Aladdin Insulation did a great job insulating our attic. The guys were prompt, clean and followed through with everything that was committed to from installing baffles in the soffets to sealing plumbing pipes in all bathrooms. It has only been one day, but I can already tell that the insulation is doing its job. I highly recommend them.

Charlie came to the house the day after I called them. He measured and gave me a solid handshake quote on insulation replacement and attic cleaning. The work was done 2 days later and took only hours to complete, and I couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with the service and attention I received from Eric and the in-home team. Charles came by for an energy audit and while he could have sold me on any numerous items, he did not because his assessment was that the house was fine. This was our second time using this company for complete window replacement (two different homes). Charlie is a true ole-school man of his word. He says what he means and means what he says. We are super pleased with our new replacement windows. He gave us a good deal, and when there were issues that arose, he did not hide from them, but rather he immediately addressed them and corrected them, and then made it up to us. We wouldn’t even consider another company in the future.

Charlie came out and gave us an accurate estimate for insulating our home. We set an appointment, and his staff came on time and provided us with 22" of blown fiberglass insulation to bring us to R60 and help combat the Georgia heat. I used Aladdin at my own home a few years ago. When a friend asked me to find someone for her I called Aladdin first. I got her a couple other quotes to compare, and Aladdin was still the best! The owner came out with the quote, it was fast and painless, and the workers were there a few days after we decided to go with Aladdin. The workers showed up on time, left no mess whatsoever and the whole house is insulated great! Love the extra of insulating the outlets sockets and plumbing on outside walls to help any air leakage as well. (many don't offer this). The same was done at my home. Everyone is very nice and professional (and when I figure out how to insulate my living room I will be calling them back!) I can't say enough great things about the job Charles and his guys did for us. Charles is very honest and made a few recommendations for us to try before actually putting in more insulation. Who does that?? Everyone says if you don't do it today you'll be sorry. We tried his recommendations but in the end decided to update our insulation in our 40 year old house from R10-15 up to R60. I had several insulation quotes done and Aladdin was the most competitive and thorough. The installers were friendly, courteous and polite. They explained all the steps and were in and out in 3 1/2 hours. The job was completed by Eric and Hector and they sealed all lights and access points to the attic and put foam seals behind all our light switches. They did a pressure test before and after and it was a dramatic result. They qualified us for a great rebate from GA Power and we should recoup our cost within 24 months! We can already feel the results on these hot days of July. We have a lifetime warranty and will use them in the future if we have insulation needs anywhere else. I'll update after our first bill come in. Don't wait call them now!!

The owner (Charlie), will come to your house to give you the free estimate and explain the scope, process as well as benefits. His company will also file the paperwork on your behalf for the Georgia Power rebate. Charlie and his team are extremely courteous and professional. They clean up as well before leaving and are happy to address all your questions /concerns and their price is among the best. I did get 2 other estimates from other companies and they were well above what Charlie quoted me. They also give you life time warranty which is transferable to the next owner in case you sell your house. Overall I had an excellent experience with Aladin Insulation and highly recommend them.

I appreciated the professional quality from start to finish of their work. Insulation was blown into my attic: the process of this was explained, including possible rebates for upgrading. The installers wore masks, covered the floors, and were very helpful vacuuming not only my stairs, but also the vent near the attic entrance (which was very clogged). We recently hired Aladdin Insulation to reinsulate our attic. Everyone from the Company that we had the opportunity to work with were a pleasure to interact with. Charlie came out to our house and explained what we needed to do to accomplish our goals. HIs price was very reasonable and right in-line with our expectations. We spoke with two other contractors about the job and neither of those companies offered comparable pricing or warranties on their products. As a result, hiring Aladdin Insulation was an easy decision. The crew that came out to do the work, Eric and Hector, were extremely polite and were very hard workers. From the moment they arrived until the job was finished, they did not stop working. They made sure to put protective carpeting down on our floors and after they finished the installation they cleaned and vacuumed the entire workspace. Before leaving, Hector sat down with us to go over everything that was used during the installation, went over the warranty, and made sure we did not have any remaining questions before leaving. The installation was done during the COVID pandemic, so if you are concerned about safety please know that everyone from Aladdin wore masks the entire time they were in our home without us having to make that request. In my experience, Aladdin is one of those contractors that you realize you were lucky to find. They all care about their customers and they want to make sure you are happy from start to finish. He wasn't just trying to sell us on insulation, he actually cares about what he does and the service he provides. I felt as though he was honest throughout the entire process and I respect that. Product: I respect that they dont use spray foam, at least to my knowledge, due to sticking with their belief that it is not safe. (Sorry if I'm wrong on that, I saw it in a previous review response from the owner). They stick to their high standards, and had a great product. Which was the white fiberglass insulation. I recommend these guys, they will not let you down. Thank you guys! Will definitely be recommending to friends and also will use them for duct cleaning when we cross that bridge.

