More companies need to have a Project Manager like Vincent Lee. He is very thorough in his Proposal for Attic Guys. He went over every aspects of the work needed to be done with detail pictures of the urgent problems that need to be fixed immediately. Extremely detailed on the rodents and previous rodents and the health issues at hand. The details of how they make it new and hazardous free with a 10 year warranty. Truly a Project Manager with quality standards!

Vincent and team worked with budget and time helped get a neglected attic in a house we bought back in line.

We received three quotes for our attic clean-up with new insulation and went with the Attic Guys because of Alfredo. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He had a great team working with him. We were pleased with the overall experience. I would recommend them. Thank you Alfredo!

Totally unreliable. I spoke with a representative who took my contact information. He said someone would return my call to set up an appointment within an hour. I waited 3 hours and called them again after not hearing from them. I went to voicemail and left a message to please call me that I wanted to have a lot of work done. They never called back. I finally called the 3rd time on the following day and had to leave a voicemail message again since a live person did not pick up. I'm still waiting for a return call. I find that totally unacceptable. They are definitely not "the only GUYS on the block".

Wow! Excellent service! The crew showed up on time. Completely draped plastic to section off the work space they needed. They cleaned the attic, installed the insulation and sealed up every opening in 5 hours! Very professional crew. We are so impressed with this company! The price is almost half of one of the estimates! It’s been a few months since the install and the difference in keeping the house cool during the hot months was amazing!

Impossible to reach this company by phone. Leave a message and no one calls you back. Schedule an estimate on the website, no one bothers to confirm. If they come out to give an estimate, they never bother sending the estimate. Complete waste of time.

Doesn't state they only serve one area of town. I was able to make an appointment with my address and I cleaned in preparation for appointment. Rearranged my day and was here the entire 2 hour window of my appointment. When the time came and went, I called the company only for them to tell me they don't serve this area and I did all that for nothing!!!! So aggravating and poor company scheduling. They should have caught my appointment immediately and contacted me telling me they don't serve my area. This is horrible company skills, Very very frustrating!

The team of Jacob, Thomas and Carlos did a fantastic job. They were respectful of your home during the installation process. Everything was taped and sealed off to prevent construction dust from getting everywhere. They completed the job on time and made sure every small detail was completed to the homeowner's satisfaction

David and his team were amazing. They were very nice and answered all of our questions, and helped fix up some of our lights that fell out while the insulation was being installed. They also let us see the work at the end, and it looked great!

These guys are fantastic!! I give them a grade of A plus in every way; professionalism, knowledge, cleaniness, reliability, and very fair pricing. The transformed my attic from nightmare to perfection by removing old broken down ducting and insulation, giving the whole attic a thorough cleaning and then installing all new materials. I couldn't be happier with this experience.

BRAVO ! ! ! Alfredo bid the job for our small attic, and it was clear that he knew his craft and was able to propose a solution that the other business did not think of. He was sincere and honest and measured the entire attic (contrary to the other business that gave us a quote, and which was higher!). Alfredo and Peter were punctual and completed the job in the time that was estimated. Madisen professionally served our administrative needs. And in the end as Alfredo had anticipated, upstairs room was about 2 to 4° cooler than prior during the fall heat wave of 90+ in Pasadena. The photos show how Alfredo suggested that the interior wall have insulation since the afternoon sun was beating down and heating up the room next to it.

My team comprised of David, Luis and Jacob. David was always responsive to my needs and took good care of me. Luis and Jacob performed the job in my attic; they were amazing. Both were conscientious about their work and went the extra mile to assist with anything I needed throughout the project. They were always punctual and polite. I am thoroughly pleased with this team. The work came out great!

The crew arrived on time and thoroughly sealed the area leading to the attic access before starting the job. They did a great job installing the insulation in our house.

I considered cleaning up the attic on my own, man am I glad I called the Attic Guys to clean it up. Their high powered vacuum filled over 6 bags of ancient insulation. Truly grateful for making a wise decision.

David, Kyle and Kevin were very thorough in phase one of cleaning out attic, rodent proofing and sanitizing the whole area.

