Brooks is a Ripoff. They came out on the initial call never came back out for 3 months and I received a 300.00 bill. Called them and was told it was a system issue and don't worry about. 4 months later they came out and said this is for free after I have told them I want to cancel and to not come to my house. Now I have received alert that that I owe. I called in to tell them I want to cancel and he is telling me I can't. Look I will have you trespassed and harassment charges on you if yall don't leave me alone. I told yall to cancel my service yall breached any contract I had when I didn't see you for 3 months.

Erik did a great job today. He listened to my concerns and was thorough. Very professional and friendly.

First and foremost the company doesn't ask for all the money upfront which was so convenient for me. The tech was on time and did and amazing job. He explained everything to my son so that it could be conveyed to me and he was professional and very friendly. I loved the fact that he texted me a copy of a shirt video explaining the services that he did as well as verification that he was at the right house and treated me grass. I would definitely recommend Brooks pest control and I plan on keeping up the service so the bugs don't return.

I called and the receptionist was extremely nice and informative. The tech Elvis came out and answered all of my questions. He explained some things I had done incorrectly which was helpful. He baited the outside of our home and set a trap in each attic for roof rats. I hope and pray this solves the problem. I'll keep you posted. The only draw back is signing a two year agreement with monthly payments.

My technician Quincy was awesome. He inspected my home, developed a plan and implemented it. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I am grateful for him and Brooks Pest Solutions for their speedy, efficient service.

We have been battling an infestation for almost a year now with Terminex. Finally went with someone else. Sure glad I did. Brooks was great and my technician very professional. I finally feel like something is getting done.

I wasn’t home when the technician came by. However, I did notice he had gotten the spider webs but, of course, can’t see the treatment he did. Since Brooks normally does a good job, I will assume he did everything he says he did, so I am satisfied.

Keenan our professional Tech that came out to ease our bug problems did an amazing job with everything. He was very knowledgeable about the products and told me everything I needed to do. Highly recommend

I had a great tech Garrett and another tech showed up and I asked him where is Garrett he told me that he could come by Thursday so he stopped work and went to leave he then told brooks pest control that I was hitting on him so they canceled the contract. This was a blatant lie so good riddance brooks pest control.

Erick was dispatched on Saturday 12/6/2025 to do a complete outside and inside pest control treatment.<br>Erick was very professional, personable and took time to explain the process and answer any questions i had.<br>Unfortunately he was only able to do the outside treatment as the interior sprayer was defective due to the spray nozzle being broken. Unfortunately, Brooks Pest Solutions apparently had not provided him with a quality electric sprayer and therefore Erick was forced to try and use a low quality Home Depot garden manual pump sprayer, that was broken and not functional.<br>,As a result the interior pest control treatment had to be delayed and rescheduled to the following Monday.

The tech that came out today was exceptional. He was warm and friendly and listened to all my requests. Hands down, I couldn’t have asked for better service.

I had a very knowledgeable and efficient Tech today. I thought rats had gotten into my attic and the tech went into the attic and came back with a plan. He was very polite and helpful. After calling several other companies, I can say I think I got the BEST one. They offered an excellent price, came out just a few hours after my call and developed a plan to get rid of the rodents. Mark and Kevin were very informative and friendly when he came out today. He gave us the information about how termites work and he looked where another pest guy had come out and said they were no active termites in or around our home. Mark in fact went around our house and discovered several places they were very active. Unfortunately I am renting and not the owner so I was only able to forward the information to the owner and leasing company. Mark even offered to talk to them if they had any questions or needed anything else. I would highly recommend Mark and Brook’s Pest Solutions to everyone. Great job guys!!!!

The service was great he was very knowledgeable about what was going on and he sprayed really good the screen and the window sills. I was pleased with the professional conversations that I had with him and the knowledge and when they'll come back.

Tyler was amazing!! This issue has been happening for months and we just kept trying to treat ourselves but got way out of hand. I was honestly little worried because this was the first company I called and we went with them but it was definitely the right choice!! The entire experience from dealing with customer service to schedule the appointment all the way through the end of the actual first treatment was amazing. Very friendly staff all around. After reading the reviews and getting service done by them, you can see why they have so many great reviews. They told me they would give me a 30 minute heads up before the technician arrives, but they went above and beyond and gave me an hour heads up, The timeslot was 8 to 11 and usually when people give an estimate estimate like that they’re not there until the end of that estimated time if not later than that, but Tyler showed up on time and actually a few minutes early. He did her outside of the yard first, and then politely waited for us to get all of our animals out of the house and secured safely so he can treat the inside. Most technicians would not have the patience to wait for us to do that, but Tyler did. Tyler and The entire Brooks staff restored my faith in humanity by being as kind as they were. I highly recommend Tyler and the entire staff. I cannot wait to see him come back out and help us some more. If I could give more than five stars, I would because he definitely deserves it. Way to go, Tyler!!

