I have nice things to say about the team at The Attic Doctors. They responded promptly and came over to my place to understand the scope of work. They did the insulation upgrade professionally and I can already feel the positive impact. About a month after they had left, I got a call from their office inquiring whether everything was fine or not. This is a company, which cares for its clients, and in the future, I will only be using their services.

Last week we started to hear bad noises from our attic. Our house is 15 years old so we deceided to checked with few different companies and eventually decided to go with The Attic Doctors. They came for our initial inspection and gave us a lot of information and also took a pictures from the attic and showed us what's going on there. They kept us updated during whole process. They did a great job explaining us the process.

We hired this company five years ago for a complete an entire attic cleanup, insulation removal and installation, new ductwork, and sealing of all entry points to prevent future issues. The job was extensive and expensive, and we trusted that the work would be done properly.<br><br>Unfortunately, we are now dealing with a rodent problem in the attic, which we discovered is due to several entry points that were not sealed correctly. For a job of this size and cost, we expected high-quality workmanship that would last, but basic aspects of the job were clearly overlooked.<br><br>To make matters worse, when we called the company to address the issue, they brushed us off, saying there’s no warranty for their work. Their dismissive attitude was frustrating, and it’s shocking that a licensed company would provide such poor service and take no responsibility for their work.<br><br>I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable attic work. A job that we thought was an investment turned out to be a headache, and we’re now stuck paying more to fix a problem that should have been avoided in the first place.

I called and Mark came out the same day!<br>I had other companies come to inspect and walked out unwilling and unable to perform the work. Mark was able to quote me on the spot and a check was provided. He guaranteed the work and all the details where laid out in the agreement. Pricing seem incredibly high, but two other vendors passed on my attic. (Something to consider) Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the work done. The extra steps taking to secure any openings aside from the attic were greatly appreciated. I would recommend to others.

Marc and his crew arrived on time and ready to go to work. They petitioned the area under my hallway attic opening with thick plastic so no debris could escape and, at my request, they ran the hose along the side yard so as not to block my front door. They worked nonstop, finishing by early afternoon. They left the outdoor area of my home looking the same as when they arrived, cleaning up everywhere so one would never know that they had been here. However, the awesome photos, taken by Marc of my newly insulated attic, which I don't know how to upload, surely prove otherwise! Great work by Mark and his crew on my attic renovation. Had 40-year old blown-in cellulose vacuumed out and replaced with fiberglass batting, along with a fair amount of cleanup. Added a radiant barrier as well.<br><br>Attic cleanup and renovation is not cheap. Attic Doctors still came in with the most competitive bid and the work was done right and done in one day. Very satisfied and definitely recommend.

Our neighbor referred The Attic Doctors. They delivered everything Mark promised. I hired them to do attic cleanup, rodent proofing & and ductwork replacements. They offered a great package deal.

We had a full Attic Clean up done . New insulation. We also had a new Heater installed in the attic, New Air conditioning system too!! These guys are effecient, clean and very proficient at what they do!! They answered all of my questions, and there were many. Mark Dawson and his crew at The Attic Doctors are first class outfit. My attic is large with a shallow roof line making it very difficult to move inside with all the roof brazing, cabling and HVAC ducting throughout, some with asbestos. The attic had over 50 years of deterioration and accumulation of debris. The whole area was spotlessly vacuumed and new insulation and ducting installed. All was completed the same day as scheduled. The results were excellent.

We had an excellent experience with The Attic Doctors. The owner of the company negotiated the installation with us and oversaw the work. He and his crew were able to complete the full batting installation in the course of one very hot day. Mark , the owner, is a technician first. He made a very compelling case for the batting over the loose fill. It provides a clean look and the attic wiring is accessible in a way that loose fill does not provide. His bid on the batting was actually lower than the blown insulation bids we received, despite the more extensive labor costs involved. The negotiations were straightforward. He's a man of his word. No sales games.

Mark and his team from The Attic Doctors are real professionals. They replaced our old insulation and duct with new R38 insulation and R-6 duct and cleaned up the entire attic within 5 hours. They were punctual, pleasant and efficient. What really surprised us was how clean the house was after the job was done. They protected the wall and floor of the area and bagged old insulation before they came out of the attic. We are very satisfied with their service.

Mark and his team were amazing. They worked quickly and efficiently (one day!) to clean out the attic and replace the insulation, install the radiant barrier, and replace all our ducting. They were clean too. Our HVAC now works to cool the house down! We should have done this when we replaced the HVAC system years ago. Mark’s team did a wonderful job cleaning up the attic of my house and installing new insulation, new ductwork, an exhaust gable fan and new radiate barrier. The job made a huge difference and the temperature doesn’t go up as fast like before. I am glad I hired Mark. I do recommend Mark’s team.

This company was great to work with. They did such an awesome job installing the attic insulation for my friend, and I trusted them with my radiant barrier installation project. They did a thorough inspection and full a attic cleanup and installed brand new R-38 batt insulation. We can definitely feel the temperature difference in each one of the rooms.
