We had an excellent experience with Vincent from US Insulation Orlando. They provided us with a detailed review of our attic to determine how we will be able to save on heating and cooling. Their communication was excellent and we were kept informed during every step of the process. Vincent provided pictures of the attic before and after the Insulation. Their customer service is top tier because they value their customers. The pricing is very reasonable. Vincent and his crew were professional and on the day of service, they arrived on time, protected our property, performed the job quickly and cleaned up before they left. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of the attic and recommend them 100%. Get a quote from them before you make your decision.

I recently had some issues with extra heat in my babies nursery, I wanted to get an estimate for premium foam in the walls and know my attic insulation level. The sales rep was very polite and gave me all the information I needed, very informative presentation and pics as well. I will definitely be getting work done! The pricing is fair, it a little more for a premium company, but I love that they have liability coverage to cover any craziness, if it happened. Thank you for coming by, me and my husband will be getting on schedule, my neighbors as well.

Not very happy with their business practices. Told me they would shoot insulation up into the trusses from through the fascia But then ended up drilling holes through my plaster ceiling. Normally if there’s a heads up I’m okay with that. But they literally had no tarps. Then blamed me for not being ready. Then after all the dust was everywhere on my electronics, photos did, walls. And I mean every nook and cranny had plaster dust. What type of company doesn’t have their own equipment?? They charged me more than what it was worth. I had to pay a cleaning service to do a $400 emergency's cleaning the next day. I would highly advise avoiding this company, even if the price is lower. Especially since they absolutely did not clean a thing. No shop vac, nothing. I will be a bit more cautious about any services around here. Especially this particular one

Hey I’m an Army Veteran and ex contractor myself for attics and home repair. I was referred by Duke energy to this company. I honestly will say, the sales rep I had answered all of me and my wife’s questions and concerns, even when I knew the answers from experience. Thanks for getting my attic up to R-49, love the L77 fiberglass you use, we also got the entire upstairs injected with Premium foam, the price wasn’t too bad. 3 beds rooms of foam injection, I had to paint over and do some sanding, but easy work maybe an extra 400. Thanks guys!!! Great work, kept my word.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We were looking for an insulation company to add insulation to our attic. We were upsold to add insulation to our master bedroom and were told the holes would be “small and easily painted over”…. This was not the case. The patch job was so bad and we have textured walls. We had to pay a professional $1000 to fix the walls. When we contacted the company afterwards to voice our complaints they just stated they weren’t dry wall experts. The holes pictured were all around the room.

USA Insulation of Orlando did insulating my 3000 sq ft home with injection foam, air sealing, and loose blown fiber glass. The finished job was very sloppy. The owner of USA Insulation tried to rectify the issues , but the final work was so bad. I can say that before the installation, my bill was $300 a month. Now it is $210 thanks to my HVAC not running so much. My concern is that they never came back to do the heat image to make sure the installation took in the wall because wherever there were plugs or lights switches on the interior/exterior walls, the foam came in the house and Ruined my black bamboo floors upstairs that had to get stained all over completely at my own expense. The owner of USA Insulation was aware of the damage to my floors caused by the insulation. I was told that it was my responsibility to clean up the spillage. They never attempted to come back to rectify this inside house problem or provide me with the company insurance. I have waited patiently for USA company to complete their work with no avail. Also, my house was professionally painted 2 months prior to the walls installation and after the installation. I had to get the entire house professionally painted over again at my own expense due to the installation leaving permanent marks on the outside walls, which you can still see. I called and called, and I was available at any time for USA Insulation to come back. There is still no call back from USA Insulation, no show up, and NO heat image to this date, August 6, 2024. I truly believe that if I were a man, this would not have ever happened with the run around I have been getting from this company. I paid a lot of money for this insulation job, and yes, the completion form was completed based on the owner's promise that the issue mentioned above would be rectified by him personally.

Overall, a good job on my attic insulation improvement work. The crew arrived on time. Work quality as expected, except not quite leveling of new blown-in Pro-pink insulation. The service men are friendly. The crew leader said will email me the photos (air seal at recessed lights and covers, Air seal of attic gaps, new insulation after work), but he doesn't email. The cost is a little high.

USA insulation came to our house and gave us the best service ever! They were so KIND. The energy consultant Matthew was very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend their services again to anyone!

On walkthrough day of, the owner told me i didnt need to take down a self that had glassware since they were going to install from the other side. That shelf ended up coming off the wall and breaking all the glassware. The crew didnt properly protect my gym floor. It took hours of careful cleaning to fully undo the damage they did. The cleanup was mediocre at best. Dust and other material everywhere. My wife and I spent hours cleaning the house after the crew “cleaned”. I was promised by the salesperson that the house would be as clean as when the crew showed up. It was not. The patchwork was abysmal. Fixing the drywall work is going to be more work than if they had just not patched it at all. They didnt call to confirm the appointment ahead of time. There is no real science or measurements used to determine if they actually got in between each stud. It was more of just a guestimate. There are many spaces where it seems they may have missed a section. There was no validation or demonstration that the work was done. Certainly was no QA final walkthrough. I will say, the crew was very friendly. I would not recommend, at the very least, the orlando branch of USA insulation.

The installers went above and beyond my expectations. Professionals through and through. I would 100% recommend USA Insulation to any friend or family member. Quality work.

