Thanks.<br>This last year they have changed techs., now they don’t call ahead, don’t ring the doorbell, don’t talk and they say they completed their task but there is no signs of them being there. This last service they say they were there but my cameras didn’t pick up any motion! They say they sprayed a water base chemical but there was no signs of that.<br>In the last year fire ants, scorpions, bees, large black bugs, and mice! I called them back out for the fire ants and the tech asked me where are they? So I had to walk around and show him where the ants were. I guess they are getting comfortable.

Aaron was very professional and friendly. He was flexible with his schedule and also offered a couple of solutions for us which demonstrated his expertise. We are very happy with the service!

The first year using them was fine! I had one specific person coming into my house and I had no pests. Second year, this person does no longer work in the company and every month I have a different new employee coming into my home which I’m not comfortable with. But this is not the main issue here. Whatever they spray with damaged most of my baseboards, leaving a yellow stain. And the (new?) chemical kill nothing. I have spiders, earwings and today I found a scorpion inside my house. A month ago I had a snake in my garage. Even though I understand what they spray is not a snake repellent, all that bug activity attracts more and more creatures! I’m really pissed off with this situation and hired a different company along with a lot of my neighbors who have same issues

My experience when calling the office is always a great way to start to my day because normally Wendy answers. When speaking with Wendy I feel like I’m talking to a good person a friend, she’s always very friendly,cheerful and knows exactly what the answer is to whatever question I have and can help with any situation that I might be having. I know the company wouldn’t be the same without this amazing woman.

We have used Evolve for 2 or 3 years now. They always go above and beyond in their customer service. That’s why I appreciate and do business with Evolve Pest Control. I also use their mosquito service and rarely see a mosquito.

Horrible company!!!. They were cold knocking on doors in my neighborhood with posted no soliciting sign. Then the driver of truck #29 decided to argue about the no soliciting sign and call us names on our own porch.

We’ve had Tony out the last couple of times for service. He is a great guy. He’s super friendly. He always texts ahead of the arrival time. He's very trustworthy. We had an ant problem and he helped us get our house back to ant free. He even gave us tips and tricks to help keep them away. I would strongly recommend Tony to anyone with pest problems. He knows his stuff and is always a friend.

Evolve Pest Control has been great. We have used them since 2019 and they have serviced our home on a bi-monthly rate. Every technician completed their job and went around the entire house. I usually would communicate through doorbell and could see them on CC cameras doing their job.<br><br>In the spring of 2023 we were worried we may have bed bugs. Thankfully it was a minor carpet beetle problem that was inspected and handled by the service manager James. He was very trustworthy and honest. He showed me the evidence how he new it was not bed bugs and a carpet beetle problem. The difference in treatment was $100 compared to thousands if it were bed bugs. He was honest and did not lie, some individuals would not be in that situation.

Nathan did our pest control service today and he did a fantastic job. Quick work, professional, and stopped to answer any questions I had. He also gave me multiple opportunities to tell him about any issues we’d been having to make sure he had covered everything before leaving. Also appreciate the heads up about his arrival. One of your employees, Austin, took time out of his day to help my family. He was driving by our home and saw my mother in law struggling with a bag of potting soil and myself with a truck full of plywood. He carried the potting soil for her and helped me unload the plywood for my deck. Due to his helpfulness and kindness we will be getting service from your company. It is refreshing to see someone so young with that kind of character.

The company and it's staff have always had great communication with us and are very detailed about what they offer. I was very happy with the job performed by Nephi Julien. He was very thorough and really took his time to ensure that my house was sprayed adequately. It wasn't a hurried job and I appreciate that.

Me and my husband chose to sign up with this company yesterday but after reading many reviews I backed out immediately. I sent a email asking to be canceled, which they seem to have obliged. I did cancel the card they had on file out of nervousness of being charged for something that has yet to even be started but i will be saving the email where they obliged my cancelation in case they attempt to charge me. They are a tad pushy as they did text me and reach out trying to lure me with a cheaper price but I stand by negative reviews, being new to the area I don't want to be scammed. I just thought I would leave my brief encounter with them here for anyone in the future checking reviews.