We received two estimates to remove old insulation, and replace with new insulation. Not only was Aladdin a more competitive bid, but the owner, Charlie, was very knowledgeable and thorough, explaining their processes and warranty. His team was absolutely meticulous. When they were finished, they gave us a summary of what they had done and answered any questions and concerns. During COVID times, his team was always wearing masks inside our home. I got two estimates for putting insulation in the attic of my father's home that was built in 1969. When Charlie gave his estimate, he suggested caulking windows and doors and installing an attic tent. He also suggested we could apply for rebates from Georgia Power for the energy improvements. The other company's estimate did not contain any of those suggestions. He was so pleasant to work with also and his price beat the other company, so it was an easy decision to have him do the job. The job was done with attention to detail, without mess and Charlie submitted the application for rebates from Georgia Power. Several months went by without hearing anything from Georgia Power and Charlie was diligent in following up with Georgia Power. With Covid and Georgia Power employees working from home, he could not get help with a problem he had in submitting their application. Finally he spoke to someone who could help and the application was approved. In addition to his determination to work on my behalf, he paid me an additional $100 out of his company account, to make up for a rebate he told me I would get that Georgia Power did not approve. This is amazing customer service in my opinion. He treated me as if I was family. I highly recommend this company.

I got quotes from 3 different companies. Aladdin was the best price and also seemed most knowledgable on attic insulation. I have an old home with lots of quirks but they knew exactly how to address my issues. For example they put hoses on my bathroom fans that were currently venting directly to attic so they could vent to rafters and not be covered by insulation. Other companies were up charging for evey little foam seal on canned lights and other air openings, but its all included with alladin. Their price on tents for stairway and attic fan were half the price of other companies. The crew was so friendly and went above and beyond by hauling items from my attic that i could not like bed frame and skis before laying insulation. Ive had friends tell me their stuff got sprayed over by other companies. They also hailed away bundled insulation that previous owner never laid out. Other companies said they could not remove bc it would crumble and planned on leaving it on plywood walkway which would have left us with no storage. But Alladin got it out no problem! Crew cleaned up well before they left. Have not gotten first gas bill yet, but with their guarantee your savings will pay for job in 3 yrs i expect good things. I noticed a comfort difference immediately. Charles, it was a pleasure doing business with you! Update 8/16/20 Utility bills for heat and AC were significantly lower from the beginning. My June power consumption was half what it was last year. Ga power sent us a report showing we are currently functioning slightly better than an energy efficient home. The duvet cover has not come off our upstairs master bedroom this summer when before we would go to sheet only in the summer. My thermostat is set to 73 vs the 69 I would do before and its colder in house. I often find my husband running the space heater in his office or turning on gas fireplace! So glad I moved insulation to the front of the home improvment list. Our home is so much more comfortable and we are saving money on utilities.

I would highly recommend Aladdin for any insulation job, since they are a certified Georgia Power Contractor, you can get rebates and discounts through their services! Their rates were about 20-25% lower than other quotes i received. They (Hector and Eric) did all the work they said they would do and it looks great. One incident did happen.. They were putting some spray foam under the my sink and it dripped down to the basement walls and smeared all over it.. But i spoke with Charlie (Owner) and he was able to work with me in giving me a credit for the mess up. That's customer service! Can't say it enough but would highly recommend them.

Charles (owner) and his team are top notch and offer a superior service with insulation installation. The installers were detail oriented and very thorough throughout the entire process. They put blankets down to protect floors, sealed exposed openings with spray foam and vacuumed up any mess when done. Fast turnaround from quote to getting on the schedule. We already notice a significant difference throughout the day and how the home keeps in cool air during hot Summer days. Very pleased with the results.

The crew of 2 showed up on time. They were professional, wore masks the whole time, finished the job in 2 hours, cleaned up and left. The company is a Georgia Power certified contractor, so I plan to apply for the $250 rebate for energy saving projects. Their warranty states that they will top up the insulation in case of critters in the attic, other contractors moving some insulation if there is work in the attic, etc.

Our attic insulation was very low and the experience to add insulation with Aladdin was seamless - from getting a quote (by far the best value), through scheduling and completing the install. We had Aladdin Insulation out last week to add insulation to our attic and replace the insulation in the crawl space under the sun-room and they did a great job. In fact, I can’t think of anything that I would have asked them to do differently. Eric and Hector really went the extra mile to do a good job, and with a great attitude, even though the crawl space job was especially difficult. We had used Aladdin to insulate a house in 2011 and I was impressed with the job and their professionalism then so I automatically called them for an estimate when I needed this work done, but I also wanted to investigate cellulose insulation so I also got an estimate for it. Not only was the cellulose significantly more, but they could only go to an R-40 (which I understand is probably because of the weight of the material in the attic). And, when Charles came out, he included attic tents for the attic fan and attic stairs - which I hadn’t even thought of – and proposed increasing the R-value to an R-60. In short, the product, the workmanship and the price make it a great value and we can already feel a difference in the comfort level in the house. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. His crew/Hector blew insulation at a reasonable price 4 years ago and yesterday Hector came back and re-blew new insulation where we had had work done. Aladdin Insulation upgraded the insulation in the attic of our home to R-60. Charles Whigham was great to work with. He promptly scheduled a visit to assess our needs, and gave us a competitive estimate. A service date was soon set up, and the installation team came on time. They were proficient and courteous, responding to all our questions. Excellent quality work was performed at the estimated, fair price.