Wow! Kevin was incredibly professional and courteous during his visit today. His pride in his work is a rare thing these days. He was meticulous and detailed as he worked outside and inside our home. I will ask for him to be assigned to our next service.

Brooks appears to be completely organic. I haven’t had earthworm death like I have experienced with other organic bug spray companies. There are no longer bats or mosquitoes by the house or pool. I am pleased with the tech’s & Brook’s performance. Susanne Herrera

Kevin was amazing!!!!!! Aside from him helping me with my issues and teaching me ALOT, he was very personable and sweet. Honestly, since I’m paying this company for the next 11-12 months, I’d rather Kevin be my main pest control man. I don’t know if I can request him to be the one who comes to help me when my pest control schedules are due, but if I could, I would in a heart beat. Very VERY nice man. Finally a Pest Control company that hasn’t let me down!! Living behind a green belt is pretty but not with all the critters that come along with it. Demarcus explained to me what they were treating and why. I needed someone out quick to help with a huge wasps nest, they made some availability next day! I’ve tried a few other places and recommend Brooks simply for their excellent customer service and communication!!

Look Elsewhere for Rodent Control in East Texas<br><br>Here’s the short version: if you’ve got mice or rats in East Texas (Tyler, Lindale, Mineola), hire a smaller local company that actually cares about solving your problem. I run two service businesses myself, and I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews — but this experience forced my hand.<br><br>We had mice in our attic, and after my DIY attempts failed, I figured a professional would know what to do. I paid Brooks nearly $200 expecting an inspection, diagnosis, and a real rodent control plan.<br><br>What I got was… two tiny snap traps and one bait box.<br><br>The first tech showed up friendly enough, but with zero urgency or interest in the problem. He told me he “used the last outdoor traps at the previous house” and only had a couple small snap traps left — the same exact ones I’d already bought at Walmart. Then he climbed my attic ladder, stuck his head barely above the opening, and refused to go any farther “for liability reasons.” That’s literally the main reason I hired them — to go where I can’t, look around, diagnose the issue, find entry points, and place traps where the activity actually is.<br><br>Instead, he set two snap traps right at the ladder entrance and left. No attic inspection. No exterior inspection. No walkthrough. Nothing.<br><br>I was told they’d schedule another tech to put bait boxes around the perimeter of my house. Then I got a text saying it would be almost two weeks before they could come back. After I complained, magically they had an opening the next morning.<br><br>That second visit? One single bait box. On a half-acre property. One.<br><br>So for nearly $200 upfront — and then nearly the same amount every 60 days — their “rodent control plan” was:<br><br>Two small snap traps at the attic ladder<br><br>One bait box in the backyard<br><br>Zero inspection<br><br>Zero diagnosis<br><br>Zero professional value<br><br>When I called the office to cancel and asked for even a partial refund, they refused.<br><br>My honest advice? For rodent issues, call a smaller, more local company. Ask questions. Hire someone who actually gives a rat’s a$$ about doing the job right. Brooks did not.

Malachi was super helpful and very helpful at suggesting counter measures outside of the basic pest and rodent control. Gave me a 45 minute heads up before showing up which I appreciated and was very thorough and listened to everything before finding a solution.

Fernando came in as the professional he was.He was cordial and went straight to work explaining what he came to do. He worked fast and then left after giving instructions on when he would return. I am very pleased with the service he provided.

I highly recommend Brooks!! I was at my wits end with waging a full on war with the roaches in my apartment. My complex was ignoring the issue all together and the problem just kept getting worse. After the first visit, roach sightings decreased significantly. When I expressed concern about my contract and the payment frequency/amount, they were able to work with me to make sure my roach problem gets taken care of. Even when I had an issue and was frustrated, their customer service department was extremely understanding and accommodating. Today, Kevin went above and beyond to communicate with me the dos and don’ts and was extremely thorough. I’m so incredibly satisfied with the decision to hire Brooks for pest control. It’s so great to have at least some peace of mind when fighting roaches!!

Brooks was great! I called several different companies and was not able to get someone out the same day. I had an emergency situation where I was trapped in my house by thousands of wasps swarming my doors and windows. I had to take my dog’s potty and realized the wasps were trying to get into my home. We called Brooks and they managed to get a technician out right away. I can’t say thank you enough to Elvis for coming out and spraying. I can finally go out now without wasps at my door and windows.

He showed up within the timely window. He also called to discuss my needs with the service I needed attention to with carpenter ants. Very professional and polite.