We’ve had a couple of different companies at our house and Evolve is fantastic! The techs are on time, communicative, professional and knowledgeable. Evolve was in the neighborhood and sourced interested residents. I asked many questions to which the rep (Theron) followed up with me about. Once I agreed to service, I got the initial service the same day. The two gentleman (Justin/Shawn) were very professional, explaining what they did, issues found and what to expect after the pest control was done. Its only been 2 days since initial service, but I'm happy so far.

We used their services a few months ago and initial plan was to take care of roaches in the house. At the time they had not Identified the type of roaches. After the first treatment I was advised that there would be an increase in activity. It made everything worse. After a few weeks of not seeing results I called the office to cancel and was talked into letting them come back out and try again. At no point was the treatment effective. I eventually hired another company who came out and identified the roaches as German roaches which are difficult to treat. He did a fog and broadcast baiting, after a week or so we stopped seeing them completely other than a dead one here and there. I've been contacted by evolve several times saying I owe money when I never got results. Now I'm in collections? When I tried to cancel they reminded me I was under some contract which is SHADY at best. I won't be paying anything for ineffective services. The company I switched to is month to month but I will stick with them because their treatment worked. That is the right way to do business, not sticking people with a "contract".

Excellent experience. Technician came for first treatment to eradicate infestations around our house. He even mentioned finding a nasty black widow spider on our back porch that he took care of. Just an overall excellent experience

I found this company online. They answered the phones immediately upon calling, explained the process and quoted a reasonable price up front. They were able to come out quickly to start the process. I signed up for bi monthly big control. The employee who came to the first appointment explained everything and was fast at spraying everything. So far it has been a very good experience.

My husband and I are new homeowners. The house sat vacant for quite a while before we moved in, so we had lots of creepy crawlers inside and out. I filled out an online form on Evolve’s website and within an hour, Wendi called me. She was so nice and easy to talk to and was so thorough with her questions and information. She outlined everything for me about the what/when/why of their treatment plan for us and it was all very easy to understand. She had Carlos come out for our first treatment just a few days later. He was great- nice, explained everything, and did a full treatment of our house and yard, from curb to back fence line. He let me know what to expect and gave me further info about the rest of the treatment plan.<br>We are already seeing a drastic improvement, the only creepy crawlers we have seen lately are dead ones!<br>As a bonus, their treatments are perfectly safe for humans and pets. I was surprised at how affordable their services are, that is so helpful being new homeowners trying to adjust to having a mortgage to pay!

My guard was up with a new company and I'll tell you, my first and each subsequent interaction with the telephone staff (Taylor) has been friendly, informative, and never pressured. Very happy so far with my experience, including the fact that Evolve's price is very competitive, yet the level of service is above the other higher-priced competition.

I have never been more pleased with a service oriented organization than I am with Evolve. I believe I have been a customer for two years and every time my home is serviced I write a review about the customer service I have received from the technicians. Everyone at the company is amazing from the time I called to set up an appointment the front office was excellent and extremely helpful. Then once it was time for my appointment my technician showed up on time. was able to answer all my questions, take care of all of my needs and this was all performed within a timely matter. I called this company and there were WAY overpriced than any other company I called. When I said okay well all the other companies that I called were a lot less and I only needed help with mice. The answer was to pay $125 just for the inspection to find out what my problem was. I know what my problem is...it's mice and that's what I asked about and all I needed. Well, Wendy, the one that answers the phone just plain hung up on me! WOW okay, that's super professional. So, I promptly called back and let her know that I appreciated her hanging up on me and would definitely put up a review! So, here it is.....if you don't want to do things their way...they just diss you and hang up on you! NEVER will I recommend or use this company!! YUCK

We have had numerous well known and independent pest services over the years.<br>Evolve by far did the most thorough inspection and treatment I have ever seen. The technician really took his time with the service to make sure every inch of the property was covered.<br>This was only our first service, I will update the review in 6 months.

