with educating my family about our home and how to protect it. He did us a solid and we trust that our home will stay protected.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use this scam of a company. Evrytime they've come out they have tried to sell me products and services I do not need. Now, after spending over $4,000 dollars with them for work and a "lifetime warranty" they are refusing to back their warranty. They will do everything in their power to not back their work and leave you high and dry. You have to do all they leg work to try and speak with them, because they never call back and when you do talk with them they will find any way possible to void the warranty. Just save your time, money, and sanity and go with a local company that actually cares.

Mr. Julien Perez, Inspector with Critter Control came to my house today for a rodent control inspection. I have seen a a burrow in the front yard near the street and droppings on my patio. I was very impressed the thoroughness of the inspection and advice he gave me. We are considering our options but we really appreciated his inspection. I also appreciated, that he showed up on the appointed time. I will recommend Mr. Perez to others with similar problems. I also appreciate the free inspection from Critter Control.

Great first day experience with Julien Perez of Critter Control. I did business with the company 10 years ago, and it was time to have them back out. Multiple access points found and was shown lots of areas of defecation. Had recently had squirrels getting in from somewhere and had also recently killed two rats, so knew I had a problem. Julien spent plenty of time with me and addressed all my initial questions. This guy is a pest pro, haha. Will leave another review after work is done.

The warranty is a MAJOR LIE. Paid thousands of dollars and promised a warranty and a guarantee only to realize 3 days later they didn’t solve anything. When I tried calling to reschedule a second pass through they have consistently cancelled or completely stood me up with a no show WAISTING my time. It all started with the service crew, they told me they couldn’t finish the full service and were running late but could return if they missed something. They 100% did MISS EVERYTHING. Their customer service people is a 3rd party and seems to be overseas. They didn’t even call to cancel they straight up no show! DONT RECOMMEND!

Julien did a great job with the inspection. He was very thorough and explained everything about what he was looking for and what his concerns were and went through their quote with me line by line so I knew exactly what I would be getting for their service.

We appreciated the time and thoroughness Julien spent today inspecting the attic and home for pest removal. He used black light to identify how much of the attic was affected by rodent activity and urine that otherwise would have been hard to see. He was also able to tell what rodents were an issue for us based on the tracks and scratch marks. I recommend them for a thorough inspection and plan of action.

There inspector named Ryan Fitzsimmons came last week Tuesday to inspect our home for rat infestation, we had set up a time a day and he was a no call no show ! Shows how much they really want your business I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Julien was very knowledgeable on the issue with the rats! He explained to my son Elijah and I how if you have one rat there's always multiple rats. He educated us on how fast they reproduce and how they can take OVER a home completely. Julien inspected our garage, attic, front and back yard very thoroughly and was very eager to come up with a plan of action within the inspection! Very eager to keep him with me on our home journey! I would definitely recommend Julien's services!

We paid these folks a fortune to seal our house from repeated and aggressive squirrel, raccoon and rat invasions, thanks to our wooded neighborhood. They sent a huge team over, including carpenters, and they worked hard for a long time, making this place a fortress. It has been about 15 years since we had it done, and it was worth every penny. They have had to come out twice during that time to seal a new hole, and it was all included in the warranty. I highly recommend this company, we have been very happy with them.

I called Critter Control to get a quote for removal of bees under the siding of my house. The dispatcher was very helpful and scheduled Phillip Moreland to come out. Phillip discussed our options and treated the area. He even took care of some wasps nests as part of the service. Evidently, there were more bees than anticipated so a second visit was required. Frank did another treatment and even offered to return again if that didn't handle the problem. Bees are gone and was able to have my windows installed on time. Frank was very diligent and professional as well as friendly. An excellent experience for a somewhat difficult situation. Good job Frank!

Julien came to our house to inspect an issue we have with raccoons under our house. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and showed me exactly where the problem was. I learned a lot throughout the visit!

The workers were ripping out insulation and throwing it off the side of the balcony in giant bags and weren’t paying any attention to what was below them, crushing my $250, 4-foot palm tree, and my 3-foot Crown of Thorns. I called this morning and was transferred to their complaint line but received no call back today. I called back and a woman named Hannah answered the phone and was very unsympathetic and clearly annoyed. She was very short with me, and irritated that I asked how long it usually takes to get a call back. Not only did this company destroy my property, a worker barged in my house while I was in the middle of leading a big work meeting and relentlessly called my attention from around the corner until I had to stop my meeting and tell everyone to hold on, just so he could ask me to use the bathroom. There are countless places to use the restroom Within two blocks from my house. Before and after photos of my plants attached.