They were on -time they did an excellent job, by insulting the wall of my house with injecting the liquid formula into blocs, that was fascinating to watch how this thing works . Ricardo specifically after finished the work he make sure all my outlets are working and clean up the place, washed up all the dust, I am very happy with the job they have done and I recommend USA Insulation for any insulation project you may have to do. I was very comfortable with the whole experience from beginning to end. Everything was explained so I could understand. When the crew came on install day, they were very polite and introduced themselves . Went over everything they were going to do and answered the many questions I had. Kept me informed all the way. Everything was left in good shape after they left. The sales man was very well informed and I could not climb ladder to the attic so he took pictures on his phone. Took as long as I needed to understand.

Great company! We used them to insulate our home during the summer. Our bill was super high nearly paying $600 for our utilities. I was originally only interested in attic insulation but Matthew explained to us the importance of wall installation. I'm am so happy we went with the whole home option. Our utility bill has drastically dropped in price and our AC doesn't run constant.The owner came out during the install, you can truly see he care about the work being done. Best investment, I only wish I would've done this earlier.

not satisfied with the work done at my home at all. worker went through the ceiling and tried to repair it but did not look good at all. the owner never had the disencie to even call after he was told by the sales agent about the situation. they were suppose to put light covers on the cieling lights and that did not happen. but I was charged for them. I have sent a report to the BBB about the unsatisfactory work performed.

This is a great company! They took care of us in every aspect, the sales process was super easy, and after 4 estimates I couldn't find another company that came close to their price.

After doing much research on a reputable company to provide insulation not just in the attic, but throughout the entire house; we decided to use this company and are very happy we did! The initial meeting was with the owner and his assistant where they explained the product and its benefits. Our house was built in the 80s and the insulation was no longer effective. We made the investment and immediately felt the difference! The AC is no longer constantly running and the house is staying cooler so much longer. We just got back our energy usage report and it shows we used 83 hours less cooling time compared to the same time last year! Super excited to see a decrease in the utility bill!

Use this company! My 1920 house in Eustis is a patchwork quilt of add-ons with almost no insulation in the lower roof line. Vincent came out and had a look and made a bid, but the visibility was limited thru the access he inspected. Intersecting trusses and joists proved to make it more difficult when the guys got there. I know they spent more time and money than they anticipated but they did it; cut holes, put in insulation and sealed holes that were not part of the original estimate. Took care that the cats were secured. :) Didn't charge more, and we had fantastic communication throughout. Look no further.

The staff and the owner are very friendly, but the product was not quite as promised. Our house is old so there were some unexpected complications, however the part I was not impressed with was the drywall repair after the walls were insulated. The manager that originally sold us on USA Insulation spoke very heavily of their ability to patch the drywall. When it came down to it, I was able to do a better patching job on my own with no training. Insulation seems to be working well so far though.

Let me preface by saying that I rarely do reviews so when I do it’s either really bad, or really good, and thankfully this time it’s the latter. Dadly and his crew could not have been more professional and courteous. First impressions are incredibly important and they did not disappoint. As per the actual installation of the insulation, they worked for hours in my attic to make sure everything up there was sealed before putting the insulation in. Once completed they did a complete walkthrough and presentation of before and after with measuring to show the work was completed. Now to the results, I have a 20 year old AC unit that’s about to get replaced, but this unit had not stopped running, struggling to get the house down to 78 degrees indicated. After the insulation was put in, for the first time, in the middle of the day mind you, the AC reached the goal of 78 and finally shut off. The house is noticeably cooler especially in the office area where the AC unit just doesn’t have the power to reach out there comfortably. Lastly the cost. While it would be less expensive to do it yourself as would any project, the difference between buying the material and rental of the blower and the time and heat you would experience makes it absolutely worth it to go with these guys from a cost/benefit analysis. In addition, they sealed all the cracks and areas where normally the cooler air would escape which is not something we thought about when we initially were thinking about doing it ourselves. In conclusion it was a great investment, especially considering the pricing of electric nowadays. For once I’m actually looking forward to my bill to see just how much the insulation will reduce it.

Today USA Insulation of Orlando, did the "Attic, Blown-in Insulation for my home in Lake Mary. Sales team did a good job, spent time to take measurement, explained me the task to be performed, answered my questions etc. On the day of the installation, the Owner showed-up to the site, clarified my questions on the Insulation Martials to be used etc. Crew did an outstanding job today on the installation of Blown-in insulation, . Took enough care to do the pre-work, showed around the new insulation work after the job is completed.

I had a great experience with the team, specially Vincent, Donovan, and D. on the day of my roof insulation installation. Andrea was also helpful while answering all of my questions over the phone. The team is kind, respectful and cordial; they made sure that I understood the process, providing detailed explanations and letting me know what to expect from their work in my home. Recommend 10/10. Our FL room was at least 15 degrees hotter then the rest of our house. USA did our ceiling and wall insulation. It instantly cooled the room off. They were professional and opened to our suggestions. We did not want holes in our ceilings so they worked with us by installing it through the outside eves and the foam insulation in the walls from the outside. They also did a walk through inside after completing and cleaned up any excess foam that came through the outlets, thoroughly. Thank you USA for keeping us cooler 😎

We needed interior insulation to help soundproof my office and my kids playroom. Now there’s barely any sound that permeates the walls. It’s been great. We also had exterior insulation done to help my daughters room that had a temperature difference of 8 degrees from the other rooms. After they were done we are around 1 degree in difference. Was well worth it!