Update 11/30/21<br>Service Contract wasn't fulfilled and now they want to be paid. Still have pests, they can't get rid of them so they were fired. If you charge my card for any amount of money, we'll see you in court!<br>Awful company. Don't waste your time or money. After months of service, we still have scorpions, spiders, wasps, bee's and bugs. The last time he came out he left bee nests everywhere. (See pics)

Each member of the Evolve team who has visited me has been polite and on top of communicating when they would be coming by.<br><br>Their services definitely seem to be working, I haven't seen any issues with bugs in or outside the house. A gentleman was going door to door selling this service. We along with a neighbor we agreed to a one time treatment for ants. We paid the person directly that day for the service. We were told this was a guaranteed service and if the ants were not gone they would come back and retreat. We were still having ant issues so we called and they came back out,. The ants never went away. Since we agreed to a one time treatment we were not going to use this company any longer. All of a sudden they started showing up for monthly visits. We paid for the second visit since the service was already completed. When we called to tell them to stop coming out because we did not need their services due to it not being effective we were told there was a signed contract. We did not sign a contract with this company. When we requested they provide the signed contract we received a receipt with hand written notes. This is by no means a contract. My neighbor that also agreed to the service on the first day received the same thing but they've not proceeded with services and have had no issues. We've been trying to work with this company but we are not paying a $200 cancellation fee for a contract that was never in existence. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We live out in a rural area and Evolve cleaned up our pest issues. They're always very informative, punctual and spend time getting the job done right. We've been very happy with their service.

I changed from a company that was providing a quality service and was doing it at a lower price because I was presented a service that sounded superior. The salesman was very friendly and I liked that the product was supposedly "green", so I was willing to pay a higher price. The first service went well. Following that I would be contacted the day prior to service, which they automatically scheduled, stating they would be there between certain hours. The automatic scheduling may be convenient for some but does not work for me because of my availabilty during the weekdays. They did not service the inside of my house if I was not home and would not service the house at all if they walk up and heard my dogs barking from inside. I attempted multiple times to schedule something more convenient to me, on the weekend, but the company had no interest in that. This resulted in me having to leave work early to allow evolve to treat my house at their convenience. On top of this, after 6 months of using their services, bi-monthly, I had more pest in and outside my house than I have ever had before. I expressed my concerns with the company and found no resolve. When I stated I no longer wanted their services I was told they had to complete my final one to fulfill a 12 month contract and then was harrased daily about appointments they continued to schedule when I was not available. This went on for about a month and now I have recieved a letter in the mail stating I owe them money for cancellation of these scheduled services. This is a poorly run company and I would strongly recommend not becoming involved with any of their services.

Evolve came to my door and talked my husband into trying their one time service. We have had an ant in our master bedroom so I agreed to the $250 one time service since the promises were endless to getting rid of this problem. When they should up the 2 men were very friendly and did a quick walk through so I could show them the one reason I agreed to this service. The service was supposed to be my yard, my porches (according to my husband he said he was told they would power wash the front and back porch) and spray something so bugs/spiders wouldn't attach themselves again to our porch & inside my home killing everything. When we got to my bedroom where this ant problem was the worker seemed confused on what to treat with, made a call, took pics and explained they would be back in 2 weeks to repeat spraying everything and then treat the bedroom. He said he had to wait on confirmation on what that was and wanted to make sure he treated properly. He also explained my husband misunderstood they do not power wash the porches they take a broom and knock spider webs down and so fort. He said that would give us time to power wash the porches and they would repeat spraying the porches since we hadn't had them cleaned before whatever spray they are supposed to use. I asked him if there was a charge, he said no that was their policy to repeat in 2 weeks. He assured me that they would contact me withing next 2 weeks since the problem I hired them to fix wasn't even addressed and left NOT treated. After 2 weeks of nothing I reached out to the man who left his card at my house when going door to door. I explained to him that no one had contacted me and nothing was sprayed in bedroom. At that point I was told the only way they come out is if I sign a yearly contract, I told him that wasn't right, had I known that I would have demanded something be done on my initial $250 visit. I have asked for the mans number who came to my house hoping he would be honest enough to correct this but now I am getting ZERO response. I will NEVER use this company again since this treatment was a complete joke and did NOTHING for the reason I needed someone to come out. The unprofessionalism of NOT responding to a customers request for a manager or corporate number is not right. Money is very tight right and I had to save to afford this service only to be misled by trusting their employee to come back and treat the original problem. Now I'm out $250 and still have an ant problem with absolutely no help from this company. I would STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST using Evolve