Julien came out and helped me with an inspection of my yard, answered my concerns with exceptional knowledge with the services and wildlife habits. I absolutely recommend going with them if you have problems with critters!

Second time I have used critter control for full house rodent / pest remediation and I can’t recommend them enough. Kolbie is super thorough in her inspections and knowledge, and Alvaro and his crew do not let a detail go missed in their removal + remediation. We had at least one raccoon in our attic and weren't sure if there were more. Kolbie came out promptly to take a look and I can't recommend her enough. She was very knowledgeable, thorough in her inspection, patient with lots of questions, and had great insight into raccoon behavior. Critter Control has a couple of tiers from which to select based on your budget and desired level of remediation. They can handle everything from removal and disinfection, to structure repair/paint match, to installation of new attic insulation, and addition of exclusion repairs and repellants around the entire property. Kolbie was fantastic!

CJ regularly sprays our home to prevent pests and he is always thorough, kind, and explains exactly what he is doing each time. I really appreciate working with him and would recommend!

They don't do raccoons, 289 dollars per trap, 89 dollars each to relocate and NO GUARANTEES and that's just opossum. They simply do not do what they advertise. Don't waste your time. Giovanni was nice but not helpful at all.

This is my second review of Critter Control, and things have only gotten worse. Despite repeated requests, I never heard from a manager until I posted a negative review online. Even after that, the company’s performance remained unacceptable. Scheduled appointments were canceled last-minute or mishandled, with teams showing up hours early or not at all—and without notice. When they finally showed up to fix earlier damage, they caused new issues, including broken items in my attic and dents in my brand-new gutters—right after I had specifically asked them to be careful. The tech even asked to borrow my ladder before damaging the gutters with his own. Once again, I asked for a manager to contact me. As of 7 PM, no one has. The lack of communication, accountability, and care for customers’ time and property is beyond frustrating. I regret ever hiring this company and wish I could get my money back. Avoid Critter Control at all costs.

We had been hearing something in our attic for a while. We decided to call Critter Control to come out and take a look. We were provided an arrival time between 1-3pm. Julien arrived at 1pm. Julien asked a few questions and then proceeded to go into the attic. Julien took pictures of his findings. Julien came down from the attic and explain his findings and discussed strategies to get rid of the creatures living in our attic. Julien was very kind and reassuring that his company would eliminate anything living in our attic and make sure that they will not be able to get back in. Critter Control will be back in a week to take care of the issue. So far, our experience with Critter Control has been excellent. Julien is extremely knowledgeable and is a pleasure to work with.

Julien, our service tech, was great. He arrived on time and quickly figured out what the scratching sound is in our walls. Then he presented several options for resolving the problem. I also really appreciate that Critter Control uses natural essential oils and physical barriers rather than toxic chemicals to deter pests. Buh-bye rat, and maybe a few mosquitoes too, and our house smells like peppermint and rosemary.

We haven't yet contracted with this company for remediation of a family of raccoons along with rats in the house, but Julien was extraordinarily professional and very easy to work with.. I stumbled across this company after someone recommended them on the RING app and I’m so grateful I did! I called and they immediately got me on the schedule for the following day. Julien arrived promptly and came with a lot of knowledge. He did a thorough job of inspecting my property including the attic where clearly some rats have taken up residency. He explained everything very thoroughly to me and made sure I understood the process. He also had videos and pictures which helped me understand even more. After the conversation and inspection I felt very comfortable moving forward and Julien jumped right on it and started treating the outside. They were also able to get me scheduled quickly for the big treatment which hopefully will address the rats who think my home is now theirs’. Originally I left a great review, the team I have dealt with at Critter Control is fantastic!! However the work they have done at my house has not resolved my problem. It’s been a month of having work done on my attic for pests, the ground treated and pest control sprayed every week.. I still have anywhere from 15 to 90 flies showing up in our spare bathroom. The plug in pictures are from different days and get changed out 2 to 5 times a day depending on how many come in.. I paid a huge amount of money to get the work done with Critter Control and I am highly disappointed I am still dealing with this issue.

Updating and removing my original post. The lady from the office called and said their regional manager called and instructed them to come back out to perform warranty work. Critter control did arrive 2 days after the phone call as scheduled and performed the work professionally. Thanks!

If you’re reading this, just pickup the phone and request a free estimate! This place knows what they’re doing. Raccoon removal was more expensive than I anticipated, but thankfully the inspector Kolbie showed me all of my issues so I understood why. She also took my man card that day - it’s pretty funny when a girl half your age has more courage approaching a Raccoon than you do. 🤣 Marlboro and his crew were amazing! They showed up early and got right to work, he explained everything to me in detail, and I could tell he’s an expert in his craft. My house is like Fort Knox, but without the gold.
