Cannot overstate how grateful we are for Nextgen—they got rid of a nightmare flea problem that had plagued us all summer and came back legitimately 4-5 times for free to check on the issue, even proactively scheduling follow-ups when they saw there were still stragglers hatching. Massive shoutout to Roberto, Shoayb, Randy, Mark, and the scheduling team for being absolute saints to work with. They were so diligent and patient in dealing with our neighborhood’s access rules and hours, and the manager even called me himself to explain once why they couldn’t access my neighborhood at a certain hour—by far the most professional and dedicated exterminators I’ve ever seen, would highly recommend.

$70 biweekly but they only do one service a month. I cancelled the service because we constantly have ants, roaches, and wasps getting inside our home. One service a month is hardly enough. I was a loyal customer for quite awhile but now I receive harassing emails and phone calls over the final bill, which is for $70 for the off service when they don’t come out. The best thing they have going for them at this company is Ty and his customer service. Do yourself a solid and DON’T do business with this company. You can find more consistent and effective service for MUCH less.

I have been dealing with fruit flies from bananas.<br>Shoayb came to my rescue. He was very professional and he was in and out. He also explained to me the proper steps regarding the base boards before another application should they need to return. Thank you Shoayb.

Both reps who came over were excellent. shoayb and CJ. Professional and curtious. Had a nat problem. Mostly went away but called them back one more time for no charge during warranty period. They were happy to come back.

We raised a request for pest control and this person CJ attended to our request.. He was very patient and was able to explain how the process will work and how long it will take to see the final results. Very happy with the service.

CJ was so friendly and helpful when he came to service our house. We had a small black ant issue and he was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough when spraying for them. He also was mindful that we have pets and kids and was careful with where he sprayed, which we appreciate. Would definitely recommend!

Zach was very helpful throughout the whole process of getting the bat out of our home. Very informative on what he was doing the entire time and gave us solutions to help us fix the problem. Even after he found the bat, he continued to examine the home to check for more. Highly recommend Zach for all your pest control needs! Zach came to treat my mouse problem and he was absolutely phenomenal. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He was extremely thorough and all of the exclusion work he did on my house has been so much help towards my issue. Just had Jay from Nextgen thoroughly review my roof line where I had potentially a bird and/or bat entering. He was able to close off the opening and fingers crossed we’re all set with nothing else fluttering in my ceilings. I was able to review pictures and understand exactly where these creatures were working to create a home.

This is the second time we’ve used NextGen and received top notch service! Zach came out and took care of a massive yellow jacket nest with no issues. Appreciated his expertise and professionalism - he truly knows his stuff and shared some great insights. Called 30 mins ahead of time as promised when we scheduled and arrived during the designated time window. Having used other providers that don’t call and don’t show when they say, it’s refreshing to deal with an honest team of pros who do what they say, when they say with no surprises. Jay was awesome. He came out the same day that we called and took his time to find a dead rat that was in our wall. He thoroughly checked the outside of the house, the crawlspace, and attic before doing minimal damage to our wall to remove the rodent. He was very pleasant and communicated everything that he was doing. The scheduling and intake team were also great and responded quickly.

Had the exclusion service for mice in my kitchen. Jonathan came out to check the traps they set after a week and was great about explaining the process and making us feel comfortable. Everyone who has been here is very professional and helpful.

The guys, Jay, James, Ty and Jon are awesome. They are always going above and beyond to make sure our home is protected. Unfortunately we live near a pond full of god knows what always attempting to get in our house and these guys come out after pay for the 1275 exclusion and the warranty renewal we are going on year 3 of working with them. Good service! I hate seeing any type of bug in my house so I have them come out monthly. I wish I could have John be my regular technician because he is informative and thorough! All the techs are good but John was just extra thorough with the treatment. I wish they had discounted plans for customer with regular monthly service because it can get expensive. I’ve had nothing but great service for the last 2.5 years working with them!