Amazing experience! We switched from another pest company that couldn’t seem to get the job done. We had our first spay yesterday and the service was amazing!!! I haven’t seen a bug of any type around since they sprayed. We had Tyler as our tech and he was very precessional and made sure to get ever area I was worried about and answered every question. He inspected the attic and did a powder spray to completely protect the attic. Full interior spray and exterior and yard pellets. They used back pack sprayer which was perfect. No more long hose to rip out my front lights. Being out in the country we get a ton of bugs that wouldn’t stop coming. Evolve seems to have done the job protecting our new home. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, customer service and knowledgeable representatives have taken a backseat with many companies, but not with Evolve! I contacted them to set up what I thought would be a one-time service, but after speaking with Wendi, we decided to sign an annual agreement. This wasn't because of a high-pressure sales offer or the price (which is a great deal by the way), it was the level of refreshing, genuine customer service and knowledge about the services they provide and stand by. After speaking with Wendi, she promptly emailed me the necessary documents to get started and scheduled service for the NEXT day.<br>Wyatt was our service technician; he called 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment to say that he was on his way. He arrived on time and was equally professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! He even gave me some tips on future landscaping we plan on doing and how it relates to bugs. Before Wyatt sprayed inside he checked with me to ensure he wasn't planning on spraying any area that I didn't want to be treated. After completing the service, he gave me with a service reminder card that said “Welcome to the Evolve Family” on the top and took a moment to explain what we should expect over the next few days.<br>My experience with Evolve was outstanding, thank you Wendi and Wyatt you're Wonderful!

I am most impressed with this company. The tech was very personable and professional. He explained everything he was doing as well as setting up computer capabilities for me. I felt they go beyond for their customers just seeing how they work. I didn’t feel rushed and the work to both inside and outside the house was thorough. All my questions were answered.

We have found no unwanted pests in our home after nearly two years.<br>Our pets are able to go outside as soon as the treatment is complete.<br>The team always asks for any extra attention needed on specific areas. We've used Evolve ever since we moved here a year ago now. What I like is they will come back out to your home and spray again if needed at no additional cost. I would like to mention ARTURO he has come out to my house twice now and he's by far the nicest most professional technician ever. Was very pleased from the start with my route manager Andrew. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. Set appointment for the same day, my service man Keaton arrived on time, very professional, listened to my concerns and took care of business!

Most of the time I would turn down door to door salesmen immediately, but the rep that stopped by our house was actually very knowledgeable was able to answer all of the questions I knew to ask accurately and without being thrown off. It was enough to get me to start service with them and we could not be more happy. We discussed our concerns with them about the ridiculous amount of spiders both in our lawn and our house, and they employed various methods beyond their “standard” treatments to eradicate the little devils. All of the technicians have been outstandingly polite and professional, as well as punctual, and we haven’t had any issue with bugs since they started.

When the evolve pest control tech called me he was very polite. He came on time. Checked in with me. Asked for specific issues or concerns. He even addressed concerns we had last fall. And carried out his function. Checked back with me before he left. Great job all the way around. We had an issue with yellow jacket nests last year. They came back several times until they were all gone. The tech remembered and doubled checked to be sure they hadn’t returned. I am very pleased. Great job!

The technicians are always on time. They have been great with their follow up appointments. I haven’t noticed anymore insects in my yard or ants inside my house. My experience with Evolve have been great and would recommend them to anyone.

Joe was very pleasant as he listened to my concerns, told me how he would address them and then immediately followed the plan as he described it. He also worked unfazed as my small dogs followed around barking. He worked easily around my floor remodeling in the house as he treated for fleas. Excellent technician and eager to address my concerns!