I would highly recommend this company!! I found a huge American roach in my apartment, and was full on panicking!! My apartment was unable to send maintenance, so I reached out to Brooks Pest Solution. The person I talked to over the phone was absolutely amazing, as he was so kind and patient with me as I was freaking out (I am not from the south, so big bugs like American roaches are not normal for me). They came a couple hours later, found the roach, and sprayed everywhere! I went to give a huge shoutout to Joshua, the technician who came onsite to help me. He patiently explained everything and eased all of my worries. I really appreciate Joshua taking the time to educate me on the type of roach I had, and what to do moving forward (I am also extremely extremely thankful that Joshua exterminated the roach who was living rent free HAH).

Great service! This was my 1st treatment for sugar ants that started to enter my home and but up a war against me! I’m normally pretty good with keeping insects out of the home but this season they won lol my tech was very thorough in explaining everything to me as well as the follow up after everything he even let me know that it may take some time but eventually they’ll stop entering my home. There were so many wasp nest on my home that were active and I didn’t know because my home is so tall but he knocked them all down. I’m really grateful and hoping.that they keep up the great services!!

Demarcus was very helpful and friendly explaining how he would handle the ants that built massive kingdoms outside the house. I am confident they won’t make it in the house now and they will die off or move further out from the house. Demarcus assured me if I notice more ants that he would come take care of it as part of the continuing service.

My Technician, was Mason, not James. I enjoyed the information he provided. He got me “A”. However, I was told by Gage-customer Rep that I was getting the full 1st time treatment so I removed glasses, plates, silverware, pots and pans and such in Kitchen but Mason, seemed surprised and said he was not aware of that so he did a soft spray, in my opinion. He did a light spray and used Gel. It was raining so he could not spray outside. I have to reschedule for that.

I had a horrible experience with Terminex attempting to schedule services and they continuously failed me. I was at my breaking point when I called and was immediately answered and scheduled the next day for services with Brooks. The customer service was exceptional over the phone, and the service at my home was also great. I appreciate the team, and my technician Jacob.

Best customer service! I was desperately looking for an exterminator who was familiar with asps. It’s not easy. I was thrilled when Malia answered when I called and immediately connected me with an expert, rather than giving me an answer from the training manual. Colin, who I spoke with, was informative and professional and ensured they could help me. I happily signed up for their yearly plan. The very next day, Kevin (the best tech ever), took his time to understand the issue and gave the yard a thorough treatment and then explained in detail what he found, the products he used and why, and instructions for moving forward. I couldn’t ask for more!

Juwan came out today to spray and did an excellent job! He explained everything to us thoroughly and quickly treated the areas where ants and spiders were coming in. The company as a whole is great to work with, they really work around your schedule diligently. They also offer military discounts, which is such a nice bonus. Their contract ensures you won’t see pests (or only very minor ones), and if you do, they’ll come back out and spray for free. Pricing is very fair compared to other companies too. Highly recommend Juwan and this company!<br><br>To add in: Since they sprayed the first day I have yet to see any ants! Honestly worked instantly.

Not a big fan of this company as it has been difficult working with them from the start.<br>But the service I received from the tech named Kevin is absolutely top notch. If he does my services every single time, I’d sign on for another year. Almost everyone I’ve dealt with at this company aside from Kevin has been less than great.

Do not be misled by a 4.6 star rating. They must had their friends send in the positive reviews. This company is a SCAM. On the website, it appears this company is even ran out of a private residence. They use ineffective chemicals and their technicians are poorly trained and not knowledgable. I had them out four times for a simple flea and mite infestation. They kept stating they would send out ‘an expert’, but kept sending the same technician. There was no improvement whatsoever. After three months of this, I realize this company was a complete scam. If you break the contract, they will try to hit you with a $291 cancellation fee. Within minutes of my request to cancel any services, as services were not rendered effectively, they tried to charge my bank account. They also high-pressure bully you, not to cancel your service and contract. Do not fall for this useless, inept service.

Kevin was thorough. Took his time making sure he got everything. I had a serious ant problem before Brooks started doing my yard. Have not seen a single ant pile in my yard since. Not more wasp nests is a bonus.

He took the time to ask if I had any questions and made sure to answer every single one clearly. His professionalism and attention to detail gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process. Jacob came and did a parameter sweep on the outside of my house because I was having issues with wasps coming into the house in the afternoon where my daughter plays in the living room area. He did an AMAZING JOB!!! He found several nests around the house and even in areas that were hidden that I would have never thought to look. He even took the broom tool and swept off dirt on the outside areas and garage doors that were attracting the wasps and other bugs and poisoned a small water source that was attracting them! He was incredibly professional, nice, fast and efficient!!! And with the solution used on the outside, my house now deters bugs instead of attracting them! I'm VERY happy with the service that I received! 5 STARS!!!

I called and spoke with Cooper, he got us signed up within minutes. He was able to get us on the schedule for the next day. Michael arrived the next morning and took care of everything. We are so appreciative to have a locally owned and operated company helping us out! Excellent customer service!