When we decided to try to insulate our house better, I had no idea how many different opinions there would be out there. In the end, we decided to go on a neighbor's recommendation, and trust Aladdin to insulate our home efficiently. They were quick to come out, called me before they arrived, and worked faster than they had estimated by 2 hours. Now, I am just waiting to see if the a/c can keep up with the Georgia heat. And hoping to see the difference in our energy bills!

I took several quotes from local companies and Aladdin came in lowest. Since I was working on a total renovation, I was dealing with a lot of different contractors. Charles gave me a quote and he was the first of the contractors that didn't change the amount of that quote. He sent two young men, Hector and Eric(k?), who were very polite and were happy to answer all my questions. After dealing with so many other rude, dishonest and unprofessional workers on my renovation project, I was uplifted by the experience. The job was done in half the time that I was told. I went up into the attic to inspect each stage and what was promised was also delivered. I will use them for future renovations.

ALADDIN does a wonderful job! We have now used them in 2 houses. Their guys really take their time to do it right, and they do a thorough cleanup. We immediately saw lower heating and cooling bills, plus the houses were quieter after the insulation was added. Their warranty is great, as they came back and blew more insulation in free of charge after areas were disturbed when we had HVAC and roofing work done in the attic.

Everyone we have worked with from the owner to the installers have been extremely professional and a real pleasure to work with. We had some work to complete in the attic between removal of old insulation and installation of new. They were extremely accommodating to the request. I will definitely use them again when it comes time to do the rental house.

He made suggestions of his own. We needed radiant barriers on several knee walls we were concerned about. Blew in fiberglass insulation to the desired height. I thought the price was fair and liked that the materials used were safe for children and pets. They were on time, efficient and didn’t leave a mess. Definitely highly recommend if you need insulation services.

I would recommend Aladdin Insulation. I was able to easily contact and communicate with the office for an estimate appointment and for the installation appointment. Charles (the owner) was extremely helpful and willing to take the time to explain his recommendation for our insulation needs. The installation crew, Hector and Isaac were a class act. They were very polite, moved out a couple pieces of hidden belongings from the attic, kept a tidy work area with blankets covering the floor for the hose to run and did a great job with the insulation. The warranty is also a great piece of mind knowing they will come out free of charge with any issues I may run into. Great team.

I have insulation blown into the attic about 8+ years ago. While putting up X-Mas decorations, the boyfriend noticed that some of the insulation was low/missing. Made a call, and they came this afternoon, sprayed in additional insulation, sealed something, and cleaned up. The young men were very polite, professional and prompt. 5-Stars. Per my Jackson EMC energy audit, their team sealed knee walls in my attic, topped off blown insulation to R-49, and more. They even performed extra work at no extra charge. The team showed up on time and was polite. They laid out blankets and vacuumed up after themselves to leave the house as clean as they found it. I had to trouble reaching them or setting appointments. I'm glad to recommend them.

Aladdin did a great job insulating my house. My home is 30 years old and the insulation was down below the rafters. We could feel drafts under the attic door. Aladdin performed an inspection and the job was completed the next day. They were very courteous, did a nice job, and cleaned up afterwards. I can't wait to see the difference in the energy bills!

Aladdin Insulation's A.J. and Dimitri did a great job of insulating my home. I have a thick blanket of insulation in the attic, and outlet and plumbing seals, too. They sealed the sink drain pipes--creatures or cold air can't get in now. They were very willing to answer my questions and explain things. Great job, guys!

I can see why their rating isn't good. Actually I am surprised they even have three stars. I made an appointment with them to come out at 2:00p.m. and they never showed up or called to tell me that they weren't coming out. I called and they made up some excuse that my appointment was erased but she knew my address so that wasn't true. Crystal told me that they would come on out but, I am still waiting at 7:15p.m. I would not depend on them for anything since they are so irresponsible and lie to their customers. I'm sure they would not do a good job.

We have called 8 times to get our windows that have a broken seal replaced and they will not return our calls. They pick up - transfer us to one of the two ladies who are supposed to handle warranty issues - who never answer and never return our voicemails. When we expressed this issue with whoever picks up the phone she said she doesn't handle that and all she can do is transfer us. This has been the most incredibly frustrating experience I have ever had with a company. If I could leave a "0" star I would.