The Evolve team has been extremely professional and punctual. The sales rep was friendly and explained things well. The techs have been great. But most important is the pest control is working. Noticed a huge reduction in insects around the property.<br><br>When they made an initial billing mistake by accidentally charging me twice, they immediately corrected it and refunded the amount. Great customer service.

These guys are great. I wasn't too sure about them when they originally came knocking on my door but we have had few problems with them. We have a huge wasp problem and they are more then happy to make sure that they are treated due to a severe allergy. Also they have been more than accommodating when i have needed to move my payment date but not change my service date. The only thing is we did have a tech damage one of our blinds in the master bathroom when treating for ants around the bathtub. Other than that we are happy customers.

Very polite employees. They are in and out quickly and they are doing a fantastic job. I have not seen bugs in my house. Spiders and ants gone. Highly recommend them. Outside treated also and no more bugs. Mosquitoe Treatment has been wonderful I can work outside in my gardens without getting even one bite.

I have only met Mason so far, but he has been incredibly nice and helpful. He helped me schedule my initial visit and when something last minute came up so I wouldn't be able to keep that appointment he worked with me to change it. Many companies would simply tell me that the special offer I was given would no longer be available if I had to reschedule a couple of weeks out, but Mason was fantastic and helped me to get a new initial visit appointment setup at a day and time I could handle. You have a great sales person and employee in Mason! Thank you.

The technician team arrived right on time. They listened to my concerns and treated my property exactly as requested. They were finished in less than 45 minutes. They were professional and focused. It has not yet been a week, but I have seen no pests since my Evolve treatment.

I've only had the first service done, but so far I'm impressed. My technician was very knowledgeable and kind. He definitely did far more than my previous company doing from my front yard all the way to my back fence (fence included), and lawn. Things look really good!

Nathan, the sales rep that came to my door, was very thorough on what evolve was going to be doing for me and how they were going to help solve my problems. I didn’t initially want to sign up right away because I like to do research but I went ahead and set up a same day appointment and evolve blew it out of the park. House looks great and I could tell the results immediately. For the services that are offered this is bar far the best company that can be used for pest control, not only because of quality, but consistency and pricing. 5 star rating from my view.

We just got our first treatment done and I am extremely happy! Our service tech, Miles, did a very thorough job and was attentive to our needs and concerns. They spent easily over double the time treating our property as our last pest company.

The technician was very personable and professional. He answered all questions I had and was very polite. I have seen a slight increase in “big activity” but the tech explained that this is expected to happen after the first treatment. It has been less than a week since the treatment so I can’t comment on overall buy activity but the people that I have interacted with within the company have be a delight.

You could tell that he loved his job. He was efficient, very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks for a good treatment I see bugs dead already. I was very impressed with both my interactions and service. I worked directly with Tanner and he was very professional, prompt, and helpful. The guys who came out and treated my property were helpful and thorough. They even added a couple things once they took a look at no extra cost.<br><br>I’ve worked with a couple pest control companies in the area (both big-box and Mom-&-pop) and this was my best experience so far! If you’re thinking about switching, just pull the trigger.

I don’t know how great the first treatment will turn out yet because I just got my first one done a few minutes ago. So far the customer service is excellent! They responded quickly to all my questions and concerns. Carlos came out to performed my first treatment tonight and he was tremendously professional and nice. I felt bad for him to work that late while it was raining hard outside as well and yes he still had a smile on his face.

Jay was a good salesman! Respectful and listened well. Worked with me very professionally! I appreciated his approach. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that he signed me up for same day first service based on the iPad scheduler and that time was not honored by the field technicians. He's working through that reschedule today, so kudos to him. Thanks Jay!

I called evolve thinking I was just going to get a price and have to shop around. Not only was the staff on the phone super helpful and pleasant to talk to, I joined the evolve family! I was made to feel that I was talking to my own family and I she was even able to schedule me for same day service! So happy with the service!