Used The Attic Guys to clean, de-contaminate, re-insulate & replace air ducts. Also to do rodent-proofing. Mike, Dave, Kyle and Alfredo were all pleasant to deal with. It was a big job. They worked all day. They did a good job laying plastics to protect everything. We had one accident when a ceiling tile fell through. Left off one star because of this. They did their best to repair it. Dave will be back to complete the repair & make it right.

Lenell and his team did a great job. This Company did exactly what they said they would do. And at a very competitive price. Glad we went with them.

Used services of Attic Guys, Orange County several months ago. After removal and insulation I noticed two A/C vents displaced. They were in such a hurry to get back to Orange County they didn't notice them. One was reattached, but they did repair the other one. They promised to come back, but did not. I had to call and inform them and schedule an appt. Appt was made by Madisen. No one showed. I had to call again, and was told by Madisen she didn't know the appt was not kept. How do you not know your employees are not doing their job? Another appt was made, and again no one showed up. Once your job is done and they are paid you can't count on them if you gave a problem.

I'm always weary of dealing with contractors. It's usually a horror story. Kyle and his crew, however, were amazing. They were on time. Answered every question I had and delivered fantastic customer service. I also appreciated the fact that they laid down plastic tarps for every area they walked through. No fuss, no mess! All around a great experience.

Just had Attic Guys clean a small attic today. They removed old insulation, vacuumed, disinfected, rodent proofed and installed new insulation. The day didn't start out well. They were supposed to arrive between 8 and 10. They didn't arrive until noon. I called the office and finally got a hold of someone but never received an update, explanation or call back with an ETA. There needs to be a big improvement in their communication between themselves and with the customer. Luckily David and Kyle were good. They did a great job.

This was the worst experience ever....I needed my attic cleaned out and Michael convinced me that would do a fabulous job and only in one day. After 4 days of them coming... broken equipment, running out of gas on the vacuum and several delays throughout the day. Even all my neighbors questioned me on why it took so long. Never again.

Attic guys provided friendly, professional service in the installation of insulation and an attic fan at our home. Brian, Dave and Bruce all worked very hard under hot attic conditions to complete project details to our satisfaction. The Attic Guys were quick to respond to my initial request for a quote and provided good communication in providing a clear contract and work scheduling details. I recommend them and have already recommended them to a neighbor in need of attic insulation replacement.

The crew that came to my home were very courteous. They made sure I knew what was going to happen at every step in the process. They covered the floors ,doors and walls to keep the dust at a minimum. They worked hard and were finished much sooner than I expected. When the work in the attic we need is done I will use The Attic Guys to reinstall the insulation

No team work, not prepared, not equipped! Will not use again nor recommend this company to anyone. I'm not going to bash them and list everything that went wrong, if you want specifics just ask a question, and I'll respond with my experience with this company...

Hired Attic Guys to remove old insulation, rodent proof, and add in new insulation. TL;DR: would use attic guys again despite minor install issues. Extended version: The Good: Attic Guys were by far the most communicative of all the groups I got bids from. Day-of the workers showed between their start-time window and did not waste any time prepping the house to minimize mess. The prices seemed fair when comparing comps and were flexible for scheduling which was appreciated. The Bad: It was pouring rain when the installation was finished up so I did not get to inspect the outside as much as I normally would have done. Once dry enough to get on my ladder and inspect the work from outside I noticed two areas of concern: 1) some of our soffit vents were covered by blown in insulation which can restrict air flow and mess up the whole install and 2) one area where there was not sufficient rodent proofing. We put a call into the company (12/27/19) to fix these issues. I am hopeful that Attic Guys will resolve the two complaints listed above in a timely manner. *Edit 1* We are scheduled for an attic recheck for 1/1/20 between 10 am - 1 pm. It is currently 1:04 pm and am still waiting for the call that a technician is on the way. *Edit 2* On 1/2/20 and no one showed up for the follow up appointment. We ended up calling Attic Guys and leaving a message in regards to it. I suspect someone from the scheduling office forgot that the company was closed for New Year's day? I later recieved a generic email about rescheduling and after calling and talking to Bethany, the scheduler, and it turns out that our appointment was set in the system for 1/1/19 which is why no one showed up for the original appointment. Oops, totally understandable though. *Final Edit* On 1/5/20 and David and his crew showed up for our attic issues recheck. He was prompt, a fast worker, and fixed my issues. I am now satisfied with the job done.

Wow!!! Attic Guys took on my project with a large team of very respectful young men. It took them nearly one week to finish with: Radiant Barrier, Insulation and attic ladder installation. After everything was in place, like with any big construction project, there were areas which needed to be touched up (mainly all from the nails put in with the original construction of my home for the plaster on drywall ceilings) due to the pressure of the staple guns. Every item was fixed/repaired to perfection! Alfredo was my initial contact and continued to supervise this entire process and was very conscientious about finding anything that needed to be addressed and made me feel very calm that everything would be done right and it was!! David is the man Attic Guys sent out to not only install my ladder, but to repair/paint/etc. anything needed and he is fantastic with his ability to make everything look terrific!! Attic Guys, thank you again for your work done. Well worth the money and I give you my total thumbs up!!

We bought a new house only to discover abundant rat droppings in the attic that evidently had been accumulating for years. The inspector said it was the worst case he had ever seen, calling it "10 on a scale of 1 to 10". It needed work which was clearly beyond anything I could do. Someone recommended the Attic Guys, so I called them, spoke to Lew to get a general idea, and he quickly sent out Alfredo who spent a good amount of time inspecting and understanding the problem. The quote seemed a little high at first but after seeing the extent of the project, I now see it was reasonable. More importantly, both I and my general contractor checked up on the workers several times and we are in agreement The Attic Guys did the job that needed to be done. The house now is noticeably cooler on hot days (due to R38 insulation), the infestation has been totally remediated, and we can move on knowing the attic is in good shape. The crew was clean, respectful, and polite every step of the way, and they made sure that I carefully confirmed no damage whatsoever to the ceiling drywall. I would happily recommend The Attic Guys to anyone facing attic issues that require professional attention.

The entire team was professional from the time we called! Person who came and gave the estimate was helpful, not pushy and answered all my questions; appointment setters called when an earlier opening came available; the team doing the attic service was clean, taped off completely, and stayed to make sure we were happy with everything. Good overall experience and communication with everyone from start to finish. One star removed for Roxul install quality (ok but not great in a couple areas) and poor driveway cleanup (found 2 nails, wire, lots of old insulation and piles of dirt left behind).

From start to finish the project was exceptional. They installed an attic ladder and a floor covering a large area. We just put our Xmas Decorations and the attic still looks empty. Thanks for the huge storage area. Bruce was especially helpful as many of the areas in the attic had can lights and needed to be worked around. Great job guys.

Alfredo was professional and we are thrilled with the outcome. There were a number of unforeseen issues with our air conditioning and ceiling trap door damage after insulation was installed, but all was taken care within a few days. Our thanks also to Danny from Full Blown Air Conditioning and Hank the Handyman who took care of the ceiling repair. We would highly recommend Alfredo at Attic Guys in Anaheim.

The holidays turned out to be the absolute best time for my attic job to be done. Although I received an estimate from them in the summer I didn’t want them to work in my attic in such extreme temperatures so I waited until winter break. The entire project turned out great. I had my insulation removed after a rodent infestation left my attic in shambles. Even though the weather cooled down a lot from the summer temps they still worked really hard throughout the day since the attic warmed up quite a bit under the sun. I would hire them again to install a radiant barrier next winter. All I can say is if you’re thinking about doing this on your own, as we initially were, just be prepared for an extremely hard day of work. The crew consisted of five and they pretty much worked non stop. Not to mention the heavy machinery they used to take out our old insulation. You’ve been warned. The company is great, the service they provide is great and everyone was very friendly.

Several return visits were needed to complete work that wasn't done or was done incorrectly. Bad ducting work, ceiling damage, dirty walls and dirty and damaged attic access areas. Follow-up work was shoddy and was done in a way as to get back out the door as quickly as possible. Not recommended.
